Isopropyl alcohol (IPA), produced from acetone by rumen bacterial action, was infused into the rumen of three female goats kept in a climatically controlled experimental room during feeding to investigate the mechanism and roles of IPA in ruminating behavior (number of boli and ruminating time). The ruminating behavior measured by the number of boli, ruminating time, number of remastications, and remasticating time increased (p<0.05) with intraruminal IPA infusion. The concentrations of IPA and acetone in the rumen and the plasma significantly increased (p<0.05) during intraruminal IPA infusion. These data suggest that rumination receptors sensitive to IPA and acetone may be in an area such as the rumen epithelium and the brain stem where they can respond to metabolite levels.

This paper presentes the characteristics of Si anisotropic etching and electrochemical etch-stop in aqueous TMAH/IPA/pyrazine solution. (100) Si etching rate of 0.747 $\mu\textrm{m}$/min which faster 86% than TMAH 25 wt.%/IPA 17 vol.% solution was obtained using best etching condition at TMAH 25 wt.%/IPA 17 vol.%/pyrazine 0.1 g and the etching rate of (100) Si was decreased with more additive quantity of pyrazine. I-V curve of p-type Si in TMAH/IPA/pyrazine was obtained. OCP(Open Circuit Potential) and PP(Passivation Potential) were -2 V and -0.9 V, respectively. Si diaphragms were obtained by electrochemical etch-stop in aqueous TMAH/IPA/pyrazine solution.

This paper examines the principles of the International Phonetic Association and its Alphabet to see if the International Phonetic Alphabet (the IPA, for short) is adequate for transcribing sounds of a language like Korean. Special attention is given to 'broad transcription' and it has been found that the IPA is inadequate in representing the phonemes: there is no way to correctly transcribe phonemically the sounds of Korean with the current alphabet. A suggestion is given to help solve this problem and extend the IPA to accommodate all the different languages of the world.

최근 생체 내에서 다른 약리활성을 보이는 키랄물질의 고순도 제조에 관심이 증가되고 있다. 현재 널리 사용되고 있는 것은 키랄고정상을 이용한 기존 분리방법에 비해서, 제조 후 안정성과 환경적인 측면을 고려한 초임계유체를 이용한 분리방을 시도하였다. 본 연구에서는 키랄물질인 ibuprofen의 최적의 분리 조건을 구하기 위해서 온도와 압력, 첨가되는 IPA의 양에 따른 체류인자와 분리도의 영향을 고찰하였다. 온도가 감소하고 압력이 증가할수록 체류인자는 감소하였다. IPA의 양에 따라 더 큰 영향을 받아서 IPA의 양이 많을수록 분리도는 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 실험으로부터 정한 최적의 분리조건은 130 bar, 311.15 K, 4% IPA (vol.)일 때이었다. 동일한 주입량에서 액체 크로마토그래피에서는 비선형의 용출곡선을 보였지만, 초임계유체 크로마토그래피에서는 선형의 용출곡선을 얻었다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate on the Korean and Western medicine clinic quality to use IPA matrix and to establish a Korean medicine service management strategy. Methods : In order to achieve the research purpose, medical consumers who visited 3 Korean and Western medicine clinics were surveyed. frequency analysis, paired t-test were used for the statistical analysis, and the mean of each variable was used for IPA analysis. Results : The major results of analysis are as follows: It was confirmed that the skill and the kindness of the human resources were important in both the Korean medicine clinic and the Western medicine clinic. And it was confirmed the difference of the satisfaction rate and IPA between the Korean medicine clinic and the Western medicine clinic. Especially Medical devices and equipment, Easy booking, reception, payment procedure were different in IPA analysis. Conclusions : We confirmed the similarities and differences between Korean medicine clinics and Western medicine clinics in terms of importance, satisfaction, and IPA. On the basis of these results, Korean Medicine clinic could arrange a management strategy in consideration of consumers' choice attribute.

Objectives: In this paper, we propose the ethical education direction by analyzing the personal information recognition and practice of music therapists. Methods: For the analyses, we selected 60 music therapists who answered a questionnaire from members of K Music Therapy Association, and analyzed task recognition and practice ask performance using IPA method. Results: In the IPA table, the areas of high recognition and practice (1) are the areas of personal information protection information management. In the IPA table, the areas of low awareness and high practice (2) are areas of privacy communication for those who have completed ethics education. In the IPA table, the areas of low awareness and low practice (3) are areas of privacy communication when ethics education is not completed. In the IPA table, areas of high awareness and low levels of practice (4) are areas of privacy protection. Conclusions: Continuing education should be provided to improve the curriculum on the protection of personal information for music therapists, thereby raising the awareness and practice of privacy.

반도체 소재인 웨이퍼의 세정공정중 마지막 단계인 건조공정을 환경친화적인 공정으로 개발하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. IPA(Isopropyl Alcohol)를 기화시키는 증기발생실과 웨이퍼를 건조하는 공정실로 구분하여 시스템을 설계하고 이를 이용하여 건조실험을 실시하였다. 건조효율에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 인자는 질소중의 IPA 농도로 나타났으며, 동일한 건조효율을 얻기 위해서 IPA의 사용량이 기존건조기보다 적은 것으로 나타났으며, 웨이퍼 표면이 수분과 산소로부터 차단되기 때문에 생산되는 웨이퍼의 입자오염이 감소하는 결과를 나타냈다.

본 연구에서는 광촉매 $TiO_2/P-25$를 POF에 코팅하여 IPA 분해 활성을 고찰한 결과, 코팅 시 용매의 조건은 에탄올에서 IPA의 분해효율이 가장 우수하였고 무기바인더(KR-400), 유기바인더(A-9540) 및 무$\cdot$유기 복합바인더(GPTMS, TMOS)중에서 유기 바인더인 A-9540을 사용했을 때 효율이 가장 우수한 것으로 나왔다. 유기 바인더는 광 분해반응에 의하여 바인더 자체가 분해되고 무기 바인더는 부착성이 떨어졌다. 유$\cdot$무기 복합 바인더 중에서 광분해 효율이 뛰어난 TMOS를 바인더로 선정하여 TMOS/P-25의 비율을 0.05부터 1로 바꾸어 광분해 실험을 수행한 결과, 바인더로써 TMOS의 첨가는 IPA분해 효율을 낮게 하였다.

본 논문에서는 THAH/IPA/pyrazine 용액에서의 전기화학적 식각정지특성을 기술한다. THAH/IPA/pyrazine 용액에서의 n-형과 p-형의 Si에 대한 I-V 곡선이 얻어졌다. p-형 Si에 대한 OCP(개방회로전압)과 PP(보호막생성 전압)은 각각 -1.2 V와 0.1 V이고, n-형에 대해서는 -1.3 V와 -0.2 V로 각각 나타났다. p-형과 n-형 Si 모두 PP점보다 양의 전압에서 식각율이 급속히 감소하였다. 또한 THAH/IPA/pyrazine 용액에서의 식각정지특성을 관찰하였다. pn 접합부에서의 정확한 식각정지에 의해서 epi. 층의 두께에 상응하는 Si 다이어프램을 제작할 수 있었다. 최적 이방성 식각조건인 TMAH 25 wt.%/IPA 17 vol.%/pyrazine 0.1g/100ml에서 식각률이 가장 높기 때문에 식각소요시간이 크게 감소하였다.

최근 외래관광객의 품질 향상을 위한 관광수용태세 개선에 대한 필요성과 관심이 증대되고 있으나 관련 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 외래관광객의 관광수용태세와 관련 우선적 개선 요소를 규명하고자 하였으며, 이를 위해 R-IPA분석을 적용하여 관광객 유형 및 시기에 따른 관광수용태세의 개선요소를 분석, 비교하였다. 전체관광객을 대상으로 한 R-IPA분석결과 현재의 품질수준을 유지할 필요가 있는 요소는 음식, 치안, 대중교통, 쇼핑, 관광지 매력도였다. 그리고 우선도는 낮으나 개선이 필요한 요소는 언어소통, 여행경비, 관광안내서비스였다. 관광객 유형별로 R-IPA분석을 한 결과 개별관광객은 대중교통, 음식, 쇼핑, 관광지 매력도, 치안에 대해서 현재 품질수준의 유지가 필요하며, 단체관광객은 숙박, 쇼핑, 관광지 매력, 관광안내서비스는 현재 품질수준의 유지가 필요하지만 음식은 시급히 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
