본 연구는 소프트웨어 신뢰성을 측정하기 위해 소프트웨어 신뢰도 측정 모형에 따라 소프트웨어 신뢰도를 측정하는 방법을 제시하려 한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 모형의 형태는 비동질적 포아송 과장의 분포를 이용하였으며, 제시된 모형의 소프트웨어 신뢰도를 측정하는 방안을 제시하였다. 제시된 모형에 따라서 적합한 소프트웨어 신뢰도 성장 모형을 선택하는 방법으로는 소프트웨어 고장 데이터에 따라서 신뢰도 함수의 추정 값에 따른 평균제곱오차를 계산하여 적합한 소프트웨어 신뢰도 함수를 제안하는 방법을 연구하였다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 품질을 측정하기 위한 신뢰도 함수를 제안하기 위하여 모델을 제시하고 고장데이터를 적용하여 추정 값의 오차를 최소화하는 관점에서 소프트웨어 신뢰도 함수를 선택할 수 있는 방안을 제시한 연구로 판단된다.

Software reliability in the software development process is an important issue. Software process improvement helps in finishing with reliable software product. Infinite failure NHPP software reliability models presented in the literature exhibit either constant, monotonic increasing or monotonic decreasing failure occurrence rates per fault. In this paper, proposes the reliability model with log type mean value function (Musa-Okumoto and log power model), which made out efficiency application for software reliability. Algorithm to estimate the parameters used to maximum likelihood estimator and bisection method, model selection based on mean square error (MSE) and coefficient of determination($R^2$), for the sake of efficient model, was employed. Analysis of failure using real data set for the sake of proposing log type mean value function was employed. This analysis of failure data compared with log type mean value function. In order to insurance for the reliability of data, Laplace trend test was employed. In this study, the log type model is also efficient in terms of reliability because it (the coefficient of determination is 70% or more) in the field of the conventional model can be used as an alternative could be confirmed. From this paper, software developers have to consider the growth model by prior knowledge of the software to identify failure modes which can be able to help.

Homogeneous, compositionally graded, and superlattice-like silicon oxynitride(SiON) dielectric layers, with the refractive index varying from 1.46 to 2.05 as a function of film thickness, were grown by computer-controlled plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) using silane, nitrogen, and nitrous oxide reactant gases. An antireflection(AR) coating and thin-film electroluminescent(TFEL) devices with multiple dielectrics were designed and fabricated using real time control of reactant gases of the PECVD system.

Let ${\Omega}{\in}L^s(S^{n-1})$ for s > 1 be a homogeneous function of degree zero and b be BMO functions or Lipschitz functions. In this paper, we obtain some boundedness of the $Calder{\acute{o}}n$-Zygmund singular integral operator $T_{\Omega}$ and its commutator [b, $T_{\Omega}$] on Herz-type Hardy spaces with variable exponent.

The asymptotic behavior of graded Betti numbers of powers of homogeneous ideals in a polynomial ring over a field has recently been reviewed. We extend quasi-polynomial behavior of graded Betti numbers of powers of homogenous ideals to ℤ-graded algebra over Noetherian local ring. Furthermore our main result treats the Betti table of filtrations which is finite or integral over the Rees algebra.

This paper devotes to the study of a diffusive model for unstirred membrane reactors with maintenance energy subject to a homogeneous Neumann boundary condition. It shows that the unique constant steady state is globally asymptotically stable when it exists. This result further implies the non-existence of the non-uniform steady state solution.

In this paper, the radial oscillation of the solutions of higher order homogeneous linear differential equation $$f^{(k)}+A_{n-2}(z)f^{(k-2)}+{\cdots}+A_1(z)f^{\prime}+A_0(z)f=0$$ with transcendental entire function coefficients is studied. Results are obtained to extend some results in [Z. Wu and D. Sun, Angular distribution of solutions of higher order linear differential equations, J. Korean Math. Soc. 44 (2007), no. 6, 1329-1338].

Low work function alkali metals and alkaline earths successfully lower the electron injection barrier and increase electron injection into the organic layer in OLED displays, but their implementation is not easy. AlkaMax technology can ensure the required metal evaporation rate in a fast, homogeneous and easily controllable way.

With increasing globalization, a proper policy for global inter-city networking strongly required, which presumes the study on the heterogeneity among regional innovation systems. While surveying the research results of the Evolutionary Economics, 1 stress that regional systems of innovation differ in technological capacities, industrial structures, institutional arrangements and socio-cultural features. 1 make the empirical investigation based on the data of Busan and Hamburg, making clear the regional specificities among regional innovation systems. The results show that regional systems of innovation in Busan and Hamburg are quitely asymmetric. They suggest also the limitation of neo-classical assumption on the ‘homogeneous production function’ and that policy-makers in regions should make the policy for ‘global inter-cities networking’, based on perspectives of regional heterogeneity.

We have studied the generation and behavior of negative ions in silane plasmas. The negative ions were formed by homogeneous reaction in silane plasma and the behavior of negative ions were predicted by solving the model equations. The concentration profiles of negative ions were shown as a function of reactor length and time. The effects of process variables such as reactor pressure, flow rate and electrical field strengths on the behavior of negative ions were analyzed.
