최근 기업의 비즈니스 가치 증대를 위해 IT의 전략적 활용과 정보시스템과 비즈니스 프로세스간의 연계와 통합에 대해 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 IT 서비스와 자신들을 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 IT 거버넌스 개념 재정립의 필요한 시점이나, 학계와 산업계의 높은 관심에 비해 국내 기업의 실증적인 사례연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 사례 연구를 통해 IT 거버넌스와 관련하여 현재 기업에서 수행 중인 의사결정 체계와 활동, 유형 및 결정 요인 등을 살펴봄으로써 IT 거버넌스 구축의 현주소 및 향후 활성화 요인을 제시하고자 한다. 비교 분석을 위해, 동일 산업군에서 매출액 규모가 유사하고 IT 투자율이 높은 국내 대기업 2개 업체를 선정하였으며, Structure, Process, Relational Mechanism 관점에서 관련업체의 IT 부서 주요 관계자들과의 인터뷰와 여러 내부 자료들을 활용하여 심층적인 사례 분석을 수행하였다. 'A'사와 'B'사의 IT 거버넌스 사례 분석을 통해 의사결정 메커니즘과 요인을 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 보편적인 적용이 가능한 의사결정 영역별 특성 및 구성요소를 구체적으로 제시함으로써, 향후 기업의 환경에 맞는 IT 거버넌스 체계 구축 및 Reference로서 활용을 기대한다.

Information literacy of the individuals affects their competitive capability significantly by providing problem solving skills in the short run, and by enabling life-long learning in the long run. This study examines if information literacy capacity has any relationship with individuals' achievement level through the experiment with college student subject group. As evidences for individual achievement level, we adopted GPA's(grade point average) of students. As a result, it was confirmed that information literacy and academic achievements has positive relationship. Additionally, it has been found that this relationship has a tendency of sustaining for a significant period. These experiment results would serve as a rationale for providing information literacy courses in the academic curriculum.

This research is focused on the effects of salesmen's service-justice and using the IT devices on customer response. Specially, I want to know for the response when our customer take the service from the salesmen. From analysis of the resulting data, using the IT devices are increased the quality of salesmen's service-justice. Salesmen's distributive-justice affects to positive the relationship quality. But procedural justice and interactional justice cannot affect to positive the relationship quality. Maybe, I think that the reason will be a feature of insurance goods. And relationship quality affect to positive the customer's response. There are limitations on generalization due to the results based on only insurance industry, but this study will be a useful exploratory step before designing a future survey.

In this paper, it was studied on a device for maintaining the instream flow by using treated waste water from sewage treatment plant, and discussed on using the inverse circulation system in stream for directly utilizing treated waste water as instream flow. This system is to secure insufficient discharge at upstream, as treated water is pumped from treatment plant which is located at down stream. Therefore, it will be improved water quality with simple water treatment plant, as it is composed of optimal system by consist various types of scheme for transporting. Also, influx method of transferred treated water to a stream will be improved water quality by aeration and be shown environmental friendly spaces. It was considered water quality and present using condition to use for maintenance water in stream by treated water. The guide line for application of inverse circulation system in domestic streams is suggested.

This study reviewed the use of soil injection materials using circulating resources as injection materials for the steel pipe multi-stage construction method. The tests performed were homogel time and homogel compressive strength. The steel pipe multi-stage construction method is an auxiliary construction method for tunnels, and the expression of initial strength after construction is an important factor. The better the strength development in the initial stage, the more it can be used as an injection material suitable for the multi-stage steel pipe construction method. As a result of laboratory test, it was found that the homogel time of the injection material using circulating resources required more time than the mixing ratio using cement as the injection material. In addition, it was found that the initial strength curing time satisfying 2MPa was required for more than 24 hours. Therefore, it was confirmed that the injection material using recycled resources required a longer initial curing time than cement of the same mixing ratio.

국가적으로 전체 터널의 수는 대폭 증가하는 추세이며, 시공 및 유지관리 단계에서 체계적이고 장기적인 계측을 통한 관리가 필수적이다. 그러나 제한적인 계측만을 수행하고 있으며, 계측된 데이터가 체계적으로 관리되지 않아 유지관리 등 시공 이후의 단계에서 기초 정보로 활용하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 상태의 주요한 원인 중 한 가지는 기존의 유선 계측기가 터널현장의 복잡하고, 다양한 장비들이 운용되는 상황에서 설치 및 유지관리에 어려움이 있기 때문이다. 또한 고가의 로거의 필요성은 경제성 면에서도 장애가 된다. 따라서 터널의 효율적인 계측 및 관리를 위해서는 경제성이 확보된 무선의 효율적인 계측기의 개발이 선결되어야 하며, 본 연구에서는 지그비(Zigbee) 기술을 활용하여 기존 터널 계측기의 70% 이상을 차지하는 진동현 계측기를 무선화 할 수 있는 모듈의 프로토타입을 개발하였다. 본 고에서는 이와 관련된 다음의 내용을 기술하고자 한다. - 지그비 기술을 활용한 진동현 계측기 무선화 모듈 프로토타입 개발 내용 - 현장 실험 방법 및 결과

기업에서 도입하여 활용하고 있는 지식관리시스템(KMS)의 목적은 다양한 정보와 지식을 다자간공유를 통하여 업무를 효율적으로 지원하는 데에 목적이 있었으나, 지식의 축적과 활용방법이 용이하지 않다는 문제점으로 활용도가 점차 낮아지는 경우가 발생되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 지식의 활용을 높이기 위하여, 보다 용이한 지식의 축적 방안과 업무를 수행하면서 적절한 때 요구되는 지식을 적시에 보여줄 수 있도록 하는, 업무에 지식을 결합시키는 방안을 제시하였다. 업무에 기반한 지식관리체계를 국내/외 사례를 통해 설명하고, Valtech Consulting에서 2009년 모공공기관의 프로젝트를 수행하며 직접 구현한 업무지원 시스템에 Embed된 Micro-KMS 사례를 소개하였다.

최근 이슈가 되고 있는 클라우드 컴퓨팅, 빅데이터, 모바일 등 다양한 분야에서 공개SW 기반 시스템을 도입하여 적용하는 사례가 증가하고 있으나, 수많은 공개SW 중 신뢰성 있는 솔루션을 선택하는 것은 많은 시간과 비용이 발생한다. 이에 공개SW 도입 시 고려해야하는 항목을 도출하여 선정지표를 개발하였으며, 실제 공개SW 도입을 위한 조사 및 선정 단계에서 선정지표를 활용하여 업무 적합성, 성숙도 등을 고려한 최적의 공개SW 선정할 수 있는 기준을 제공하고자한다. 또한 선정지표를 활용하여 WEB, WAS, DB 등 공개SW 솔루션에 대한 평가 사례를 살펴보고, 향후 선정지표를 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다.

QR Code can save much more information than 1D Bar Code and encode various types of information. As it takes less general cost than high priced RFID, it can be recognized through smart-phone without any special facilities. Despite these strengths, QR Code is just used by general people for their daily life service, while 1D Bar Code is applied in all kinds of industry like sales, distribution, production management, quality management and so on. And RFID is also used in many industrial field like harbor and distribution area. The range of QR Code's usage is getting broad but still restrictive. So it is required to make new organized system. Therefore, this research suggests that Applying QR Code in the SCM. Connecting QR Code with SCM, it secures space for data's movement. And it helps not only rise the speed and accuracy of data flow but also reduce logistical cost.

In this study, we investigated the methods of using the Cabri3D program for education of problem solving in school mathematics. Cabri3D is the program that can represent 3-dimensional figures and explore these in dynamic method. By using this program, we can see mathematical relations in space or mathematical properties in 3-dimensional figures vidually. We conducted classroom activity exploring Cabri3D with 15 pre-service leachers in 2006. In this process, we collected practical examples that can assist four stages of problem solving. Through the analysis of these examples, we concluded that Cabri3D is useful instrument to enhance problem solving ability and suggested it's educational usage as follows. In the stage of understanding the problem, it can be used to serve visual understanding and intuitive belief on the meaning of the problem, mathematical relations or properties in 3-dimensional figures. In the stage of devising a plan, it can be used to extend students's 2-dimensional thinking to 3-dimensional thinking by analogy. In the stage of carrying out the plan, it can be used to help the process to lead deductive thinking. In the stage of looking back at the work, it can be used to assist the process applying present work's result or method to another problem, checking the work, new problem posing.
