The purpose of this study is to improve environmental education policy through analysing environmental education policy in Seoul. According to the results, it should be considered in suggesting improvement of Environmental Education policy in Seoul as follows. First, according to the analyses of paradigm of environmental education policy, it does not in part depend on implication of education for sustainable development. Second, according to the analyses of driving force on the environmental education policy, The state of integration between formal education and non formal education has not been mature yet. Third, according to the current state on the environmental education policy, it is urgent to strategic approach to activate school environmental education. Consequently, It is necessary to indicate a new paradigm shifts for review and revisions of policy and practice in support of sustainable regional development in Seoul. It is also desirable to provide new infra structure which included basic framework, guideline, practical programme so as to enhance environmental education. Thus it would be possible to contribute to activating education for sustainable development.

In the present knowledge and information society, knowledge and use of information and communication technology(ICT) is very important for every citizen. Also, for national power of a nation, IT-related industries need to be supported since those industries can be reconstructed in a short period of time unlike other industries. In this sense, identification and education of gifted children in IT become a serious national issue. Since 2013, gifted education has been conducted as a form of convergent education by government policy. However, there have been controversies on convergent education for gifted education. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the usefulness of convergent curriculum for gifted education in IT. For this purpose, gifted children in IT in a gifted education center are analyzed. By comparing the entrance ranking and graduation ranking, it is concluded that the current convergent gifted curriculum may not be efficient.

Recently, the need of the future education in youth and univesity is rapidly increasing according to 4th industrial revolution. However, the maker and design education as a kind of youth and university future education has the following problems: it is implemented as an interesting convergence education including software education, it is managed by integrating youth and university competencies, it is composed in the form of blended class of consilient subject and nonsubject, it requires considering satisfaction in competency measurement and management, it is connected with entering school and getting job. To solve these problems, a case study on competency-based maker and design education using marine robot, which is based on the process-based learing method, integrated competency of youth and university, blended-type curriculum in terms of online and offline, is executed. To verify the competency-based maker and design education, the satisfaction survey in subject and nonsubject is performed. Study results show the example of the marine robot-based maker and design education and the need for additional study.

제 4차 산업 혁명을 맞이하고 있는 최근 대학 교육은 전문적인 지식의 전수보다 문제해결력이나 창의성을 강조하고 있다. 뿐 만 아니라 첨단 정보통신기술이 융합되어 혁신적인 변화가 이루어지면서 융합 교육에 대한 필요성이 더욱 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 IT 융합 교육을 실시한 후와 일반 융합 교육을 실시한 후, 창의적 문제 해결 역량의 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과 일반 융합 교육보다 IT 융합 교육을 받은 수강생의 창의적 문제 해결 역량이 더 높았으며 통계적으로도 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 이에 창의적 문제 해결 역량 함양을 위해 대학에서는 각종 강좌에 IT 융합 교육을 연계한 교육이 활성화되어야 할 것이다.

본 논문에서는 우리나라의 수출 산업에서 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 IT 산업의 인력 양성을 위하여 학생과 학부모의 정보교육에 대한 수요를 조사 분석하여 정보교육을 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안을 마련하였다. 설문조사 결과에 따르면 학생과 학부모 모두 학교에서 정보교육을 강화해야 한다는 의견에 과반수 이상이 찬성하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 정보 관련 특수 목적 고등학교의 설립에 대해 학생과 학부모 모두 과반수 이상의 찬성을 나타났다. 이와 같은 수요 분석 결과에 따라 본 연구에서는 초 중등학교에서의 정보교육 활성화 방안을 제시하였고 이러한 연구 결과는 향후 우수한 정보 인력 양성의 기본 토대를 마련하여 우리나라 경제 발전에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

글로벌 시대의 요구에 부응하기 위해 교육 분야에서도 글로벌 교육에 대한 필요성과 중요성이 급증하고 있다. 하지만 보는 관점에 따라 글로벌 교육의 정의와 모델에 대한 합의가 아직 명확하지 않고 글로벌 교육 과정에서의 고비용성, 저효과성, 지속성 결여 등으로 인해 실제 글로벌 교육의 성과는 예상보다 기대에 미치지 못하고 있다. 더구나 예비 교원의 글로벌 능력을 함양하기 위한 글로벌 교육에 관한 연구는 거의 이루지지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 예비 교원의 글로벌 교육을 중심으로 IT 융합 접근 방법을 연구하였다. 본 연구에서는 우선 국내에서 시행되고 있는 글로벌 교원 양성을 위한 글로벌 교육 프로그램을 비교 분석하였다. 또한, 글로벌 교육에서의 제약 사항들을 해결할 수 있는 IT 융합 교육 시스템을 연구하여 구체적인 IT 융합 글로벌 교육 방법들을 알아보았다. 특히 빅데이터 분석 기술을 기반으로 복수학위나 교환학생 프로그램에 도움을 줄 수 있는 글로벌 교육과정 이수 추천 시스템을 제시하였다.

본 우리나라는 전 세계 IT 생산량의 7%를 차지하는 IT 강국이지만 정보교육을 소홀이 다루고 있어 핵심 원천기술과 SW를 개발할 인력이 부족한 형편이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 열악한 교육체제를 개선하고 정보교육을 활성화하기 위한 "정보교육진흥법"의 제정 방안을 제안하였다. 그리고 이 법에서 담아야할 내용으로 체계적이고 안정적인 정보교육의 활성화를 위한 국가와 지방자치단체의 "정보교육종합계획 수립"에 대한 책무, 정보교육의 활성화를 추진하기 위한 위원회 구성, 학교교육과 사회교육에서의 정보교육 활성화 방안, 정보활용능력인증제 도입 등에 대한 구체적인 방안을 제시하였다. 따라서 본 논문을 통해 도출되는 연구 결과는 침체되어 있는 우리나라의 정보교육을 활성화할 수 있는 "정보교육진흥법" 제정의 방향을 제시해 주는 지표가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구는 재취업 교육생의 IT창업교육이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하였다. 연구대상은 재취업 교육생 187명을 대상으로 2017년 5월 15일부터 2017년 7월 15일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석방법으로는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며 신뢰도분석, 빈도분석, 다중회귀분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 재취업 교육생의 IT창업교육, 창업의지에 대한 기술통계는 전체 평균보다 높은 수준으로 나타났으며, IT창업교육과 창업의지와의 관련성은 모두 정적(+) 상관관계를 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. 재취업 교육생의 IT창업교육은 하위요인인 교육내용과 강사 및 교육시설은 창업의지에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 학습구성원은 창업의지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 IT 창업교육에 대한 학습구성원의 만족도가 높을수록 창업의지가 높아지는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구는 재취업 교육생의 IT창업교육을 통하여 창업의지를 향상시킬 수 있는 창업교육 프로그램 운영에 필요한 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

정보사회에 적응하기 위한 정보기술의 습득은 전문지식인을 양성하는 대학에서도 필수적이다. 따라서 각 대학의 교양교육에서 효율적인 정보교육을 위해 IT 유창성을 기를 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 미국 과학원 NRC99에서 정의하고 있는 IT 유창성의 관점에서 국내 대학들의 다양한 정보 교양교육과정 분석을 목적으로 한다. 2010년 9월부터 2011년 6월까지 대학정보공시 내용을 분석한 결과, 201개 대학 중 84개교가 교양필수 과정으로 정보교육을 실시하고 있었다. 그 중 29개 대학에 대해 구체적인 교육과정 내용 분석 결과, IT 유창성 영역 중 현대기술 영역에서는 응용 소프트웨어 활용교육에 집중되어 있었다. 기초개념 영역은 일부 다루어지고 있었으나, 지적능력에서 요구되는 학습내용은 거의 다루어지지 않고 있었다. 이상과 같이 본 연구는 그 동안 초중등 교육에서만 집중되었던 정보교육을 고등교육에서 이루어져야 할 학습내용과 현황을 분석했다는 데 그 의미가 있다.

Regarding the role of infrastructure in the university and education sector, which is the most important factor for securing future competitiveness of a country, timely application from qualified applicants is an important factor. Thus, this study is to propose creative value regarding education and certification for smart IT sector, which will be a major topic in continuous technology development over the next 10 more years, and to bring out ripple effects by policy research regarding education and certification for smart IT sector in the software-oriented society. This research on policy regarding education and certification for smart IT sector in the software oriented society can be used as a guideline in education and certification for smart IT sector at colleges and can be also used for establishing groundwork for completing practical education required in smart ICT field at colleges and for cultivating mobile app program developers required by enterprises.
