Purpose - Previous research has shown that a very high level and a very low level of job scope can both be more stressful than intermediate levels of job scope. This study investigates the potential positive and negative effects of the number of accounts handled by sales personnel. The primary objective of this paper is to examine how the number of accounts salespeople handle affects their stress and performance. Research design, data, and methodology - This research conducted the data collection using a survey of salespeople in the pharmaceutical industry. I sent the survey to 420 salespeople, and received 318 usable responses. To assess measurement reliability and validity, I ran an exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. I also employed structural equation modeling (SEM) to test all hypothesized effects in AMOS and also measured the interaction variable using Ping's (1996) approach. Results - These results show that there are linear and non-linear effects of the number of accounts handled by the salesperson on both role ambiguity and role conflict. First, the number of accounts handled by a salesperson is positively related to role ambiguity and role conflict. Second, the effect of the number of accounts handled on role ambiguity and role conflict decreases as the number of accounts handled by the salesperson increases. Third, as accounts increase from a low level, role stress increases; when the number of accounts reaches an optimal level, role stress decreases; and when the number of accounts increases to a high level, it can be detrimental to the salesperson's role stress. Fourth, while product complexity is positively related to role ambiguity, brand strength is negatively related to both role ambiguity and role conflict. Fifth, the greater the brand strength, the weaker the relationship will be between the number of accounts handled and salesperson role ambiguity. Finally, role ambiguity is positively related to salesperson performance. Conclusion - Too much and too little accounts increase the role ambiguity and role conflict of salespersons. Managers should identify the complex effect of the number of accounts handled by salespeople. Also, when products are complex, managers should provide training to eliminate any complex processes and complex information. These results suggest ways to decrease salespersons' role stress by ensuring an optimal level of the number of accounts and brand strength.

Despite the rapid growth and importance of social enterprises in recent years, most social enterprises have many limitations such as small business size, financial dependence on government, lack of professional management personnel and knowledge, and low consumer awareness. Therefore, empirical research in the field of marketing is needed for economic independence of social enterprises. This study is based on the following: First, the identity of the social enterprise and the self-image of the consumer, second, the functional correspondence between the consumer's expectation and actual performance of the social enterprise's product, and third, the social value of the social enterprise product, the purpose of this study was to examine the effects of consumer value consistency on customer satisfaction and loyalty to social enterprises. Finally, this study aimed to suggest the moderating role of social enterprise clubs in this process to give implications for the long-term marketing of social enterprises. The results of this study are as follows. First, self-image consistency, functional correspondence, and value correspondence all have positive effects on the satisfaction of social enterprise and its products and form a loyalty. Secondly, whether or not the social enterprise club belonged to them is a moderating variable that raises sensitivity in the effects of self image consistency and functional consistency on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction on loyalty. SQL is the most common language in data processing. Therefore, most of the colleges offer SQL in their curriculum. In this research, an auto scoring SQL test is proposed for the efficient results of SQL education. The system was treated with algorithms instead of using expensive DBMS(Data Base Management System) for automatic scoring, and satisfactory results were produced. For this system, the test question bank was established out of 'personnel management' and 'academic management'. It provides users with different sets of test each time. Scoring was done by dividing tables into two sections. The one that does not change the table(select) and the other that actually changes the table(update, insert, delete). In the case of a search, the answer and response were executed at first and then the results were compared and processed, the user's answers are evaluated by comparing the table with the correct answer. Modification, insertion, and deletion of table actually changes the data table, so data was restored by using ROLLBACK command. This system was implemented and tested 772 times on the 88 students in Computer Information Division of our college. The results of the implementation show that the average scoring time for a test consisting of 10 questions is 0.052 seconds, and the performance of this system is distinguished considering that multiple responses cannot be processed at the same time by a human grader, we want to develop a problem system that takes into account the difficulty of the problem into account near future.
The purpose of this study is to increase the competitiveness of big data in the maritime port organization, by understanding the expected performance and the intention to accept and use big data. In the empirical analysis of factors affecting the intention to use the big data technology for maritime port organizations, the variables employed are based on the Technology Organization Environment(TOE) and Diffusion of Innovations(DOI) theories, which are related to the acceptance of information and communication technologies. To achieve the objective of this study, an empirical analysis was conducted; this analysis targeted the personnel involved in the department of strategic planning and information technology in the related field. We set up eight hypotheses to examine the relevance between variables having three characteristics-technology, organization, and environmental characteristics. The empirical results are summarized as follows. First, it was seen that the technology characteristic, including relative advantage, complexity, and compatibility, has a significant effect on the expected performance. Second, the top management support of the organization characteristic has a significant effect, but the firm size of this characteristic has no significant effect on the expected performance. Third, the competitive pressure of the environment characteristic has a positive effect on the expected performance, while the regulatory support has no significant effect. Finally, the expected performance has a significant effect on the intention to use big data.
As the research about supplementary education of radiological technologist who works in medical clinics, this study was conducted to draw the improvements by analyzing the satisfaction level and problems of the supplementary education. During November 01, 2016 to April 30, 2017, after we distributed a total of 150 questionnaires for the survey to radiological technologists working at medical clinics located in Changwon-si, Gyoungsangnam province, 106 questionnaires suitable for research were analysis by using SPSS 18.0 statistical analysis software. As the sociodemographic characteristics, the age, gender, working period, level of education, and working department were used. And As the welfare factors, working environment, financial support, educational opportunity, medical support, working culture, etc. were used. As the satisfaction factors, 21 items such as system, subject, help, appropriateness of lecturer selection, professionalism were used. And as the problem factors, 18 items such as place, transportation, diversity, administrative treatment, education promotion, proceed method were used. Consequentially, the satisfaction level(3.02 point) of the supplementary education were confirmed as normal level. And the problems(3.18 point) of the supplementary education was analyzed a little higher. The supplementary education is the mandatory education that any health and medical service personnel must complete every three years for license re-issuance. There were many opinions that the supplementary education for radiologists working in various medical institutions did not meet the education level of radiologists working in the medical clinics. In order to improve the satisfaction of the supplementary education of medical clinic's radiological technologist, it should be improved the quality of education through a practical education program that reflects various opinions and improvements on conservative education.
The development of reliable and objective definitions as well as automated processes for the detection of health care-associated infections (HAIs) is crucial; however, transformation to an automated surveillance system remains a challenge. Early outbreak identification usually requires clinicians who can recognize abnormal events as well as ongoing disease surveillance to determine the baseline rate of cases. The system screens the laboratory information system (LIS) data daily to detect candidates for health care-associated bloodstream infection (HABSI) according to well-defined detection rules. The system detects and reserves professional autonomy by requiring further confirmation. In addition, web-based HABSI surveillance and classification systems use discrete data elements obtained from the LIS, and the LIS-provided data correlates strongly with the conventional infection-control personnel surveillance system. The system was timely, acceptable, useful, and sensitive according to the prevention guidelines. The surveillance system is useful because it can help health care professionals better understand when and where the transmission of a wide range of potential pathogens may be occurring in a hospital. A national plan is needed to strengthen the main structures in HAI prevention, Healthcare Associated Prevention and Control Committee (HAIPCC), sterilization service (SS), microbiology laboratories, and hand hygiene resources, considering their impact on HAI prevention.
The purpose of this study is to establish the Police Reform Committee on May 10, 2017, with the aim of enforcing the nationwide autonomous police system in 2020. In addition, the government is promoting reforms of autonomous police and investigative structures, On April 5, 2018, a special committee of autonomous police system consisting of academics, civic groups, and legal professors was established. In 1991, the local council was established in Korea. In 1995, the local autonomous government era was launched with the election of local autonomous governors, but the field of security did not bring decentralization. This study suggests direction of organization and manpower management, personnel management and distribution, financial management, and political neutrality in order to introduce autonomous police system considering regional characteristics. Also, it should be promoted in the direction of maximizing the advantages of the decentralization system and national police without causing civil unrest and social disorder caused by the introduction of the rapid system. Self-governing police should reflect on the trend of autonomous decentralization in order to secure the Republic of Korea with a more secure policing policy, along with organic cooperation and mutual competition system with the national police.

These days, regional innovation draws more attention than ever as a growth engine for regional economies, and governments put a variety of efforts to establish Regional Innovation systems(RISs). In this circumstance, this study aims to analyze types of RISs and the combinations of the factors influencing innovation performance as measured by patent application. Most of previous works have depended on case-oriented or variable-oriented strategy to classify types of RISs or to analyze the effects on performance of innovation factors, having some limitations: Variable-oriented approaches fail to capture complex combinatory effects of factors, while case-oriented approaches tend to depend on subjective interpretation. This study made use of the recently proposed fs/QCA(Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis) to overcome the limitations of those strategies. Based on the theory of RIS, three factors for regional innovation-input, infrastructure, and network-are used to classify 16 Korean Provinces. The results show that eight types of regional innovation types are identified, and that most of the regions are classified into either IN-type, equipped with high levels of Input and Network, or F-type, with high levels of infrastructure. In addition, applying seven sub-variables of the three factors to the fussy-set combination factor analysis, we examine a combination of factors influencing patent application. The results show that regions with high levels of R&D expense, valid patent, industry-academia cooperation, IP budget, and TLO values, and low IP capital almost always have a high level of patent application. Therefore, for regional innovation, the public sector needs to provide institutional support for R & D personnel training. It is also important to for both the public and the private sectors to make efforts to stimulate IP financing.
The purpose of this study was to explore the direction of school system reorganization in order to strengthen the educational competitiveness of Meister high school. Specifically, the first one was to review prior research related to the school system reorganization of vocational education at the secondary level, and to propose school system reorganization plans of Meister high school. And second one was to analyze the perceptions of related parties about this reorganization plans and to derive important implications. The results of this study were as follows. First, based on the results of the analysis of precedent research, school system reorganization plans of Meister high school was composed of (1) introduction of credit system, (2) introduction of 3-semester system, and (3) expansion of school year. Second, as a result of the questionnaire survey conducted by 138 Meister high school teachers and 185 Meister high school graduates, both group seemed to agree on the necessity of school system reorganization of Meister high school. In addition, the necessity of introducing the proposed reorganization plans was more than a certain level, but the applicability was recognized as somewhat lower than the necessity of introduction. Third, the results of the FGI analysis on industrial personnel showed a positive response, especially regarding the operation of advanced course due to the expansion of school year. Based on this results, it was proposed to design a more systematic reorganization model and provide policy support, to examine the whole scale expansion through pilot application, and to collect opinions more systematically from industrial field experts on school system reorganization plans.
The aim of this study was to investigate whether the schools and local governments were aware of the creation and operation of school forests. A survey was conducted of 45 teachers of schools selected as having the best practices in the school forest and 153 local government officials within the district where the school forests were built. The school teachers attributed the necessity to create school forests to the importance of beautifying the environment. The results showed that the area in which the school forest was created, the school environment after the school forest was created, and use of the school forest were generally satisfactory, but maintenance of the school forest was not somewhat unsatisfactory. Additionally, the results indicated that continuous maintenance was necessary for the effective use of the school forest, and there was a great need for professional personnel to conduct the maintenance program. Furthermore, local government officials recognized that beautification of the school environment was the best effect of creating the school forests. They also realized a great need for local government's support of a maintenance program and its cooperation with related ministries and agencies to create and operate the school forest. Thus, it is crucial to devise measures for maintenance and to establish a system by which schools and local governments can work closely to promote the creation and operation of these school forests.
