This study analyzed the post-training satisfaction level and changes in their thinking of 202 maladjusted soldiers who participated in Green Camp from 2017 to 2018 through survey, and the operational status of Green Camp to 350 military officials. In addition, general matters of military official, matters concerning soldiers entering the Green Camp, matters concerning the use of the Green Camp, and matters related to the consultation of soldiers in their relevant units were analyzed through technical statistics. On March 17, 2019, the Department of Defense identified 6,118 98.4% of the 6,214 maladjusted soldiers with active duty failed to complete military service and discharged, among them, 66% or 4,014 reportedly experienced maladjustment. Therefore, it is necessary to earlier identify soldiers who are discharged due to maladjustment, to apply various methods such as education and career guide by civil expert, to conduct timely education through civil professional hospital so that they can complete their military service normally.

Brand community refers to a group of consumers who are passionate about the brand, and actively participate in enhancing the brand value. This study examines the impact of brand community experience on brand satisfaction, brand trust, and brand value co-creation, focusing on BTS's fan community, 'ARMY'. The results show that the value of aesthetic sensitivity, self-consistency, and intellectual fulfillment, obtained through brand community experiences, had a positive impact on brand satisfaction and brand trust, and brand value co-creation. The implications of this study are as follows: First, rather than company-centered traditional marketing campaign strategies, future brand marketing strategies should focus on nurturing brand communities through which encourage emotional communication and solidarity between consumers and companies. Second, in order to enhance brand community experiences, it is necessary to provide various opportunities to satisfy customers' intellectual curiosity and self-consistency as well as sensory stimuli related to the brand.

Military training is being carried out to win the combats through the quick and accurate response exercise for changeable engagement situations on battle fields. However, practically, it is really difficult to do actual fight training. Even though ROK Army is doing effort for practical training in KCTC(Korea army advanced Combat Training Center) supplying such as MILES equipments but a single platoon is able to use KCTC facilities or MILES equipments only 10 days a year. In order to find solution on this problem many researches suggesting AR or VR technology are still on the way. Nevertheless these are not fully covered the training done in the real field. In this regard, this paper proposes how the AR technology algorithm to apply on small units during field training exercise.

This paper aims to determine how the Republic of Korea Army (ROKA) records management system affects practitioners' understanding of the importance of records management. The levels of awareness of records management, which is based on ISO 15489, are set as dependent variables, whereas the ROKA's records management system factors are set as independent variables based on the standardized elements of ISO 30301 (Management System for Records). The relationship between these variables is then statistically examined using a sample (N = 251) surveyed with record management practitioners in the ROKA. The results show that operational factors had a positive effect only on the purposes and benefits of records management. Based on the results, it is suggested that the development of an expertise-based and value-oriented policy and education is necessary to improve practitioners' understanding of record management.

The Army is making efforts to increase combat power by incorporating technologies related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution into the field of defense. In order to utilize these technologies, it is necessary to develop a military tactical communication system that enables transmission and reception of data between command and control system and weapon systems. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the tactical communication systems of the other countries, derive the limitations of the tactical communication system currently operating in the military. And, a multi-layered integrated operation structure centered on satellites and plans to provide communication on the move to small units are reviewed. Then, we present the necessity of a large-capacity transmission speed by predicting the amount of data that will be generated from weapon systems of the future, and a plan to efficiently manage the network using intelligent network technology.

This study quantitatively analyzed the effects of self-efficacy in the workplace on job-stress and work-life balance (WLB) using a structural equation model (SEM) to seek ways to increase the WLB. Because the current government promotes the 52-hour weekly policy, WLB that refers to the balance between work and life that is used throughout society. In addition, self-efficacy, which was used mainly in the home and education system, has expanded its scope of application, and efforts to increase it in the workplace are working as demand for the times. The observation variables to be included in the SEM were collected from a questionnaire of 5,454 adults, and AMOS 21 was used for statistical analysis. As a result of the analysis, self-efficacy in the workplace has a negative correlation with stress, and a higher self-efficacy means a higher WLB. The results of this study did not show that the more workers are passionate about their work in the workplace due to work-oriented thinking and behavior rather than home had a lower WLB. In addition, these results can be used to analyze the WLB policy in the ROK Army.

This study aimed to clarify relationships between the westernization of military uniform systems and changes in the textile import industry during the Eulmi reforms of clothing regulation. For the goal, the study investigated the content and features of that had been enacted under the Eulmi reforms. It also examined the status of the textile import industry at the time, especially in relation to outer garments such as jackets or Eui, trousers or Go, and overcoats. Moreover, this study inspected how the above westernization changed the textile import industry. More specifically, the research analyzed the content of based on articles from the then state newsletter or 『Gwanbo』, and the then cabinet meeting or Euijeongbu's proceedings or 『Euiju』. Concerning the textile import industry, this study looked into relevant descriptions and trade statistics from 『KOPEИ(Hankukji)』, and analyzed changes in that industry in connection with the introduction of Western military uniform systems. As a result, this study found that increased imports of cotton fabrics during the Eulmi reforms of clothing regulation was correlated with surging demand for shirt or lining materials and increase in the use of Myeonyung following military uniform westernization. Similarly, an increase in silk fabric imports was an outcome of increased demand for lining materials. Also, the import growth of woolen fabrics was seemingly attributed to the use of Heuknasa and Heukyung as basic materials of military uniforms. Thus, military uniforms began to be made of fabrics, which hadn't been used before in the wake of westernization. This development brought changes in the textile import industry, which is supported by textile import statistics of the time. In conclusion, the westernization of military uniform systems under the Eulmi reforms of clothing regulation was a significant factor that changed the industry.

This study examined the research trends with a focus on the academic papers released from 2010 to 2022 on multicultural soldiers policy. As a result of examining the current status by year, field, and research subject, research has been conducted since the revision of the Military Service Act that allowed young people from multicultural families to join the army, but not actively so. Research fields also diversified from the creation of the environment and preparation directions to policy proposals ahead of the first multicultural soldier's enlistment, but the need to expand the field of research has been identified. Lastly, research subjects ranged from executives to warriors, but most of them centered around inmates rather than multicultural soldiers. It is expected that the analysis results of this paper will play a positive role in setting future research directions for multicultural soldiers that are still in progress.

In 2020, the digitization of the previously partially researched "6.25 War military records" was completed and transitioned to public access, allowing anyone to utilize the digitized materials. Following concerns regarding the effective utilization of these records and the creation of historical value, this study analyzed issues found in the specific region of Hamyang in Gyeongsangnam-do based on the management status and utilization information of the National Archives of Korea, War Memorial of Korea, and Army Records and Information Management System that primarily managed the records. Furthermore, it proposes developing the metadata elements to address the issues, constructing a digital archive, enhancing the interconnectedness of war records, providing educational and exhibition services, and offering various forms of research materials.

Based on the K-UAM roadmap, this study was conducted to select major education and training subjects necessary for the composition of the initial UAM pilot education and training curriculum. Currently, UAM aircraft have similar characteristics to rotorcraft that can take off and land vertically around VTOL functions. Therefore, in this study, the Rotary Wing Pilot Training Curriculum of the Army Aviation School, which represents Rotary Wing Flight Education, was selected as a comparative group, and education and training subjects for initial UAM pilot training were selected. First, a hierarchical structure for the AHP survey was designed based on the Army's rotorcraft pilot education and training subjects, and the AHP survey was conducted by selecting experts from each class. If the education and training subjects given as priorities through AHP analysis are applied to initial UAM pilot training, it is expected to contribute to the effect of education and training and ultimately to the safe operation of UAM.
