Web-based PMIS (Project Management Information System) has played significant role in construction management processes in Korea. As the use of web-based PMIS increases, regular quality assessment to identify user's requirements is necessary. However, there have been rare research efforts for quality assessment of web-based PMIS. This study aims to assess the quality of web-based PMIS, especially ASP-PMIS (Application Service Provider based PMIS) that is widely used in Korean construction industry. The assessment factors of ASP-PMIS quality were adopted from previous research and empirically confirmed using exploratory factor analysis. ISA (Importance-Satisfaction Analysis), which is a variation of original IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis), were selected for the assessment and analysis method in this research. A total of 253 completed questionnaires, composed of 23 assessment items, were collected from the ASP-PMIS users in Korea (construction managers and constructors), and they were used to analyse the quality of the systems. Some possible contributions of this research are: it introduces a simple and easy-to-use tool for assessing the quality of ASP-PMIS with a set of quality assessment factors that are selected from previous researches and empirically tested; it provides the quality assessment results of ASP-PMIS in Korea so that ASP-PMIS providers in Korea can understand the users' opinion on their systems; it also identified that the urgent factors that require immediate attention to improvement. However, further researches are to be required on the following areas: enhancing the quality assessment factors in terms of their relation to the success of ASP-PMIS and to the users' performance; assessing and analyzing the quality of individual ASP-PMIS; establishing continuous improvement systems institutionally and instrumentally.

In recent years, success of information system projects to possess competitive advantage in business has become very important for stakeholders. Stakeholders who are interested in the success of information system projects typically consist of users who need the system, developers who build it, and project managers who are responsible for project success. However, recently, there has been increasing in the number of business analysts engaged in bridging relationships among these stakeholders in information system projects. So far, there have been many researches on the competence of users, developers or project managers. But, the research on the competencies of business analysts has not been done much. So, in this study, what competencies are needed for business analysts who are engaged in information system projects are researched, and the level and difference of stakeholders' expectations and satisfaction with them are identified, using IPA techniques. The results of this study are expected to contribute greatly to providing basic information on the development of competency models or training programs needed for recruitment, evaluation and training of business analysts who are or will be engaged in information system projects.

Although many studies have been conducted on techniques and effects that can be applied to forest meditation in domestic forest healing meditation research, there has been little research on the space where forest meditation takes place. Nevertheless, a meditation space is not just a place concept but a forest environment element responsible for the healing function of a forest, i.e., a place containing healing factors, and can be an essential clue to the healing mechanism. Therefore, to determine whether a healing forest meditation space is suitable for meditation, this study selected the attribute items of the meditation space using the Delphi expert survey and then surveyed the user satisfaction of the healing forest meditation space using the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) technique. The survey was conducted from August to November 2022, targeting 315 adults who used the forest meditation space at the National Center for Forest Therapy, the Saneum Healing Forest, and the Jathyanggi Pureunsup Arboretum in Gyeonggi Province. The result of the IPA analysis showed the average satisfaction with the forest meditation space was relatively high at 4.33 points on a 5-point Likert scale (4.33 points for the National Center for Forest Therapy, 4.34 points for the Saneum Healing Forest, and 4.37 points for the Jathyanggi Pureunsup Arboretum), indicating that the three healing forest meditation spaces were suitable for forest meditation. Satisfaction with the "Sounds of nature" was high in all three forests. On the other hand, all three forests showed a relatively low satisfaction with "Quietness," indicating it to be a priority problem to be addressed. Also, an open-ended questionnaire survey showed that the mediation space's natural elements, such as natural sounds, scenery, air, forest spaces, and scents, had a higher positive impact on meditation satisfaction than artificial elements, such as facilities. Therefore, it is essential to secure sound resources such as the sound of water and birds around the meditation space, and it is also necessary to consider ways to create a meditation forest in an independent area to avoid encounters with visitors and allow only participants in the forest healing meditation program to enter to increase satisfaction with forest meditation.

The development of Smart devices has become a key influence on the changes of the school system. As Smart education is integrated and institutionalized in school systems, how it is perceived and utilized by teachers should be investigated. This study is conducted to find out the perception of the teachers on characteristics of Smart education, using qualitative research method, and to analyze importance-performance, using additional quantitative analysis. To figure out the perceptions of the attributes of Smart education by teachers, related literatures were reviewed. The 8 teachers were selected and the data on their perceptions of Smart education were collected through direct observation of class and semi-structured in-depth interview. After researching, we finally drew out 16 final concepts, 6 sub-categories, and 3 categories in the open coding process. Based on the 16 concepts on teachers' perceptions on Smart education, importance-performance analysis (IPA) were conducted to identify areas that need focus and improvement. Based on the results of teachers' perceptions on importance of and the levels of use of Smart education, recommendations were provided for better practice of Smart education in school.

This study data were collected from 217 nursing students in J city to analyze major satisfaction and awareness of the importance of practice and performance of nursing students' practice at the public health center, and to identify improvement plans for the practice contents of the health center. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS WIN 25.0, and the research results showed that there was a positive correlation (r=.55, p<.001) between major satisfaction and public health center clinical practice performance, and the sub-factors of performance It showed positive correlation with all (r=.41~.54, p<.001). In particular, among the sub-factors, Internal growth through practice and Correlation with the actual application of theory were highly correlated (r=.54~.56, p<.001). In order to improve nursing students' satisfaction with their major, theoretical study should be preceded, and through area analysis, in order to obtain satisfaction through identity and internal growth of nursing students while practicing health center practice, practice instructors during health center practice Establish various networks, do our best to communicate smoothly with nursing students, and strive to present opinions through meetings with practice institutions before and after practice to improve the community health center practice environment. Also, nursing college students In order for the public health center practice to be carried out smoothly, practice guidance instructors drew improvement points that nursing college students need prior learning related to practice before practicing health center practice.

Information System (IS) Success Model proposed by DeLone and McLean is applied as a successful operation tool of information system, with its basic assumption of symmetric relationship between independent variables and dependent variables of the structural equation modeling. However, because previous studies have proved asymmetry of quality factors' influence structure on dependent variable by applying three-factor analysis, this study examined asymmetry of impact structure of quality factors introduced in IS Success Model on user satisfaction. Also the study applies structure equation modeling (SEM), three-factor analysis and importance and performance analysis (IPA) to develop resource allocation strategy for IS success. The study is able to provide IS practitioners with strategic implications for allocating and managing limited resources more effectively.

The purposes of this study were to extract choice attributes of bakery cafe customers and to conduct important- performance analysis (IPA) of choice attributes perceived by bakery cafe customers. The questionnaire was developed through literature review and focus group interview, and modified after pilot test. The questionnaires for main survey were distributed to 320 males and females aged 20 and over in Seoul. A total of 275 questionnaires were used for analysis (85.9%) and the statistical analyses were conducted using SPSS Win (12.0) for descriptive analyses, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analyses. The main results were as follows. 'Products', 'convenience to use', 'services and price', 'interior environments' 'brand' and 'location' dimensions were extracted as choice attributes dimensions of bakery cafe customers and customers of bakery cafe regarded 'sanitation and cleanness', 'kindness of employees', 'quality of products', 'comfortable and pleasant facilities' and 'taste of bakery products' as more important than other attributes. In addition, the results of IPA showed that marketing managers of bakery cafes should focused on the dimension of 'services and price' in the reason that this dimension was low at performance although customers regarded it very important. Overall, researchers and managers of bakery cafes should understand unique choice attributes of bakery cafe customers, and make efforts to establish marketing strategies that meet bakery cafe customers' needs.

The purpose of this study is to provide useful information for establishing efficient marketing direction of globalization and commercialization of Korean foods by investigating the performance(satisfaction) and importance of food-coordinators' role. The results of the survey are summarized as follows: The most influential improvement variable of Korean food for globalization was 'hygiene'(23.6%) followed by 'taste', 'price', and 'shape and color'. Interest degree about food-coordinators showed 3.68 points in 5 points, and necessity of food-coordinators' job and education was 4.15 points. Food-coordinators' quality for globalization of Korean food was "a skill should be excellent"(4.51 points), "it must be original troubleshooting ability."(4.43 points) and "It must be professional ethics consciousness."(3.99 points) in the order. They were highly important of "freshness of food"(4.75 points) and "cleanliness of food and tableware" (4.65 points) in terms of the quality of korean food for globalization. The role importance of food-coordinators for globalization of Korean food was 'ability of development of Korean dish and Korean menu'(4.22 points), 'coordinate ability for various Korean special diet'(4.14 points) and 'knowledge for wann welcome service that consider table manners, service method and other person(4.12 points) in the order. The most influential unsatisfied variable of food coordinators' role was 'consulting ability connected with management of Korean restaurant' followed by 'ability of presenting concept connected with restaurant development of Korean style' and 'production ability for banquet party plan and representation in a Korean style'. In terms of IPA analysis on food-coordinators' role for globalization of korean food, it was noteworthy that items with high importance but low performance included "ability of development of Korean dish and Korean menu", "event coordinate ability connected with a Korean-style dish", and "production ability for banquet party plan and representation in a Korean style".

This study attempts to derive critical success factors and prioritize activities for implementing the automation of software test. Software testing proceeds in five steps of test plan, test case design, test scripting & test environment setup, test execution & evaluation, and test closure. From the literature, twenty influence factors in the five steps were identified. Focus Group Interviews with ten experts in software testing selected fourteen factors on the basis of importance and feasibility. Some factors were further divided to clarify their meanings and the number of influence factors finally became twenty one. A survey on the influence factors was conducted with 75 IT professionals. An importance-feasibility analysis was applied to the survey responses and classified the influence factors into four groups of essential factors, critical factors, low priority factors, and minimal factors. Essential factors include objectives for test automation, strategies for test automation, test automation training, test automation education, setting up test automation environment, setting up test environment, test automation tool selection. Critical factors include management's continued support, management's continued interest, role of automation engineers, and skills of automation engineers. This result suggests that a lot of efforts should be put into SW test plan for the successful SW test automation and SW automation should proceed in consideration with the priorities and resource consumption.

In order to accelerate the commercialization of self-driving cars, it is necessary to accurately identify the causes of deteriorating the driving safety of the current self-driving cars and try to improve them. This study conducted a questionnaire survey of experts studying autonomous driving in Korea to identify the causes of problems in the driving safety of autonomous vehicles and the level of autonomous driving technology in Korea. As a result of the survey, the construction section, heavy rain/heavy snow conditions, fine dust conditions, and the presence of potholes were less satisfied with the current technology level than their importance, and thus priority research and development was required. Among them, the failure of road/road facilities and the performance of the sensor itself in the construction section and the porthole, and the performance of the sensor and the absence of an algorithm were the most responsible for the situation connected to the weather. In order to realize safe autonomous driving as soon as possible, it is necessary to continuously identify and resolve the causes that hinder the driving safety of autonomous vehicles.
