조직의 의사소통 수준과 관리자의 안전분위기 및 공감이 산업재해 발생빈도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Organizational Communication and Managers' Safety Climate and Empathy on Industrial Accidents)

  • Using a sample of 180 managers in small and medium sized organizations in Chungcheong and Southern Gyeonggi Province, we proposed that official communication channel on safety issue will influence managers' safety climate, empathy (safety climate), and eventually occupational accidents. The results supported our hypotheses, showing managers concern about their employees' safety issue when the organization officially emphasize on safety issue. At the same time, it also tells that managers are emphatic on their employees regarding occupational accidents when it comes to safety climate.

  • The aim of this study is that HPMA(Hazard Potentials in My Areas) System is to present for establishment of the voluntary safety management on industrial region. HPMA System Itself means that manager, supuryisor and worker on process-line find out the hazardous and/or unsafe potentials from their work places and make the plan of improvement by means of mutual communication with top manager and the department of safety staff, eventually put in the practice. In case that it takes the longer time to improve hazard potentials and is impossible improvement by existing technique, appropriate check-list will be used by the worker himself on the identified production line. Form this system, therefore, it makes them to get more and more sensitivity to the hazards. In this study, we present the voluntary safety management system which is controlable systematically and in the final analysis the direction of safety management by computerization of HPMA System which is activated in their work places.

건설현장 관리자의 안전의식 조사 분석 (Survey and Analysis about the Safety Perception and Attitude of Managers in Construction Site)

  • The aim of this study is to survey and analyze the safety perception and attitude of the construction managers for the purpose of contributing to the construction industry accident prevention by inducing safety behaviors of managers. The data analysis found that there were significant differences on safety perception and attitude depending on job positions. This survey found that job position and career affect the safety perception and attitude of manager. Further analysis revealed job position has more an effect on it than career. Therefore, in order to improve the safety perception and attitude of managers, it is effective to put managers more responsibility on safety.

  • Maintenance is carried out over a long period of time, and various documents are utilized in the maintenance work. In maintenance work which is progressed simultaneously in a short period of time, it is important to provide relevant information to the parties in a timely manner. As the types of work increase, manager needs more time and effort to select and utilize the documents. It is necessary to have an information system that supports the person in charge by grasping work procedures for each construction and providing the necessary documents and information for that step. This paper proposes an process based nexus model that can provide necessary documents to the parties to the work steps by linking the maintenance work process and BIM. Through the nexus model presented, manager can efficiently acquire the necessary documents and utilize them for the construction works currently being carried out.

학습을 통한 탐지 모델 생성 시스템 (Detection Model Generation System using Learning)

  • 본 논문에서는 탐지 모델을 자동 생성하여 인력, 시간에서의 효율성과 오탐율을 향상시키는 학습을 통한 탐지 모델 생성 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 탐지 모델 생성 시스템은 agent 시스템과 manager 시스템으로 구성되고 agent 시스템은 탐지 모델 데이터베이스를 기반으로 센서의 역활을 수행하고 manager 시스템에서는 탐지 모델 생성과 모델 분산의 역할을 수행한다. 모델 생성은 유전적 알고리즘에 의해 기존의 정형화된 포맷의 탐지 모델을 학습시켜 모델을 생성하고 새로운 탐지 모델로 적용할 수 있다. 실험 결과에 따라 제안된 데이터 마이닝 기반의 탐지 모델 생성 시스템은 기존의 침입 탐지 시스템보다 효율적으로 침입을 탐지하였다. 구현된 시스템으로 인하여 새로운 유형의 침입 시 탐지 모델 생성과, False-Positive율의 감소를 가져와 기존 침입 탐지 시스템의 성능을 개선하여 탐지모델 생성 시스템을 제안한다.

  • In a ubiquitous environment made up of multiple sensors, most sensors participate in communications with limited battery, and the sensor node isn't able to participate in communications when all the battery is used up. When an existing authentication method is used for the sensor node which has to participate in a long term communication with limited battery, it creates a problem by making the length of network maintenance or sensor node's operation time relatively shorte. Therefore, a network structure where RM (Register Manager) node and AM (Authentication Manager) node are imported to solve the energy consumption problem during a communication process is presented in this thesis. This offers a low power protocol based on safety through a mutual authentication during communications. Through registration and authentication manager nodes, each sensor nodes are ensured of safety and the algorithm of key's generation, encryption/descramble and authentication is processed with faster operation speed. So the amount of electricity used up during the communications between sensor nodes has been evaluated. In case of the amount of electrical usage, an average of $34.783\%$ for the same subnet and 36.855 for communications with two different subnets, are reduced. The proposed method is a protocol which maintains the limited battery for a long time to increase the effectiveness of energy usage in sensor nodes and can also increase the participation rate of communication by sensor nodes.

  • 현재 멀티미디어 서비스 분야에서 핵심적인 기술로 부상되고 있는 MPEG-4는 고압축률을 제공하며, 그 자체 구조의 모든 요소를 기술하는데 객체지향적인 기법을 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 통신망과 단말 환경에 잘 대응하고 강력한 상호작용을 지원함으로서 효과적인 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록, MPEG-4 시스템에 객체 관리기의 기능을 추가하도록 한다. 이 객체 관리기를 통해, 장면트리를 구성하는 객체들에 우선 순위를 부여하고 관리하며, 사용자 상호작용에 따른 장면트리의 변경 및 각 객체의 정보 및 버젼들을 관리하도록 한다. 또한 객체간의 시간관계 모델을 정의함으로서 동기화를 효과적으로 지원할 수 있도록 한다.

  • The construction accidents which had been on the downward trend for the past decades have increased for five consecutive years since 2008. In order to let the increasing trend of construction accident slow growing or switching to decline, various efforts are required of all members in construction industry such as government, employers, construction engineers, safety managers, construction workers, etc. Although the criteria for appointment of safety managers in construction site introduced in 1982 have contributed to prevent construction accident as a forefront for the past 30 years, it has not been a remarkable improvement in the safety manager's status and roles which have been required to change according to the changes of circumstances and environments. In associated with a newly introduced the criteria for appointment of health managers in construction site in the year 2015, the problems such as role, status, number of safety and health managers are needed to be considered comprehensively and improved widely. In this study, we propose several improvement plans which will improve the current criteria for appointment of safety and health managers in construction sites.

웹삐에로 : 웹 데이터베이스를 포함하는 멀티미디어 홈페이지 저작 시스템 (WebPierrot : Multimedia Homepage Authoring System Including Web Database)

  • 본 논문에서는 웹 프로그래밍 기술이 없이도 일반 사용자가 웹 데이터베이스 구축과 함께 멀티미디어 홈페이지를 작성하도록 해주는 시스템(웹삐에로) 개발을 기술한다. 본 시스템은 페이지 에디터, 웹 데이터베이스를 자동 구축해주는 데이터베이스 마법사와, 웹 데이터베이스의 생성 및 수정을 지원하는 데이터베이스 관리자로 구성되어 있다. 데이터베이스 마법사는 홈페이지 템플릿과 연동되는 데이터베이스를 자동으로 생성하고 로컬 사용자 영역에 서버를 자동적으로 구축하는 기능을 갖는다. 페이지 에디터는 DHTML(Dynamic Hypertext Markup Language) 컴포넌트를 기반으로 구현되었으며 멀티미디어 홈페이지를 대화형으로 쉽게 제작할 수 있게 한다. 데이터베이스 관리자는 웹 데이터베이스를 생성, 수정 및 유지 보수하는 기능을 제공한다. 본 시스템은 웹 데이터베이스 프로그래밍 기술이 없이도 웹 데이터베이스와 연동되는 홈페이지 작성을 쉽게 구축하도록 하는 특징을 갖는다.

비표준 건강 기기를 위한 오픈 H/W 기반의 IEEE 11073 에이전트 및 매니저 개발 (Development of Open H/W-Based IEEE 11073 Agent and Manager for Non-Standard Health Devices)

  • With the evolution and development of many kinds of healthcare devices and techniques, u-health standards have emerged as a major issue. Yet, most legacy medical devices and systems are still being used without deployment of the standards. Therefore, it is required to support backward compatibility for u-health standard-compliant systems to communicate with legacy non-standard medical and healthcare devices. This paper proposes a new scheme to support backward compatibility of IEEE 11073 system by adding a codec module to IEEE 11073 agent. The codec converts data sent by non-standard health devices to IEEE 11073 MDER data. Plus, we implemented the proposed IEEE 11073 agent with an Intel Edison board which is one of popular open source H/W platforms. The IEEE 11073 manager of the proposed system can monitor and control legacy non-standard devices through the proposed agent system. In our experimental results, we examined the proposed system can support interoperability between u-health standard and non-standard devices and contribute to the growth and expansion of u-health services.
