소형 미앤더 2-층 모노폴 안테나의 특성분석 (The Characteristics Analysis of Low Profile Meander 2-Layer Monopole Antenna)

  • 본 논문에서에서는 FDTD법을 이용하여 크기가 작은 RFID 판독용 2-층 미앤다 내장형 안테나를 나타낸다. FDTD 법으로 얻은 시간영역의 결과를 Fourier 변환하여 최적화된 입력 임피던스, 전반사손실, 정재파비를 주파수 영역에서 계산하였다. 안테나의 최대 대역폭은 $S11{\leq}-10dB$ 에서 0.895~0.93 GHz의 주파수 특성을 보였다. 제안된 소형 내장형 안테나의 측정된 이득은 2.3dBi이며, 상대적으로 높은 이득과 광대역 특성을 제공할 수 있다. 안테나의 반사손실과 이득에 대한 실험데이터도 나타내었으며, FDTD 결과와 비교적 잘 일치하는 특성을 보였다. 이 안테나는 이동통신 분야, 에너지 분야, RFID(Radio Frequency Identification), 가정 네트워크, 방송용, 그리고 다른 이동용 소형 시스템에 적용할 수 있다.

  • 미래형 신도시와 최신 아파트들이 건설되며 일반 가정 실내에도 IoT기술이 대거 접목되어 구축된다. 그중 사람들을 쾌적하게 해주는 공기순환기도 내장되어 건설되는데, 공기순환기의 공기를 흡입하는 흡입구와 배출하는 배출구는 실내 곳곳에 설치되어진다. 하지만 이는 중앙 스위치로 on / off 밖에 없기에 조절이 불가능하다. 또한 막심한 전기소모로 인한 다량의 전기세가 나오도록 하며 많은 전기소모는 결국 자원낭비로 이루어진다. 이를 보완하고자 실내 내장형 공기청정기에 미세먼지 감지 장치를 통하여 조절되며 구동되도록 만들어 전기를 절약하는 솔루션을 제안한다. 더불어 배출구는 실내 곳곳에 존재하기에 사람의 위치를 파악하여 홈 네트워크와 연결하여 편의성을 높여주거나 기체분석을 통하여 사용자의 건강을 체크하고 적절히 조절하는 헬스체크 솔루션을 함께 제안한다.

르꼬르뷔제의 공간구성요소로서 가구사용 연구 - 빌라 사보아를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Spacial Usage of Le Corbuisier with the Built-in Furniture - Focused on Villa Savoye -)

  • This study is purposed to understand the spacial usage of the furniture in detail for interior architecture. Many documents have prescribed the spacial furniture at random. While modernist have been interested in the spacial usage of the furniture, the importance of the spacial furniture stands out in architectural space. Since long ago, a great deal of effort has been put into creating a relational harmony between the space and furniture. The villa, the weekend home of the Savoye family, was built between 1928 and 1931. Particularly, the villa Savoye was focused for this study. Le Corbusier viewed desks and case pieces for storage as architecture, and the unite furniture and architecture by developing cabinets in standard modules that could be painted either the wall color to become part of the wall or in contrasting colors to stand out as furniture. Spacial furniture was used architecturally in the interior as well, it gives the space an unexpected playfulness with the color of the finishing materials. The various usage of the Spacial furniture constitute an element of great architectural richness. They have a unique principle based on emotional order and make the man move to another space and experience the spacial connection. In particular, the furniture that was considered by Corbuisier have rational function, division of the space, leaning the structure, and so on. The furniture as the element of the space composition can change the architectural space and view as well as connecting each other. Spacial furniture appear as physical ones called wall, floor, column, and existential value as a living space.

신안 김환기고택의 건축과 변화과정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Characteristics and Alterations of Sinan Kim Hwan-gi's House)

  • Suhwa Kim Hwan-gi established his own unique world of art based on Korean-style lyricism with his sophisticated and sublimated formative language as the first generation of Korean abstract artist. He made his name known not only in Korea but New York and Paris, the center of contemporary art. Presently, there is almost no material left for us to examine how Kim Hwan-gi's house looked in the first place. But there is a painting that chef Kim Am-gi possesses where we can find the image of painter Kim Hwan-gi's house drawn by recalling the memories at home in a far-off land. With that, we can see it should be the original looks of that house. To examine the original looks of Kim Hwan-gi's house when it was built, this author studied the closure land registration map. By analyzing 29 land registration maps around Eupdong-ri of Gijwa-myeon in Muan-gun of Jeollanam-do produced in 1917 which National Archives of Korea possesses, this researcher could figure out the status of land registration around Kim Hwan-gi's house with No. 15 and 22 drawing boards. According to the results of considering aerial photographs after the emancipation that National Geographic Information Institute possesses, this author has found that the arrangement of Kim Hwan-gi's house was changed from 1954 up to 2008. In 1954 aerophotos, we can see the main building and studio in Kim Hwan-gi's house and there was an additional structure between them. Kim Hwan-gi's house was built before 1925. The main building presently designated as a cultural asset and also the sarangchae arranged in the east and the studio, too, were built in the similar period.

주택의 하자발생으로 인한 소비자문제에 관한 연구( II ) - 주택특성에 따른 하자실태와 피해유형과의 관계 - (A Study on the Problems of the Occupants for the Aspects of the Improper Construction of Housing ( II ) - The Relations between the Actual Conditions)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the relations between the conditions of the flaws and the types of damage according to the characteristics of housing, and then to provide with some basic data for the construction of houses of good quality. The effective analytic data for this research are 558 of all 700 questionnaires gathered through distribution collection and personal interviews conducted from June 22, 1992 Through to July 6, towards the first occupants in apartment houses, tenement houses, multidetached houses, multifamily houses and detached houses that last 10 years after construction, located in Seoul and Kyungki-Do. Our major findings are as under:1) Our data reveal that the ratio of flaw occurrence by general type breaks down into noise 53.7%, crack 39.3%, dew condensation 36.9%, windows and doors 36.6%, structure and frame 35.3%, built-in materials 33.3%, the inferiority of equipments/facilities 29.0%, ill drainage 22.0%, and the leakage of water 19.3% average number of flaw occurrence, multi detached house is the highest as 13.7, apartment house 10.5, tenement house 10.5, detached house 10.51 and multifamily house 8.7.3) As regards the degree of flaw occurrence, the flaw of noise is as serious in the degree of occurence as it is high in the ratio of occurrence. Particularly, the following contrastive phenomena are found: multidetached house is normal (2.0) in the degree of occurrence but it is high in the ratio of occurrence: while multifamily house is 2.9 in the degree of occurrence but it is low in the ratio of occurrence.4) In view of the relations between the types of flaws and those of damage, the flaw type which significantly influences on the injury of spirit and health is built-in materials; the flaw types that have considerable effect on the damage of house and home life are the inferiority of equipments/facilities, due condensation, and inferior windows and doors; and the flaw types that have a bad influence over the reliance on the constructors are the inferiority of equipments/facilities, due condensation and built-in materials.

마을회관의 유니버설디자인 현황에 관한 연구 (A Study on Current Situation of Rural Community Facilities Applied Universal Design)

  • In recent years, the population composition of rural area is changing due to the decreasing population growth of the aged with disability and people returning to farming. Since 1970's the rural community facilities have been spreaded out across most rural villages. Although the rural community facilities are the most widely used facilities, the existing facilities are need to be new built or remodeled according to demographic changes, usage of facilities, and environmental condition. Given this reality, the rural community facilities such as village assembly hall and nursing home for senior citizen are not only used for daily life place but also used like co-residence having meals and sleeping together. Therefore the rural community facilities have the potential to become welfare service space for rural elderly people. This research focuses on the current situation of universal design applied community facilities. According to the research, most of the village community facilities were built in the 1990s and 82% of the buildings were more than 15 years old. Furthermore, 45% of the village community facilities more than 15 years old most have a ground floor in masonry structure. The area of the building is 65% less than $100m^2$. The width of the access entrance, the height of the sink, gas safety valve and so forth were relatively well designed. However, the handrail of the entrance, space in front of the toilet bowl, the height difference between the entrance and floor, the installation of the width of the ramp and stair handrail was relatively incomplete. Village community facilities to be built in the future should be universal design fundamentally.

공동주택 발코니 PV 연계 가정용 BESS의 에너지 절감 효과 분석 (Analysis of Energy Saving Effect of the Residential BESS Connected to the Balcony-PV in Apartment Houses)

  • The government mandates gradually zero energy building and Photovoltaic power generation systems installed in buildings are emerging as the most realistic alternative to increase the independence rate of building energy. In this study, we propose a method to reduce the power consumption of households by increasing the PV capacity of balconies and applying the method used the charged electric power stored in batteries after sunset. In order to evaluate the electric power energy savings of the residential BESS, a balcony PV 1.2 kW and a battery pack 2 kWh were installed for 9 houses in 4 apartments in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The BESS is charged when the balcony PV is generated electric power, and when solar power generation is finished, it supplies power to the electric appliances connected to the load. As a result of installing the solar PV module 1.2 kW and 2 kWh class BESS for 3 households located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, the average electric power consumption saving rate was 40%. The reduction in electricity consumption in the case of zero generation surplus power by maximizing the utilization rate of BESS has been improved to about 53%. Therefore, in order to increase the self-sufficiency rate of electric energy in apartment houses, it is effective to increase the solar photovoltaic capacity of the balcony and apply the residential BESS. In the future, it is believed that the balcony PV and home BESS will play a key role in achieving mandatory zero-energy housing.

가스 누출 감지를 위한 저전력 자동 ON/OFF 밸브 시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Low Power Automatic ON/OFF Valve System for Gas Leak Detection)

  • 최근에 건설되는 아파트는 주방이 빌트인 방식으로 만들어지므로 가스 호스가 싱크대 내부에 보이지 않게 만들어지므로 가스가 누출될 경우 싱크대 내부에 축적되어 가스 폭발로 이어질 수 있는 위험한 방식이다. 본 연구에서는 가스레인지와 중간밸브 사이에 연결된 호스가 싱크대 내부에 있어 가스 누출 검사를 할 수 없는 구조로 되어 있어 압력센서를 이용하여 가스누출을 검사를 쉽게 할 수 있는 밸브 시스템 연구하였다. 압력 측정 방법은 중간밸브와 가스레인지를 연결하는 호스의 압력을 측정하여 I2C통신 방식으로 데이터를 수집·분석 할 수 있도록 진행하였다. 또한 가정에 공급되는 가스압력계산은 대기압력에 가스계량기의 입구에서 가스게이지 압력 평균값 22.46mbar를 더 한 값으로 계산된 것에 대한 대기 압력 오차에 대한 규명 및 미세한 가스 누출 감지를 할 수 있도록 밸브 시스템을 개발하였다.

친환경건축물인증 아파트의 친환경계획요소 관리 실태 (A Study on the Management of Environmentally Friendly Planning Features in Condominiums with Green Building Certification)

  • The purpose of this paper was to examine the management of Environmentally Friendly Planning Features(EFPF) in condominium with Green Building Certification(GBC). A questionnaire survey was conducted among management office staff and residents on six housing estates in Seoul. The data from 200 respondents were analysed using descriptive statistics and t-tests. The main findings were as followings : 1) Most of the staffs considered that garbage collection and recycling, and green spaces were well-managed. 2) The residents indicated that garbage collection and recycling, and green spaces were properly handled, but they failed to recognize these as EFPF. 3) Residency duration was unrelated to the residents' perceptions of the EFPF and their management. In conclusion, neither the residents nor the staff were aware of the GBC system or that their housing estates were built using EFPF. To remedy this, it can be assumed the residents' lack of appreciation of the EFPF can be resolved if they participate in the management of these features. So the residents will need education, and the management staff will require professional training.

다중 기기에서 이어 보기를 위한 동기화 기법 (Synchronization Method for Continuous Play among Multimedia Devices)

  • 최근 다양한 휴대용 멀티미디어 기기가 많아지면서 사용자는 하나의 미디어 콘텐츠를 자신이 보유한 여러 기기에서 공유하고자 하는 욕구가 늘어나고 있다. 이러한 욕구는 N-스크린 서비스의 발전으로 이어지고 있는데, 현재 N-스크린 서비스를 위한 미디어 동기화 방식은 하나의 기기에서 재생중인 콘텐츠를 중지하고 새로운 기기로 전송하여 재생하는 형태로 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 기술은 다중 기기에서의 콘텐츠 동기화를 위해 하나의 기기에서 재생중인 미디어 콘텐츠의 URI 및 현재 재생 시점을 얻어온다. 얻어온 정보는 현재 재생 중인 기기와 새롭게 재생시킬 기기에 동시에 전송하여 여러 사람이 집 안 다른 공간에 있더라도 같은 미디어 콘텐츠를 다중 기기에서 재생할 수 있도록 한다. 동기화 기술은 UPnP를 기반으로 하는 DLNA 기술을 이용하였고 무선 홈 네트워크 시스템을 구축하여 테스트하였다.
