근간 컴퓨터를 이용한 자료통신(Data Communication)과 컴퓨터들을 서로 연결하여 각기 갖고 있는 정보(Information)를 나누어 쓸 수 있는 컴퓨터망(Computer Network)에 관한 기술이 많이 개발되고 있다. 현재 우리나라에서는 컴퓨터망이 아직 형성되어 있지만 아니하나 멀리 떨어진 곳에서 원격단말장치(Reomote terminal)로써 컴퓨터와 자료통신할 수 있는 Terminal Network는 외환은행과 한국과학기술연구소(KIST)에서 구성하여 이용하고 있다. 또 한국과학원(KAIST)과 KIST에서 미니컴퓨터를 이용한 컴퓨터망에 대한 연구가 부분적으로 행해지고 있으며 행정의 EDPS화와 함께 행정 컴퓨터망에 관한 연구도 진행되고 있는것으로 알고 있다. 필자는 다음에 컴퓨터망의 형성의 필요성과 문제점을 분석 검토하고, 미국에서 이 분야의 개척자적인 역할을 한 ARPA(Advanced Research Project Agency)가 만든 ARPA 컴퓨터망에 대하여 소개하고 이 Network에서 채택하고 있는 IMP교환시스템의 Hardware의 구조와 Software의 기능에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다.

Three strains among 120 adenineless mutants of Brevibacterium ammoniagenes described in the previous paper were screened out to accumulate UV absorbing substances in the culture broth. It was analyzed to be 5'-inosinic acid and hypoxanthine by means of two dimensional paper chromatography, UV absorption spectra and periodate oxidation. 5'-IMP was isolated from the culture broth of the mutant No. 203 with anion-exchange resin amberite IRA-400 and recrystallized from ethanol. It was proved identical to authentic sample by Infra-red absorption spectrum. The growth responses of the mutant No. 2013 were demonstrated to require adenine, but not with adenosine and 5'-AMP.

본 논문은 PDA(Personal Digital Assistants)에서의 MPEG-4 BIFS(Binary Format (or Scenes) 파서를 구현한다. 일반 데스크탑 환경의 MPEG-4 재생기에서 장면 구성은 BIFS 파싱 결과로 생긴 장면 그래프의 각 객체정보를 모두 렌더링 한다 그러나, 이동 단말기인 PDA는 메모리 및 디스플레이 자인이 제한되어 있어 기존의 데스크탑 환경에서 구현된 모듈들을 그대로 적용하기가 어렵다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 BIFS 파싱 결과로 나온 장면 그래프에서 생성된 드로어블 노드 리스트 중 제한된 자원의 PDA에서 디스플레이 가능한 노트들만을 추출하는 새로운 기술을 제안한다. 추출된 드로어블 노드 리스트는 MPEG-4 재생기의 렌더링 모듈에서 검색하여 장면구성 및 비디오/오디오 스트림이 재생된다. 이러할 과정을 내장형 리눅스가 탑재된 PDA에서 구현하고, 기타 이동장치에서도 이용 가능하다.

Fish sauce is a liquid form of salt-fermented fish and has played an important role in Korean dietary life. Fish sauce was manufactured by utilizing Alaska pollack scrap from Himedara(seasoned and dried Alaska pollack tail) processing . In addition, the effects of squid viscera as a fermentation enhancer were also evaluate.Ph of Alaska plllack scrap sauce with squid viscera was lower than that of control over the entire fermentation process. Squid viscera acceleraged the production of amino-nitrogen, VBN , TBA and free amino acids, and the degradation of IMP and Inosine. The addition of squid viscera and koji at 5% concentration, respectively , also accelerated the digestion of Alaska pollack scrap and was similar to the results of squid viscera at 10% concentration.

This study was carried out to investigate the effects of nucleic acid related compounds and metal ions on activities of cytidine deaminase from Bacillus subtilis ED 213. The purified cytidine deaminase was weakly inhibited by 1mM GMP, IMP and ATP, but not affected by other nucleic acid related compounds such as CMP and UDP. The apparent Km values for cytidine, deoxycytidine, 5 methylcy tidine, fluorodeoxycytidine, and 5 bromocytidine were calculated to be 6.6$\times$10-4M, 6.0$\times$10-4M, 0.9$\times$10-4M, 0.8$\times$10-4M, and 2.0$\times$10-3M, respectively. The cytidine deaminase was completely inhibited by 1mM Hg2＋, and mildly inhibited over 40% by metal ions such as Na＋ and Fe2＋. However the enzyme activity was activated more than 40% by 1mM Mg2＋.

Multi-item inventory problems can be well characterized by the nature of interaction of the quantities and timing. This interaction may be due to the effect of certain combination of orders. It is that the set-up cost of ordering individual items can be saved by jointly ordering at a time. This study finds a decision criteria of optimum inventory policy through the comparisons of individual multi-item order policy(IMP), joint multi-item order policy(JMP), augmented multi-item order policy(AMP) in cost ratio. Subsequently we assume that there exists a unique optimum order level corresponding to an optimum reorder range for the augmented multi-item order, at which a cost saying is maximum.

In this paper, we investigate the inter-organizational information systems effect to supply chain partnerships, and subsequently to the performance. The conceptual model for the causal relationships among interorganizational systems usage, interaction, partnership, and supply chain performances has been developed. Theoretical framework is based on the partnership research in relationship marketing area, and the interaction model from IMP group. The questionnaires are designed to test the hypotheses of the conceptual model. The survey result supports our hypotheses that collaborative IT effects to increase the interaction between the firms, and interaction causes to enhance the partnership quality. Also, the level of partnership shows strong positive correlation with the supply chain performances. Despite the limitations of collected sample data size, our study reveals the fact that inter-organizational information systems contribute to supply chain performance through enhancing the interaction and partnership level between the supply chain partners. Our research result is distinct from the most extant literatures that investigated the firm's collaboration impact on interorganizational systems usage.

Le sujet de ce memoire n'est qu'une enumeration des faits historiques de l'edition ou de l'imprimerie dans cet epoque, mais une recherche sur la vraie signification de la culture du livre imprime. Done, on peut etudier ici; d'abord, less activites de l'imprimerie a l'epoque du roi T'aejo et du roi T'aejong, et enfin, la signification et le bilan synthetique de ces activites, surtout des caracteres kyemi sur le point de l'histoire de la civilisation mondiale.

This paper demonstrates the analyses of the interlaminar shear stress of laminated composite plates subjected to transversely impact. For this purpose, a plate finite element model based on the higher order shear deformation plate theory in conjunction with static contact laws is developed. Test materials were CFRP with cross-ply laminate $[O_4/{\theta}_4]_S$, $[90_4/{\theta}_4]_S$ stacking sequences and angle-ply laminate $[{\theta}_4/-{\theta}_4]_S$, $[{\theta}_4/-{\theta}_4]_S$ stacking deguences with $2^t{\times}40^w{\times}100^l(mm)$ dimension. As a result, stacking seguence and fiber orientation were found to have a significant effect on the interlaminar stresses in composite laminates.

Hence, harmonic characteristics can be significantly imp where the lower order harmonics. such as the and seventh orders are much reduced. The resu confirmed by the theoretical and experm implementations.
