기업 역량 및 인적, 제도적 요인이 중소기업 승계 의도에 미치는 영향 : 매출액 규모의 조절효과 (Examining the Impact of Corporate Capability, Human and Institutional Factors on SME Succession Intentions : The Moderating Effect of Business Scale)

  • 최근 중소기업 경영자의 고령화는 기업승계에 있어 주요한 이슈로 부상하고 있다. 우리나라 산업기반인 중소기업의 원활한 승계는 단순히 상속의 논의를 넘어 고용창출 등 국가경제 활력 제고에 중요한 사안이 되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구는 기업승계 의도에 미치는 요인에 대해 실증 분석을 했다. 독립변수로는 직원 역량, 마케팅 역량, 디지털 역량으로 구성된 기업 역량과 경영자, 후계자, 제3의 이해관계인과 같은 인적 요인 및 제도적 요소인 법제, 세제, 신탁을 설정하였다. 아울러 매출액 규모의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 설문조사는 중소기업을 운영하고 있는 대표자를 대상으로 실시하였고 총 유효한 설문은 315부였다. 실증분석은 설문조사를 기반으로 위계적회귀분석 방법으로 진행하였다. 실증 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 마케팅 역량과 디지털 역량, 경영자 역량과 후계자 역량, 세제와 신탁은 기업승계 의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 분석됐다. 하지만 제3의 이해관계인과 직원 역량 및 법제는 기업승계 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 유의한 영향을 주는 변인들 중에서 그 영향력의 크기는 세제, 후계자 역량, 경영자 역량, 신탁, 마케팅 역량, 디지털 역량 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 매출액 규모는 기업승계 의도에 유의한 영향 관계를 보인 변인들 즉 경영자 역량, 후계자 역량, 마케팅 역량, 디지털 역량, 세제 및 신탁과 기업승계 의도간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 원활한 기업승계를 위한 학술적, 실무적 및 제도적 시사점을 제시하였다.

인적자원 개발을 위한 직무역량 규명;학습지 기업을 대상으로 (Identification of Job Competencies in Developing Human Resource;The Case of a Company which Provides a Preschool Education Program)

  • This research aims to clarify what kind of competencies are the source of the competitiveness of an enterprise and the standards for the development of human resources. Its specific objectives are the following; First, to develop methods for examining competencies to carry out one’s job. Second, to draw out the competencies necessary for carrying out the jobs by jobs on the basis of the developed methods. Third, to clarify the competencies commonly needed to carry out all kinds of jobs. This study collected materials for drawing out the competencies needed to perform 21 jobs in six job groups. This was done with the help of a panel of professionals. The process for drawing out the competencies required to perform certain job was designed in six steps. These steps combine classical methods using particular reference groups as well as model methods for particular job competencies. The materials for the R&D job were gathered for three months starting from February 2001. Materials from 20 other jobs were also collected three times from the end of May to the end of October 2001. This was done through workshops with professional groups. The highlights of this study are as follows: 1) The results applying the methods developed for drawing out job competencies to the duties of investigation & research part in R&D job were presented as an example. 2) The job competencies of the company totaled 215 in 21 jobs irrespective of overlapping, which means each job has about 10 competencies on the average. 3) The common job competencies of the whole company totaled eight. namely: competency for collecting information/processing/analyzing, communication competency, presentation competency, competency for utilizing the web, competency for planning projects, competency for solving problems, competency for understanding organization/business/products of the company, and competency for satisfying customers.

  • This study seeks to determine the effect of the application of accounting information system (AIS), internal control system, and human resource (HR) competency on the quality of local government financial statements (FS). This study uses agency theory and compliance theory. Agency theory is used to explain that there is a link between the society as the principal and the government as the agent. Compliance theory is a theory, which states that every agency is obliged to comply with regulations because the law-drafting authority has the right to dictate behavior. The population in this study were employees of the financial division of local government organizations in one of the districts in Central Java, Indonesia. The total samples in this study was 106 respondents. The data used are primary data taken from distributing questionnaires to respondents. The method of analysis used to test the hypothesis was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that HR competency has an effect on the quality of FS; however, the application of AIS and internal control system has no effect on the quality of FS. The implication of this research underlines the importance of HR competency to improve the quality of local government FS.

  • 본 연구는 대형화되는 건설프로젝트의 성과 달성을 위해 체계적으로 프로젝트 관리를 할 수 있는 PMC의 중요성과 도입의 필요성을 증명하는 연구이다. 이를 위해 구조방정식 모형(SEM) 분석을 통하여 PMC의 역할과 건설프로젝트 성과와의 관계를 분석하여 PMC의 필요성 및 프로젝트 성공의 중요한 요인인 인적자원역량 중 PM리더십과 팀 구성원 역량이 건설프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 연구결과, PMC는 인적자원역량과 건설프로젝트 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤고, 인적자원역량 또한 건설프로젝트 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 대형 건설프로젝트에 PMC를 도입하고 PM리더십과 팀 구성원 역량을 강화한다면 건설프로젝트를 성공적으로 완공할 수 있음을 시사한다.

  • 최근 많은 기업들이 개개인의 인적자원을 기업 가치 창출의 핵심 자산으로 인식하고, 기업 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 역량기반의 인적자원관리 및 인재육성에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 국내 건설업에서 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 종합건설회사의 건설기술자는 건설 프로젝트 생애주기의 각 단계에서 다양한 참여주체와 함께 공사관리 업무를 수행하며, 건설기술자의 역량은 건설공사의 성패에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소이다. 하지만 현재 국내의 건설기술자 능력 평가 방식은 자격 위주의 평가로서 실제 공사관리 업무에 대한 소화능력과는 거리가 있다. 이와 같은 관점에서 본 연구는 건설업의 기본관리 항목 중 하나인 원가관리의 업무 프로세스 및 세부 수행항목을 분석하여 원가관리 업무 숙련도 수준을 제시하였고, 이를 바탕으로 건설기술자 직급별 요구역량 대비 현 수준 분석 및 업무 단계별 건설기술자 업무역량 분석을 실시하여 시사점을 도출하였다.

병원에서의 간호관리역량 교육요구도 (Educational Need of Nursing Managerial Competency in the Hospitals)

  • Purpose: This study was aimed to investigate educational need of nursing managerial competency in the hospitals. Method: The data were collected from 296 nurses(nurse manager and nurse) who had worked in 9 hospitals using the structured questionnaires. Data was analysed by the SPSS for Windows 12.0 program. Results: Educational needs of the nurse managerial competency development were very high. Most of items in the areas of 'human resource management', 'leadership', 'ethic/ law responsibility' and 'quality improvement' were needed for nurse managerial competency development. Current level of the nurse managerial competency level in practice was lower than education need. However nurses had moderate level ability in the areas of 'ethic/ law responsibility', 'human resource management' and 'nursing information management'. There were significant differences in current level and need of the nurse managerial competency(p=.000). Education needs of the nurse managerial competency were influenced by age, clinical career, position, education level, experience of nurse manager education(p<.05). 5) Education program operations were preferred to 'the theme course', 'lecture', 'external education institution'. Conclusion: Education program of the nursing managerial competency development is urgently needed for nurses who have worked in a hospital.

  • The objectives of this research are to establish and confirm the human resources competency components for listed companies in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The sample group used in this research includes the company president, business owner, managing director, assistant managing director, general manager or human resources manager of 140 listed companies. The research instrument is a scale-estimated questionnaire. The obtained data were subjected to principal component analysis and were analyzed for the rotation of the perpendicular component using the Varimax method. Results were generated through the analysis of eight components, consisting of decision-making, creativity, strategic thinking, relationship and communication, teamwork, adaptability, self-management, and motivation. The research results demonstrate important components in human resource performance that are critical to the successful development of organizations. Organizations can apply these components to the development of human resource competencies in accordance with the operations that need to be adjusted to suit the changes that occur. These rapidly-changing conditions are important factors that can be studied and developed into variables and components that affect human resource performance in the future. As a result, organizations need to adjust to be well prepared to face problems and challenges in the harsh competitive environment in the future.

  • The nature of work which is changing has increased the importance of HRD within organization. Also, these changes are making HRD shift its paradigm : from the segregated, closed, operational & administrative, dependent, utilitarian view to the integrative, open, strategic & facilitative, interdependent, generative view. The shifts of the perspective on HRD cause HRD professionals rethink the purpose and definition of HRD, and the role & competency needed to HRD in 21st century. The findings which are drawn through literature review and researcher’s intuition based on a long field experience are as follows. First, The function of HRD has recently been much more important then that of the past. Second, There is no consensus over the conceptual identity of HRD. Nonetheless, it is apparent that the preferred activities of the HRD function is performance improvement. Third, It is too difficult that we should define clearly the role & competency of HRD because of diverse perspectives on them. But we find much evidence converging to support the fact that the role & competency of HRD should be extended from the sole focus on training & development to adding the additional role & competency of change agent, who includes planning, implementing, and managing change.

IT프로젝트 관리자의 리더십 유형별 역량이 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Project Managers' Competency by Leadership Style to Succeed the IT Projects)

  • The objective of this study is to suggest the effects of the fit between project managers' competency and leadership style on the performance of IT projects. Also, this study examine that the project duration among the project's characteristics moderates the impact of the managers' competency and leadership style on the performance of IT projects. As the results of analysis, we found that the participative leadership and the supportive leadership of project manager is affected by the human and the conceptual skills, and the directive-achievement leadership is affected by the technical skills positively. The project duration moderates the impact of the fit between the participative leadership and the technical skills. and the fit between the directive-achievement leadership and the technical and the human skills positively.

  • This study has examined the project managers' competency and suggests three competency factors, which are technical, human, and conceptual skills, for the success of IT projects. The study suggests that IT project managers should master three critical skills and knowledge requirements, and consider the proper leadership style for the successful implementation of IT projects. Especially this study has examined the effect of the fit between project managers' competency and leadership style on the performance of IT projects.
