The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of ICT education in elementary school and find ways of its improvement. For the purpose, this researcher surveyed elementary school teachers. Results of the survey suggested that ICT education would enhance self-oriented learning skills and contribute to providing creative, competent human resources for information-oriented society, if ICT-related training is provided to teachers, educational environment for ICT use is improved, substantial curriculum and materials of ICT education are arranged and if teachers having basic skills and experiences in ICT education are secured.

The purpose of this study is to find the relationship between Online Lecture System, Motivation for Use, ICT Utilization Ability, and Lectures Satisfaction as online lectures continue. For that, conducted survey of students at Woosong University, secured 330 valid samples, and conducted with analysis of actual proof with using SPSS 25.0. The results of the study confirmed that the system's Convenience, Simplicity, Security and Motivation for Use have significantly affected to Lecture Satisfaction, and also confirmed that ICT Utilization Ability, the variable of Moderating Effect, also has meaningful correlation between System Characteristics(Simplicity and Security) and Lecture Satisfaction. Therefore, the need for development and operation of additional education programs to improve ICT Utilization Ability as well as development of new online system are presented in order to enhance online Lecture Satisfaction of students. Lastly, various sample surveys and researches are seems to be needed in the future in order to increase the Lecture Satisfaction.

ICT(Information and Communication Technology)의 발전속에서 늘 그 중심에 서 있던 이슈는 플랫폼이다. ICT 업계에서 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 일반 사용자들은 플랫폼의 존재를 알지 못하면서 자연스럽게 서비스를 이용하지만 그 이면에는 사용자들에게 자신의 플랫폼을 제공하기 위한 노력이 숨어 있는 것이다. 즉, 플랫폼 지배를 통해 ICT 업계의 선두를 유지해 오거나 선두로 나서고자 하는 노력과 시도는 늘 있어 왔으며 플랫폼 기술은 단일 목적 단일 서비스 지원을 위한 하드웨어, 소프트웨어 플랫폼에서 출발하여 개인화 서비스 플랫폼, 클라우드 기반 서비스 플랫폼을 거쳐 융합 서비스 플랫폼까지 발전 해 왔다. 서비스 사용자들에게 공통 요소를 제공해 준다는 플랫폼의 본질은 변화되지 않고 있지만 관련 기술의 발전과 더불어 플랫폼을 바라보는 관점에 따라 플랫폼의 구조와 기능 발전을 거듭해 왔다고 볼 수 있다. 본고에서는 이러한 ICT 업계의 기술 발전 흐름 속에서 가장 큰 의미를 담고 있는 플랫폼에 대해 다양한 관점에서의 플랫폼의 의미와 변화를 살펴보고자 한다. 그리고 나서, 플랫폼 기술 발전의 흐름 속에서 사용자들에게 Tele-experience 서비스를 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 지원해주고 서비스를 제공해 주는 Tele-experience 실감서비스 플랫폼 개발 방향과 이슈에 대해 살펴봄으로써, 향후 플랫폼의 역할에 대해 조명해 보고자 한다

This study aims to suggest development model for ICT Teaching and Learning System adopting collective intelligence. First, we defined program modules according to functions which multimedia online encyclopedia-type e-textbook should have. Then, we also specified content information creating rules and procedures and content information searching methods. Finally, we developed the prototype which suggests user interface to collect and search information adopting information visualizing techniques. This study has significance in suggesting advanced form of ICT system in which qualified teachers can create, accumulate, and share information and students can explore information and expand search in self-directed manner.

본 연구의 목적은 개인정보 개념을 재검토하여 신뢰 기반 ICT 인프라가 주는 새로운 개인정보 활용 비즈니스 기회들을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 개인정보가 ICT 활용 비즈니스에 이용된 배경에 대해 살펴본 후, 이러한 비즈니스 환경에서의 불신요인과 파급력을 파악해 신뢰 기반 ICT 인프라가 줄 수 있는 새로운 개인정보 생태계 비즈니스모델들을 제시한다. 새로운 비즈니스 기회로는 옵트인 방식 적용 범위의 확대, 데이터 수집 없는 앱의 출시, 이용자 통제 기반의 개인정보 부가가치화, 그리고 신뢰 추구 업체 친화적인 개인정보 생태계 조성등이며, 이와 관련한 비즈니스모델들은 기존의 블록킹 툴 무료 제공 및 데이터 수집 없는 앱 외에 개인정보저장소 앱, 신뢰 기반 브랜드화된 쿠키 앱, 게이미피케이션이 가미된 자가분석 앱, 평판관리 앱, 개인정보 기부 앱 등으로 무한 확장이 가능할 것이다. 또한, 이러한 앱 생태계가 마련되기 위해서는 신뢰를 추구하는 앱 개발자들의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 있는 업체 최적화 플랫폼(VOP)의 역할이 매우 중요할 것으로 보인다.

Non-parametric method such as technology efficiency, DEA/Window model and Malmquist Productivity Index (MPI) are used to measure efficiency and productivity of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) manufacturing industry and service industry over the period 2007-2011. The results of this paper indicate following: (1) Technology efficiency of the ICT manufacturing industry were found as the range of 0.34 and 0.39 over the sample period. Technology efficiency of the ICT service industry were found as the range of 0.16 and 0.20 over the sample period. (2) The geometric average of the Malmquist TFP indexes on ICT manufacturing industry indicated the productivity improvement an average of 8.3 percent. The geometric average of the Malmquist TFP indexes on ICT service industry indicated the productivity improvement an average of 1.6 percent. (3) TIER analysis result on ICT manufacturing industry showed that optimal bench marking made by storage devices${\rightarrow}$wireless communication equipment${\rightarrow}$broadcasting equipment${\rightarrow}$radio, recording and playback devices${\rightarrow}$computers, printers, video and audio-visual equipment path. TIER analysis result on ICT service industry indicated that optimal bench marking made by computers and packaged software${\rightarrow}$wired communication${\rightarrow}$communication, information, detection equipment${\rightarrow}$consulting and construction for computer systems integration${\rightarrow}$industrial machinery and equipment rental${\rightarrow}$telecommunications reseller${\rightarrow}$system software development and delivery${\rightarrow}$hosting path.

COVID-19, which has spread around the world, is also affecting local economic industries such as the domestic tourism industry and the service industry. In particular, the quality of life is threatened as safety prevention rules related to infectious diseases such as social distancing have been regularized. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact on safety quarantine on users of the summer festival at Songho Beach in Haenam, a summer resort. In addition, it protrudes through big data surveys, demographic analysis, and technology analysis on the management of users who have changed in the COVID-19 era. It is expected to be a reference material by utilizing practical data on users in the future. In addition, this study is significant that it has been reviewed for safety and satisfaction for tourists using the summer beach festival through quarantine management using ICT technology in the COVID-19 situation, and needs to be used as good guidelines and examples for this study in the future.

This paper aims to develop the One-In-One web solutions that can work in PC, tablet, notebook, and smart phone depending on the flow of the ICT times to promote the marketing of the technology. The characteristics of this web solutions can be used to a image viewer system of 3D array type for PC, tablet, notebook, and smart phone. It is implemented in the design of 3D display slide show type. And it is developed an image viewer system, which enables users to use by utilizing the links manner ICT base required by each channel of the image. This is the 3D photo viewer PR solution developed in the way that anyone can use easily without the knowledge of programming in various areas such as public relations, business, and education.

The study aims to comprehend the health needs of multicultural families, identify relevant policies, and explore ways to enhance health information accessibility through Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Employing a qualitative research method, the health status of multicultural families was analyzed through literature review, followed by in-depth interviews. The findings revealed a lower priority given to health policies for multicultural families compared to other governmental sectors, with limited discussion on leveraging ICT for improved accessibility. In-depth interviews highlighted four main themes: "Early experiences in Korean society," "Language barriers in medical facilities," "Unmet healthcare needs for various reasons," and "High demand for health-related services." To safeguard health rights and enhance information accessibility, we recommend strengthening linguistic support in healthcare institutions, implementing government efforts for multicultural families, and designing user-centered ICT platforms.
