The SCM is on the effective treatment solution that has process schedule, material supplying, inventory management for perfect product these days. The SCM is innovative process activity to attain effective whole. It depends on the structure of approach because supplying network is consist of organization, budgeting, responsibility and authority. The major objective of the thesis was to propose the integration model and structure method technique of the SCM. Thus, to implement strategy model, firstly, it is determined repairs and non-effectiveness of supplying network. secondly, to set up future vision and goal, it is considered success factor of supplying net. thirdly, no gaps introduce between present and future of supplying net fourthly as above-mentioned consequence, Alternative is to set up integration and implementing model according to enterprise administration strategy .

In this paper, we propose a transmission power control scheme for performance improvement of VANET using STPC algorithm considering traffic-flow model. In traffic congestion, a transmission power between car and car increases the collision probability of control messages, which causes the problems to decrease the performance of VANET. The proposed scheme is evaluated by OPNet modeler 16.0 for analyzing its performance and effectiveness in terms of end-to-end delays in hops, packet success probability, and throughput. The simulation result show that the proposed scheme reduces a delay in hops and increases high packet transmission success ratio. Furthermore, a throughput under high density traffic is improved effectively.

Nowadays, there has been extreme competition due to market reduction in the domestic construction industry. In this situation, Korean construction companies are focused in the area of planning development housing project, which should maximize profit for a project. The most important step in this project is the business planning stage which judge whether it could come true or not. Each company has its own planning process model, but there hasn't been any standard model for the business planning process. To solve this problem in Korean construction companies, this study identifies the existing business planning process in the domestic construction companies finds out its problems, and suggests solutions for thorn. And Finally a business planning process model is proposed for success in development housing projects.

Since 1964, HSR, which was opened in Japan, has had a hoge impact on the world. Historically, HSR has similar characteristics to the Roman Road, which promoted rapid movement and hada great influence on international society as transport infrastructure. Recently the development of HSR has become more rapid because of economic, environmental and external cost concern, emphasizing Environmentally Sustainable Transport(EST). In particular, the external cost has become more important factor for justifying HSR. The successful factors of HSR are high demand and cost minimal construction costs. There are two successful HSR models, the Japanese and the French. The former operates based on high demand oriented and the latter focuses on its minimizing costs. The demand orientated model means HSR carries over 100,000 passengers per day as in Japan and Far East Asian countries. The cost minimized model focuses on lower operation and construction costs as in France. In particular, Germany carries both passengers and freight on HSR. The construction costs in Germany are in between those of Japan and France. In future, Korea, Taiwan and China HSR will follow Japan's successful model because of high population density and concentration of economic activity along railway lines. This paper supports Vickerman's argument that HSR is justified where there is a demand of between 12 million and 15 million railway passenger a year(about 40thousand persons/day) between two urban center. This will be shown in the future in Korea, in Taiwan and China. Finally, this paper reviews that HSR activates at 250km/h for dedicated new lines and 200km/h for upgraded lines. In particular, it is successful in area of high population density and cost minimizing technology.

Social commerce is simply a kind of e-commerce by adopting SNS(Social networking service). It has been spread as SNS is widely used all over the world. In this situation, companies attempt to make the best use of social commerce to understand its advertising effect and to sell more products and/or services they provide. Although social commerce is a recent trend in Korea, it is necessary for companies to find a way to effectively adopt and utilize the social commence. Therefore, the focus of this study is to identify critical success factors for social shopping. We generated 40 items to measure 8 constructs. Using data collected from 300 respondents who have experienced both SNS and social shopping, we analyzed our model and its hypotheses. The analysis result shows that social shopping customers don't use SNS to get information when they purchase products and/or services in social shopping web sites.

In this paper, we propose a computationally efficient method detecting the P300 wave for brain-machine interface. Electrophysiological researches have shown that the P300 wave's potential is decreased when human intention matches visual stimulation. Motivated by this fact, we can infer human intention for brain-machine interface by detecting the P300 wave's potential decrease. The P300 wave is recorded from EEG(electroencephalogram) electrodes attached on human brain skull after giving alphabetical stimulation. To detect the potential decrease in P300, firstly we statistically model the P300 wave's negative potential. Then we infer human intention based on maximum likelihood estimation. The proposed method was evaluated on the data recorded from three healthy human subjects. The method achieved an averaging accuracy of 98% from subject k, 90% from subject j and 79.8% from subject h.

The purpose of this study is to examine metamodeling knowledge and its components, which means knowledge about model and modeling required for students and teachers for successful application of modeling in the field of science education based on research literature. For this, we analyzed and categorized major previous studies on modeling and modeling through research literature methods. Metamodeling knowledge aims to recognize models and modeling and is the most crucial element to create a scientific model in scientific modeling practice. The point of view of metamodeling knowledge proposed in this study is categorize nature of model, multiplicity of model, purpose of model, modeling process, and evaluation and revision of model. Students should be able to achieve more in-depth understanding through the awareness of the nature of the model. The development of metamodeling knowledge can facilitate students' science learning.

The purpose of this study is to look into how elderly people's health promoting behaviors influence their successful aging, to realize how their perception of successful aging and their life satisfaction have the mediating effect on the path from health promotion behaviors to successful aging, and to find the significant influence of successful aging perception and life satisfaction on successful aging. This researcher conducted a questionnaire survey with elderly people using a senior welfare center in Gyeonggio-do, and analyzed 250 copies that. For data analysis, SPSS Win 25 was applied to conduct frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and correlation analysis. Mediating effect analysis was made to verify the causal relations between health promoting behaviors and successful aging, and to validate the mediating effect of successful aging perception and life satisfaction on the causal relations. As a result, elderly people's health promoting behaviors influenced their perception of successful aging, their life satisfaction, and their successful aging. Their perception of successful aging had the mediating effect on health promotional behaviors and successful aging, but life satisfaction did not so. This study has the following implications: it is necessary to train persons specializing in support for health promoting, to develop an efficient health promotional model and program, and to provide an opportunity of education. It is necessary to come up with a support policy in consideration of tangible or intangible factors. It is necessary to establish a policy in line with economic levels and health conditions of elderly people.

This paper presents a method that estimates face pose for a given face image and synthesizes any posed face images using Active Appearance Model(AAM). The AAM that having been successfully applied to various applications is an example-based learning model and learns the variations of training examples. However, with a single model, it is difficult to handle large pose variations of face images. This paper proposes to build a model covering only a small range of angle for each pose. Then, with a proper model for a given face image, we can achieve accurate pose estimation and synthesis. In case of the model used for pose estimation was not trained with the angle to synthesize, we solve this problem by training the linear relationship between the models in advance. In the experiments on Yale B public face database, we present the accurate pose estimation and pose synthesis results. For our face database having large pose variations, we demonstrate successful frontal pose synthesis results.
