The Industrial Innovation Movement, based on win-win cooperation with SMEs, is a structure that enables suppliers who have struggled with corporate growth through productivity innovation due to poor manufacturing environment and lack of innovation. To this end, consultants and technical experts will support production innovation activities to improve production methods and improve productivity through process and management consulting. The purpose of this study was to explore the driving factors of the industrial innovation movement to improve the corporate ecosystem by improving the productivity of SMEs using modified IPA. The research results are as follows. First, in order to revitalize the Industrial Innovation Movement, the CEO-related elements of the participating companies should be maintained and strengthened. The motivation, education support, innovation organizational culture, the establishment of an innovation promotion system requires centralization of efforts for improvement. Second, in order to revitalize the Industrial Innovation Movement, the consultant's ability to analyze problems and suggest alternatives should be continuously strengthened. Third, in terms of the Central Promotion Headquarters, it was found that the Industrial Innovation Movement would be successful if the public information, industrial inspection for benchmarking, and provision of various information to support innovation activities were urgently improved.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to present the direction of efficient e-learning education through the importance and satisfaction survey of learners of non-face-to-face video lectures. Therefore, by grasping the degree of satisfaction of the importance ratio through the IPA analysis method, we try to present improvement measures for insufficient education methods. Design/methodology/approach For IPA analysis, we conducted an online survey of four universities and analyzed 154 samples. The analysis method used SPSS, and through the wordcloud analysis method of R, the suggestions for the non-face-to-face lecture method felt by learners were analyzed to derive implications for improving the quality of education. Findings As a result of the overall satisfaction survey for the entire non-face-to-face class, the factors with the greatest dissatisfaction are listed as follows. Complaints about the adequacy of learning materials and activities (quiz, discussion, assignments, etc.), Complaints about how to use the produced content, and complaints about announcements about class management (lecture schedule, lecture method) were identified in order. The factors of dissatisfaction were clear in the non-face-to-face class where interactive communication was impossible or insufficient. In addition to the lack of quick Q&A, there seems to have been a phenomenon of some neglect.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify the importance and performance of the evaluation indicators of the childcare center evaluation system among childcare center staff and to find ways to improve the evaluation indicators of the childcare center evaluation system. Methods: A survey was conducted among 296 directors and teachers of childcare centers located in Busan and Gyeongnam. The collected data were analyzed using a paired sample t-test and an IPA analysis with SPSS 23.0 and Excel 2010. Results: There was a difference between the perceived importance and performance of childcare staff for the overall evaluation indicators, and significant differences were found in all areas and nine evaluation indicators except for "childcare environment and operation management". According to the IPA analysis, Health and Safety fell into quadrant 1, Staff into quadrant 2, and Child Care Process, Interaction, Child Care Environment, and Operations into quadrant 3. This distribution resulted in 6 indicators in quadrant 1, 4 in quadrant 2, 7 in quadrant 3, and 1 in quadrant 4. Conclusion/Implications: This study provides essential data for exploring ways to enhance the evaluation indicators of the childcare center evaluation system, with the goal of improving the quality of childcare services. Additionally, it offers policy implications.

The government focuses on promoting start-ups, fostering ventures, and creating an ecosystem of start-ups through the formation of a strong growth environment for small businesses. This study provides academic and practical implications about ways of improving our business incubator's support service across stages of growth through IPA. To this end, an Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) was conducted to analyze relationship and differences in importance and satisfaction of business incubator's support service support at business incubation center. These results present to provide the following academic and practical implications. The academic implications are the need for differences in support services for each phase of start-up growth. As factors that could increase the likelihood of successful start-up were identified in each phase of the start-up growth, important information needed for policy and strategy was provided. As a practical suggestion, the managers and expert groups are presented with sections to be opened for each start-up growth stage, minimum effort input, and areas to be maintained continuously. A systematic support plan is established and a foundation is provided for improvement measures in efficient start-up business incubator's support service.

The objective of this study is to provide improved methodology based on the IPA method. One case studies are solved by the proposed method. this study present the method that give value to use SN(Signal-to-Noise) ratio in IPA. A case study of lecture satisfaction are solved by the proposed method and the existing method. Also, the result is compared with the existing method using Mean and the proposed method using SN ratio.

이방성 습식 식각을 이용하여 멤브레인을 제작하기 위하여 KOH-IPA의 식각액을 사용하여 단결정 실리콘 기판을 이방성으로 식각을 하고, 각 용액에 대한 식각 특성을 관찰하였다. 식각률은 식각액의 온도와 농도에 의존하며, 패턴 형성 방향과 식각액의 농도에 따라 식각 형태가 다르게 나타났다. 패턴은 Primary Flat에 45°로 기울여 형성되었으며 20wt·% KOH 80℃ 이상에서는 U-groove, 그 이하의 온도와 농도에서는 V-groove 식각 형태를 관찰할 수 있었다. 각 면에 대한 식각률 차이에 의해서 생기는 Hillock은 온도와 농도가 높아짐에 따라 줄어들었고, 재식각을 퉁하여 현저하게 줄어듦을 알 수 있었다.

The effect of organic impurities on the electrical properties of a neat epoxy resin was studied. 0.05, 0.5 and 1.0 phr of iso-propyl alcohol (IPA) and methylene chloride (MC) mixture (50/50 wt%) were used as impurities. The current density, volume resistance and impedance characteristics of the epoxy/IPA/MC systems were measured with a high voltage source meter and broadband dielectric spectroscopy. Glass transition temperature (Tg) was measured by a differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and it was found that Tg decreased slightly with increasing IPA/MC content. It was also found that Tg values of the epoxy systems with various IPA/MC contents were closely related to the current density, volume resistance and impedance characteristics.

본 연구에서는 KOH 용액을 사용한 Si 습식 이방성 식각실험 진행 후, 나타나는 표면의 거친 현상을 완화하는 데에 중점을 두고 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 $SiO_2$ 웨이퍼 위에 Photo-lithography 공정으로 형성시킨 PMER 패턴을 Mask로 사용하여 HF 용액으로 $SiO_2$를 식각시켰으며, 형성된 $SiO_2$를 Mask로 사용하여 KOH 용액으로 Si을 식각시켰다. 이 때, KOH와 혼합하는 용액으로 IPA와 Ethan이을 각각 사용하여 실험을 진행하였으며, ESEM을 이용하여 표면을 비교하였다.

It is very useful to linguists In that it has various systems of foreign characters and enables us to edit enough new ones freely. It has already a broad system of the IPA, which cannot be used for narrow transcription. The writer proposes here a full system of the IPA revised to 1979, which you can get from the Phonetic Society of Korea or Hangul & Computer Co., Ltd., free of charge. To use the new system of the IPA in the Arae Hangul wordprocessor, you must replace six revised files: (1) SPECIAL2.SFT, (2) SPECIAL2.PFT, (3)SPECIAL2.PFT, (4)ASCII.SFT, (5)ASCII.PFT, (6)ASCII.LFT.

본 연구에서는 광촉매 $TiO_2$/p-25를 POF에 코팅하여 IPA 분해 활성을 고찰한 결과, 코팅 시 용매의 조건은 에탄올에서 IPA의 분해효율이 가장 우수하였고 무기바인더(KR-400), 유기바인더(A-9540) 및 무$\cdot$유기 복합바인더(GPTMS, TMOS)중에서 유기 바인더인 A-9540을 사용했을 때 효율이 가장 우수한 것으로 나왔다. 유기 바인더는 광분해반응에 의하여 바인더 자체가 분해되고 무기 바인더는 부착성이 떨어졌다. 유$\cdot$무기 복합 바인더 중에서 광분해 효율이 뛰어난 TMOS를 바인더로 선정하여 TMOS/P-25의 비율을 0.05부터 1로 바꾸어 광분해 실험을 수행한 결과, 바인더로써 TMOS의 첨가는 IPA분해 효율을 낮게 하였다.
