이중 기판 결함 접지 구조를 이용한 비대칭 월킨슨 전력 분배기 (An Unequal Wilkinson Power Divider Using Defected Ground Structure in Double Layered Substrate)

  • 종래의 DGS를 이용한 초고주파 회로의 메탈 패키징(metal packaging)시 존재했던 DGS의 접지면 접촉 문제를 해결하고자, 본 논문에서는 이중 기판 결함 접지 구조 구조를 제안하고, 이를 1:4 비대칭 전력 분배기에 적용한 응용예를 제시한다. 이중 기판에 구현된 사각형 DGS는 종래와 같이 마이크로스트립 선로의 특성 임피던스를 표준형 선로보다 크게 증가시킨다. 이중 기판 DGS 구조를 형성하기 위하여 제2유전체 기판이 DGS가 구현된 기판면의 바닥 접지면에 접합된다. 따라서 제2유전체 기판이 메탈 패키지 바닥면에 장착되므로, DGS가 직접 패키지 접촉되는 것을 막을 수 있다. 초고주파 회로 응용예를 보이기 위해, 이중 기판 DGS를 이용하여 패키지 접지 문제를 해결한 1:4 비대칭 전력 분배기의 설계 및 측정 결과가 제시되는데, 시뮬레이션과 측정 결과에 있어서 잘 일치하는 특성을 보인다.

  • 본 연구는 현재 뉴욕시 블롱스에서 진행 중인 컴파스 레지던스(Compass Residences)개발에 대한 사례연구로 저렴주택개발을 위한 사업구조 및 재원조달방식을 중심으로 분석한다. 웨스트 팜(West Farms)개발로도 알려진 개발사례는 낙후된 공업지역 내에 임대형 저렴주택 공급을 목표하며 총 $350M의 사업규모를 가지는 뉴욕시의 대표적인 저렴주택 개발 사업이다. 특히 주안점으로 도심지내 버려진 공업용 부지의 활용한 단계적 개발진행과 함께 저렴주택개발을 위한 다양한 공공부문의 지원을 활용한 다층적 재원조달방식에 주목할 수 있다. 이는 면세채권과 연동된 LIHTC을 중심으로 다양한 지원프로그램으로 구성된다. 이러한 저렴주택의 개발사례의 분석은 국내 서울시가 추진하는 시유지 활용 및 사회적 기업유치 등을 통한 임대주택 개발의 노력에 참조할 만한 시사점을 제공하고 나아가 국내 공공임대주택 개발의 다양한 사업방식 개발에 일조할 것으로 기대한다.

  • This study attempts to suggest new directions of urban multi-family housing design in the recent era of information, in which the representation of publicity and privacy of the housing reflects new meanings and relationships of the current digital society. The study examines cases of Dutch multi-family housing and investigates the meanings and relationships of publicity and privacy in the building as well as unit design of the housings. Borneo-Sporenburg housing development is a good example that suggests new interpretation and design solution for low-rise, high-density multi-family housing. Thus, this study analyzes street patterns, facade design, and ways of housing unit combination in Borneo-Sporenburg housing and concludes as follows. First, public space in Borneo-Sporenburg housing, which was designed differently from hierarchical and centripetal organization of modern architecture, is divided into small units and spread into the inside, which provides high potential for personal control of space and personal programming of space by space choices. Second, street pattern and facade design of Borneo-Sporenburg housing provide visual publicity and privacy simultaneously as they maintain unity as a whole as well as articulate individual unit in many different ways and provide clues to neighboring. Streets as a public domain have self-controlled boundaries for residents and introduce voluntary use-programs for residents. Third, facades of the housing have no inter-mediate space or common space, and confront streets directly. Space in-between is composed inside the facade and extends into the streets by residents' own choices. Fourth, privacy and individuality of the housing is strengthened. Units of the housing have individual entrances, unique plan type and complicated combination of space that all together emphasize individuality of units, however they are not often notified from the outside.

공동주택 욕실 배수배관 자재 구성에 따른 양변기 배수소음 저감 특성 (Characteristics of Reducing the Water-drainage Noise of Toilet-bowl According to the Composition of Water Drainage Piping Materials of the Bathrooms of Apartment Housing)

  • Water supply and drainage noise in the bathroom is recognized as one of the main noises, along with the floor-impact sounds, in apartment housings. Recently, to solve such noise issues, a new construction method of installing the piping on the slab has been adopted. rather than the traditional method of penetrating the piping through the slab between the upper and the lower bathrooms. However, this new method has limitations due to high costs and constructional difficulties. Therefore, this study was conducted to develop noise reducing piping and elbows, where the noise can be reduced simply by replacing the existing pipings. The noise level was measured in a laboratory by installing the horizontal drainage piping (three types) and the elbows (three types) developed in this study. The results showed that the horizontal pipings reduced the noise level in LAmax by 0.3 dB(A)~1.0 dB(A), as compared to the existing pipings (VG2), indicating an insignificant noise reduction effect. The elbow reduced the noise level in LAmax by 5.5 dB(A) ~ 11.5 dB(A), as compared to the existing elbow (DRF elbow), with the result of reducing the noise level at all frequencies evenly. Consequently, it was shown that using the elbows is more effective in reducing the water-drainage noise from the toilet than using the horizontal pipings.

개조 사례를 통한 신체장애인 주거공간 개조방안에 관한 연구 (Study on Renovating Housings for the Disabled through Case Studies)

  • Men should be able to do whatever they want to and want to safely protected at home which is special domain for them. The disabled live mentally uncomfortable lives at home which should be a place where they should be comfortable and convenient. Renovation projects started in Incheon since 2009 by commencing renovation projects for the disabled by the government and welfare centers. Since the project is a program supported by the government or welfare centers thus priority on renovation was decided and carried out by in-depth interview to decide areas to renovate because of limited budgets. This paper is aimed to propose plans for renovating homes according to priority for renovation for dwellers when renovating homes for the disabled with limited budgets. Renovating home for the disabled can be broadly divided into physical, environmental, esthetic renovations, and physical renovation is a basic renovation for daily lives without restrictions in living and include easy movements, accesses to each rooms and adequacy of movement, easily accesses related with easily accessible distance and height, safety to prevent accidents caused by physical inabilities. Environmental renovation is general supports becoming the base of daily living and include control for controlling lighting, heating, air quality for comfortable environments in living space and pleasantness to maintain bright and pleasant interior with sufficient light. Esthetic renovation includes expression of identity by expressing image of one self and visual effects or spatial consideration for hobbies to enjoy comfortable and rich lives.

수도권 주거 이동 가구의 주거입지 선택 요인 분석 (Analysis on Determinants of Residential Location Choice for the Intra-Urban Migrants in the Seoul Metropolitan Area)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 서울 대도시권 내 이주자의 주거 입지 선택의 결정 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 따라서 2010 인구주택총조사의 자료를 이용하여 이산선택모형을 구축하였다. 연구범위로 지난 5년 동안의 지역 내 이동 가구를 네 집단으로 분류하였다: 1) 서울에서 경기, 인천지역으로 이주한 가구, 2) 경기, 인천지역에서 서울로 이주한 가구, 3) 서울 내 이주가구, 그리고 4) 경기, 인천지역 내 이주가구. 본 연구의 주요 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서로 다른 집단 사이에서 주거 입지 선택 결정 요인의 중요한 차이점들이 확인되었다. 둘째, 경기, 인천지역에서 서울로 이주한 가구는 적은 방 수를 가진 작은 주택을 선택하는 경향이 나타났고, 이는 그들의 주거 선택이 자발적인 선택보다는 서울에서의 높은 주거비용 압박에 의해 비롯된 것을 의미한다. 셋째, 모든 집단은 지하철을 포함한 대중교통에 대한 좋은 접근환경에 높은 선호를 가진다. 마지막으로, 근린주구의 어메니티 요소가 주거 입지 선택에 역시 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • 1910년대 주거담론은 위생론 일반을 다루는 글, 여성의 주택청결 관리를 계몽하는 글 그리고 일본인이 한국전통주택을 관찰하고 평가하는 글에서 등장한다. 1900년대의 그것과 비교하면 위생에 초점을 두는 점은 같지만 깊이와 양에서 매우 위축되어 있다. 담론의 주체와 맥락도 달라졌다. 1900년대 주거담론은 위생을 국가의 문명화와 부국강병을 위한 방법론으로 인식한 개화론자들이 주도했고 국가의 공중위생 책무를 강조하는 담론과 함께 전개되었다면, 1910년대는 여름철이나 환절기 전염병을 예방 차원에서 개인위생을 계몽하는 의사나 의료관료들을 통해 주로 개진되었다. 1910년대 조선총독부의 환경위생사업에서 식민지 조선인의 거주지와 주택은 제외되어 불결했고, 공중위생정책에서 차별받는 그들에게 주거의 청결은 개인의 책임지고 해결해야 할 문제였다. 주택의 불결은 민족적 미개함 열등함의 표상이 되었고 식민지지배의 당위성을 공고히 하는 효과를 낳았다. 또한 1920년대 주거개량 문제가 조선인의 인종적 개량과 문명화의 과제로서 논의되는 데 심리적 배경이 되었다.

Characteristics of the Radio-Frequency/Vacuum Drying of Heavy Timbers for Post and Beam of Korean Style Housings Part II : For Korean red pine heavy timbers with 250 × 250 mm, 300 × 300 mm in cross section and 300 mm in diameter, and 3,600 mm in length

  • This study examined the characteristics of radio-frequency/vacuum dried Korean red pine ($Pinus$ $densoflora$) heavy timbers with 250 ${\times}$ 250 mm (S), 300 ${\times}$ 300 mm (L) in cross section and 300 mm in diameter, and 3,600 mm in length, which were subjected to compressive loading after a kerf pretreatment. The following results were obtained : The drying time was short and the drying rate was high in spite of the large cross section of specimens. The moisture gradient inall specimens was gentle in both longitudinal and transverse directions owing to dielectric heating. The shrinkage of the width in the direction perpendicular to was 21 percent ~ 76 percent of that of the thickness of square timbers in the direction parallel to the mechanical pressure. The casehardening for all specimens was very slight because of significantly reduced ratio of the tangential to radial shrinkage of specimens and kerfing. The surface checks somewhat severely occurred although the occurrence extent of the surface checks on the kerfed specimens was slight compared withthat on the control specimen.

광복전후(光復前後) 공영주택(公營住宅)의 평면비교(平面比較)와 변화특성(變化特性)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Comparison and Characteristics of Public Standard Housing Unit Plan before and after the Independence from the Japan Occupation)

  • Even though there have been greate changes in the types and contents of the housing plan in Korea since the Modem age, it seems that the identity of traditional dwelling culture is still remains within it. The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics and features in the development of the 'Public Standard' Housing Unit Plan by comparing the differences and similarities in unit plans in housings built on Japanese occupation period and those built after the period. From the study, we can conclude as follows: 1. The public standard housing unit plans on both periods have shown the common features in the composition of their physical forms in the way that the front-row area still remains the traditional housing culture and the rear-row area reflects the desires of the modem lives. The structure of the dual-row unit plan appeared in the public standard housing plan was caused by the cultural acculturation in Japanese occupation period. 2. The public standard housing unit plans, however, show the differences in the contents and meaning in units plans with the them of the Japanese housing because of the cultural differences. These differences took placed autonomously through the change of housing plans in the modern time, and have the common features such that 1) the changes in the Maru-centered plan type differ in composition from the inner-corridor plan type used Japanese housing, and 2) the composition of the open-inner spaces in the double-row housing plan reflects the single-row outer open space In the traditional housing. All of these cultural progresses in the public standard housing unit plans was took place as the result of the inner-oriented and notional circulations derived from the modernity. However, the transformed unit plans still contains the identity derived from the variation of the traditional Korean building elements such as Maru and Ondol. In other words, those are the Maru-centered and composed housing plans with juxtaposition of the inner block and the outer block. As the conclusion, though the public standard dwelling unit plan has the similarity in the physical form, it is different in the cultural Identity and meaning from the public standard plans before the independence from the Japan occupation.

안채, 사랑채의 재해석을 통한 직주통합형(職住統合型) 주거(住居) 유형(類型) 개발(開發)에 관한 연구(硏究) (Development of Houses for Information Society through the Interpretation and Application of the Korean Traditional Houses)

  • Until now, we have a great progress in computer hardwares and computer softwares. Many people think these days as the information time or information society. Even though, we make a great progress in the computer science, we can not regard this society as the information society, if we do not accept the development of computer in our real life. In order to provide desirable residential environment for the information - society, it is necessary to review previous housing projects from the Industrial - Revolution to these days. Thus this study deals with limits of modern housings. This research also suggests a new housing concept for the information - society by reinterpretation of the Korean traditional houses. Use of space in the Korean traditional houses was mostly interpreted by the concept of sexual discrimination from Confucianism. However it is suggested in this study, that An-Chae is a home space for providing privacy of family and Sarang - Chae is a social space for providing social activity. Thus it is found that the Korean traditional house has been used as office as well as home. In this view, it is suggested that Korean traditional houses be the prototype of future house as a business space and also as a home space. In this study, 3 types of housing for the information - society are suggested; flat type, tower type and skip floor type. these houses have two entrances independently for the home space and the social space. Therefore each space has no interference with each other. Then one can do his own at home efficiently. He does not have to go to his office in downtown. One can relieve traffic congestions in the city and reduce air contamination.
