스마트 팩토리는 시시각각 변화하는 생산현장의 생산정보 4M1E(Man, Machine, Material, Method, Energy)생산자원을 실시간으로 통합하여 생산 관리를 무대기시간, 무재고, 무고장, 무불량일 발생할 수 있는 핵심성과지표 (KPI: Key Performance Indication)를 통하여 생산현장을 연속개선을 추진하는 것이 핵심이다. 본고에서는 스마트 제조업에 필요한 IT융합 국제표준화 동향으로 사이버 보안기술, Object Process Methodology기반 생산자원 통합기술, 실시간 이벤트기반 구조화 기술, 공통 생산정보화 플랫폼 서비스기술, 생산정보화 표준기능 및 국제표준동향과 한국형 중소제조업 스마트공장 적용 참조 모델에 대하여 알아본다.

The fourth industrial revolution and so on, the manufacturing environment is based on the latest IT technology, and ICT-based convergence that links with various industrial fields is actively proceeding. For this reason, convergence security based on changing environment in the field of security is emerging as a new issue, and various demands for convergence security are increasing. Such changes in the industrial environment not only provide advantages of convergence environment, but also cause various fusion and complex security problems. In particular, the government is actively promoting policies to build 10,000 smart plants by 2020, and has implemented projects to build 2,800 smart plants from 2014 to 2016. Therefore, we will examine the security threats and countermeasures against smart factories that are being built on the basis of ICT rather than the existing closed type.

IT convergence plays a key role in increasing the value of goods and services in other industry sectors. The government has enhanced the policy and institutional support for convergence technology development and technology commercialization. Some of the leading companies already achieve performance through the strategic IT convergence. However, in order to maximize the benefits and performance of IT convergence, policies should be established from the viewpoint of industrial ecology and many companies can participate in and share benefits of IT convergence business. From an industrial ecology perspective, this study suggests a role of the government, keystone enterprise, and other stakeholder for promoting the IT convergence using analytic hierarchy process(AHP).

현재 정보 통신 기술을 기반으로 한 4차 산업 혁명의 흐름 속에 있다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅, 인공 지능, 로봇기술, 드론 등 4차 산업 혁명의 핵심 기술들은 가상 세계와 현실을 하나로 연결하는 O2O(Online To Offline) 쳬계를 구축했다. 그리고 4차 산업 혁명은 ICT 산업뿐만이 아니라 제조업, 의료업, 농업 등 다양한 산업 분야에 정보 융합 환경을 구축했다. 그중 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 정보 융합 환경을 구축하는 기본 요소로 통한다. 이로 인해 많은 기업은 클라우드 도입을 고려하고 있다. 온 프레미스 방식의 대리점 IT 인프라도 그 대상이다. 하지만 이미 오랜 시간 온 프레미스 위주의 IT 생태계가 형성되어 있으므로 전환 설계에 대한 연구와 향후 연구 방향 도출이 필요하다.

A near miss is an unplanned event that did not result in injury/illness, or property damage, but had potentials to do so. The importance of the near miss has been emphasized by many researchers and organizations. However, only a few studies have quantitatively approached the near miss from the viewpoint of safety culture. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of near miss reporting activities in manufacturing workplaces in Korea. It also aims to understand how the activities related with the safety culture and the occurrence of industrial accidents. To this end, a survey was conducted on manufacturing workplaces and the results were analyzed. As a result, there was a marked difference in the perception on near miss according to whether or not the near miss reporting activity was conducted. However, it was found that only 56% of the workplaces were carrying out the reporting activities. It was found that the number of near misses reported varied depending on the reward. Although no correlation could be found between whether or not the near miss reporting activities were carried out and the history of industrial accidents occurred, it was found that safety culture level was hier at the workplaces conducting the activities.

South Korea's smart factory drive is at a very important point. While large-scale funds and manpower are invested to secure international competitiveness and revitalize manufacturing, software investments that are only approached by IT suppliers may end up creating systems that do not meet the actual conditions of the field. As a result, there are problems in the manufacturing sector that can cause consumers to feel the fatigue of innovation in the manufacturing sector. SMEs should check from scratch and establish a gradual integration system so that they can reduce failures in IT investments and implement OT-oriented smart factories that are well utilized in the field. To this end, a process visualization solution was proposed and a step-by-step innovation was proposed at the basic level and the ICT unapplied level.

A manufacturing industry has secured its competitiveness through cost reduction, research for new products, development of manufacturing technology traditionally. However, many manufacturers are being required of innovative efforts for business sustainability by emergence of new technology and industry owing to fast technology development and convergence among technologies and industries. Continuous growth can not be expected with the way of simple manufacturing and sales under the 4^th industrial revolution era. Separation of service from product is getting more vague in some specific area and a service provider is often offering its own product together. Innovation destroying manufacturing value chain with servitization can only create the new value. Basic concept of servitization, paradigm change and future prospect of manufacturing industries suffering from the 4^th industrial revolution will be analyzed in this paper. Also, the strategy, application and methodology for servitization required in the convergence period will be researched.

최근 급격한 기술변화와 함께 기술간 융합이 가속화되고 에너지 고갈과 고령화 진전에 따른 사회 경제 문제가 심화 되고 있다. 이러한 환경변화와 더불어 IT산업정책은 이제 IT산업 자체뿐만 아니라 전 산업과 경제사회의 당면과제를 해결하는 방향으로 선회가 필요한 시점이다. '뉴 IT전략'은 이러한 변화된 경제적 사회적 환경에서 IT산업이 치열한 글로벌 경쟁에서 살아남고 우리 경제의 지속적 성장동력이 되기 위해 마련한 IT산업의 새로운 성장전략으로서, IT산업 자체의 고도화를 바탕으로 전(全)산업과 IT가 융합하여 제조업을 고부가가치화시키고, 친환경 고령화 등 경제사회 문제해결에 IT산업이 기여하는 전략을 담고 있다. 기술간 산업간 융합을 통해 IT산업 성장의 한계를 극복하고 타산업 발전에 기여하는 '뉴 IT전략' 추진을 통해, 오늘의 경제 위기 상황을 극복하고 우리나라 산업 선진화에 핵심적 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대된다.

ICT converged smart factory started from German Industry 4.0 has been the driving force for the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution and the center of manufacturing innovation for major industrial countries. It will be developed according to industry characteristics of each country. Korea is relatively later than other competing countries in the smart factory area. So, the government is establishing related policy and tendering all sorts of supports for smart factory mainly to the small and medium-sized enterprises to spread over the manufacturing industry. It is necessary for government to categorize among similar manufacturing industry and make them share digitalized production information mutually. It will be more effective method for securing global competitiveness than the uniform support. Also, large companies need to establish cloud based production forecasting system over similar industry and share it with other companies rather than expansion of individual smart factory. Mutual development in the manufacturing industry will be realized when the small and medium-sized enterprises and large companies take part in the cooperating ground of smart factory.

In this study, a total of two hypotheses were established and tested to find out how entrepreneurship in manufacturing SMEs affects organizational effectiveness through technological innovation. The key results of this paper are as follows. First, it was confirmed that innovativeness, a component of entrepreneurship, did not affect organizational commitment, but it did affect job satisfaction. On the other hand, it was confirmed that proactiveness and risk-taking did not affect both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, process innovation played a mediating role in the relationship between innovativeness and job satisfaction, proactiveness and job satisfaction, and proactiveness and organizational commitment. However, it was confirmed that product innovation did not play a mediating role at all in the relationship between the components of entrepreneurship and the components of organizational effectiveness. This study provided academic and practical implications by identifying the antecedent factors that affect the organizational effectiveness of manufacturing SMEs. From an academic point of view, previous studies did not differentiate by industry or mainly selected and studied sample subjects from industries such as IT, hotel, service, and tourism. However, this study investigated how entrepreneurship affects organizational effectiveness through technological innovation targeting manufacturing SMEs, and provides the research results. In addition, from a practical point of view, manufacturing SMEs need to make efforts to improve workers' proactiveness, innovativeness, and process innovation capabilities in order to improve workers' job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
