The purpose of this paper is to describe about the issues concerning student teachers' perceptions of ICT use and obstacles they experience during the teaching. Student teacher experience conflicts with ICT in particular, and lack of confidence in using ICT. Furthermore, pre-service teachers experience various conflicts while teaching during student teaching. Main conflicts student teachers experience are reported that their lack of confidence in using ICT, especially in front of the student body during the class, and firm belief on ICT and its effects. Student teachers lack systematic training during their professional development. As a conclusion, the teacher training programs need to have systematic approach in their curriculum to assist pre-service teachers to use ICT before their student teaching to give them first hand experience in classrooms.

Rapid innovation in ICT is transforming the way we work, the way we interact, the way we learn, and the way we live. In the education and training sector, ICT increases access to learning by making it possible for workers to fit their education into family and work schedules and by providing a greater programmatic choice of quality courses. ICT allows multiple workers to simultaneously enrol in training programs and work in their workplace in order to achieve their particular learning goals in a timelier manner. This paper deals with the ICT conditions, role of ICT, application of ICT, and effectiveness of ICT in the area of workforce development.

The article reflects short-term perspectives on the use of information and communication technologies in the training of teachers for higher education. Education is characterized by conservatism, so aspects of systematic development of the industry are relevant to this cluster of social activity. Therefore, forecasting the introduction of innovative elements of ICT training is in demand for the educational environment. Forecasting educational trends are most relevant exactly in the issues of training future teachers of higher education because these specialists are actually the first to implement the acquired professional skills in pedagogical activities. The article aims to consider the existing potential of ICT-based learning, its implementation in the coming years, and promising innovative educational elements that may become relevant for the educational space in the future. The tasks of scientific exploration are to show the optimal formats of synergy between traditional and innovative models of learning. Based on already existing experience, extrapolation of conditions of educational process organization with modeling realities of using information and communication technologies in various learning dimensions should be carried out. Educational trends for the next 3 years are a rather tentative forecast because, as demonstrated by the events associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the socio-cultural space is very changeable. Consequently, the dynamism of the educational environment dictates the need for a value-based awareness of the information society and the practical use of technological advances. Thus, information and communication technologies are a manifestation of innovative educational strategies of today and become an important component along with traditional aspects of educational process organization. Future higher education teachers should develop a training strategy taking into account the expediency of the ICT component.

본 연구는 특수교사들의 정보통신기술 (ICT; information & communication technology) 활용에 관한 실태 및 인식을 알아보기 위하여 특수교사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 103부의 설문지를 토대로 교사들의 ICT 활용 현황과 수업에서 ICT 활용에 대한 태도와 시각, ICT 활용과 관련된 교원 연수의 필요성과 연수에 필요한 교육 내용을 분석하였다. 특히 ICT의 활용 교과목이 대학의 특수교육과에 반영된 시점을 기준으로 교직경력을 구분하여 그 차이를 검증하였으며 두 집단에 대한 ICT 활용 현황과 수준은 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

ICT 학습을 활용한 심상훈련은 핸드볼의 운동 기능과 집중력을 높이기 위하여 경기 장면과 정확하고 모범적인 운동 수행 동작을 인터넷을 통하여 미리 학습하게 하여, 학습자로 하여금 체육수업에 대한 기본적인 태도와 운동기능 향상, 그리고 수업만족도에 많은 영향을 미치고 있다는 것을 확인시켜 주었다., 스피드(속도), 폼(자세), 정확성(슈팅성공율), 적응력(경기력)의 영역에서도 운동능력이 향상되었음을 알 수 있었다. 이는 기존의 학습방법에서 ICT 학습과 심상훈련과의 장점을 현장에 적용시킨 한층 진일보한 교육방식이라 할 수 있겠다. 본 연구대상에 있어 전국 단위표본을 대상으로 하지 못했다는 점에서 연구 결과를 일반화시키는데 다소 무리가 있다. 따라서 차후 연구에서는 지역 간, 학년 간 균형적 표본을 통해 대표성이 보완된 연구가 계속적으로 선행되어져야 할 것이다

드론은 제4차 산업혁명의 개념과 ICT 융합 첨단기술을 응용한 드론에 대한 관심과 투자가 지속되고 있다. 드론 운항의 목적은 초기 군사용도에서 이제는 건설, 산림, 시설, 농업지원 등 다양한 산업의 활용으로 광범위하게 확산되고 있다. 이러한 산업에서 실제 드론을 운용할 수 있는 조종자 양성이 자격제도를 중심으로 증가하고 있다. 그러나, 조종자를 양성하기 위한 교육장소, 훈련장소, 교육환경, 교육방법 등을 포함한 상세한 기준이 모호하여 드론 교육현장에서 훈련교관의 구두 지시를 통한 교육이 지속되고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 현장에서 반드시 필요한 공간감각의 질적 향상을 위하여 훈련교관이 조종자의 운항 드론에 직접적으로 개입하여 지도를 실행할 수 있는 이중화 제어 플랫폼에 대한 연구를 실행하였다.

The development of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) has changed the manner in which English teachers are taught as instructors, as well as English language learners. Online-related technology, a product of development of ICT technology, is used for various purposes such as training teachers and enhancing professionalism of current teachers to practice more efficient training. The purpose of this study is to extract common domains and sub-domains related to development of cyber-type in-service training (INSET) through domestic and international case analyses and to develop content areas of INSET using cyberspace or efficient online INSET programs. To accomplish the purpose of this study, domestic and foreign cases were analyzed in relation to direction of development of online English teacher training programs.

본 연구는 조절훈련을 통한 기능성 근시개선 효과를 유발할 수 있는, ICT 기반의 시력회복용 웨어러블 디바이스의 개발에 관한 것이다. 시력훈련기기(OTUS)는 헤드마운트 형태를 가지는 웨어러블 디바이스로써 섬모체 근육의 수축과 이완, 눈모음과 눈벌림을 자연스럽게 자극하는 조절 훈련기기이다. 사용자는 디바이스를 통해 저장된 개인 시력정보를 바탕으로 맞춤형 시력훈련을 진행할 수 있다. 실험에서는 기능성 근시를 유발한 후 두 그룹(비교군 16명, 조절훈련군 16명)에 대해 조절훈련으로 인한 증상의 개선 효과를 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 조절훈련군에서 기능성 근시가 평균 0.44D±0.35(p<0.05)로 개선되었다. 이 연구가 시력훈련기기(OTUS)의 기능성 근시에 대한 유효성을 밝히고 있지만, 기능성 근시를 장기간 제어할 수 있는 가능성을 입증하기 위해 추가적인 임상시험이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

교육정보화에 따라 교수 학습 과정에서 정보통신기술이 통합적으로 사용되기 위한 교사교육의 개혁에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으나, 여전히 교원양성기관에서는 교사가 수업과정에 정보통신기술을 적절하게 통합하여 사용할 수 있도록 준비시키지 못하고 있음이 지적되고 있다. 이와 같은 인식을 바탕으로 본 연구는 예비교사의 ICT(Information Communication and Technology) 활용 교육에 대한 능력 수준을 조사 분석하여 학교 현장에 나가서도 7차 교육 과정에 따라 ICT 활용 교수-학습을 전개할 수 있도록 기초 자료를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 공주대학교 사범대학에 재학중인 예비교사(대학 4학년)를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) 12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다.

ICT 기반의 융합전문가를 양성하기 위해서는 사물인터넷 활용 능력을 학습하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터학을 전공한 교육생을 대상으로 5개월의 사물인터넷 관련 교육을 실시하여 융합전문가로 양성하기 위한 교육과정과 교육운영 전반을 다루는 교육모형 설계에 대한 내용을 기술한다. 교육과정은 기본역량과정, 핵심역량과정, 실전역량과정 그리고 현장연수과정으로 구분하여 총 10단계의 세부과정으로 구성하였다. 교과과정은 센싱기술, 네트워크기술, 보안 및 콘테츠 제작기술을 학습하도록 설계하였다. 본 교육모형은 2015년 고용노동부의 일자리창출 인력양성사업에 활용되어 높은 수료율과 취업률을 달성하는데 기여하여 효용성을 입증하였으며, 추후 대학교육에 적용할 수 있도록 Java 과정을 보완하는 등 교과과정을 확장할 계획이다.
