비선형 측정에 대한 반복 계수측정 기법 (Iterative parameter estimation for nonlinear measurements)

  • In this paper, the IPE(Iterative Parameter Estimation) methods for the nonlinear measurements are proposed. The IPE methods convert the problems of the parameter estimation for the nonlinear measurements to that of the solution of the nonlinear equations approximately and use several iterative numerical solutions, such as fixed points theory, Newton's methods, quasi-Newton's methods and steepest descent techniques. the IPE methods for the nonlinear measurements-in the case of the error estimation for the inertial navigation systems are simulated, and it is found that the estimation errors for the nonlinear measurements decrease rapidly and converge to almost that of the linear LSE(Least Squares Estimation) when the IPE methods are applied.

국제 음소의 자동 생성을 활용한 연속음성인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Continuous Speech Recognition for the Automatic Creation of International Phonetics)

  • 자동 음성 인식(Automatic Speech Recognition)기술은 세계적인 의사소통과 협력을 원활히 할 수 있는 가능성을 제시한다. 현재까지 대부분의 연구들은 주로 사용되는 단일 언어의 말하기에만 집중되어 있다. 따라서 다른 언어들과 함께 사용되는 특정 ASR 시스템을 도입하는 데에는 비싼 비용이 뒤따른다. 본 논문은 다국어 음성 인식에 대한 일반적 접근으로 각 나라 언어를 대표한 발음사전(어휘모델)을 만들기 위하여 음성 인식에 이용하는 어휘 모델을 만들기 위하여 음소 언어 인식(PLI, Phonetic Language Identity) 형식의 입력된 파일을 해석하는 국제 음소 엔진(IPE, International Phoneticizing Engine)를 제안한다. IPE는 독립적이며 규칙을 기본으로 한다. 어휘모델 생성 과정은 Java 언어로 구현된 프로그램에 의해 이루어지고, 이 과정들은 규칙 상충을 줄여주며, 언어학적 훈련을 받지 않은 사람의 규칙 생성도 가능하게 한다. IPE에 의해 생성된 어휘모델을 연속 음성 인식기에 적용한 결과 우리말 인식률이 92.55%, 영어에 대하여 89.93%를 얻었다.

  • One result of the trend towards globalization is an increased number of projects that focus on natural language processing. Automatic speech recognition (ASR) technologies, for example, hold great promise in facilitating global communications and collaborations. Unfortunately, to date, most research projects focus on single widely spoken languages. Therefore, the cost to adapt a particular ASR tool for use with other languages is often prohibitive. This work takes a more general approach. We propose an International Phoneticizing Engine (IPE) that interprets input files supplied in our Phonetic Language Identity (PLI) format to build a dictionary. IPE is language independent and rule based. It operates by decomposing the dictionary creation process into a set of well-defined steps. These steps reduce rule conflicts, allow for rule creation by people without linguistics training, and optimize run-time efficiency. Dictionaries created by the IPE can be used with the Sphinx speech recognition system. IPE defines an easy-to-use systematic approach that can lead to internationalization of automatic speech recognition systems.

  • 교합과 치주조직 건강과의 상관관계는 오랫동안 연구되어 오고 있고, 오늘날 까지도 여전히 논쟁의 여지가 있는 것이 사실이다. 적절한 교합적 처치가 비외과적 치주치료의 기본 단계임에는 의심의 여지가 없으나 교합을 조절하는 다양한 방법 중에 교합삭제를 동반한 의도적 수동 정출 (Intentional passive eruption)에 대한 보고는 매우 드물다. 이에 중등도 만성 치주염에 이환된 치아를 대상으로 교합면 삭제를 이용한 의도적 수동 정출을 시행하여 양호한 장기적 결과를 보이는 증례들에 대해 보고하고자 한다. 치주평가 후 골내결손을 동반한 중등도의 치주염으로 진단되어 치아동요도와 불편감을 호소하는 치아를 대상으로 하였다. 주기적인 교합면 삭제를 동반한 의도적 수동 정출과 스케일링과 치근활택술을 함께 시행하여 치주조직의 염증과 교합력을 적절히 조절함으로써 장기적으로 양호한 임상결과를 유지할 수 있었다.

THE IP FUNCTION DEVELOPMENT IN THE COMS FLIGHT SOFTWARE

  • The COMS flight software is implemented by ADA language and the high level application program language (APL). The APL is used to implement the Interpreted Program (IP) functions which are running on the processor. The IP functions have been developed for the payload management and monitoring with the automatic on-board operational procedure. The IP allows an easier re-programming if necessary. The ground can load or unload IP separately from ADA code in the RAM flight software. The uploaded IP is interpreted and executed by the Interpreted Program Environment (IPE) which is one of the functions implemented in the RAM flight software. In this paper, we introduce the IP and IPE function.

  • The present Korean laws related to anti-corruption are not effective in preventing corruptions[1]. In this context, the purpose of this study is to build the proactive anti-corruption operating system that has the function to prevent corruptions from occurring in the contract and procurement sector of Korean public construction projects. The proactive anticorruption operating system consists of four parts ; developing integrity performance manual(IPM), making integrity performance plan(IPP), practicing IPP, and integrity performance evaluation(IPE). By analyzing various kinds of audits and relevant laws and interviewing with government officials and staff in construction companies, the causes and stereotypes of corruptions and the concept, role, and guide of IPM, IPP, and IPE are provided in this paper.

Nurse Educators' Experience of Developing and Implementing a High-fidelity Simulation-based Interprofessional Education Module for Medical and Nursing Students

  • Objective: Despite the recommendation of the use of high-fidelity simulation (HFS) in interprofessional education (IPE), there is little known about its work for nursing students. Thus, this study aimed to explore nurse educators' perceptions and experiences in developing and implementing the HFS-based IPE for nursing and medical students. Methods: This study used a case study, using reflective filed notes. Results: Nursing educators perceived HFS as an effective educational approach to engaging nursing and medical students actively in interprofessional collaborative practice (ICP) experiences and in evaluating their actual performance on it. In terms of their perspectives on the elements necessary for effective HFS-based IPE, four themes were identified: collaborative learning, co-facilitating debriefing, leadership commitment and active faculty involvement.

내부 광전자방출 분광법을 이용한 Pt/HfO2/p-Si Metal-Insulator-Semiconductor 커패시터의 쇼트키 배리어 분석 (Characterization of the Schottky Barrier Height of the Pt/HfO2/p-type Si MIS Capacitor by Internal Photoemission Spectroscopy)

  • In this study, we used I-V spectroscopy, photoconductivity (PC) yield and internal photoemission (IPE) yield using IPE spectroscopy to characterize the Schottky barrier heights (SBH) at insulator-semiconductor interfaces of Pt/$HfO_2$/p-type Si metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) capacitors. The leakage current characteristics of the MIS capacitor were analyzed according to the J-V and C-V curves. The leakage current behavior of the capacitors, which depends on the applied electric field, can be described using the Poole-Frenkel (P-F) emission, trap assisted tunneling (TAT), and direct tunneling (DT) models. The leakage current transport mechanism is controlled by the trap level energy depth of $HfO_2$. In order to further study the SBH and the electronic tunneling mechanism, the internal photoemission (IPE) yield was measured and analyzed. We obtained the SBH values of the Pt/$HfO_2$/p-type Si for use in Fowler plots in the square and cubic root IPE yield spectra curves. At the Pt/$HfO_2$/p-type Si interface, the SBH difference, which depends on the electrical potential, is related to (1) the work function (WF) difference and between the Pt and p-type Si and (2) the sub-gap defect state features (density and energy) in the given dielectric.

사물인터넷 프로토콜 기반의 미세먼지 측정 플랫폼 설계와 기능해석 (Design and Function Analysis of Dust Measurement Platform based on IoT protocol)

  • 본 논문은 사물인터넷 국제 표준 oneM2M을 활용하여 미세먼지(PM10)와 초미세먼지(PM2.5) 측정 플랫폼을 이동식과 고정식으로 설계하였다. 미세먼지 측정 플랫폼은 미세먼지 측정 디바이스, 에이전트, oneM2M 플랫폼, oneM2M IPE, 모니터링 시스템으로 구성하고 설계하였다. 이동식과 고정식의 주요 차이는 이동식은 LTE 연결을 기반으로 사각지대 없이 디바이스와 서비스간에 상호연결을 위해 MQTT 프로토콜을 사용하였고, 고정식은 저전력과 넓은 통신범위를 가진 LoRaWAN 프로토콜을 사용하였다. 미세먼지뿐만 아니라 일상생활과 연관된 온도, 습도, 대기압, 휘발성 유기화합물(VOC), 일산화탄소(CO), 아황산가스(SO2), 이산화질소(NO2), 소음 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 센서 값들은 에이전트와 oneM2M IPE를 통해 oneM2M이 제공해주는 공통 API를 활용하여 관리하였고, AE, container 등 4가지 리소스 타입으로 설계하였다. 미세먼지 측정 플랫폼 설계를 통해 동작성, 유연성, 편의성, 안전성, 개방성, 확장성의 6가지 기능을 해석하였다.

전문직 간 교육 평가 도구 개발 (Development of an interprofessional education evaluation tool)

  • Objectives: In this study, we aimed to develop a systematic tool that can evaluate the effects of interprofessional education (IPE) by applying four core competencies (values/ethics for interprofessional practice, roles/responsibilities, interprofessional communication, and teams and teamwork) and an educational evaluation model to evaluate the learning, behavior of learners, and results step by step. Methods: Previous studies on IPE evaluation tools were analyzed, and an evaluation tool (draft) was developed by modifying questions suitable for evaluation according to the Kirkpatrick model's stages and core competencies. The evaluation tool was completed by conducting a Delphi survey twice with 4-6 experts. To analyze the Delphi survey, the content validity index (CVI) was calculated, and the reliability coefficient (Cronbach's alpha coefficient) was used to measure reliability. Results: 29 questions on pre-education, consisting of learning and behavior stages, and 54 questions on post-education, consisting of reaction, learning, behavior, and results stages, were developed. The CVI and Cronbach's alpha coefficient values were >0.8 and >0.6, respectively. Conclusions: The IPE evaluation tool developed in this study is expected to contribute to the evaluation of the educational level of IPE and the identification of points for improvement when applied to various educational settings.
