The purpose of this study was to develop and to explore the possibility of the virtual reality based communication training program(VR-CTP) for students with intellectual disabilities. To do this, sentences and dialogue of program were extracted from the National Common Basic Curriculum of Special School and the contents design of program were developed based on the consultation by special education experts. To explore the possibility of applying the VR-CTP, a usability evaluation was conducted with 30 special school teachers and 44 students with intellectual disabilities. The results showed that the VR-CTP had a high level of usability as the special school teachers received 4.23 and the students with intellectual disabilities received 4.44 out of 5. But there is no difference of usability evaluation on the special teachers' school level and teaching experiences without arrangement of school. Also, there is no difference of usability evaluation on the students' IQ, school level, and arrangement of school. As a result of this study, we can draw a conclusion that there is a possibility of applying the VR-CTP to language education for students with intellectual disabilities.

Efficient Professional Engineers(PE) play an important role in development of the scientific technology and the national industry. Recent technologies have been more complicated, fusionized and globalized. Thus it is required to establish total system doing the PE more competitive and specialized. This study is to Propose 'an improvement system for the current Specialized Engineer System(so-called recognized PE)' and 'an Unifying method of managing PE' by the professional Engineers Act for Korean PE so as to meet the global standards. As Improvement policy for the Specialized Engineer system, some alternatives are suggested including removal or change of the recognized PE. And two improved alternates were also suggested in order to manage the PE more systematic and competitive. One of the two is that the Ministry Of Science and Technology(MOST) have an authority to manage every activities associated with PE system for example PE qualification, PE exam, PE CPD(continuing professional development), PE employment, and so on.

This study is a qualitative study to disclose the meaning and reality of violence experiences of the mental health nurses by the phenomenological approach. This study is done with the participation of 9 community mental health nurses who have work experiences more than 3 years in the city of S, from Nov 7, 2014 till Dec 21, 2014. The result of the study revealed that the violence experiences of this study participants may be categorized into 4 categories, 'a small boat running into a storm', 'open sea', 'a small boat lost of the sign post', 'a captain controlling the rudder' and may be identified with 11 theme cluster and 32 theme.Therefore violence from patients who have experienced mental health nurse could be found to affect even the identity of the mental health nurse as well as threaten safety of professionals. This may threaten the quality of service provided to the patient, so we have to accept reality as a serious problem. Also it has been preceded by what the support program development of the nursing organization for the nurse who is violence victims with preparing for violence Prevention. As the result we suggest that you prepare a practical measures for the safety and quality nursing services performed by mental health nurses.

This paper aims to evaluate the performance of S University's Premier Global Construction Engineer Training Program. The net impact of the program is evaluated through a quasi-experiment design approach. The competency level of an individual participant is compared with that of a non-participating expert with similar professional background. The results show that the training program contributed to a significant improvement in the professional competencies of the participating students. The competency level was regressed on the subjects of curriculum. The achievements are attributable to a group of subjects focused on the skills for project development such as PPP, feasibility study, and project financing. Another group of subjects found to have significantly contributed to the improved competencies can be categorized as subjects focused on nurturing global perspectives. The paper shows it is possible to quantify the contribution of the program and the results provide a set of information that can be useful in designing and operating similar programs.

This article is a theoretical and empirical study of engineering and gender, and also explores the policy development of WIE program. WIE in Korea aims to foster talented women engineers through the introduction of gender-sensitive engineering education system, field-adaptive skill improvements of women students, and industry-university collaborations. This study examines gender perspectives to analyze our WIE program. It is important to recognize that it's not enough to acquire institutional and structural equity in developing women in engineering. Above all, we should note our situations that has frustrated women's career development in engineering. In university education, we need to improve the engineering faculty's recognition of gender equity. Efforts to establish the professional identity of women engineers, involvement of men and women students, and building of women engineers' network are necessary elements to implement successful WIE program. Additionally, we discuss that policy support to WIE program should be continued and enlarged in university level.

To investigate the more effective mathematical communication process, a recommended teacher and a selected class as an exemplary model was analyzed with Flanders system. The mathematical communicative level was examined to measure content level using the framework analysing the mathematical communicative level(Park & Pang) based on describing levels of math-talk learning community(Hufferd-Ackles). The purposes of this paper are to describe the verbal flow pattern between teacher and students in the elementary school class for mathematically gifted students, and to propose the effective communication model of math-talk with analysis of verbal teaching behavior in the active class. In addition the whole and the parts of the exemplary class sample is respectively analysed to be used practically by elementary school teachers. The results show the active communication process with higher level presents a pattern 'Ask Question${\rightarrow}$Activity (Silence, Confusion or work)${\rightarrow}$Student-Initiated Talk${\rightarrow}$Activity (Silence, Confusion or work), and the teacher's verbal behavior promoting math communication actively is exhibited by indirect influence especially accepting or using ideas.

With the spread of Corona virus l spreading to the uncertainty of society, consumers request more active social responsibility programs. In other words, it is manifest that corporate brands are required to pursue the public interests. Consumers go beyond the corporate social responsibility programs and support corporate's involvement to solve the social problems and they consume the brand accordingly. Thus, the companies respond to the consumers' request as a form of brand activism, or the new social marketing form in which the companies set the brand as an individual and seek the solutions of social issues. In this study, five experienced experts in the area were recruited to conduct in-depth interviews and how brand activism was practiced worldwide. The results reveal that brand activism is actively practiced with the support of consumers in the area of support for the small business, anti-racism efforts, gender diversity and equality, and sustainability.

This study is a descriptive study comparing the nursing work environment, job stress and turnover intention of pediatric ward nurses and general ward nurses. The subjects of this study were 174 nurses with more than one year of experience working in small hospitals, general hospitals and university hospitals with more than 200 beds in G-city. Data collection was conducted from August 2016 using structured questionnaires to measure nursing work environment, job stress and turnover intentions. Results: There were no significant differences in nursing work environment between pediatric ward nurses and general ward nurses, and there were significant differences in job stress. Especially, the more nursing work environment of pediatric ward nurses was, the higher the job stress, the higher the turnover intention. In other words, pediatric ward nurses are more likely to have higher job stress than regular ward nurses because they are stressed not only from the health problems of the child but also from the family members. Therefore, communication and self-achievement that can reduce the job stress of the pediatric ward nurse and a variety of measures are needed.

This research focuses on the life history of university professor and the meaning of their lives to provide career information to parents and teachers conducting childhood career education. professor K with 25 years of professorship was targeted for insides's view(emic), which describes the life story through the professor's voice and words, was used as the method of research and additional data was collected through in-depth interviews with professor K, his writings, e-mails and in-depth interviews. The collected data was electronically transferred and categorized for field and categorical analysis. The analysis showed that the motive for professor K to enter academic society was due to his utmost efforts, assistance of family, and his friend encountering. Also after entering the university, he served as key role in research, education and as an appointed professor. After retirement, he is contributing to the society as a expert and practitioner. As such, 'continuous effort and consistent personal innovation', 'strong belief and clear calling', 'warm humanity and practical life', and 'flexible attitude and educational passion' were deducted from professor K 's professional capability.

Although the requirement of enterprise security implementation has been raised, a few research on security collaboration, which is one of the methods for enterprise security has been performed. This paper approached information security from the collaboration-centric perspective and propose critical success factors for security collaboration. In this study, a model of security collaboration, which includes coordination and cooperation activities was devised. Based on the previous research on organizational collaboration literature, the eight success factors for collaboration were deduced and examined the significance of the eight factors using the PLS-SEM statistical method with data of 106 samples who are security and IT professionals who have worked for more than 7 years. The result of the hypothesis test supported that trust, expertise motivation, collaboration performance criteria, top manager support and collaboration tools are the prominent factors of security collaboration.
