IPA분석을 통한 창업보육센터 입주기업의 지원 방향 도출에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Support Direction for Start-up Company in Incubation Center through IPA Analysis: Focusing on the Youth Cube in Ansan)

  • In order to support start-ups effectively with limited resources, it is necessary to provide support tailored to start-up companies. Businesses that are operating in local incubation centers may have different demands for the support depending on the region characteristics. This study was worked on companies that have entered into the incubation center 'Youth Cube', which is operated by Ansan City. We investigated the perception of importance in the field of support to identify support policy priorities, and the satisfaction level of each field of support currently supported. Then We conducted an IPA analysis to derive the direction of support. The Ansan area has regional characteristics that it is located in the metropolitan area with well-equipped start-up infrastructure and many innovative institutions, As a result of the importance survey, technology commercialization was recognized as the most important, and education/mentoring was recognized as the least important. Satisfaction with the space and facilities that can be used free of charge was the highest, and the satisfaction was the lowest for entrepreneurship education/mentoring, as was the degree of importance. In addition, according to each quadrant, we derived support that should be maintained, support that should be intensively improved, support that should be given a low policy priority, and support directions that should be kept in mind to avoid excessive support.

  • This is a preliminary study is to make the robot walk more stably by observing the ZMP (Zero Moment Point) of the robot when the robot stands on one leg(single support) and then on two legs(double support) and so on. The robot consists of nine DOF (Degree of freedom) with lower part of the body. It is equipped with motor drivers and force sensors inside the robot. The motors are controlled by the external PC (Intel pentium 4). By the experimental results, it is found that the robot is unstable in the instant of changing from single support to double support or from double support to single support. We use the trajectory compensation of the angle and the length of both legs to realize more stable walking.

부인의 정서적 지지와 남편의 결혼만족도 (Wife's Emotional Support and Husband's Marital Satisfaction)

  • In an effort to better understand the relationship between husband and wife in the family, this study investigated wife's emotional support and husband's marital satisfaction. Subjects were 232 husbands in Seoul. Results indicated that the level of wife's emotional support to their husbands and husband's marital satisfaction were generally high. And wife's emotional support to their husbands had the strongest positive effect on husband's marital satisfaction. In addition, husband's income and wife's employment were negatively related to husband's marital satisfaction. It was suggested the importance of the emotional support to their husbands had the strongest positive effect on husband's marital satisfaction. In addition, husband's income and wife's employment were negatively related to husband's marital satisfaction. It was suggested the importance of the emotional support in the spousal relationships.

  • stereolithography is a process used to rapidly produce polymer components directly from a computer representation of the part. There are several considerations to be made for the efficient use of the process. Especially, the necessity of support structures, which prevent the part from warping, sagging, or parachuting and toppling as the elevator moves up and down in the resin, is one concern. After solidification, the support structures must by removed in the end. Bacause this post-treatment process is often performed manually, the more the support structures, the more it increases the finishing operations. Especially for a complicated part, the removal operations may be difficult, take so much time, and even reduce the accuracy of the product. Thus it is important to efficiently generate the efficient support structure for each part geometry. This paper proposes a procedure to automatically generate the supprot structures focused on accuracy, efficiency, convenience, and generation speed.

  • With increasing the number of tunnel constructions, more reliable analysis methods for tunnel excavation is needed to accomplish technically sound design, and stable and economical constructions. For this purpose, a series of construction procedures, which include excavation and support stages of tunneling, need to be considered. In this study, therefore, rock-support response behavior due to railway tunnel construction has been examined by using analytic methods and numerical calculations. For examining rock-support response behavior, the effects of shotcrete, thickness and time of installation have been considered. Through analytic and numerical calculations, it is shown that support pressure becomes higher with increasing the shotcrete thickness and stiffness, and hence the tunnel deformation tends to be stable. It is also important to notice that there is a significant effect of shotcrete installation time on the tunnel deformation, although no significant change in support pressure is observed.

아동의 학교생활적응에 영향을 미치는 정서적 지지와 정서조절능력 및 자기효능감의 경로분석 (The Path Analysis of Emotional Support, Emotion Regulation and Self-Efficiency Affecting School Adjustment of Children)

  • This study was conducted to examine how children perceive emotional support, emotional regulation and self-efficiency. They came mainly from three elementary schools which are located in Gwangju metropolitan city. Questionnaires were provided to these students and the completed questionnaires were collected. Participants were 503 students. The results were as follows. First, only emotional support and self-efficiency directly affected in the school adjustment. Moreover, emotional support was the most influential factor. Second, although emotional support directly affected in the school adjustment, it also indirectly affected in the school adjustment through emotional regulation. Third, emotional regulation did not directly affect in the school adjustment, but on the other hand, it indirectly affected in the school adjustment through self-efficiency.

  • Appropriate performance evaluation is a key successful factor for continuous improvement and systematic management support in the implementation of quality management. This research deals with the development of a computer support system for performance evaluation of quality management and its application to a real world problem. It, first, investigates existing performance evaluation methods and classifies them into three styles. A number of key factors for designing computer support systems are then elicited by analyzing the characteristics of the existing methods in terms of the requirements needed for a successful evaluation tool. The computer support system is designed by incorporating the key factors in the system design process and it is implemented as a network version. Finally, a case study is performed in order to verify the proposed support system. The pros and cons of the system are also discussed.

취약청소년 자립지원을 위한 취업지원 프로그램 개선방안 연구 : 캐나다와의 비교 (Study of Improvement Plan for the Employment Support Program to Promote Self-Reliance of the Disadvantaged Youth: Compared to Canada Case)

  • 본 논문은 국가차원에서 취약청소년 취업지원을 위해 다양한 개입전략 및 제도적 기반을 구축하면서 사업을 효과적으로 장기간 수행해왔던 캐나다 고용 및 사회개발부 'Skills Link'와 우리나라 여성가족부 꿈드림센터의 '두드림' 사업과 비교 분석하여, 향후 우리나라 취약청소년 자립지원을 위한 취업지원 프로그램에 대한 발전방안을 도출해내고자 한다. 연구방법으로는 각 국의 취약청소년 취업지원 프로그램의 사업배경 및 목표, 참여대상 및 선정기준, 사업내용, 지원기간 및 지원 비용, 사업 효과를 중심으로 비교 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 참여대상 선정과 관련하여 우리나라는 대상이 매우 제한적이며, 둘째, 운영방식과 관련하여 지원 기간 및 비용도 매우 낮은 수준으로 파악되었다. 이를 통한 제언으로는 자립전환기 청소년에 대한 체계적 프로그램을 설계하고 지속적인 지원을 실시해야 하며, 취약청소년의 특성과 상황을 고려한 대상자 선정이 필요하겠다. 또한 사업의 연속성을 확보하고 지원기간의 확대가 필요하며, 자립지원 사업의 성공적 추진을 위해서 청소년의 동기부여와 기업의 참여 유도 방안을 도입해야 할 것이다.

  • 기업 간의 기술 경쟁이 치열해 짐에 따라 기술보호의 중요성은 날로 높아지고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 기술유출 현황을 살펴보면 중소기업의 기술보호 수준은 취약한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 중소기업의 기술유출은 지속적으로 발생하고 있으며, 유출에 따른 피해는 중소기업에게는 더욱 치명적일 수 있다. 이에 정부에서는 중소기업을 위한 다양한 기술보호 지원제도를 운용하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 지원제도에도 불구하고 중소기업들의 관심과 이용은 저조한 편이다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 중소기업 기술보호를 위한 주요 지원 제도들의 현황을 살펴보고, 지원제도에 대한 기업들의 인식과 기대 효과를 실증적으로 분석한다. 실증분석 결과를 바탕으로 지원제도의 인식 제고와 활성화를 위한 개선방안을 논의한다. 연구 결과는 국내의 중소기업 기술보호 지원제도의 효용성 증대와 활용성 제고를 통한 중소기업 기술보호 강화에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

다문화가족지원 관련 법제 연구 (A Study on Multicultural Families Support Act)

  • 본 연구는 국내 다문화가정을 위한 '다문화가정지원법'에 대한 고찰과 개정방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여, 다문화가족의 현황 및 지원정책과 더불어, '다문화가족 지원법'을 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 현행법에 대하여 다음과 같은 개정방안을 제안하였다. 첫째, 법 제1조에서의 '삶의 질 향상'과 '사회통합'에 기여하는 법률의 목적을 실현하기 위하여 '제3조 5항(기본이념)'의 반영을 제안하였다. 둘째, 현행법은 5년마다 지원 및 관련 정책 시행을 규정하고 있고, 3년마다 계획 및 실사조사를 실시하도록 되어있어, 지원정책수립과 계획 및 실사조사 기간의 불일치에 대한 재검토의 필요성을 제안하였다. 셋째, 법조항에서 임의규정(~을 할 수 있다)을 의무규정(~을 해야만 한다)으로의 개정 방안을 제안하였다. 마지막으로, '다문화가족의 날'을 지정하거나 다른 가족의 날과 함께 지정하는 방안을 제안하였다. 21세기에 접어들어 빠르게 변화되어온 글로벌화는 '다문화'라는 새로운 가족구성단위로 이어지면서, 그들을 위한 법제도적 장치에 대한 검토 및 지속적인 관리가 그 어느 때보다 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
