본 연구는 게임 이용 장애 질병 코드화라는 맥락에서 게임에 대한 언론 보도의 특징을 살펴보고자 했다. 이를 위해 2019년 5월부터 2020년 8월까지 국내 5개의 종합일간지에 보도된 게임 기사 694건을 분석했다. 그 결과, 게임 산업에 대한 보도의 비율이 매우 높았으나 주로 산업 동향·기업사 경영 현황에 관한 보도였다. 정책 보도는 규제 정책이 압도적으로 많았고 특히 중독 관련 정책 보도가 주를 이뤘다. WHO의 질병 코드화를 찬성하는 의견만 다룬 보도는 매우 적었고 반대하는 의견만 다루는 보도와 찬반 의견을 모두 다루는 보도량이 비슷한 비율을 보였다. 반대 근거로는 산업계와 학계의 관점이 반영돼 있었다. 이용 효과 보도는 매우 낮은 비율을 보였으나 게임을 극단적인 범죄·일탈행위의 원인으로 보도하는 기존 관행을 그대로 따르고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

2018년부터 국제보건기구의 게임 장애의 국제 질병 코드(ICD-11) 등재 계획이 본격화하면서 세계적으로 학자들 간에 뜨거운 토론이 있었다. 하지만 대한민국은 등재의 부당함에 대한 학문적 근거 제시 없이 회피만 해온 것 같다. 본 논문에서는 게임 중독/장애와 관련한 과거의 학술 연구의 쟁점과 연구 오류 및 왜곡 사례들을 뇌 사진 판독과 게임 중독/이상 진단 도구의 적절성 등을 중심으로 짚어 본다. 본 분석은 게임의 과도한 사용이 게임의 질병 코드 등재의 충분 조건이 아니며 대다수의 건강한 게이머들에게 부당한 낙인을 찍어버릴 위험이 있음을 밝힌다.

Carcinoid tumor is called as neuroendocrine tumor and is classified into neuroendocrine tumor Grade 1, neuroendocrine tumor Grade 2, and neuroendocrine carcinoma based on the differentiation of tumors. Recently, the incidence of rectal carcinoid tumor has been increasing probably due to the increased interest on screening colonoscopy and the advancement of endoscopic imaging technology. As the rectal carcinoid shows a wide range of clinical characteristics such as metastasis and long-term prognosis depending on the size and histologic features, it is a challenge to give a consistent diagnostic code in patients with the rectal carcinoid. If the rectal carcinoid tumor is less than 1 cm in size, it can be given as the code of definite malignancy or the code of uncertain malignant potential according to International Classification of Diseases for Oncology (ICD-O) by World Health Organization (WHO). Because patients get different amount of benefit from the insurance company based on different diagnostic codes, this inconsistent coding system has caused a significant confusion in the clinical practice. In 2019, WHO updated ICD-O and Statistics Korea subsequently changed Korean Standard Classification of Diseases (KCD) including the code of rectal carcinoid tumors. This review will summarize what has been changed in recent ICD-O and KCD system regarding the rectal carcinoid tumor and surmise its clinical implication.

Andersen-Tawil syndrome (ATS) is a rare genetic disease characterized by a triad of episodic flaccid muscle weakness, ventricular arrhythmias, and physical anomalies. ATS patients have various cardiac arrhythmias that can cause sudden death. Implantation of an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) is required when life-threatening cardiac arrhythmias do not respond to medical treatment. An 11-year-old girl underwent surgery for an ICD implantation. For general anesthesia in ATS patients, anesthesiologists should focus on the potentially difficult airway, serious cardiac arrhythmias, such as ventricular tachycardia (VT), and delayed recovery from neuromuscular blockade. We followed the difficult airway algorithm, avoided drugs that can precipitate QT prolongation and fatal cardiac arrhythmias, and tried to maintain normoxia, normocarbia, normothermia, normoglycemia, and pain control for prevention of sympathetic stimulation. We report the successful application of general anesthesia for ICD implantation in a pediatric patient with ATS and recurrent VT.

Today, about 95% of totoal import import and export container cargo in Korea is being transported through the Busan Port. The 59% of these cargos is being handled at BCTOC and the rest is at the existing piers. As the Off-Dock Container Yards(ODCY) within Busna City are located at 33 different places, it causes serious problems in the container cargo transport and inland traffic near Busan district. The container carriers to the inland market or other terminals cause heavy traffics to the Busan Traffic System. Hence, this impacts to the cost of the cargo handling equipment and cargo storage, the usage of labor resources, the control of natural environment etc. To solve those problems, it is required to build Inland Container Depot(ICD) in the Southeastern Economic Area. In this study therefore, we try to calculate the required area of Inland Container Depot(ICD) for Busan Port which deals which deals with the container cargo. We also investigate the sites for ICD being suggested outside of Busan City. We use the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) Method to decide the best one. The result shows that the best is the Site B(Dong Myen, Yangsan Kun).

Cancer immunotherapy has been acknowledged as a new paradigm for cancer treatment, with notable therapeutic effects on certain cancer types. Despite their significant potential, clinical studies over the past decade have revealed that cancer immunotherapy has low response rates in the majority of solid tumors. One of the key causes for poor responses is known to be the relatively low immunogenicity of solid tumors. Because most solid tumors are immune desert 'cold tumors' with antitumor immunity blocked from the onset of innate immunity, combination therapies that combine validated T-based therapies with approaches that can increase tumor-immunogenicity are being considered as relevant therapeutic options. This review paper focuses on immunogenic cell death (ICD) as a way of enhancing immunogenicity in tumor tissues. We will thoroughly review how ICDs such as necroptosis, pyroptosis, and ferroptosis can improve anti-tumor immunity and outline clinical trials targeting ICD. Finally, we will discuss the potential of ICD inducers as an adjuvant for cancer immunotherapy.

In today's knowledge-based economy, measurement and disclosure (M&D) of intellectual capital (IC) are crucial for enhancing business performance and competitiveness. In the global world, M&D of IC are useful means to keep investors well-informed and reduce information asymmetry. At present, very few leading corporations in India have disclosed IC information on a 'voluntary' basis. Traditional accounting practices, therefore, will need to assimilate innovations that seek to meaningfully represent the 'true-value' of the intangible assets of the company. This is an exploratory study of IC M&D by 8 Indian companies over 5-year period, using 'content' analysis and market-value-added (MVA) as research methodologies. The annual reports of companies were collected from their respective websites. As part of present study, various statistical techniques have been used to analyze the data. The findings show that the sample companies, on an average, reported a positive value of IC, along with wide-disparity, low-level of ICD. Unfortunately, the omission of IC information may adversely influence the quality of decisions made by shareholders, or lead to material misstatements. Finally, we recommend to "the international accounting bodies, to take the lead by establishing a harmonized ICD standard, and provide guidance to the big listed-companies for proper measurement and disclosure of IC, both for internal and external users."

The design of harbours, as with any other system design, must be an optimization process. In this study, a global examination of the different constraints in coastal engineering was performed and an optimization problem was defined. The problem has multiple objectives, and the criteria to be minimized are the structure cost and wave height disturbance inside a harbour. As concluded in this survey, the constraints are predefined parameters, mandatory constraints or optional constraints. All of these constraints are categorized into four categories: environmental, fluid mechanical, structural and manoeuvring.

The purpose of this study is to improvement strategies for transportation systems of container cargo in Busan port. Therefore, it was forecasted the future container cargo demand using logistic curve formula. In 2011, container cargo demand was forecasted 8.791 million TEU(T/S including 12.559 million TEU). In order to improvement transportation systems of container cargo, this study presented following; $\circled1$ port facilities expansion, $\circled2$ diversity of container transport modes. $\circled3$ make up ICD and exclusive container roads, $\circled4$ the second Seoul-Busan Expressway.

In this paper, we propose the robust performance design of multivariable systems within the framework of Quantitative Feedback Theory(QFT) using ICD. The ICD(Individual Channel Design) is a multivariable control method based on the classical frequence response. It is considered to apply feedforward controller for compensating the effect of interconnection between channels. Performance of the proposed method are demonstrated by simulations in appling gas turbine model.
