초고층$\cdot$대형 현장은 일반 현장관리 방법과는 달리 경험에 의한 의사결정에는 한계가 있다. 특히 도심지 고층 공사의 경우 대지의 여유 공간이 협소하여, 자재적치와 수평 동선을 위한 공간의 확보가 용이하지 않다. 이러한 초대형 프로젝트를 수행하기 위해서는 기존 경험에 의존하는 양중 및 조달 관리의 한계성을 인식하고 새로운 양중 및 조달 관리 방법의 모색이 필요하게 되었다. 따라서 JIT의 개념을 도입하는 것이 필수적이라 하겠다 현장 내 즉, 반입 이후의 단계는 물리적인 자재의 흐름보다는 정보의 흐름과 의사소통이 중요시되는 단계로 본 연구에서는 현장 내 물류흐름의 문제점을 분석하여, 자재별 속성을 고려한 양중계획수립, 작업일정과 양중일정의 통합관리, 자재의 위치현황 및 작업의 설치현황 가시화를 통한 정보의 공유, 계획대비 실적의 평가의 부분을 시스템개발 방향으로 설정하여. 커뮤니케이션 도구로서의 역할과 계획 대비 실적 평가를 통한 계획의 신뢰도 확보 등을 주요 기능으로 하는 양중관리시스템을 개발하였다.

Then it describes about 3D modeling, project, management, procurement, engineering data bases, construction CAE. Also the paper presents recent project experience at school environment.

This study performed an economic analysis and tested the viability of a public computerization project to create a comprehensive information system for public e-procurement for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The study found that the estimated costs of the project included 4.3 billion won to build the system and 710 million won per year to maintain the system once it is built. The project's estimated total benefits amounted to 6.66 billion won per year, including 5.871 billion won per year in increased convenience for SMBs that use the system, 406 million won per year in benefits for public institutions, and 383 million won per year in benefits for the institution "A" to adopt the system. We used the contingent valuation method (CVM) to estimate the benefits to SMBs, which would be the main participants of the project. The survey found that the SMBs were willing to pay an average fee of 170,136 won. we conducted an economic analysis by applying a 5.5% social discount rate over an analysis period of 10 years and found a benefit-cost ratio of 5.02 and a net present value of 40.201 billion won, which indicated a very high economic viability of the project. The results of this study can be an important reference when deciding whether to pursue computerization projects in the public sector.

This study investigated the relationships among proper types of e-commerce, patterns of inter-organizational information flow (IIF), benefits of e-commerce, and supply-chain performance. In IIF, it was empirically observed that environmental competition positively influences the frequency of IIF, and environmental uncertainty has a positive impact on the quality of IIF. It was also empirically confirmed that only quality of IIF has effects on the usage levels of e-procurement as well as e-partnerships. Through regression analyses and cluster analysis, it was found that under high degrees of the frequency and quality of IIF, the benefits of e-commerce are vastly realized in the firms that highly utilize e-partnerships. The results of this study also showed that when the degrees of quality of IIF are high, the levels of benefits of e-commerce are increased in the firms that employ e-procurement. The moderating effects of buyer and supplier firms' abilities on the relationships between patterns of IIF and usage levels in various types of e-commerce were empirically examined. According to the results, the moderating roles of buyer firms' capabilities and suppliers' abilities were partially demonstrated. Finally, it was found that the realization of benefits of e-commerce can lead to the improvement of supply-chain performance.

공급사 관계 관리 시스템은 기업 내 조달 프로세스의 효율화를 위해 중요하다. 이미 개발된 공급사 관계 관리 시스템이 있지만, 이들은 공급사 관계 관리 시스템을 도입하고자 하는 기업에게 구매 프로세스와 시스템의 변경을 요구하여 기업의 입장에서 이를 쉽게 수용하지 못하게 한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 기업의 구매 프로세스와 시스템의 변경을 최소화 할 수 있는 단순한 시스템 구조를 제안하고, 동시에 변경을 최소화하기 위하여 공급사 관계 관리 시스템의 필수 기능을 정의하고 이를 구현함을 보인다. 시장 변화에 따른 효율적 공급사 평가를 위해서 본 연구 수행에 앞선 연구 결과로 구매 과정에서 발생하는 공급사 평가를 위한 의사 결정 지원 시스템인 BestChoice가 가지는 공급사 평가 알고리즘과 공급사 평가에 대한 효율적 분석 지원을 위한 시각적 분석 방법을 도입하였다. 이와 합께 템플릿 기반 세분화 기법을 도입하여 시장 변화에 따른 공급사의 세분화를 쉽게 하여 공급사 평가 및 관리 정책의 변화를 자유롭게 하였다. 실재 구매 대행 기업에 본 연구 결과를 적용한 공급사 관계 관리 시스템을 구축함으로써 구매 프로세스나 시스템의 변경 없이 쉽게 시스템 도입이 이루어질 수 있음을 보였다.

With the radical changes and advancements of industrial economy, it is required to secure product competitiveness through technological innovations to overcome uncertain environments and generate a driving force for sustainable growth. So the Korea government introduced the superior product selection system in 1996 and has granted such incentives as priority purchasing and contracts the products of SME whose technological capabilities have passed the screening criteria. After analyzing the ambiguity of the evaluation procurement used in designation of excellent product, this study proposed seven detailed indexes for evaluation.

In sole-source procurement contraction for government goods and services, the buyer (government) needs to derive the optimal actions from the contractor so the buyer can obtain the maximum utility and the contractor, or single-source supplier, is guaranteed the equivalent of a minimum level of profit. Under the assumption of risk-neutrality for both the buyer and the contractor and the buyer's unobservability of the contractor's action, it is necessary for the buyer to design a (mathematical) model to achieve the above objective. This paper considers the mathematical formulation in which two problems - moral hazard and adverse selection - are present simultaneously; furthermore, from the formulation, a GAMS (General Algebraic Modeling System) program is used for a possible buyer to obtain the optimal actions.

Mega-Y project is very important for a company to gain a competitive advantage in markets or to achieve drastic change in the internal processes. It stems from the company strategy and annual management goals or key performance measures, and is proceeded by the cross-functional team. This paper presents the success factors and implementation process of the Mega-Y projects. The implementation process is presented in 5 steps, including project selection, cross-functional team building, establishment of the master plan, development and execution of sub-projects, and project completion. A case study on the cost reduction project of aircraft development is presented to help for the practitioners to deploy the implementation process introduced in this paper.

For the success of total six sigma innovation, it is necessary to improve the suppliers' quality in the supply chain. This paper presents the deployment and support system of six sigma innovation for supply chain quality improvement, with the application to an aerospace production company. The process of project selection, project implementation, financial effect verification, benefit sharing is presented. This paper will benefit the companies which are going to enhance all the companies in the supply chain via six sigma activities.

The purpose of this study is to propose a new process model for architects and suppliers in AEC(Architectural, Engineering and Construction) industry, which comes from its utilization of a distributed database. Information used by participants of this process is not held in one singular application sewer, but in tile databases of multiple participants. This study addresses the problem of coping with dynamic information changes that architects face when designing with increasingly time-sensitive product information from multiple suppliers. It also describes the new distributed architecture for design representation, and outlines a corresponding process model to address the needs architectural designers during design and procurement phases. The feasibility of the process was tested in a prototype system that combines existing technologies, which allows for an objects transfer from the Web to the CAD application.
