DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging, and tyrosinase inhibitory activities of bioactive compounds 1-4 isolated from Cedrela sinensis leaf were assessed. Structures of isolated compounds were established by UV, one- and two-dimensional NMRs, and mass spectroscopic methods.

Two known isoquinoline alkaloids, (+)-chelidonine (1) and (-)-stylopine (2), were isolated from $CHCl_3$-soluble fraction of whole plants of Chelidonium majus L. var. asiaticum, and their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods and X-ray crystallographic analysis. Two isolates (1 and 2) were examined for their in vitro cytotoxic activities against five human cancer cell lines including DU-145 (prostate), MCF (breast), A549 (lung), HePG2 (liver), and HT-29 (colon) by sulphorhodamine B (SRB) assay.

In this paper we prove that if AX=b is a partial sign-solvable linear system with A being sign non-singular matrix and if ${\alpha}=\{j:\;x_j\;is\;sign-determined\;by\; Ax=b\}, then $A_{\alpha}X_{\alpha}=b_{\alpha}$ is a sign-solvable linear system, where $A_{\alpha}$ denotes the submatrix of A occupying rows and columns in o and xo and be are subvectors of x and b whose components lie in ${\alpha}$. For a sign non-singular matrix A, let $A_l,\;...,A_{\kappa}$ be the fully indecomposable components of A and let ${\alpha}_i$ denote the set of row numbers of $A_r,\;r=1,\;...,\;k$. We also show that if $A_x=b$ is a partial sign-solvable linear system, then, for $r=1,\;...,\;k$, if one of the components of xor is a fixed zero solution of Ax=b, then so are all the components of x_{{\alpha}r}$.

Mouse embryos of 8-cell stage and compacted morulae(approximately 16 cells) containing different number of blastomeres were bisected and cultured in vitro to determine the developmental potentials of the divided embryos compared with those of unmanipulated control embryos. The results were as follows. 1. Micromanipulation was performed successfully by means of a simple manipulator which holds a fine glass, needle, without the use of any micro-instruments for support. 2. The percentage of bisected morulae with 7-9 blastomeres that developed to eu-blastocyst was 94.1% while only 64.8% of the bisected 8-cell embryos with 4 blastomeres developed to eublastocysts (p<0.05). 3. The percentage of eu-blastocysts decreased, while that of pseudoblastocysts and trophectodermal vesicle increased as the number of blastomeres decreased in the bisected embryos of the two stages. 4. The time of the blastocoele re-formation of the bisected and control embryos was not significantly different in morulae stage embryos, but it was significantly delayed in the 8-cell stage embryos (Eu-B, Pseudo-B) compared with control embryos (P<0.01, P<0.05 respectively).

제3차 전력수급기본계획(산업자원부, '06.12 공고)확정 고시 후 한전에서는' 07.1월 장기 송변전설비계획(2006년${\sim}$2020년)을 수립하여 시행중에 있다. 이와 별도로 한전에서는 전력수요 포화 시점(2030년)에 전력계통 구성의 최종목표를 제시 하고자 장기 송변전설비 Master Plan을 수립하였다. 본 논문에서는 전력수요 포화 시점에 대비한 Master Plan 수립방향, 수립결과 분석, 기술적 문제점 및 대책(과도안정도, 고장전류)에 대해 개략적으로 설명하였다. 본 수립내용을 토대로 설비확충 계획 뿐만 아니라 정비계획을 종합한 기존설비 개선.정비 방안을 시행할 예정이다.

기후변화에 대응하기 위한 친환경 전기차의 확산이 전 세계적으로 가속화되고 있는 추세이다. 우리나라는 전기차 20년까지 20만대를 보급할 계획이다. 한전은 이러한 정부 정책에 앞장서기 위해 전기차 충전인프라 확산 비즈모델을 개발하고, 전국 단위의 구축을 계획하고 있다. 전국에 충전인프라를 확산하기 위해 민간참여형 충전서비스 사업을 추진할 예정이며, 한전 자체적으로 전국에 Star-Network 형태로 전기차 충전망을 구축하여 사내 업무용과 일반인들도 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 할 것이다. 또한 태양광 등 신재생을 이용한 전기차 충전으로 주행하도록 함으로써 온실가스를 제로화시키고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 전국 단위에 전기차 충전망을 구축하기 위한 방안을 제시하고 전기차 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.

Fretting Wear Behavior and Characteristics were investigated with Inconel 690 tube which is used in Nuclear Power Plant. Fretting Wear Tester has been engaged in the study of characteristics on tube fretted induced to various factors, i.e. vibration amplitude, contact type, material properties load support geometry, environmental effect Test has been performed in air and at room temperature. Wear volume rate has been approximately estimated as a function of normal load.

Immature bovine oocytes were cultured to investigate whether the addition of FCS(10% or 20% ), CS (10%or 20% ) or BSA(5mg/ml) to culture medium with or without HEPES and co-culture with granulosa cells affect the frequency of in vitro maturation of extrafollicular bovine oocytes. After culture, the maturation rates were examined by the presence of 1st polar body and nuclear configuration. The maturation rate when FCS and CS as protein supplement were added to culture medium with or without HEPES was significantly higher than when BSA was added, and the maturation rate of extrafollicular bovine oocytes co-cultured with granulosa cells was higher than that cultured without granulosa cells, but there was no significant difference. FCS and CS were shown to be superior protein supplement when compared to BSA, and serum concentration, HEPES and co-culture with granulosa cells did not affect the in vitro-maturation of extrafollicular bovine oocytes.
