In order to identify the trends and insights of 'startups' in the global era, we conducted an in-depth trend analysis of the global startup ecosystem using Google Trends, a big data analysis platform. For the validity of the analysis, we verified the correlation between the keywords 'startup' and 'global' through BIGKinds. We also conducted a network analysis based on the data extracted using Google Trends to determine the frequency of searches for the keyword or term 'startup'. The results showed a strong positive linear relationship between the keywords, indicating a statistically significant correlation (correlation coefficient: +0.8906). When exploring global startup trends using Google Trends, we found a terribly similar linear pattern of increasing and decreasing interest in each country over time, as shown in Figure 4. In particular, startup interest was low in the range of 35 to 76 from mid-2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but there was a noticeable upward trend in startup interest after March 2022. In addition, we found that the interest in startups in each country except South Korea is very similar, and the related topics are startup company, technology, investment, funding, and keyword search terms such as best startup, tech, business, invest, health, and fintech are highly correlated.

This study examines the purpose and goals of ICT education, compares them with current software and artificial intelligence-oriented information curriculum, analyzes foreign SW curriculum, extracts learning topics and elements, and analyzes whether the current information curriculum is presented effectively. As a result of the analysis, the number of information-related courses in Korea is currently lower than in other countries, which has reduced the number of basic computer applications and underlying software applications such as presentations and spreadsheets covered in ICT training in the past. In addition, compared to Korea's curriculum where information education begins in the fifth grade of elementary school, other countries are introducing information education from the first grade to the third grade of elementary school. Therefore, active discussions on the expansion of the number of information education, the timing of introduction of information education, and the utilization of basic computers are needed.

최근, 현대인들은 뛰어난 성능과 품질을 넘어서 자신의 감성을 만족시켜주는 제품, 서비스를 원하고 있다. 감성 Information & Communication Technology(ICT)는 정보 통신 기술을 기반으로 인간의 감성을 자동 인지하고 사용자의 감성과 상황정보를 처리하여 상황에 맞게 적용하는 기술을 말한다. 즉, 인간의 감성을 센싱해 이를 데이터화하고 다양한 IT 기기에 활용하는 것을 말한다. 미래에 다가올 감성 ICT 기술은 단순히 사용자의 감성을 자극하는 정도를 뛰어넘어 사용자와 기기가 서로 교감하는 형태로 나아갈 것이다. 본 논문에서는 감성 ICT 의 기술 동향을 분석하고 향후 방향성을 모색 하고자 한다.

This study conducted a patent analysis to explore the trend of technology development in the field of smart car security. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that along with the growth of the smart car market, the development of smart car security related technology is also increasing. In particular, as related technology development has been rapidly taking place in recent years, it has been confirmed that competition among leading smart car countries and major companies is also expanding due to the commercialization of smart car. This study is meaningful in that it examines trends related to smart car security through quantitative analysis using patent data and presents implications accordingly.

The medical industry is rapidly evolving into a combination of artificial intelligence (AI) and ICT technology, such as mobile health, wireless medical, telemedicine and precision medical care. Medical artificial intelligence can be diagnosed and treated, and autonomous surgical robots can be operated. For smart medical services, data such as medical information and personal medical information are needed. AI is being developed to integrate with companies such as Google, Facebook, IBM and others in the health care field. Telemedicine services are also becoming available. However, security issues of medical information for smart medical industry are becoming important. It can have a devastating impact on life through hacking of medical devices through vulnerable areas. Research on medical information is proceeding on the necessity of privacy and privacy protection. However, there is a lack of research on the practical measures for protecting medical information and the seriousness of security threats. Therefore, in this study, we want to confirm the research trend by collecting data related to medical information in recent 5 years. In this study, smart medical related papers from 2014 to 2018 were collected using smart medical topics, and the medical information papers were rearranged based on this. Research trend analysis uses topic modeling technique for topic information. The result constructs topic network based on relation of topics and grasps main trend through topic.

This paper gives the activities and trend analysis handled in the ITU-T study group 5 meeting. In the meeting, the title of SG(Study Group)5 was changed into 'Environment and climate change' since the role of the former Focus Group 'ICT and Climate Change' was moved to SG5. SG5 consists of 3 WP(Working Part) and have total 20 Questions. The Recommendations to be established or revised were discussed and new Recommendations, K.79 and K.80, were consented. The agenda for the human exposure to electromagnetic fields due to radio systems and mobile equipment was focused and discussed in detail. Also, related to ICT and climate change, new questions to be studied in this study period were discussed and defined.

Since the 1990s, the notion of governance has been introduced as an alternative way of understanding the new trend of public administration. Then, it was followed by the emergence of the concept, e-governance (electronic governance) with the development of information and communication technologies. E-governance means an approach to understanding how to manage state affairs. It emphasizes the notion of governance where various actors (government-market-civil society, etc.) adjust and cooperate through mutual collaborative network, not a unilateral decision-making form of government, in order to solve common problems. It also carries the notion of 'electronic' in the sense that it operates on the basis of utilizing information and communication technology (ICT). This study systematically attempts to analyze research trends and methodologies of e-governance in major Korean journals and proceedings in the field of public administration and policy studies over the last 15 years. Some of the findings are worth noting: first, e-governance studies in Korea are in large measure concentrated on the government-centered perspective. Also, past studies tend to focus on problem-solving by suggesting policy alternatives. Past studies, thus, seem to pay relatively less attention to explanation of the phenomena through rigorous analysis. Under the circumstances, this review is expected to shed light on some of conceptual or methodological issues related e-governance studies, thus, to provide significant implications for future research of e-governance.
