This study confirmed the effect of manager's communication type perceived by organizational members on innovative behavior and the mediating effect of organizational culture. In other words, the manager's communication type was statistically positive for organizational members' innovation behavior (Hypothesis 1) and organizational culture (Hypothesis 2). Organizational culture improved innovative behavior of organizational members (Hypothesis 3). In addition, organizational culture played a mediating role between the manager's communication type and organizational members' innovative behavior (Hypothesis 4). In other words, the importance of improving the innovative behavior of organizational members, which is a key factor for advancing organizational sustainability management, was confirmed. It was confirmed that the manager's communication type and organizational culture act as a key factor for the advancement of innovative behavior. Therefore, executives and managers confirmed the importance of systematic managers' communication-type competency development and organizational culture revitalization plans and the necessity of implementing them in order to improve innovative behavior.

높은 가용성, 확장성, 시스템 성능의 요구를 만족시키기 위해 SAN(Storage Area Network)이 등장했다. SAN을 보다 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록, 대부분의 SAN 운영체제들은 SAN에 부착된 물리적 저장장치들을 가상적으로 하나의 커다란 볼륨으로 보이게 하는 저장장치 가상화 개념을 지원한다. 저장장치 가상화의 핵심적인 역할을 하는 것이 바로 논리볼륨 관리자이다. 자유공간 관리자는 논리볼륨의 자유공간들에 대한 정보를 유지관리 하면서 디스크 할당요구에 적절히 디스크를 할당해주는 역할을 한다. 이때 얼마나 단편화를 최소화하면서 효과적으로 자유공간에 대한 정보를 관리하는가는 전체 볼륨관리자의 성능을 결정하는 중요한 요인이 된다. 이 논문에서는 유연한 매핑을 돕기 위해 자유공간 관리 기법을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 논문의 자유공간 관리기법은 논리블록에 대한 물리블록 할당 외에도 스냅샷과 재구성을 위한 공간할당 및 해제를 효과적으로 처리한다.

Many researches and projects are implemented about u-IT according to changes of ubiquitous environments in the world. Especially, there are benefits to raise lifestyle and we can develop industry by applying ubiquitous regionally. Also it makes citizen feel comfortable directly. There are many projects to regionally adopt ubiquitous services like u-City model for getting this advantages. RFID technology must be suited to each environment because each RFID tag has different characteristics according to frequency band. We need to integrate bands of RFID to overcome limitations and provide more detail information and services. In this study, we develop the dual band RFID Manager needed adopting u-Zone service for both 13.56MHz and 2.45GHz. The RFID Manager, application software for base station of u-Zone, delivers the information from readers to integrated u-Zone server system.

One of the most important research works in modern business enterpise is the relation between the purpose of business enterprise and decision making behavior of manager. It is because the coincidence of the former and the latter is considered an ideal type in evaluating the result of business management. Here I have set up assumptions in order to solve the above statements: (1) What purpose does the modern business enterprise set up and what kind of economic background does it have? (2) What is the theory of maximization of stock value among the purposes of business enterprise? (3) What kind of decision making do we do in the maximization of stock value in busiess administration? (4) How is the behavior of business financial manager's intention and decision made? The result pursued under the above assumptions shows that business manager's behavior of decision making is affected according to the degree that he gets some information, but basically is determined in consideration of his autonomous standpoint, namely the stability of business enterprise and the stability of manager himself while he faithfully performs his duty which is entrusted by stockholders. Therefore we come to the conclusion that there is a little gap between a manager's behavior of decision-making and the purpose of stock value maximization.

2011년 이후, 정부의 창업지원 사업 규모가 급속히 커지며 이를 전담하는 창업지원 매니저의 규모 또한 증가하며 이들에 대한 역할과 역량의 중요성이 커지고 있지만, 창업지원 매니저들에 대한 역할과 역량에 대한 구체적인 개념이나 창업지원 매니저의 요구역량과 보유역량 간의 간극이 커지며 자기효능감이 감소하고 이것이 창업지원단의 몰입도와 업무성과에 부정적인 영향으로 이어지는 문제가 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 창업지원 매니저의 정의와 창업기업의 성공적인 사업수행을 돕기 위해 요구되는 핵심역량에 따라 매니저가 조직에 몰입할 수 있는 정도와 업무성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증분석하는 것에 초점 두며, 이를 통해, 창업지원 매니저의 역량 강화 방안을 제시하여 이들의 자기효능감을 배가하여 창업지원단 업무에 몰입하고 성과를 높이기 위한 정책시사점 도출과 이를 통해 향후 창업지원 매니저 관련 연구에 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 기초자료를 제공을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 본연구는 크게 네 가지의 연구를 수행하였고 각각의 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 관련 법률적 근거를 가지고 창업지원 매니저에 대한 개념을 제시하였다. 둘째, 창업지원 사업 운영에 있어 창업기업의 성공적인 육성을 위해 매니저에게 요구되는 핵심역량이 무엇인지 도출하였다. 셋째, 창업지원 매니저의 핵심역량에 대한 요인들을 나열하고, 창업보육 매니저들과의 비교를 통해 창업지원 매니저의 역량 차이점을 분석하였다. 넷째, 실증분석을 통해 정부 지원사업의 현실에 따른 창업지원 매니저의 고용 형태, 근무 환경 및 상황 등 창업지원단 조직몰입도와 업무성과 등을 자기효능감을 통해 어떠한 영향을 보여주는지 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 창업지원 매니저의 차별적 필요역량은 창업자 발굴역량, 프로젝트 관리역량, 검증·보강역량, 투자유치 컨설팅역량으로 정의하였다. 실증분석 결과 창업지원 매니저역량은 업무성과와 창업지원단 몰입도, 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 자기효능감은 창업지원 매니저의 역량과 업무성과, 창업지원단 몰입도 사이에서 매개효과를 나타내는 결과를 얻었다. 기초적인 업무 지식부터 전문적인 지식 습득을 위한 단계적, 맞춤식, 집중 교육 훈련, 창업자들의 빠른 성장을 위한 액셀러레이터 역량 강화 교육 등 이 뒷받침 되어야 하는 점을 시사점으로 제시하고 있다. 이러한 역량 강화 교육 훈련이 이뤄진다면 창업지원 매니저들의 자기효능감은 높아질 것이고 자기효능감이 커질수록 창업지원 매니저는 본인의 역량을 크게 펼칠 수 있고, 이는 조직의 업무성과와 창업지원단 몰입도에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것이다. 이론적 기여로는 기존 창업보육 매니저의 역량과는 달리 창업자 발굴역량, 프로젝트 관리역량, 검증·보강 역량, 투자유치 컨설팅역량이라는 새로운 창업지원 매니저역량을 도출하였다.

본 논문에서는 과학기술정보의 관리에 필요한 여러 기능을 포함하는 GUI 기반의 검색 데이터베이스 관리 도구(K-Manager)를 제안한다. 일반적으로, 웹 기반의 과학기술정보 서비스를 위해서는 검색 데이터베이스의 구성이 필수적이나, 검색 데이터베이스의 관리 기능이 관계형 데이터베이스와 같은 기능을 모두 지원하지 않을 뿐 만 아니라 TOAD나 GOLDEN과 같은 데이터베이스 관리 도구를 지원하지 않기 때문에, 콘텐츠 관리자나 시스템 관리자가 손쉽게 정보를 처리하기가 어려운 실정이다. 이 도구에는 과학기술정보를 관리하는 콘텐츠 관리자가 필요한 기능과 검색 데이터베이스를 관리하는 시스템 관리자가 필요한 기능이 GUI 기반으로 통합 구성되어 있어 콘텐츠 관리자가 원하는 데이터베이스에 접근하여 각종 데이터 작업을 수행할 수 있고, 데이터베이스 관리자가 데이터베이스의 관리도 수행할 수 있다. 특히 K-Manager는 대용량 과학기술정보의 빠르고 정확한 검색 서비스와 안정적인 관리를 위해 구성된, 분산 검색 데이터베이스에 저장된 정보를 처리하는데 효과적이다. 본 관리 도구는 크게 콘텐츠 관리기와 데이터베이스 관리기로 그 기능을 분류할 수 있으며, 국내 최대 과학기술 포털사이트인 Yeskisti의 콘텐츠 및 데이터베이스 관리를 그 기본 모델로 하였다.

프로젝트 성공을 위해서는 좋은 역량을 지닌 건설관리자가 필요하다. 특히 건설 프로젝트를 기반으로 이윤창출을 하는 건설사나 CM사 입장에서는 건설관리자인 현장소장이나 CMr를 신중하게 선정해야할 필요성이 있다. 선정하기 위해서는 건설 현장 관리 역력을 진단하는 적절하게 평가하기 위한 기준과 방법이 있어야 한다. 선행 연구에서는 건설관리자의 역량에 관한 많은 연구가 있었으나 두 가지 측면에서 보완해야할 점이 있다. 하나는 측정이 가능하지 않다는 점, 다른 하나는 프로젝트 성과를 직접 개인의 성과를 반영한다는 점이다. 본 연구는 스포츠에서 선수의 역량을 측정하는 지표를 도출 했을 때 사용하는 부호화 분석 기법으로 건설관리자 역량 평가 지표를 도출한다. 부호화 분석 기법은 델파이 방법으로 2차까지 진행하였다. 도출된 '측정 가능한 행동'들로 건설관리자의 역량을 측정할 수 있는 기반을 마련하였다. 이를 통해 각 관리자의 전문성, 리더십, 개인특성 역량을 수치화된 표현으로 나타낼 수 있다. 이는 향후 의사 결정자가 건설관리자를 선정 시 뒷받침 될 수 있는 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 직관에만 의존하였던 기존 방식을 보완하여 기록에 의한 근거로 과학적인 접근방법을 통해 건설관리자를 평가할 수 있으므로 의사결정자들이 필요한 건설관리자를 선정하기 위한 결정을 수월하게 할 수 있도록 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

Recently, there are lots of concerning on ubiquitous environment of robots and URC (Ubiquitous Robotic Companion). In this paper, a practical ubiquitous interface system far controlling mobile robots in indoor environments was proposed. The interface system was designed as a manager-agent model including a PC manager, a mobile manager, and robot agents for being able to be accessed by any network. In the system, the PC manager has a 3D virtual environment and shows real images for a human-friendly interface, and share the computation load of the robot such as path planning and managing geographical information. It also contains Hybrid Format Manager(HFM) working for transforming the image, position, and control data and interchanging them between the robots and the managers. Mobile manager working in the minimized computing condition of handsets has a mobile interface environment displaying the real images and the position of the robot and being able to control the robots by pressing keys. Experimental results showed the proposed system was able to control robots rising wired and wireless LAN and mobile Internet.

In this paper, we analyzed the present status of the safety manager and safety assurance aspects through a complex analysis on the operational aspects, marketability and electrical safety aspects of photovoltaic power generation facilities. In the analysis of the equipment status, we analyzed the status and operated status of the installed PV system in Korea and the correlation between the safety manager and the accident. In addition, we analyzed the direction of the ESS through the analysis of the installation status of the ESS, and applied it to the interpretation part of the ESS associated with the solar power generation. The status of the electric safety manager can be used to analyze the data for selecting the electric safety manager by capacity by analyzing the accident status, the electric safety manager operation status, the safety management time by capacity, and the electric safety manager market.
