Index adjusted ratio method has been widely utilized in public construction sector for contract sum adjustment by price fluctuation. In this method, the Production Price Index are used for the base ratio, but the PPI can't reflect the character of construction project in respect of the selected items and weight. In this research we prove the problem of using the index adjusted ration method in contact sum adjustment by price fluctuation, and improve it by using the construction cost index, which has the property of construction project. And we figure out the efficiency of the proposed method by case study.

The purpose of this study was to suggest policies that take advantage of social networking services in the field of social commerce. Presented it, in order for the concept of a social network service for the first time, were examined by four representative types of social network services, and analyzed the characteristics of each. Domestic current status and concepts presented and the addition of social commerce, and analyzed the characteristics of each type proposed six kinds. Utilizing social network services to the end, was to suggest measures that can be incorporated into the social commerce business. The results of this study suggested that the marketing implications for how social network services in the social commerce business that can be utilized in companies that will say that its worth.

In recent years, diversified demand for marine utilization has been increasing not only through the development projects for the utilization of the conventional coastal zone but also by the development of marine leisure sports and marine energy. It is very important to understand the characteristics of blue for safe and economical utilization of the ocean. Using the observed wave data, we derive the wave parameters to represent the irregular sea state proposed in the previous studies and examine the relationship between them to confirm the characteristics of the ocean wave.

This study aims at examining the ways which a school librarian uses SNS when performing tasks and the use of SNS with the features of the task and the organizational system run by one person affect task performance. In this study, for objective explanation of the interrelation among a librarian's tasks and the use of SNS and performance, the model of a Librarian's Task-SNS Technology Fit was suggested through the combination of the Technology Acceptance Model and the Task-Technology Fit. Based on the result of the survey analysis, their utilization of SNS is not just limited to personal taste nor interferes with their work. Rather, it enhances task performance owing to the characteristics of the tasks or the organization such as the organizational system run by one person.

The Korean government has selected job creation policy as first goal in order to overcome the recession and response of 4th industrial revolution. Technology based start up is worth noting in order to job creation. Because the ripple effect of technology based start up is higher than self-employment. Therefore, the government and the private sector conduct various policies and services for the vitalization of technology based start up. In order for technology based start up to be successful, it is necessary to maximize personal (founder) capacity. In this study, the correlation between "features of personal (motivation, capability, experience, entrepreneurship)", "competitiveness of company" and "corporate performance" was analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). Also, in this study analyzed the differences between 2 groups based on the career of CEO (work for government funded research institutes VS the others). This study can be utilized when policy making and practice about technology based start-up.

In this paper, small-size high-power single pole double throw(SPDT) switch with defected pound structure(DGS) is presented for wireless broadband internet application. To reduce the circuit size using slow-wave characteristic, the DGS is applied to ${\lambda}/4$ transmission line of the switch and the measured results are compared with them of conventional switch. To secure high degree of isolation, the switch with the DGS is composed of shunt-connected PIN diodes and shows insertion loss of 0.8 dB and isolation more than 50 dB at 2.3 GHz. The size of the switch is reduced about $50\%$ only with the DGS patterns while it has very similar performance to the conventional shunt-type switch.

The rational methods of pavement design and analysis using the resilient modulus have been increasingly adopted by major advanced countries and many researches concerning the resilient characteristics of pavement materials as well as developement of reliable testing method have been actively performed. Accordingly, fundamental researches on the resilient modulus characteristics of domestic subgrade soils are very important. With want of aggregate due to the national constuction projects, it is siginificant to examine on the utilization of coal ash as pavement materials. The purpose of this study is to examine resilient modulus characteristics and to evaluate the relationship between MR and CBR by AASHTO testing method. The materials for this investigation are Coal Ash (Fly Ash, Bottom Ash) from 5 thermal-power-plants and 4 decomposed-granite-soils from central regions of Korea.

The utilization of simulation has been limited in planning construction process because it is difficult to collect data and build a model using simulation method. This study collects construction operation data and analyzes the characteristics of its distribution. Through the statistical analysis on the empirical data, this study identifies Beta distribution functions is one of the most proper in duplicating the characteristics of construction equipment operation data into a computer simulation. The information obtained in this study can support preparing input data for another simulation.

The assignment of exploration on individuals provides challenging work environments, while it generates high levels of complexity. On the other hand, the assignment of exploitation on individuals offers less challenging work environments, while it makes low levels of complexity. Give the characteristics of exploration and exploitation, I argue that the assignments of both exploration and exploitation create the favorable work environments to individuals. Developed hypotheses were tested using a logit regression from a sample of 168 project managers in a R&D center. I found that a manager who experienced exploitation project(s) is positively related to higher performance in exploitation project(s). In addition, a manager who experienced both exploitation and exploration projects are found to be positively associated with higher project performance.
