  • In recently, we are utilizing the Smart phone in a lot of fields. Thus the personal developers and companies developed the smart phone application and utilize it for disaster information system and disaster alert service. Utilization of Iphone applications as disaster information alert is currently not popular. And, the existing Iphone application only has very few features. So, a powerful iphone application of disaster information collection and service based on GIS is very necessary for users.

  • Recently, there is increasing concern about smart phone due to the release of Iphone and Android phone. Like the normal desktop application, using multimedia contents will have important role for smart phone application. The multimedia contents mentioned here mean Image and Video. The famous codecs for Image and video are Jpeg Mpeg and h.264, which is popular recently as a vedeo codec because of its high compression ratio compared with the other video codecs. In this paper, we will use Jpeg and H.264 encoded raw sequences. This paper will suggest how to decode and display effectively Jpeg and H.264 raw sequences arrived from socket stream. And we will show you the simulation result.

  • 1990년대에 비해서 운전자의 연령층이 상대적으로 낮아지고, 여성 운전자가 급속하게 증가하면서 교통량증가에 따른 교통사고가 급격히 증가하고 있지만, 운전자에 대한 안전 교육이 미비하여 자동차에 대한 전반적인 전문 지식이 없는 운전자가 늘어나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 자동차 사고시 대처 방법 및 차량 관리 방법 등에 대한 교육이 필요하다는 점과 2009년 말 이후 스마트폰의 보급률이 폭발적으로 급증하고 있는 점에서 착안하여 스마트폰을 이용하여 간단한 사고 대처 요령부터 계절별 차량 관리 방법과 스마트폰에 내장된 GPS를 이용하여 현 위치에서 가까운 자동차 제조사별 서비스센터 및 지역별 서비스센터 정보를 검색 및 연락을 가능하게 하는 자동차 사고 119 어플리케이션을 설계 및 구현하였다.

  • This paper designed a smartphone application with sequence problems which users can improve their learning ability and this application is implemented as serious game which is designed for the special purposes of education with entertainment and game-like fun at anytime and anywhere during the spare time. Also to prove learning effects through sequence of number application under ubiquitous environment which is popular these days, the proposed serious game which has various types of sequence questions is implemented based on the iphone and android environments. User characteristics and learning effects which are based on game record of proposed application are analyzed according to socio-demographic characteristics.

  • Currently, the electric fire prediction system uses PIC(Peripheral Interface Controller) for controller microprocessor. PIC has a slower computing speed than DSP does, so its real-time computing ability is inadequate. So with the basic characteristics waveform during arc generation as the standard reference, the comparison to this reference is used to predict and alarm electric fire from arc. While such alarm can be detected and taken care of from a remote central server, that prediction error rate is high and remote control in mobile environment is not available. In this article, the arc detection of time domain and frequency domain and wavelet-based adaptation algorithm executing the adaptation algorithm in conversion domain were applied to develop an electric fire prediction system loaded with new real-time arc detection algorithm using DSP. Also, remote control was made available through iPhone environment-based app development which enabled remote monitoring for arc's electric signal and power quality, and its utility was verified.

  • NFC is enable communication between wireless davice within a distance of 10cm, one type of non-contanct short-range wireless communicaton using 13.56MHz frequency band. This is one type of RFID technology which include file transfer, contactless payment and RFID. NFC technology is standardized in 2003 already, it received much attention recently because NFC is announced full support in Android 2.3. And as APPLE is announced that have plan to monunt in iphone 5,mobile payment system is expected to change. Already SAMSUNG is launched NEXUS S mounted NFC chip and announced NFC chip will be mount GALAXY S2 LG Electronics is statemented NFC chip will be mount on smart phone that will realese this year. In this study, will announce about analysis for NFC technology and recently trend and used case.
