인적자원의 인적자산화 과정과 자산유형 (Appropriation of Human Resources into Human Assets and Its Typology)

  • 서비스가 과정이라면 지식과 역량 등 인적자본은 그 실체이다. 일반적으로 자원은 공유된다. 이 자원이 시장경제의 원동력이 되는 기업 활동의 토대인 자본(capital)이 되려면 그 이전에 자산화 되어야 한다. 자원이 자산화 되는 과정에서 사유화(appropriation) 현상이 일어난다. 일찍이 존 로크는 바로 이 과정에서 개인의 인격과 자유에 기초한 사유재산권의 법철학적 기초를 찾았다. 인적자원(human resources) 또한 이러한 사유화 과정을 거쳐 인적자산(human assets)으로 전화된다. 오늘날 서비스경제 서비스경영에 대한 논의에서 일종의 블랙박스처럼 남아 있는 부분이 무형의 자원, 자산, 자본의 구별과 그 실체에 관한 탐구이다. 이 논문은 인적자원이 인적자산화 되는 과정을 연구한다. 우선 인적자원이 학습에 의하여 형성됨을 밝히고 이렇게 형성되는 인적자원이 인적자산화 되는 과정이 바로 사유화(appropriation)임을 밝힌다. 특히 서비스경제하에서 지식과 학습의 개념이 확대되면서 전통적인 왜(why)와 어떻게(how)에 관한 지식과 학습 이외에 누가 무엇을 언제 어디서에 관한 학습과 지식이 광범하게 경제적 자원 즉 공유자원으로 남겨지고 있으며 이를 사유화(appropriate)하는 과정이 지식경제 서비스경제에서 광범하게 진전되고 있음을 지적하였다. 이렇게 해서 인적자원이 인적자산화 되는 것이다. 이어 연구자는 학습행위와 사유화 행위의 주체가 일치하는 경우 불일치하는 경우를 나누어 검토하고 그에 따라 인적자산의 형태가 실체적 인적자산과 관계적 인적자산으로 나누어짐을 분석한다. 더 나아가 학력 학위를 포함한 자격법제와 무체재산법제가 실체적 관계적 인적자산을 유형화하고 공시하는 기능을 수행함을 밝힌다. 이러한 작업은 그동안 이론적으로 정립되지 못해온 지식경제 서비스경제의 토대를 이루는 무형자산법제의 실질을 밝히고 더 나아가 교육학습법제와 자격법제 및 무체재산권법제 간의 차이와 상호관계를 체계적으로 이해하고 관련 제도의 발전을 위한 토대가 될 것이다.

New Triterpenoids from the Fruits of Schisandra wilsoniana and Their Biological Activities

  • Investigation of an organic extract of the fruits Schisandra wilsoniana led to the isolation of two new highly oxygenated nortriterpenoids, named schilancidilactones V-W (1-2). Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic evidence. Compounds 1-2 feature a double bond between C-7 and C-8 compared with related known nortriterpenoids isolated from the genus Schisandra. Compounds 1 and 2 were tested for their anti-HIV-1 activities and cytotoxicity. The results revealed that compounds 1 and 2 showed moderate anti-HIV-1 activities with $EC_{50}$ 3.05 and 2.87 ${\mu}g/mL$, respectively, and compound 1 showed high cytotoxicity against KB and MDA-MB-231 cell with $IC_{50}$ values of 3.18 and 5.22 ${\mu}M$, respectively.

이러닝 운영실태 및 만족도 조사 -부산지역 인력양성기관을 중심으로- (Operating Practices and Satisfaction on e-Learning -Focused on Human Resources Nourishing Institutions in Busan-)

  • 21세기 지식정보화사회에서의 교육패러다임은 단순한 지식습득교육에서 학습자 중심의 지식창출교육으로 전화되어 가고 있다. 이러한 변화에 가장 효과적, 효율적으로 대처할 수 있는 교육방법이 이러닝일 것이다. 본 연구는 부산지역 인력양성기관 70개소와 부산지역 이러닝 학습 유경험자 758명을 대상으로 하여 이러닝 교육기관의 운영실태와 학습자의 만족도를 조사함으로써 향후 학습환경 개선의 시사점을 찾고자 하였다. 먼저 이러닝 운영실태는 학습자 대상의 요구 및 직무분석 실시 여부, 프로그램 개발 시 현장전문가의 참여여부, 학습성취도 및 효과성 측정여부, 프로그램 중도탈락의 주된 원인, 이러닝을 위한 효과적 방안 등의 측면에서 조사가 이루어졌다. 그리고 이러닝 만족도는 가장 도움이 되었던 컨텐츠 분야, 컨텐츠의 내용 및 수준에 관한 의견, 교육비용에 관한 의견, 학습기간 및 학습관리에 관한 의견 등의 측면에서 조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 이러닝 운영 및 만족도 수준에서 상당한 긍정적인 인식을 발견할 수 있었지만, 대학(교)과 직업훈련기관(평생교육기관 포함)간의 운영중점의 차이, 50대 이상 연령층의 이러닝 환경에 대한 낮은 이해와 접근도 등에서 개선과제가 존재함을 발견할 수 있었다.

이공계인력의 전환가능역량 조사 (A Study on Transferable Skills of HRST)

  • 저출산 고령화에 따라 생산가능인구가 감소하면서 인적자원의 활용도 제고는 주요 정책 의제로 대두되고 있다. 전환가능역량은 인적자원 활용도를 제고하기 위한 핵심 요인으로 부각되고 있다. 동 논문에서는 최근 2년간 노동시장에 진입한 신규 이공계 인력의 전환가능역량을 조사하였다. 주요 결과로 1) 팀워크, 문제해결, 창의력이 노동시장에서 가장 중요한 전환가능역량으로 조사되었고 2) 산업별로 요구되는 전환가능역량에는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 공학교육 관점에서 정책적 시사점을 제시한다.

  • The study aims at analyzing practices of vocational life of human resources in Busan. This study adopted a questionnaire method in research of university(14), college(12) and public & private vocational training institute(10) in Busan areas for empirical analysis. Analyzing items are consist of two parts. The one is employment life and job-seeking activity, the other is career development and future plan in career. The major findings of this study are summarized as follows. First, employees have had a 2-3 times job transfer experiences. Second, difficulties of job-seeking activity are lack of information and experience. Third, the best wanted region for job transfer is Seoul etc.

  • The fusion type human resources, it is a new human resources to scientific and technical information society of the future demands, and means to enjoy life with a creativity and expertise of fusion of various fields, to communicate in consideration of others. Fusion human resource education(STEAM), of "human resources to practice respect and compassion", "human resources equipped with communication skills", "human resources to pursue creativity and innovation" "human resources to understand the knowledge of the fusion to take advantage" in training I have presented to the area of core competence of the 4C 'Creativity"," Communication","Convergence', 'Caring'. In this study, the area of c ore competency for each element by elementary, middle, and high schools around the analysis of the target can be made by each school level to develop a practical program in the sense of basic research is to conduct. The findings are as follows: First, Area of Creativity, communication area, the contents fusion region, as well as care areas, to the detailed item capacity, the design of the class that contains the entire area should be performed. Second, Elementary and secondary school level analysis, design of the class containing the entire region up to capacity detail is required. High school was required study of school full of normal. Third, In general, for STEAM class environment and teaching model was developed by applying operations. Research and methods of teaching a wider variety of form was required. Later in this study is to develop programs and organize. and It intends to become the base to be able to interest and interest in science education by structured around the status of problems that can be found in the life of around themes STEAM.

농촌주부의 가정생활양식에 관한 연구 (A Study on Life Style of Rural Homemakers)

  • The purpose of this study is to offer basic data of education to improve farm lives though investigating rural homemakers' life style. The results of this study are as follows : 1. The life structure of rural homemakers was classified into two structures as a material resources and human resources. The life style of rural homemakers was classified into systematical life style, traditional value style, social active style, and progressive active style. 2. The life styles of rural homemakers according to social population variance were as follows. The lower of age, homemakers whose family incomes more 30 million won or below 10 million won, who has religions, who employed in livestock were showed at very systematical life style. The homemakers who live in mountain village, higher the much age becomes, and the education level become lower, have showed traditional value style. Rural homemakers the lower of age, the higher incomes, composed of single parent + children who remain single were appeared social active style. Rural homemakers the lower of age, the more shortened farm life periods, who employed in livestock were appeared progressive active style. 3. Systematical life style was more affected by material resources structure, traditional value style was affected by material resources. And social active style was more affected by human resources, progressive active style was affected by human resources.

Evidence for the association of peroxidases with the antioxidant effect of p-coumaric acid in endothelial cells exposed to high glucose plus arachidonic acid

  • Although many plant-derived phenolic compounds display antioxidant effects in biological systems, their mechanism of action remains controversial. In this study, the mechanism by which p-coumaric acid (p-CA) performs its antioxidant action was investigated in bovine aortic endothelial cells under oxidative stress due to high levels of glucose (HG) and arachidonic acid (AA), a free fatty acid. p-CA prevented lipid peroxidation and cell death due to HG+AA without affecting the production of reactive oxygen species. The antioxidant effect of p-CA was not decreased by buthionine-(S,R)-sulfoximine, an inhibitor of cellular GSH synthesis. In contrast, pretreatment with p-CA caused the induction of peroxidases that decomposed t-butyl hydroperoxide in a p-CA-dependent manner. Furthermore, the antioxidant effect of p-CA was significantly mitigated by methimazole, which was shown to inhibit the catalytic activity of 'p-CA peroxidases' in vitro. Therefore, it is suggested that the induction of these previously unidentified 'p-CA peroxidases' is responsible for the antioxidant effect of p-CA.

Sustainable Environmental Science & Recycling Technology Education for High School and Middle Schools: Global Scenario

  • Currently, the global atmosphere around the world is altering at a very rapid pace. Among those changes, some are beneficial, but most of the changes are lead to destruction to our planet. The area of environmental science is a significant resource for learning more about these changes. Due to the urbanization, the human population is increasing, natural resources becoming very limited. To solve the limited resources issues, recycling is absolutely an alternative source for the new demands and limitations. Recycling education is very important to raise awareness among students and their communities about the need for recycling and what materials are recyclable locally. In this paper, we reported the role of sustainability science and technology and the impact of recycling research education in the middle schools, both in developing countries and Asian countries and also we included the brief data of global recycling of waste.

A Study on the Design and Effect of Computational Thinking and Software Education

  • The software centered world following the fourth industrial revolution is rapidly approaching us. Countries around the world attach importance to software's ability as one of the key elements for training future human resources. In order to train software centered human resources, each university has designated Software Education as an essential curriculum for not only major but also non-majors. In the past Software Education was an education for a major, but recent Software Education was changed to the essential education that is necessary for all living in the software centered world. In the past the curriculum was focused on software development and implementation-oriented education, but recent curriculum emphasizes sequential arranging and thinking of problem solving. In order to reflect trends in recent Software Education in detail, we integrate Software Education with major concept of Computational Thinking. In this paper, we analyzed the effect of the main concept of Computational Thinking on Software Education for non-majored learners who received Software Education based on Computational Thinking (here refers to learners who major in humanities, social sciences and arts). In addition, research models of satisfaction, self-efficacy, and occupational change was established as the elements of Software Education, and it was found that there was a relation between Computational Thinking and Software Education.
