구조방정식모형을 이용한 병원행정직의 인성, 정신건강 및 피로가 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향 분석 (Analysis of the Influence of Human Nature Factors, Mental Health Factors and Fatigue on Occupational Stress among Hospital Administrative Staff Using a Structural Equation Model)

  • 본 연구는 병원행정직 근무자들의 인성요인, 정신건강요인 및 피로와 직무스트레스 간의 관련성을 파악하고 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 측정하였다. 2014년 6월 1일부터 2014년 7월 31일까지의 조사기간에 전라북도 지역 30개 병원의 재직자 189명을 조사 하였다. 직무스트레스는 인성요인, 정신건강요인 및 피로와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 위계적 다중회귀분석 결과, 남성보다는 여성에서, 우연신념이 높을수록, 외적통제신념이 낮을수록, 자아존중감이 낮을수록, 상황적 피로수준이 높을수록, 사회심리적 스트레스 수준이 높을수록, 우울수준이 높을수록 직무스트레스가 높았으며 이들의 설명력은 60.4%이었다. 공분산 구조분석 결과, 인성, 정신건강 및 피로 요인과 직무스트레스의 인과관계가 확인되었으며, 인성요인은 정신건강요인이나 피로수준보다는 직무스트레스에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

맹자(孟子)의 도덕교육론 - 성선(性善)의 확충을 위한 교수작용의 측면을 중심으로 - (Mengzi's Moral Education : A Study on the Instructional Method to Expand the Goodness of Human Nature)

  • 기본적으로 "맹자(孟子)"에 나타나는 윤리학적 범주와 범주 사이의 상호 관계는 기본적으로 공자의 사상체계와 밀접한 관계가 있다. 맹자는 공자(孔子)의 예치(禮治) 사상과 도덕정치 사상을 발전시켰으며, 인정(仁政)으로 대표되는 왕도(王道) 정치사상을 주장하였다. 특히, 맹자는 성선설을 기초로 유가 인성론의 기초를 세웠으며, 그의 성선설은 후에 대다수의 유학자들에 의해 수용됨으로써 커다란 영향력을 발휘하게 된다. 본 연구는 성선(性善)의 확충을 위한 교수작용의 측면을 중심으로 맹자의 도덕교육론을 살펴보고자 한다. 교수작용은 교사 중심의 가치전수를 의미하며, 교육목표와 교육내용을 어떠한 방법을 통해 피교육자에게 의미 있게 전달할 것인가의 문제가 주된 쟁점이 된다. 맹자가 제시한 교수작용으로서의 교육방법인 교육적 표준을 세우기, 강의의 요점을 전달하기, 학생의 소질과 여건을 파악하기, 학생의 자발성을 독려하기 등은 인간의 본성이 선하다는 성선설을 기초로 하고 있으며, 인간성 회복을 통한 이상적인 인격의 형성을 목표로 하고 있다. 유가(儒家)의 교육이념은 도덕교육을 통한 전인적 인간을 길러내고자 하는데 있다. 따라서 전인적인 인간의 모습은 인(仁)과 의(義)를 지닌 군자나 성인을 표방한다. 그러므로 전인교육은 인간이 교육을 통하여 도달할 수 있는 최고의 도덕적 경지를 추구하는 데에 궁극적인 지향점이 있다.

한국 복식의 미적 가치에 대한 고찰 -조선 복식을 중심으로- (The Aesthetic Values of the Korean Traditional Costume)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the aesthetic values of the Korean traditional costume for developing 'Korean' fashion design can be accepted in general in the modern times. For this purpose, documentary studies about the aesthetic values of the Korean traditional art and Korean traditional costume were preceded. And the perception of the Korean traditional costume were studied according to Belong's two criteria, body priority/ clothes priority and open/closed. Next, the aesthetic values of the Korean traditional costume were re-defined. The results can be summarized as follows; 1) The aesthetic values of the Korean traditional art are the beauty of nature, the purity, and the pleasantry. As the beauty of nature is the important one, the purity is caused by the love of nature. The pleasantry is as a way of expression. 2) The aesthetic values of the Korean traditional costume through the documentary studies stand for as the beauty of nature, the purity, the beauty of evil's eye, the beauty of symbolism, the beauty of personality, the beauty of tragedy and the beauty of tradition. 3) Korean traditional costume are perceived as clothes priority and open. 4) The aesthetic values of the Korean traditional costume can be re-defined as the beauty of nature, the purity, and the pleasantry. The beauty of nature comes from the 'natural' look, the exposure of the fabric as itself and the organic lines of the Korean traditional costume. The purity comes from the geometrical squared clothing form of Korean traditional costume which doesn't revive the human body form. The Pleasantry is seen the colors and motifs of costumes that have the human's hope and incantation and the exaggeration and distortion of human body form.

실내공간에 나타난 유기적 디자인 표현 특성에 관한 연구 - 자하 하디드, 카림 라시드, 파비오 노벰브레, 녹스의 유기적 디자인 작품을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Characteristics of Organic Design Applied to Interior - Centering on Organic Design by Zaha Hadid, Karim Rshid, Fabio Nobembre and Nox -)

  • The nature is the foundation of human life and arts, and human beings have found order and principle amid ceaseless change and harmonization of the nature and diversified patterns and directly or indirectly applied the nature to interior through discovered principles. Interior space to which the organic factors of the nature is an expression of the vitality of the nature and expresses live forms as seen in change, development and growth of living organisms in addition to human feelings. The study aims to recognize the necessity of studies on interior space to which organic expressive characteristics of the nature are applied in uniformed space, suggest expressive characteristics and propose needed basic data required at a time of designing interior space. In this regard, the study has examined works by five contemporary designers including Zaha Hadid, Karim Rashid, Fabio Novembre and Nox with an aim to analyze expressive characteristics of interior design and figure expressive characteristics of organic design found in interior space. According to analyses on preceding literary studies and case studies (14 places), it has been found that organic expressive characteristics in interior space include vision, tactile sensation and auditory sense in terms of sensitivity, immateriality in terms of a property of matter, metaphor and abstraction in terms of the form of natural objects and non-linear curves and free curves in organic design. Organic spaces were characterized by symbolism, directionality, continuity, pattern and superimposition. This conclusion is expected to be useful in subsequent studies on the application of organic expressive characteristic factors at a time of planning interior space in the future.

남당(南塘) 한원진(韓元震)의 '기질(氣質)' 심성론(心性論) 비판(批判) (A Critique on Han WonJin's Theory of Mind-Nature based on the Disposition)

  • 본 연구는 남당 한원진의 철학사상, 특히 심성론을 비판적인 입장에서 논의한 것이다. 주지하다시피, 남당은 인물성(人物性)의 상이함을 강조해서 "인간의 가치와 존엄성을 공고히 하고자 했다"고 평가된다. 그러나 그의 이론체계는 결코 그런 목적을 지지하지 못했다. 우선, 그는 현실세계에 초점을 맞춰 "기선리후(氣先理後)"를 주장했는데, 이는 리의 존재론적 의미가 기에 의해 변질될 수 있다는 뜻으로 결국 리로 하여금 천지만물의 최종근거이자 순선한 도덕법칙이 될 수 없도록 만들어 버린다. 이런 논리가 심성론에도 그대로 적용되어, 결국 천지만물의 실제적인 성은 기질에 의해 변질된 리가 또한 기질과 뒤섞여 형성된 것이며, 현실적이고 구체적인 심은 기품에 의해 이미 그 '우열'이 결정되어 있는 인지능력을 가질 뿐이다. 이런 심성에 근거해서 우리가 어떻게 도덕을 실천할 수 있겠으며, 인간의 가치와 존엄성을 확보할 수 있겠는가?

근대의 이원론과 르 코르뷔지에의 사고 (Modern Dualism and Le Corbusier's Ideas)

  • In this study, Le Corbusier's ideas were investigated from the view point of modern dualism. Le Corbusier, pioneer of modern architecture, insisted a rationalistic architecture for the industrial period, considering a house as 'machine for living'. In the other way, he tried to arouse emotions through architecture, mentioning a house as 'machine for affecting'. In his writings and paintings, he divided the world in the two opposed things (ex: human and nature, reason and sensation, chaos and order, orthogonal and libre curve, man and woman, sun and moon, lightness and darkness, bull and woman, and etc), and tried to combined the these two divided things. In architecture, he amalgamated his white buildings with the green vegetation, which is styled in the harmony of contrast(nature and articial). In urbanism, Le Corbusier did not divide nature only into three material elements for living(sunlight, air, green space), but also pursued poetic and aesthetic nature through buildings under the rays of sun and among the vegetation. Le Corbusier's dualistic ideas are based on Descartes's modern dualism, which divided the world into the material and the spiritual and into the objective and the subjective. Due to this original division, modern dualism contains the limits of extreme subjectification on human signification and of separation from the world and nature. Le Corbusier pursued the combination of the two divided things to overcome the contradiction of dualism, but his ideas and works contain the limits of the modern dualism.

'인간'을 바라보는 영화감독의 두 가지 시선 -이창동, 임상수 영화를 중심으로 - (Two Contrasting Views of Film Directors on Human Nature: A Reflection on Films by Lee Chang-Dong and Im Sang-Soo)

  • 영화는 사람을 담는다. 영화에서의 캐릭터는 감독의 세계관이고 감독의 '사람'에 대한 철학과 관점이다. 이창동, 임상수. 여기, 지독히 '사람'에 집중하는, 하지만 인간을 매우 다르게 바라보는 두 명의 감독이 있다. 이창동 감독이 인간 본연의 모습을 '순수함'에서 찾으며 그것을 회복하고자하는 희망을 담는다면 임상수 감독은 인간에 대해 냉소적이고 허무주의적인 태도를 보이며 역사 속의 인간을 '우연히' 그 시간, 자리에 머무는 존재일 뿐이라고 말한다. 이 글은 이창동 감독의 <초록물고기>, <박하사탕> 등 대표작들과 임상수 감독의 <바람난 가족>, <그때 그 사람들>, <하녀> 등을 통해, 두 감독의 '인간'을 바라보는 상이하고 독특한 시선들을 살펴보고자 한다. 과연 그들이 표현하는 '인간의 본질'은 무엇이며 각각의 감독은 서로 어떤 다른 시선을 가지고 있을까?

인성에 따른 색의 선호도에 대한 분석 (An Analysis of Color Preference According to Human Nature)

  • The analysis has an objective of presenting a standard of human image making by producing results of characteristics and individual human image of each color appropriate for the personality through enneagram that is a personality analysis program. The study was done on 200 adults living in the whole country from Oct. 4 to Oct. 18th, 2004. In the survey, 11 colors were selected. The followings show the 9 personalities. 1.Instinct type preferred Blue(blue+navy) color. 2. Feeling type preferred Red(red+orange) color. 3. Thinking type preferred Yellow(yellow+green) color. The study results tend to match the expected preference of color for each personality. In the Human image management, the individual distinction of 3 personality classes need to be analyzed in order to develop individual and created personality by preferred color. It is very important to examine the image for color each personality pursuits through the analysis. Also, there need to more participants of the study so that results can be analyzed more inclusively and there should more in-depth study.

"사랑하는 여인들" 다시 읽기: 생태학적 접근 (Re-reading Women in Love : An ecological approach)

  • This paper attempts to prove the possibility that Women in Love can be approached by ecological thought. It is necessary to research the family of Lawrence's childhood, the environmental surroundings and Lawrence's viewpoint of nature to prove the possibility. The most urgent problem for us in the modern world is the ecological crisis due to the destructive aspect of modern civilization. This Lawrence's attitude toward the modern civilization is clearly reflected in Women in Love. Lawrence diagnoses the destructive aspects of modern civilization and the human relationship through Gerald, Gudrun, Hermione and Loerke who represent the industrial society and suggests the apocalyptic vision to the human being from the nature. Lawrence thinks that we must restore the animated power of life to revive the modern man who lost the vital power of life. Birkin and Ursula represent this thought of Lawrence and they accomplish the idealistic human relationship based upon the true love and the real life. They do not have the posture of the binomial contrast that separates the human being from the nature, This posture of the binominal brings to one of the causes of the present ecological crisis. As a result, we can say that Women in Love is the novel that belongs to the category of literary ecology. And we can regard that Lawrence previously presented the paradigm that ecologist advocates.

라이트의 자연관 속의 실존적 사고 (Existential Ideas in Wright's Notion of Nature)

  • In this study, existential thoughts in Frank Lloyd Wright's notion of nature were investigated. Wright, a modern architect, presented the idea of creating organic architecture in harmony with nature. His naturalistic romanticism is considered to be the original inspiration for his concept of organic architecture. However, his understanding of architecture in harmony with nature stems from existential ideas in his notion of nature, including humanity. The proposed study analyzes his existential beliefs through his speeches and writings in four categories-love of nature, thoughts of abstract and concrete, nature as being intrinsic and "becoming," and thoughts on science and art. Our analyses reveal that, on the one hand, Wright was inspired by thoughts of naturalistic romanticism born from his disillusionment with city life and an urge to seek life in nature, while, on the other, he also believed that real nature is intrinsic to humans and manifests itself in the very core of their being. He sought to unite humanity, as the interior of nature, with its physical environment, as the exterior of nature. His notion of nature is a "becoming" one that changes with time and space, and varies based on individual humans. In line with these thoughts, Wright sought to create forms not only with respect to mathematical dimensions, but also in consideration of human significance. He considered art and architecture to be born out of an integral thought as a process of humanization. To him, nature is interpreted by humans.
