최근 유비쿼터스를 비롯한 정보기술의 급격한 발전에 따라 GIS를 통하여 누구나 일상 속에서 직접 지리정보를 활용할 수 있게 되면서 공공분야 및 연관 산업분야에 큰 파급효과를 가져오고 있다. 특히, 지리정보의 유통 방식이 기존의 공급자가 제공하는 지리정보에 대해 조회 위주에서 벗어나 현장에서 실시간으로 지리정보를 가공하고 직접 갱신할 수 있는 양방향 서비스로 진화하면서, GIS는 u-City 구현에 필수적인 위치기반 공공서비스 인프라 구현을 통해 민간의 내비게이션, 텔레매틱스 등 관련분야 시장규모가 해마다 급속히 성장하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 상승세에도 불구하고 여전히 기관마다 서로 유사한 서비스를 제공하는 경우가 빈번하고, 민간의 대다수 유관업체들 역시 아직 지속적인 수익모델을 찾지 못해 단말기 제조 등 특정 분야에만 머무르고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 업종특성에 맞는 보다 구체적이고 유망한 신규 사업모델의 개발이 시급하다. 본 연구는 GIS 특성에 근거하여 사업모델 개발에 필요한 성공요인을 도출하고 그 타당성을 분석함으로서, 이를 통해 다양한 성공적인 지리정보 활용 비즈니스 모델의 구현과 평가에 기여하고자 한다.

IT 발전은 프로젝트를 수행함에 있어서 직접 대면하여 공동으로 작업을 진행하던 협업 방식을 웹 기반 툴을 활용한 온라인 협업 방식으로 변화시키고 있다. 따라서 다양한 온라인 협업 툴이 개발 및 상용화되고 있으며, 그 중 온라인 오피스로 불리는 Google Docs도 이에 해당한다. 사용자들은 Google Docs를 통해 온라인상에서 무료로 문서 작업을 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 다른 사용자들과 문서를 공유할 수 있으며, 해당 문서작업을 동시에 하는 것도 가능하다. 따라서 최근에는 기업뿐만 아니라 교육 기관에서도 협업이 필요한 과제 및 프로젝트를 진행할 때 Google Docs를 활용하고 있는 추세이다. 기존의 면대면 공동프로젝트 방식에 있어서도 성공적인 성과물을 만들어 내기 위해서 여러 중요한 요인들이 제시되어 왔다. 마찬가지로 온라인 협업 툴을 활용하여 창출할 프로젝트 성과물의 품질에도 여러 요인들이 영향을 미칠 것이다. 따라서 높은 품질의 프로젝트 성과물을 창출하기 위해 영향을 미치는 요인들을 확인할 필요가 있다. 하지만 아직까지 온라인 협업 툴을 통한 성과 품질 혹은 결과물에 대한 사용자들의 만족에 대해 검증한 실증적 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 프로젝트 수행 주체의 개인적 특성, 프로젝트 멤버들간의 관계적인 특성, 협업 툴이 지니고 있는 시스템적 특성을 고려하여 프로젝트 성과물의 품질과 결과물에 대한 만족도를 높일 수 있는 매커니즘에 대해 연구해보고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과를 기반으로 점차적으로 중요시되고 있는 협업 툴의 발전 방향과 사용자들의 활용도 및 만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In this study, we conducted a literature review and exploratory research to identify the characteristics of recently popular video information and to propose the basic capabilities required for video information literacy. Through a literature review, the distinct characteristics of video information were examined from various perspectives, differentiating it from other types of information. Subsequently, we had one-on-one, in-depth, semi-structured interviews with 16 participants in their teens to 50s to collect their video usage experiences. The interview contents were categorized to create a codebook, and content analysis was performed. Based on this analysis, we derived the characteristics of video information. Finally, the characteristics of video information were identified through the literature review and interview analysis outcomes, and these characteristics were classified into properties of video and characteristics related to video information usage. Based on the identified characteristics of video information, this study proposed the basic capabilities required for video information literacy.

이 연구에서는 "민간기업의 정보화에 소요되는 자원을 제공하여 수혜기업의 경영성과와 이를 통한 연관산업의 경쟁력 증대를 도모하는 정보화 분야의 정책적인 기업지원서비스"를 "기업지원 정보 서비스"로 정의하고, 기존 공급자 중심의 사업목표 달성여부의 평가를 위한 평가지표 개발연구에서 벗어나, 중장기적 관점에서 기업지원 정보서비스 활용요인과 성과에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 서비스 활용요인을 기업지원서비스 품질(정보, 서비스, 시스템)과 조직특성(정보기술자원의 성숙도, 조직문화)차원으로, 기업성과 차원을 정보 지향성(Information Orientation)개념과 경영성과 요인으로 구성하여 기업지원 정보서비스의 활용과 기업 성과의 영향관계 살펴보고자 하였다. 실증연구는 산업정보지원센터의 서비스를 활용하고 있는 186개의 기업체 표본을 수집하여, 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석한 결과 설정한 모든 경로가 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 특히 서비스 품질과 조직문화가 활용수준에 큰 효과를 보이고 있으며, 정보지향성이 경영성과를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과는 정보화 분야의 기업지원 서비스 정책 수립 방향과 개별기업의 전략적 정보 기술 활용을 위한 주요한 시사점을 주고 있다.

For the recent several years, there has been much interest in lexical semantic network. However, it seems to be very difficult to evaluate the effectiveness and correctness of it and invent the methods for applying it into various problem domains. In order to offer the fundamental ideas about how to evaluate and utilize lexical semantic networks, we developed two automatic word clustering systems, which are called system A and system B respectively. 68,455,856 words were used to learn both systems. We compared the clustering results of system A to those of system B which is extended by the lexical-semantic network. The system B is extended by reconstructing the feature vectors which are used the elements of the lexical-semantic network of 3,656 '-ha' verbs. The target data is the 'multilingual Word Net-CoreNet'.When we compared the accuracy of the system A and system B, we found that system B showed the accuracy of 46.6% which is better than that of system A, 45.3%.

IT융합 적용을 위하여 컴퓨터 또는 현장 데이터 취득 유닛과 각 센서노드 간의 데이터 통신망이 필요하고 또한 중앙 제어기와 데이터 전송이 필요하다. 이러한 IT융합 데이터 통신망 구축에는 유선통신이 전송 효율측면에서 안정적이기 때문에 선호된다. 그러나 불가피하게 무선이 필요할 때 IT현장에서 주로 선택되는 무선통신망의 종류별로 특성과 장단점을 비교 분석하였다.

In this review, the theory and applications of the complex capacitance analysis, which can be utilized in analyzing capacitor-like electrochemical systems, were summarized. Theoretically, it was suggested that the imaginary capacitance plots (Cim vs. log f) can provide a simple way to analyze electrochemical characteristics of capacitive systems, without complicated mathematical calculations. The usefulness of the complex capacitance analysis has been demonstrated by applying it to analyze EDLC characteristics of practical porous carbon electrodes, ionic conductivities inside small pores, and ionic resistances in the catalyst layers of polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells.

This study looks at the recently increasing metaverse platform from the perspective of users. Therefore, to understand the metaverse concept as an extended space, we looked at the spatial theory and looked at the paradigm from the perspective of lifestyle and technological change. The case was viewed as 'big tech', and it was shown to be developing in various forms. simulation, Immersense, It is reclassified into Tranconnect and Explorience interfaces to suggest directions for use in various fields.

The theme is the core of the work in all media including the games. In order to develop successful games, it must effectively express the game theme. In order to express the game theme, it must be able to understand and to utilize the characteristics of the game theme. This Study extracted 11 characteristics of the game theme through the precedent literature research and found 4 core characteristics of the game theme through interviews with 11 experts. This Study conducted a survey about 4 core characteristics of the game theme in Final Fantasy X of Japan and Skyrim of USA. As a result, degree of an expression about 4 core characteristics of the game theme received high-rated in common(3.45~4.59 / 5). It may become guidelines for the theme studies in the other games. I will contribute to develop successful games through understanding and utilizing the 4 core characteristics of the game theme.

This study aims to provide methods and policy implications for vitalizing the regional regeneration of local small cities through utilizing idle spaces, with Hongcheon-gun as a case. Hongcheon-gun has been changed into cultural and art space since it was selected as the venue of Gangwon Triennales, and it is an example region that vitalized local areas by utilizing idle spaces on the basis of its placeness and characteristics. For the effective future utilization of idle spaces and regional regeneration, however, first, the survey of local resources is required for the systematic management and utilization of idle spaces. Second, foundations for the management and operation of idle spaces should be constructed. Third, methods for utilization should be sought in consideration of the characteristics of idle spaces and local conditions. Fourth, connected projects should be vitalized in consideration of possibilities for the regeneration and utilization of idle spaces.
