The 138 students(7th grade) participated in this study were classified in two group, experimental group(68) and controlled group(70). Experimental small group consisted of 5-6 students who had different levels and the ability of each the group was equal. The teaching of experimental group was made in the science lab which was equipped with computers to connect super high-speed Internet. The teaching of control group was made in general classroom. Under these two environment, this study was executed during 10 weeks. As the result, Small group-cooperative learning using ICT was more effective in diminishing the gap of information literacy in middle school students. • ICT capacity building education in developing countries with poor infrastructure is a solution to help solve ICT gaps and improve economic performance. However, there is a clear difference between countries' geographical and industrial level in terms of geographical and industrial aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to design customized educational contents for each country according to the status of various industries in each country rather than uniform and unilateral ICT capacity building education. This should be followed by a basic understanding of the current situation. The purpose of this study is to identify the level of ICT technology and curricula for female students at Life University of Cambodia among developing countries, and to find out the subjects related to industry in that region and to propose policies for continuous operation.

  • The relevance of secondary school algebra focused on paper and pencil manipulation has been reconsidered along with the expansion of universal education and the development of ICT such as computer or calculators. This study was designed to investigate the issues and trends of the recent algebra so as to provide implementations for algebra curriculum in Korea. The focus of algebra education has being shifted from paper pencil manipulation to algebraic thinking. The early algebra or informal algebra is one of the important traits of revolution, and the role of ICT is integrated in newly developed curricula. In Korea, algebra education has been retaining the traditional line even though the national curriculum documents allows ICT for instruction. The reasons of these discrepancies were analyzed and the tasks for the new curriculum in accordance with the current trends were suggested in this paper.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an ICT education program using films to understand and expand of the Interpersonal Caring Theory (ICT). The study was conducted from February 2020 to October 2020. The films were selected by analyzing 10 elements of ICT and the program was developed according to Kolb's Experience Learning Model. 11 experienced nurses participated in the pilot operation of the program and evaluated the validity of the films as experts. The films selected for the ICT education program included The Blind Side (Noticing), Babette's Feast (Participation), Good Will Hunting (Sharing), The King's Speech (Active-listening), The Cure (Companioning), Mr. Holland's Opus (Complimenting), Patch Adams (Comforting), The Shawshank Redemption (Hoping), Mission (Forgiving), The Throne (Accepting). The program consisted of a total of 12 sessions, and each session included discussion questions for the steps of the Experimental Learning Model. After the program was piloted, it was found that the selected films were considered appropriate (I-CVI=0.98) as a result of evaluating the feasibility of films selection according to ICT elements. The developed ICT education program using films can be used to enhance caring competencies of nurses and nursing college students.

The 7th curriculum induces that teaching hours should be assigned to education using ICT more than 10% of all classroom work hours. In this study, we established basic course of courseware design for applying ICT to physical education effectively in the 7th curriculum. We developed distance-learning program for motion of short-distance race and the entire his power race in middle school using Web. Flash and Database. And we evaluated efficiency by students that are 4 classrooms (140 persons) after teaching using the WBI. • The core purpose of the paper is to explore perceptual displays of rural India towards the role and impact of ICT in transforming the lives through education and telecommunications. After meticulous review of pertinent literature on ICT, and its policy framework, the researcher administers both quantitative and qualitative field data collected from the villages of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu with a sample of 250 from each state. More than 90 percent of respondents from the four southern states in India clearly thought that the role and impact of ICT is very momentous. Predominantly, cent percent respondents from Kerala evinced that ICT is the major reason for achieving the tag of "100% Literacy State". And also in the remaining three states viz., Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu, the literacy rate has crossed mind-boggling figures only because of ICT's reinforcement. Even in the arena of telecommunications, these four states average telecom density is more than the country's average. The paper concentrated only on how ICT function empirically to build human capacity in rural south-India through the sectors of only education and telecom. This study is first of its kind and precious to all stakeholders of the ICT sector like educational institutional, telecom firms, customers, employees, and governments, etc.
