건설현장 안전사고를 유발하는 책임전가의식 분석 (Analysis on Consciousness of Shifting Responsibility triggering Safety accidents at Construction Sites)

  • 건설산업에서 안전사고 예방을 위하여 많은 연구들이 진행되어 왔으나 안전사고의 숫자는 줄지 않고 있다. 이에 최근 많은 연구에서 관리자나 작업자의 개인적인 특성과 행동에서 기인하는 원인들을 분석하고, 이를 제거하고자 하였다. 그러나 기존 연구의 노력에도 불구하고 관리자나 작업자는 안전사고의 발생이 서로에게 책임이 있다고 전가하는 인식이 있어 지속적으로 안전사고가 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 안전사고 예방을 위하여 관리자와 작업자의 책임전가의식을 분석하고, 책임전가의식에 영향을 미치는 영향요인들과의 상관성을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 실제 현장에 근무하고 있는 관리자와 작업자에게 설문조사를 실시하여 책임전가의식 수준을 정량적으로 제안하였다. 특히, 관리자는 작업자에게, 작업자는 관리자에게 책임을 전가하고자 하는 영향이 있음을 입증하였다. 추가적으로 책임전가의식과 이에 영향을 미치는 요인들(Job stress, Accident experience, Safe knowledge, Optimistic bias)과의 상관성이 있음을 입증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 관리자와 작업자의 안전의식 향상과 건설안전 분야의 연구적, 실무적인 측면에서 기여를 할 것으로 기대한다.

  • 본 연구는 기업 회계의 보수주의 수준이 경영자 예측정보에 영향을 미치며, 이것이 경영자의 보상에는 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구 목적을 분석하기 위한 연구방법으로, 보수주의를 측정하기 위한 여러 국외 선행연구를 참고하였으며, 이익예측정보를 이익예측치 공시여부와 이익예측정확성으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 따라서, 경영자의 성향에 따라 달라질 수 있는 회계보수주의 정도가 경영자의 이익예측정보와 경영자 보상에 미치는 영향에 대한 가설을 설정하였다. 분석 결과, 보수적 성향의 경영자는 이익 예측 공시에 있어서도 보수적이며, 기업의 경영자가 보수성이 높은 경우에는, 보수성이 낮은 기업 경영자보다 이익 예측 공시를 함에 있어 더 자주, 더 정확하게 함으로써 그들의 능력을 보여주며, 이해관계자들의 예측 오류가 줄어들 수 있게 할 것이다. 따라서 기업이 보수적으로 회계처리를 할 때 경영자의 이익예측 또한 보수적으로 측정되며 이것은 경영자의 핵심적인 능력으로, 예측능력이 보상을 결정하는데 있어 중요한 역할을 할 것이라 기대된다. 또한 이해관계자들이 경영자 보상의 지급 근거와 형태를 파악하는데 유용한 정보를 제공할 것으로 기대해본다.

  • 건축공사 현장에서 근무하는 현장관리자들은 조직 내에서 다양한 사람들과 함께 업무를 수행하고 있기 때문에 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 문제가 조직구성원의 직무스트레스에 영향을 준다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 상대방의 커뮤니케이션 유형이 건축공사 현장관리자의 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. 연구 결과 상대방의 커뮤이케이션 유형에 따라서 건축공사 현장관리자들이 느끼는 직무스트레스는 달라진다는 것을 파악하였다. 특히 상대방의 커뮤니케이션 유형이 감정형, 지휘형일 때 직무스트레스가 높게 나타났으며, 지원형, 사려형일 때 직무스트레스가 낮게 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 건축공사 성과 향상을 위한 현장조직 수행관리 체계를 구축하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

기록연구사의 직무특성과 공공봉사동기가 혁신행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Job Characteristics and Public Service Motivation of Records Managers on Their Innovative Behaviors)

  • 이 연구는 공공부문에 종사하는 기록연구사의 직무특성이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향과 공공봉사동기의 매개효과를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 공공기관의 기록연구사를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 데이터 총 137부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 기술통계분석, t검정, 분산분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석, 매개효과 분석을 하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기록연구사의 직무특성은 혁신행동과 공공봉사동기에 유의미한 영향관계가 있으며, 또한 공공봉사동기가 혁신행동에 유의미한 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기록연구사의 직무특성과 혁신행동의 관계에서 공공봉사동기의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 기록연구사의 직무특성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 공공봉사동기와 혁신행동과의 의미있는 관계를 종합적으로 검증할 수 있었다.

A Study on the Usage Factors of Mobile Banking Apps by Korean Banks in Vietnam: Focused on the Viewpoints of App User and App Provider

  • Purpose - Vietnam has the fastest growing digital economy in Southeast Asia and is emerging as a critical overseas market for Korean banks in the post-COVID-19 era. Accordingly, many Korean banks entered the Vietnamese market to overcome the limitations of the saturated domestic financial market and create new revenue sources. This study examined the current status of digital finance in Vietnam and the cases of Korean banks that have succeeded in the Vietnamese market. Then, importance-performance analysis (IPA) was conducted on local customers, managers and staff members of Korean banks in Vietnam. Design/methodology - In this study, we analyzed the importance and satisfaction factors of mobile banking app usage in Vietnam through IPA. In particular, we identified the differences between the two groups by considering the viewpoint of customers who use mobile banking apps and that of managers and staff members who provide mobile banking services. Findings - The IPA results from the customer group and managers and staff members group were generally similar, but differences were observed in Ease of Use (Technology), Innovativeness (Organization), and Increase in Revenue (Economic). In the case of the customer group, Ease of Use (Technology) is located in the second quadrant, which shows low satisfaction compared to high importance. However, in the managers and staff members group, Ease of Use (Technology) is located in the first quadrant, which indicates high importance and high satisfaction. This difference in perception can cause complaints from local customers; thus, it is necessary to change the perception of the technological aspect for ease of use of mobile banking apps in consideration of the customer's position. In addition, it is necessary to allocate the resources invested in the Innovativeness (Organization) and Increase in Revenue (Economic) to Ease of Use (Technology). Originality/value - In this study, based on the HOTE framework, factors for using mobile banking apps were derived, and IPA was conducted targeting local customers (app user) and managers and staff members (app provider) of Korean banks in Vietnam. Through this, we presented the results of empirical analysis that can help Korean banks efficiently utilize limited resources and budgets.

글로벌 소싱 활성화를 위한 지식요건에 관한 연구 : 네러티브 분석 (Required Skill Set for Global Sourcing : Narrative Analysis)

  • As Korea's global IT sourcing is sluggish and supply of qualified IT personnel does not meet the demand, IT developers currently do not worry about their job security. The sluggish global sourcing is attributed to the lack of system design and analysis skills as well as lack of communication skills of IT personnel. Most of big Korean IT service firms operate in captive market. This is also attributed to the cause of the sluggish global sourcing. Some IT managers, especially in global IT service firms, concerned about the negative long term effect of the sluggish global sourcing on competitiveness and human infra capability of Korea's IT service industry. Managers in IT service firms expect skill requirement changes in the future when global sourcing becomes active. The skills and knowledge that they wish to retain in-house is business knowledge, system analysis and design knowledge, customer relation management skills, project management skills and industry knowledge. The jobs with the above knowledge usually involve customers.

건설현장 관리자 안전 리더십이 근로자 안전 태도와 행동에 미치는 효과 : 자기 고양 편향을 중심으로 (Influence of Safety Leadership of Manager in Construction Site on Workers' Safety Attitude and Behavior : Focused on Self-Serving Bias)

  • This study examined the effects of perceptual differences of safety leadership between managers and workers on workers' safety attitudes and behavior in two construction sites. In addition, the mediating role of safety attitude between safety leadership and safety behavior across discrepancy level of safety leadership. This study was conducted on two first-tier construction companies within the 100th place in 2019. Two companies were similar in size(100 - 150 billion won) and process from the basement frame finishing stage to start of the ground structure of apartment. In A Site, 40 managers and 73 workers, 42 managers and 77 workers in B site participated the survey on managers' safety leadership, and workers' safety attitude and behavior. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the safety leadership scores assessed by the manager and workers at site B. However, the safety leadership scores assessed by the managers were significantly higher than that by the workers at site A. The workers' safety attitudes and behaviors at site B were higher than those of workers at site A. Moreover, Site B was significantly higher in the effects of safety leadership on safety behavior than Site A. At site B, safety leadership had a significant influence on safety behavior even after controlling the safety attitude of workers. At site A, safety leadership had no significant effect on safety behavior after controlling safety attitude. These findings suggest that there is managers' self-serving bias on safety leadership in site A and that this bias of leadership can negatively affect workers' safety attitude and behaviors. In addition, it can be seen that if the self-serving bias on safety leadership occurs, the manager's safety leadership has less influence on workers' safety behavior.

치과기공사의 셀프리더십 전략유형 - 경남지역을 중심으로 - (Self-Leadership Strategy Styles of Dental Technicians - Focused on Gyeongnam region -)

  • Self-leadership means a person's ability to make his thought or behavior in a right way by controlling it himself. Strategies of the same leadership can be largely categorized into three, behavior focused, natural reward and constructive thought strategies. In this study, the foresaid styles of self-leadership strategy are discussed from the perspective of dental lab laboratories' business environment of Gyeongnam region. And accordingly, this researcher examined such strategy styles that dental lab managers, chief technicians and assistant technicians usually have. Results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, out of the self-leadership strategy styles, most remarkably found among the professional of dental technology was constructive thought strategy, followed by behavior-focused and natural reward strategies in order. In general, therefore, the professionals strongly tend to make their thoughts that can a positive effect on their work performance or in a constructive way. In other words, professional dental technicians are more likely to make efforts to persuade or persuade themselves to change their own unreasonable confidence or negative process in more positive way. Second, the extent to which constructive thought strategy is perceived was not different among dental lab managers, chief technicians and assistant technicians. While, behavior-focused and natural reward strategies were found most strongly perceived by dental lab managers, followed by chief and assistant technicians in order. This may be attributed to the fact that the higher professional dental technicians are in position, the higher they are in self-leadership, or in the ability to overcome crises by themselves and make their thought or behavior in a right way. Dental lab managers usually have lots of experiences in relation to behavior-focused or natural reward strategy. Therefore, they are very strongly capable of controlling themselves in order to overcome crises or make their thought or behavior in a right way. In contrast, assistant technicians are still having lots of trials and errors because they are less experienced and skilled. This suggests that chief technicians should make themselves fully capable as a medium that connects between dental lab managers and assistant technicians.

간호 관리자의 리더십 유형이 간호사의 팀워크에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Nurse Managers' Leadership Styles on Teamwork among Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 팀워크를 결정하는 조직적 요인으로 간호 관리자의 리더십에 주목하여, 간호 관리자의 네 유형의 리더십이 간호사가 지각하는 팀워크에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. G시에 소재한 일 대학병원의 일반/책임 간호사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 187부를 최종 자료분석에 사용하였다. 다중 회귀분석 결과, 간호 관리자의 변혁적 리더십과 서번트 리더십, 윤리적 리더십이 높을수록 간호사 간의 팀워크가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 반면에, 간호 관리자의 거래적 리더십은 간호사 간의 팀워크와 유의한 관계가 없었다. 본 연구는 간호 관리자가 거래적 리더십보다는 변혁적 리더십, 서번트 리더십, 윤리적 리더십을 발휘하는 것이 간호사 간의 팀워크를 증진하는 데에 효과적임을 시사한다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호 관리자를 위한 리더십 교육 프로그램에서 변혁적 리더십뿐만 아니라 서번트 리더십과 윤리적 리더십에 대해서도 다룰 것을 제안한다.

병원 간호사의 이직의도에 대한 간호관리자의 리더십 효과: 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석 (Effects of Leadership Styles of Nursing Managers on Turnover Intention of Hospital Nurses: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine effect sizes of leadership styles of nursing managers on turnover intention of hospital nurses. Methods: A systematic review and meta-analysis were conducted in accordance with the PRISMA and MOOSE guidelines. Participants were nurses working in hospitals. The intervention involved nursing managers' leadership styles; the outcome assessed was nurses' turnover intention. This was an observational study design. Eleven databases were searched to obtain articles published in Korean or English. Of the 14,428 articles reviewed, 21 were included in systematic review and meta-analysis. Comprehensive Meta-Analysis and R software programs were used. Results: The total effect size r (ESr) was - 0.25 (95% confidence interval: - 0.29 to - 0.20). Effect sizes of each leadership style on turnover intention were as follows: ethical leadership (ESr = - 0.34), transformational leadership (ESr = - 0.28), authentic leadership (ESr = - 0.23), transactional leadership (ESr = - 0.21), and passive avoidant leadership (ESr = 0.13). Ethical leadership was the most effective style in decreasing turnover intention of hospital nurses. Conclusion: Positive leadership styles of nurse managers effectively decrease turnover intention of hospital nurses, and negative leadership styles of nurse managers effectively increase turnover intention of hospital nurses. The ethical leadership style is the most effective in decreasing turnover intention of hospital nurses; however, it requires careful interpretation as its effects are reported by only two studies. This study contributes to addressing the high turnover rate of hospital nurses and developing positive leadership styles of nurse managers in hospital settings.
