In this paper, we describe the Solar Car, Woongbi, which was created to participate in the World Solar Challenge(WSC) at the team NeulHaeRang of Korea National University of Transportation. The WSC is the world's largest solar car racing competition and has a separate automobile regulation and must be manufactured to meet the regulations. Therefore, the key point of the solar car design is to optimize the energy efficiency based on the regulations. The solar car's drive system consists of a solar array to convert solar energy into electric energy, a maximum power point tracker (MPPT) controller to track the converted electric energy to maximum output power, a battery to store the produced electric energy, a BLDC (Brushless DC) motor for driving the vehicle by converting energy into mechanical energy, and a motor controller for controlling the BLDC. The optimal design methods for solar energy conversion and electric driving system of battery, motor are presented in this paper.

Recently, social demands on atypical buildings and building spaces are increasing, and examples of atypical buildings are easily seen in major cities around the world. This study investigates the user behaviors in the typical atypical buildings currently constructed and analyzes the characteristics of human behavior in the atypical building space. Ultimately, this study aims to develop human behavior simulation technology for reviewing residential performance of atypical building space design, and the results of this study can be used for user behavior modeling and simulation technology development. This is because it is difficult to find an investigation or analysis of what behavioral characteristics occur in the atypical building space in previous studies. This study derives the characteristics of human behavior in the atypical architectural space that has been overlooked in the existing human behavior simulation tools. In other words, the site visits and surveys typical atypical buildings to investigate user behaviors in typical spaces and other atypical buildings.

In this paper, we investigate the relationship between IPR creation and export activity. And we try to examine the effects of IPR use as innovation on export performance. The dataset used in the empirical analysis are the annual "Survey of Business Activity(2006~2014)" panel data which include total of 6,144 samples of firms. Data set includes the sample characteristic such as employee, industry, export performance, possession/use/development of IPR. According to analysis results, this paper confirms that R&D and export activities of firms make positive effects on IPR creation. In addition, this paper finds that IPR use of firms make positive effects on firm's export performance. Exporting firms achieve higher export performance by developing new products and processes to enter and compete in overseas markets. In addition, exporting firms can achieve higher performance by using intellectual property rights to appropriate innovation outcomes in foreign markets and to exclude the possibility of patent disputes in advance.

Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) is a strategic partnership activity for an enterprise and is expected to be a significant performance element in the current enterprise environment where uncertainty is growing. Despite the effective SRM allows companies to manage quality and inventory throughout their logistics procurement process with their suppliers and increase the profitability of the company, there is a scarce of theory about supplier relationship management (SRM) and many companies are not aware of the importance of SRM and depend only on simple electronic purchasing methods. Therefore, I analyze the H Company as a case company, which is a large domestic company and has reached 2,500 domestic and overseas suppliers. SRM process and its effects are evaluated as (1) Purchasing strategy division 2) Process division (3) IT infrastructure division. By analyzing SRM as one of the management strategies that bring the overall value of enterprise performance up, and by looking at how domestic large corporations manage their suppliers, I hope that manufacturers with many suppliers will recognize the importance of SRM and build an SRM tailored to their business.

South Korea's economic growth was rapid, It was occasioned the concentration of resources in the metropolitan area. On the other hand, the province has a narrow economic base compared to the metropolitan area, and the underpopulation have been identified. Thus, The government announced the 'National balanced development law' in 2004 to reduce the problem of regional imbalances. The study collected data on 95 of relocated public institutions, and unlike previous studies, Mamquist analysis was used to compare the productivity before and after each public institutions' s relocation. The study focused on how the relocation of public institutions affected the productivity of public institutions through Malmquist Analysis. The results of the analysis show that productivity is declining after most public institutions have moved. And two independent samples T-test result, respective yearly average is nonsignificant.

Recently, e-sports has been receiving social attention. Game leadership is a necessary skill to perform effective game tasks, and it is very important to e-sports game and improve teamwork. As a result, there is a need to identify psychosocial factor that promote game leadership. This study tried to examine how game motivation, game efficacy, and psychological factors(self-control, social intelligence, self-esteem) reported to have an important effect on leadership have relation with game leadership to MOBA genre users who were known to consider role of game leadership as important factor. We used data from 196 adolescents using MOBA games for surveys. As a result of analysis, internet game time, game efficacy, and social intelligence had a positive relationship with game leadership. And game motivation(social, exploration and escape) also had a positive effect on game leadership. But self-control, self-esteem and some game motivations(acquisition, achievement) was not significant.

This study's target is adolescents from overseas-employed families. Adolescents from overseas-employed families experience psychological and emotional problems because of long term separation from their parents. This study examined the moderating effect of self-identity between depression, anxiety, and school adaptation of adolescents from overseas-employed families in Yanbian, China. The data was collected through a survey of 285 middle school students and 167 valid questionnaires which marked as overseas-employed family, SPSS 24.0, regression analysis was performed. The results were as follows: depression and anxiety had a significant effect on the school adaptation of adolescence from overseas-employed families in Yanbian, China. Furthermore, depression, anxiety, and self-identity had significant interactions with school adaptation. In the conclusion, the researchers suggest various practical strategies based on results of the study to improve the self-identity and school adaptation of Chinese-Korean adolescents in China.

Recently, the amount of image on the Internet has rapidly increased, due to the advancement of smart devices and various approaches to effective image retrieval have been researched under these situation. Existing image retrieval methods simply detect the objects in a image and carry out image retrieval based on the label of each object. Therefore, the semantic gap occurs between the image desired by a user and the image obtained from the retrieval result. To reduce the semantic gap in image retrievals, we connect the module for multiple objects classification based on deep learning with the module for human behavior classification. And we combine the connected modules with a behavior ontology. That is to say, we propose an image retrieval system considering the relationship between objects by using the combination of deep learning and behavior ontology. We analyzed the experiment results using walking and running data to take into account dynamic behaviors in images. The proposed method can be extended to the study of automatic annotation generation of images that can improve the accuracy of image retrieval results.

The ppuri industry is growing in technical importance due to the 4th industrial revolution and is growing steadily. However, securing skilled workers is hardly realistic, and foreign workers are increasing. The purpose of this study is to find organizational commitment on for improvement of in-role performance of foreigners and Koreans working in ppuri companies and to find ways to support differentiation through comparison between groups. The subjects of this study were foreigners and Koreans in the ppuri company. Through the survey, 393 valid samples were collected. We use structural equation modeling to verify the research hypotheses, and conducted a survey on the employees of organization with information security policy. The results showed that in the case of foreigners, balanced processing affects in-role performance through organizational commitment. In the case of Koreans, relational transparency, balanced processing, and internalized moral perspectives affect in-role performance through organizational commitment. The results of the analysis suggest a strategic approach to improve the in-role performance of each group.

The study aimed to verity the relationship of between health concern, leisure sports passion, and psychological happiness on screen golf participants. The subject of study who adults were recruited from Seoul, Gyeonggi-do. I conducted frequency, reliability, confirmatory factor, correction, and structure equaling modeling analyses. The results were as follows: (1) health concern of screen golf participants had a positive influence on leisure sports passion(harmonious passion); (2) health concern of screen golf participants had a positive influence on leisure sports passion(obsessive passion); (3) health concern of screen golf participants had a positive influence on psychological happiness; (4) leisure sports passion(harmonious passion) of screen golf participants had a positive influence on psychological happiness; (5) leisure sports passion(obsessive passion) of screen golf participants had no influence on psychological happiness. The result is meaningful in that modern people who value health have sought ways to lead a healthy life by raising their athletic passion through the fun of simulation golf.
