This study tested students’ ICT application capability and Problems solving ability by ICT instructional environment when ICT teaching method is applied to $\boxDr$Understanding of Myself and Family$\boxUl$ unit of home economics. Following research Problems were formulated for this study : 1. Are there any differences of the effects on improvements of students’ ICT application capability by ICT instructional environment\ulcorner 2. Are there any differences of effects on improvements of students’ problems solving ability by ICT instructional environment\ulcorner 3. Are there any differences of effects on improvements of students’ Performance assessment results by ICT instructional environment\ulcorner The researcher developed a homepage for the ICT teaching-learning. and prepared Problems-based teaching-learning lesson plan. The students were divided into two groups (experimental group 1 and experimental group 2) by ICT instructional environment. The Pre-test and post-test were conducted before and after the experimental class. The ICT class experimental period was for 16 weeks. from March 10. 2002 to July 10. 2002. The experimental group 1 was given 16-weeks classwork under the classroom environment of 1 PC for each classroom(The classroom with advanced educational equipments) . while the experimental group 2 was given 16-weeks classwork under the classroom environment of 1 PC for each student(multimedia classroom) . The results of the study are as follows: 1 All of the ICT teaching methods under both instructional environments were found to be effective on the improvements of the ICT application capability. 2. There were statistically significant differences of problems solving ability between two groups in application and the measure of validation. 3. The experimental group 1(1 PC for each classroom) did not show any improvements of Performance assessment results. while the experimental group 2(1 PC for each student) showed some improvements.

최근 들어 ICT를 활용하는 연령이 점차 낮아지고 있다. 나아가 이제는 유아들까지 교육기관에서는 물론 가정에서의 ICT 활용시간이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유아들의 올바른 ICT 활용을 위해 요구되는 가정에서의 활용환경에 대하여 부모들이 인식하는 중요도와 실행도의 차이를 살펴보고, 이들 간의 격차를 줄일 수 있는 실천전략을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 '유아ICT 활용환경 평가척도'를 사용하여 부모들이 인식하는 ICT 활용환경에 대한 중요도와 실행도의 차이를 조사하였다. 유의미한 차이를 보이는 요인과 항목을 대상으로 IPA(중요도-실행도 분석)를 거쳐 집중적으로 지원해야 할 요인과 항목의 우선순위를 도출하였는데 이는 유아의 자질, 행정적 지원요인 및 물리적 환경요인인 것으로 나타났다.

The objective of this study was to develop a Web based learning environment for Home Economics Education(HEE) using ICT (Information & Communication Technology). For the study, the following procedures were performed: 1) the review of literature, 2) development of teaming environment and questionnaires based on Web for HEE using ICT. The Web based learning environment was investigated and designed, and evaluated by the users. The problems indicated through the evaluation were revised and complemented. In addition, 13 sets of Learning questionnaires, which were verified using the same procedure as above, were developed to provide problem solving ability through the Web based learning environment. Learning environment based on the Web entitled "Together with the classroom of HEE" has a main menu, which is composed of rooms for HEE, students, teachers, various topics, recommendation sites, chatting, and e-mail. A room for HEE, in which teaming activity mainly occurs by following the sequences of learning procedures, includes other sub-rooms for the guidance of Loaming, discussion, directories for reference, question and answer, submission of homework, evaluation, and an encyclopedia. Therefore, this study implicates: 1) achievement of teaming environment using the ICT mainly made by students who solve problems closely related to daily life, 2) development of practical learning questionnaires fitted in the present state, 3) preparation for the curriculum. Finally, from this study, I suggested that further studies are needed to develop models for learning, interaction between students and teachers, and the learning materials under the Web based loaming environment.

본 연구는 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 환경 분야에서 ICT의 활용 연구동향을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 환경 분야 키워드 38개, ICT 관련 키워드 16개를 바탕으로 국가과학기술정보센터(NDSL)에서 최근 20년(1996년-2015년)의 논문 359편을 수집하였다. 해당 논문을 대상으로 환경 분야 및 ICT 관련 자연어를 처리하여 말뭉치(Corpus)단위로 분류체계를 재구성하였다. 전술된 분류체계의 키워드를 바탕으로 텍스트 마이닝 분석 기법인 빈도 분석, 키워드 분석, 키워드 간 연관규칙을 확인하였다. 그 결과 '환경 일반' 및 '기후' 분야의 키워드 출현 빈도가 전체의 77 %, ICT는 '공공융합서비스' 및 '산업융합서비스'가 약 30 %의 비율을 차지하였다. 시계열 분석을 통해 환경 분야에서의 ICT 활용 연구는 최근 5년(2011년-2015년)사이에 급증하여 과거(1996년-2010년)과 비교하여 약 2배 이상 관련 연구가 증가된 것으로 나타났다. 키워드 간 연관 규칙을 생성하여 환경 분야를 기준으로 나타내었을 때, '환경 일반'은 16개, '기후'는 '14'개의 ICT 기반 기술을 주로 활용하고 있는 것으로 확인하였다.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the relationship between ICT(Information & communication technology) infrastructure, investment environment, and innovation performance from a national perspective. Design/methodology/approach We derived 5 hypotheses based on the literature review. To measure each concept, We converted the scores of each country provided by the Global Innovation Index into a 7 Likert scale and performed a regression analysis. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, this study confirmed that knowledge and technology output mediated the relationship between ICT infrastructure and creative goods and services. In addition, this study confirmed that the investment environment has a moderating effect between ICT infrastructure and knowledge and technology output.

이 연구는 정보통신기술을 활용한 교수 학습 환경에서 학습자 특성이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 연구 대상은 대전광역시 교육청 관내 중학교 2학년 140명이었다. 학습자들에게 ICT를 활용한 교수 학습 활동을 전개하였다. 이 연구에 사용된 측정도구는 학습양식검사, 자아개념검사, 인지양식검사, 학업성취도검사가 사용되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS Ver. 11.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 연구문제에 따라 피어슨의 적률상관분석, 중다회귀분석, t검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, ICT 교수 학습 환경에서 학습자의 인지양식 중 정서적 사회적요인과 학업성취도는 관계가 있었다. 둘째, ICT 교수 학습 환경에서 학습자의 학업적 자아개념과 학성성취도와는 관계가 있었다. 셋째, ICT 교수-학습 환경에서 학습자의 인지양식에 따라 학업성취도는 차이가 있었다.

전통적인 산업과 ICT의 융합은 ICT에서 나타나는 보안 위협 및 취약점과 기존 산업의 특수한 산업 종속적인 문제점이 혼합되어 새로운 보안위협 및 취약점이 나타나고 있다. 특히, 의료ICT융합산업에서는 의료정보시스템을 중심으로 사용자 인증에 대한 다양한 문제가 파생되어, 오남용, 보안취약점에 악용되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 의료 ICT 융합환경에서 안전한 사용자 관리를 위한 사용자 인증시스템을 설계하고 프로토타입을 구현하였다. 구체적으로, 의료정보시스템을 중심으로 개인화 기기를 활용하여 사용자 인증을 수행함으로써 ID 공유로 나타나는 오남용과 보안 취약점을 해결하고, 개별 ID/PW 방식 인증의 불편함을 해소하기 위한 방안을 설계 및 프로타입을 구현하였다.

본 연구는 생태계 중심으로 변화하는 ICT 산업 환경 하에서 국내 ICT 기업들이 생태계 경쟁력을 갖기 위해 필요한 정책을 제안한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 ICT 사용자들의 특성 및 소비 트렌드 변화를 분석하고, 비즈니스 생태계 이론을 바탕으로 글로벌 ICT 기업인 애플과 구글의 생태계 추진 전략을 살펴보았다. 또한, 국내 ICT 산업의 문제점을 살펴보고 해외 ICT 정책을 분석하여 국내 기업들이 생태계 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 필요한 정책 방향을 스마트한 생태계 조성, 전략적인 생태계 육성, 그리고 지속가능한 생태계의 3단계로 구분하여 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 ICT 생태계 조성을 지원하기 위한 정부 정책 수립에 유용한 지침과 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

본 연구는 고등학교 교사의 ICT 활용 리터러시 수준을 파악하고 ICT 활용의도와 관련된 요인을 파악하여 고등학교의 ICT 활용 수업 활성화 방안을 제안하는데 의의가 있다. 총 3,942명의 고등학교 교사들을 대상으로 ICT 활용 리터러시와 ICT 활용 수업 의도에 대한 설문조사를 진행하여 자료를 수집하였다. ICT 활용 리터러시의 요인은 어떻게 구성되어 있는지 확인하고, ICT 리터러시 수준과 ICT 활용 가치 인식, ICT 활용 환경 인식이 ICT 활용 의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 분석 결과, ICT 활용 의도에 영향을 미치는 변인은 ICT 활용 가치 인식, ICT 활용 리터러시의 정의적 영역, ICT 활용 리터러시의 심동적 영역, ICT 활용 리터러시의 인지적 영역, ICT 활용 환경 인식의 순으로 나타났다. 다만, ICT 활용 환경이 ICT 활용에 영향을 미친다는 선행연구의 결과와는 달리 본 연구에서는 ICT 활용 환경에 대한 인식이 ICT 활용에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 지속적으로 실시된 교육정보화 사업으로 인해 시설이 갖추어졌다고 해석할 수 있으며 이를 유지하기 위해 ICT 활용 환경에 대한 지원이 지속되어야 한다. 더불어 교사들의 가치와 전반적인 ICT 활용 수업에 대한 인식을 향상시킬 수 있는 지원이 필요하다.

In several industries, including the agriculture industry, information and communication technology (ICT) expenditure has been gradually increasing. This study explores the ICT investment of Korean agricultural corporations, and examines the effect of ICT investment on their profitability using an IT portfolio framework. As the organizational capabilities and environment in which ICT is used is critical in examining its impact, the IT-savvy level is used as a moderator. An increase in ICT investment size results in a significantly positive effect on profitability in organizations with higher IT-savvy levels, whereas there is no effect in organizations with lower IT-savvy levels. This study shows the necessity of understanding the structure of ICT investments in the agriculture industry, and suggests the importance of organizational capabilities and environment in making best use of ICT.
