Due to the requirement of high precision and complexity during the die design for electron gun elements, it sometimes causes human-errors. In addition, in the case of beginners, they have more trial and error than skilled engineers. To remove these problems and increase the productivity in the practice field, it needs the development of CAD system for electron gun element progressive die. Through this study, a CAD system of electron gun element progressive die, which is used, by knowledge base system including expert's technology in the practice, has been developed. To develop this system, it has used C-language under HP-UNIX system and CIS customer language of the EXCESS CAD/CAM system. An application of this system will provide effective aids to the designer in this field.

Lecture Evaluation system is an only way, so far, to evaluate the quality of lectures in our university and yet has several problems. This system does not have any effects on professors; however, it is rather used to threaten assistant professors and/or part-time/full-time lecturers. As a result, students are still dissatisfied with the unchanging lectures of professors. Generally speaking, We should consider new ideas to introduce a head teacher system or improve the lecture evaluation system to open doors wider for teachers, professors do their best to expand students' understanding by practicing the Lecture Evaluation System. In fact, it is hard to keep the objectiveness that the professors estimate the quality of professors. That is why this check list should be restricted only as a guideline among the system. After all, it is expected to bring better educational circumstances when the system functions properly to provide professors to research more.

This writing is for the purpose of investigating the specific character and problem point of China arbitration system which has near 90 years history and overviewing the drift of system improvement which happens recently. The arbitration system of China which traditionally does not acknowledge ad hoc arbitration, unlike most of the other nations that employ The UNCITRAL model law and make it their own legislation, is restrictive to the parties concerned principle of private autonomy considerably. Also the independence of arbitration is delicate, because of a civil characteristic weakness of the arbitral institutions and the intervention of the courts on the arbitration procedure and award. The dual system of domestic and international arbitration which maintains after enforcement of 1994 arbitration law is often to be a primary factor interrupting the development of Chinese arbitration system and making it vulnerable to challenges. The system improvement demand of the recent time reflects this point and makes the arbitration system of China to a international standard rather than now, so it is a desirable direction for China to be as the member of the world economy to be globalization.

General technique and management technology of agriculture have development in every year to ensure the competitiveness of agriculture. Accordingly, Interested in using information systems management technology is improving. For information system, the first system of rural buildings category should be established. Classification system is set up through each specific code. and it takes advantage of the information system is to achieve the computerization of agricultural society. Therefore, in this study construction information classification system, quantity of output category, got to the standard classification system architecture, apply to agricultural buildings to review the situation and saw a problem. The result, it is the complexity and broad scope, and it is set to inappropriate setting of the Category item.

Korea 5MBA(Small and Medium Business Administration) is operating SMEs Policy Information System called SPi-1357 as a part of electronic government business, G4B. SPi-1357 system is offering tailor made policy information to a nation through on-off line system. In this paper, I provide the offering status of policy information, the status of SPi-1357 system, political results of SPi-1357 system, comparison with other country's policy information system, and the development direction of SPi-1357 system. Until now, most Policy Information Systems documents have focused on policy maker but the focus of this paper is functionally oriented SMEs.

The protection system of the system communication, nuclear reactor and chemical reactor are representative of reliable system. This reliable system must be designed based on reliability as well as concept of safety, which is a failed system go a way of safe. Reliable system is composed of part of data acquisition, calculator, communication with redundancy, and a voter is important factor of reliability. Because it is serially connected. This paper presents a Design and Analysis of a Voting Mechanism considering Safety for reliable system Using EPLD. In the case of digital implementation a coincidence logic (voter) of reliable system, it needs CPU and memory, so increase a number of units. Therefore the failure rate and cost are increased on contrary when it is designed EPLD or FPGA.

The dynamic analysis of a train system has tended to analyze one vehicle or subsystem of that rather than to analyze entire vehicles. But, the speeding and lightening of a train requires more accurate analysis. Thus, the analysis of entire vehicles is required but it spends much time. Therefore, it is needed to find out the new analytic method which is more accurate and efficient. This paper suggests a new method for analyzing a multi-vehicle system more efficiently, using‘mechanical impedance’At first, get the impedance of vehicles which influence the dynamics of the object car, through analyzing the dynamics of a vehicle. ‘Equivalent system’, a simple mechanical system, of which the impedance is similar to that ,is proposed. Then, the equivalent system was applied to a vehicle and it showed that the equivalent system works like a real vehicle system. Finally, we tried non-linear analysis of a vehicle to which the equivalent system is applied.

In this paper, We studied efficient design of wireless transmission system for unified data transmission in a subway and railway. It is increased that need of broadband multimedia service to make useful environment for user and to support the operation of railway system. High bandwidth is better if we need more services. But, high bandwidth requires more cost at tunnel of subway. More bandwidth make receive sensitivity to bad. So it need more wireless Station. We deduced best bandwidth of subway wireless transmission system reflecting the cost of installation and efficiency of system. Consequently, we decide efficient service model of broadband wireless system at a subway. Subway broadband wireless transmission system is tested in this year, and it is to be extended to province subway. Cost of subway broadband wireless transmission system is saved, because the system can be efficiently designed. Therefore, the effectiveness is expected to be very big.

IT 거버넌스의 효과적인 진단 및 점검을 이루는 정보시스템 감리는 전반적인 정보시스템 진단을 통해 계획부터 구축, 운영까지의 모든 부분에 적용된다. 하지만 특성화된 대학정보화를 위한 감리체계가 정립되지 않아, 감리수행에 어려움이 있다. 따라서 이를 대학정보화 거버넌스에 적용하기 위해 감리기반의 응용 프레임워크로 내부 감리체계를 정립할 필요성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 정보시스템 감리를 기반으로, 대학 정보화에 적용할 수 있도록 개발한 대학정보시스템의 감리 응용프레임워크를 제시한다. 프레임워크를 통해 기존 감리 시스템과의 차이점을 갖으며, 이를 활용하면 실제로 대학정보화 감리에 기준을 제시하고 현장에서 손쉽게 접근하여 활용할 수 있다. 그리고 정보화 업무담당자 뿐 아니라 감리인 차원에서도 프레임워크를 통해 직접 감리에 활용할 수 있다. 프레임워크는 감리를 3대 영역으로 분류하고 UAFP 및 품질보증을 통해 대학정보시스템 감리에 적용할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다.

Through the development of phasor measurement units (PMU), various aspects of power system dynamic behavior could be monitored and diagnosed. Monitoring dynamic voltage stability becomes one of achievements we can obtain from PMUs. It is very important to select the method appropriate to the KEPCO system since there are many voltage stability indices. In the paper, we propose an advanced WAVI (Wide Area Voltage Stability) for monitoring dynamic voltage stability. It reflects the PMU installation plan of KEPCO, thus it is suitable for KEPCO system specially. The salient features of the proposed index are; i) it uses only PMU measurements without coupling with EMS data. ii) it is computationally unburden so that it can be applied to real-time situation. The proposed index is applied to the KEPCO test system and the result shows that it successfully predicts voltage instability through the comparative studies.
