  • 소프트웨어는 매우 다양하며, 품질을 정량적으로 측정하기 어렵기 때문에 객관적인 소프트웨어 평가를 위하여 지속적인 연구가 이루어지고 있으며, 이와 관련한 국제 및 국내 표준이 개발 중에 있다. SW시험센터는 ISO/IEC 9126을 포함한 여러 표준을 기반으로 소프트웨어 품질인증 업무를 수행하고 있으며 품질 평가와 관련된 연구를 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 서비스중인 소프트웨어 품질인증 서비스와 품질인중 프레임웍에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

A Certification Method for the Quality of Package Software (패키지 소프트웨어를 위한 품질인증 방법의 설계에 관한 연구)

  • The certification of software products can provide a greater level of acceptance and feeling of security to customers of these products. This paper presents a certification method for the quality of package software. First of all, the evaluation criteria are derived from ISO/IEC 9126 and 12119 standards, and then the evaluation module are designed considering the measurement scale type. The results can be applied to construct the certification scheme of software product quality for the commercial purpose.

  • 본 고에서는 기존의 소프트웨어 품질 평가 방법론과 새로운 컴퓨팅 환경인 유비쿼터스 시스템 평가의 차이를 기술하고, 이를 고려한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 시스템 평가 프레임워크를 제시한다. 동시에 기존의 ISO/IEC 9126에서 제시되지 않은 유비쿼터스 시스템을 위한 새로운 품질평가항목의 개발에도 초점을 맞추었다.

  • Nowadays, public domain software CALS/EC projects give their attention to the importance of test and evaluation (T&E). This article proposed a survey on T&E procedures of the international standards ISO 9000-3, ISO/IEC 9126 and ISO 14598, and of the U.S. Army pamphlet as well as that of MIL-STD-498. And features of testing tools such as their characteristics were reviewed for a reference in selecting appropriate one. Large-scale software projects often encounter with problems during T&E, when they become close to the end of development cycle. The problems generally act as a bottleneck of a project, leading to slippage of the entire schedule. This article tried a close look at the problems and solution alternatives of the T&E policy, management, and technical issues, and proposed a T&E model to support a variety of software development environment.

  • Many people are interesting software quality. Because of, we depend on software in our life. In terms of, I think, good software is a good quality software. So, when we develop the software, we need trying to improve software quality. In this paper, we analyze software test data. We emphasize that software quality is very important in our life. We use software experimental data, in order to analyze of software quality. On the basis of ISO/IEC 9126-2, we classify the test data and we analyze the difference of error frequency according to functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, portability. We analyze the number of test and used time according software type. We want to search effect variable, going through testing result and measurement convergence, we know the effect variable of functionality and efficiency.

  • Software is developing toward having more large scale and many functions day by day. Also, user’s requirements level for software is being high, especially, requirements for software quality is being high continuously. Methods which can satisfy such User’s requirements is being studied in various viewpoint. First of all, study about quality evaluation system and methodology is energetically in progress in viewpoint to improve quality of software by feed-back software quality evaluation result to developers. In this paper, we define metrics according to a system and developed quality measurement tables according to internal characteristics system of quality characteristics, subcharacteritics, internal characteristics for reliability between quality characteristics of international standard, ISO/IEC 9126 about software quality. And we propose evaluation results about development products using internal characteristics.

  • The concern and request of high-quality software has been increased according to the rapid transition of society to information-oriented era. Therefore activities of software quality management are regarded as serious as the activities of software development. Moreover, stakeholder of software may have various views of software quality. And some quality characteristics need to be managed with priorities in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Hence we recognized that weights of quality characteristics might be useful to improve efficiency of quality management activities. However, this topic has not actively issued because its necessity and effectiveness has been ignored. This paper presents a technique to decide weights of software quality characteristics in SDLC. It is based on ISO/IEC 9126 which is the standard for software product quality. It is accomplished by questionnaires intended for stakeholder in software development and weight analysis through AHP (Analytic Hierarchical Process) method. Accordingly, it can select quality characteristics by weight in SDLC. And then it helps us to acquire high duality software through measuring software quality quantitatively and expecting the quality after completion of software development.

  • We survey the software faults according to the software characteristics, so we can use it to make a software testcases. We divide the software fault according to six characteristics, functionality, usability, reliability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. We analyze the software faults to find the common factors according to the software products, also we survey the number of faults according to six characteristics. We propose the method of weight application using the relative comparison of the number of faults.

  • 의료기기 산업은 시장규모와 생산규모에서 미국이 전 세계의 $40\%$ 이상을 차지하고 있어 국내외 모든 의료기기 제조업체에서는 미국시장진출을 목표로 꾸준히 노력하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 의료기기는 인체에 직접 적용된다는 특성으로 인해 각 국가의 정부는 저마다 다른 엄격한 기준으로 자국내 시장진출을 규제하고 있으며 엄격한 관리제도를 유지하고 있다. 국내 최신의 전자 의료기기는 필수적으로 의료기기를 제어하기 위한 의료용 소프트웨어를 필요로 하므로 의료기기 산업의 발전은 의료용 소프트웨어 산업의 발전에 직결된다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 의료기기의 경우에는 인$\cdot$허가를 위한 제도 및 절차가 갖추어져 활용되고 있는 반면, 의료용 소프트웨어의 경우에는 적합한 평가기준이 마련되어 있지 못하여 제도 및 체계구축의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국제표준(ISO/IEC 12119, ISO/IEC 9126을 바탕으로 평가메트릭을 구축하여 의료용 소프트웨어의 정량적인 품질을 측정, 평가하여 품질측정의 결과를 토대로 품질을 인증하는 의료응용 소프트웨어 시험인증 지원도구를 설계 및 구현하였다.

  • Because of rapid increase of internet user, numerous popular web sites have been made on the internet but it is hard to find out a systematic technique for the selection of qualified web site in consumer position. Generally, there are black box, white box and gray box viewpoint for evaluating web site. In this paper present evaluation criteria based on AHP(Analysis Hierarchy Process) technique of black box viewpoint for optimal web site selection in consumer position. We considered usability, efficiency, compatibility based on ISO/IEC 9126 for quality measurement of web site and executed practical analysis about web site in internet. This paper show that the proposed selection technique is applicable to optimal web site selection.
