Knowledge sharing occurs through voluntary interactions between human actors. In this paper, from the perspective of social interaction, the effect of transactive memory capability and social capital (bridging social capital and bonding social capital) on knowledge sharing intention was analyzed, and tenure was demonstrated as a moderating factor that can strengthen their relationship. Therefore, the results of this study are summarized as follows. First, it was verified that the transactive memory capability had a significant positive effect on the knowledge sharing intention. Second, it was found that the bridging social capital and bonding social capital held by individuals had a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing intention. Social capital is understood to form an individual's voluntary motivation for knowledge sharing. Third, it was verified that the moderating effect of tenure suggested in this study was not significant. Based on the results of this study, implications and future research directions were presented.

본 연구는 직업교육의 내실화를 위하여 교수·학습능력 신장에 기초가 되는 직업기초능력 향상 프로그램 및 콘텐츠 개발에 그 목적이 있다. 특히, 직업기초능력 영역 중 e-Learning 콘텐츠로 개발하였을 때 효과적일 것으로 관련전문가들이 합의한 자기개발능력을 개발하였다. 자기개발능력은 업무를 추진할 때 스스로를 관리하고 개발하는 능력으로 이 연구에서는 직업과 자기개발, 자기관리 능력으로 프로그램을 구성하여, 사례분석을 중심으로 한 문제해결능력 향상에 초점을 두고, 동영상과 시뮬레이션, 게임 등의 멀티미디어적 전략을 활용하여 e-Learning 콘텐츠를 개발하였다.

As competition among companies has intensified and the life cycle of products has been shortened, strong innovation is needed to meet consumers' needs. In addition, it is necessary to shorten the life cycle of the product and reduce the time required for technology development for the competitive advantage of the product. In particular, venture companies where new technologies and ideas are important require more innovative capabilities than others companies. Therefore, this study analyzed the impact of technology innovation capabilities (product development process capability, human resource capability and financial capability) on sales by technology development for small and medium venture companies and analyzed moderating effect of technology development period on the relationship between technology innovation capabilities and sales by technology development. The data of 'Small and Medium Business Technology Statistics' collected by the government every year were used for analysis. Technology-intensive ventures were extracted from this data. In addition, the moderating effect was analyzed through hierarchical regression analysis. This study shows that product planning capability, test capability, and R&D expenditure have a positive impact on sales by technology development. In this study, the product development period showed a positive moderating effect on product development capability and sales performance. On the other hand, the product development period showed a negative moderating effect on R&D expenditure and sales by technology development.

본 연구는 혁신형 중소기업 중 IT 기업을 중심으로 기술혁신에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하고 각 요인이 기술혁신에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구모형은 중소기업과 혁신형 중소기업의 기술혁신에 영향을 미치는 요인간의 관계를 분석한 사전 연구의 결과를 기반으로 기술혁신의 영향요인으로 중요성이 입증된 요인을 추가하여 수립되었다. 연구모형은 독립변수로 혁신지향 문화, 연구개발 역량, 정보기술 역량, 리더십, 평가 및 보상, 매개변수는 지식경영활동, 종속변수는 기술혁신으로 구성된다. 분석 결과 주요한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 기술혁신을 추구하는 IT 중소기업은 (1) 혁신을 지향하는 조직문화와 정보기술 역량 그리고 리더의 리더십에 주의를 기울여야 한다. (2) 사내 지식경영 활동은 필수적인 요인이다. (3) 성공적인 기술혁신을 위해서는 자체적인 기술개발에 대한 노력뿐만 아니라 다양한 국내 외 기술개발 주체들과 기술혁신 협력네트워크의 구축을 통해 연구개발 역량을 강화할 필요가 있다. (4) 평가 및 보상 제도의 디커플링 현상을 해결하는 것이 중요한 해결 과제로 보인다.

Recently, increasing attention has been paid to IT outsourcing and core competency of the corporation. Many companies are expected to focus on core competency rather than reduce IT cost from IT Outsourcing. But, by this time there are no a framework for evaluating intensity of core competency and maturity of IT outsourcing capability. This paper is conducted to provide a framework for evaluating intensity of core competency and maturity of IT outsourcing capability. This paper is to verify if the company's core competency and IT outsourcing capability have a significant influence on each other.

This case study aims at investigating the factors which make venture firms successful. It analysedthree high-performance venture firms originated from the government-financed rese arch institute, the company and the university on the viewpoint of 'dynamic capability' theory. In this case study, technology integration capability and administrative innovation capability were identified as success factors of the three venture firms. The study also presented the role of the incubating organizations. Although incubating organizations supported technological and managerial resource-building of the entrepreneurs, there was not active interactive-learning between venture firms and incubating organizations after spin-off.

This study aims to investigate whether financial attitude links financial literacy to financial capability. To make sound financial decisions, one essentially requires a certain level of financial literacy - knowledge and skill in finance. Even more effective is when one's financial literacy could be developed into financial capability. The samples comprised 342 individuals from informal labor in the South of Thailand. The stratified multistage sampling technique was utilized to select the respondents, while the interview questionnaires were used to collect the data. By using SmartPLS 3.0, the data analysis included descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling (SEM). The result revealed that the one with the highest debt was Gen Y compared to Gen B and Gen X. Considering financial literacy, financial attitude, and financial capacity across generations, it was found that Gen Y had the highest average score in financial literacy and financial capacity, higher than that of Gen X and Gen B. The impact of financial literacy on financial capability through financial attitude, it was found that the impact on Gen B was higher than that of Gen X and Gen Y. With the right financial attitude, people of all generations would be equipped with a higher level of financial capability.

글로벌 IS 소싱이 확산됨에 따라 다국적 팀원들로 구성된 글로벌 프로젝트 팀이 급격히 늘어나고 있다. 상이한 시간대에 위치한 팀원 간의 상호작용이 필수적인 글로벌 프로젝트는 이러한 시간적, 공간적 복잡성 때문에 프로젝트의 성공적 수행에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 성공적인 글로벌 프로젝트 수행에 필요한 프로젝트 관리 역량에 대한 탐색적인 연구 조사를 하고자 한다. 본 연구는 글로벌 프로젝트 관리 역량을 정보 기술적 역량(IT capability)과 인적 자원 역량(human resource capability)의 관점에서 고찰하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 기술적 역량으로는 팀원 간의 조정 및 지식 공유 등을 지원하는 협업 도구(collaborative tools)가 프로젝트 성공에 중요한 역할을 하고, 인적 자원 역량과 관련해서는, 기존에 중요시 여겨지던 기술적 지식들 보다는 경영학적 관리 지식 및 의사 소통 능력 등이 중요시 여겨지는 것으로 나타났다. 인적 역량의 관점에서, 본 연구 결과는 해외소싱이 활발해 짐에 따라 프로젝트 관리자(Project Manager, PM)들이 가져야 하는 주요지식으로 기존의 기술적 지식의 비중은 급격히 줄어든 반면, 의사소통 능력, 해외개발 인력관리, 소싱전략 등과 같은 관리에 대한 지식과 비즈니스 업무지식이 점차 중요해 지고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 한국의 해외 소성은 매우 초기 단계에 있지만 본 연구는 차제에 한국의 IT 인력 특히 PM 인력들이 갖추어야 하는 지식요건과 해외소성을 관리하기 위한 기술적 역량 등에 대한 방향을 제시하고 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Recently, as the management environments are changing rapidly and the uncertainty is becoming larger, the needs of internal control for management and IS become stronger. In order to construct a new internal control system for IS, it is necessary to evaluate the former research of the system. This study emphasizes the importance of effective internal control system, presents a conceptual framework for the preceding factors to consider, and verifies empirically the framework. This study sets the organization citizenship behavior, IS innovation resistance, and IT capability from the viewpoint of Socio-Technical system as the preceding factors for the effectiveness of internal control system. A research model, affecting the above factors on IS capability as a mediating variable of the internal control effectiveness for the use of IS, is set up. PLS-Graph 3.0 is used to verify the model. We found that the internal control effectiveness have affirmative effect on information capability, a surrogate variable of the IS effectiveness and a mediation effect is meaningful.

Reliability in electrical power system refers to normal operation for schedule time in some system that action consists. It means that if there is no contingency of electric power supply decrease or load curtailment, reliability of the system is high. In this paper, a method for evaluation of transmission capability is proposed considering reliability standards. Deterministic and probabilistic methods for evaluation of transmission capability has been studied. These researches considered uncertainty of system components or N-1 contingency only. However, the proposed method can inform customers and system operators more suitable transmission capability. Well-being method using state probabilities of system components proves to be a more effective method in this paper comparing with calculation of LOLE(Loss of Load Expectation). The length of calculation is shorter but it can give more practical information to the exact system operators. Well-being method is applied to IEEE-RTS 24bus system to evaluate reliability in case study. The result is compared with a existing way to evaluate reliability with LOLE and it shows that transmission capability connected with adjacent networks. This paper informs system operators and power suppliers of reliable information for operating power system.
