목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 낙상 위험 주거환경 평가인 HOME FAST의 국내사용을 위해 체계적인 절차를 통해 한국어로 번안하여 내용이해도 및 신뢰도를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구 방법 : 한글로 번역된 HOME FAST의 내용이해도를 알아보기 위해 작업치료사 총 21명에게 한글번역본의 이해도 평가하게 하였다. 이후 한글번역본을 역번역 하여 원문과 비교하고 문장구조 및 의미 유사성을 평가하였다. 아울러 신뢰도 검증을 위해 지역사회에 거주하고 있는 낙상 고위험군 노인 75명을 대상으로 평가를 진행하고 내적 일치도를 검증하였다. 그중 9명의 대상자의 경우 2명의 작업치료사가 방문하여 각각 평가한 뒤 검사자 간 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 결과 : 작업치료사를 대상으로 한 내용이해도 검증 결과에서 11개 문장이 이해도가 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 이해도 검증 결과의 의견을 바탕으로 검증위원회를 통해 구문을 수정하고 한글번역본을 완성하였다. 한글판을 역번역하여 유사성 검증을 한 결과 문장구조에서는 3문항이 유사하지 않음으로 평가되었고, 의미적 측면에서는 총 6문항이 유사하지 않음으로 평가되었다. 최종적으로 반복적 역번역 과정을 통해 한글판 HOME FAST의 내용 타당도를 확보하였다. 한글번역본의 내적일치도는 .62(p<.01)로 나타났고, 검사자 간의 신뢰도는 .97 (p<.01)로 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 본 연구는 체계적 번역-역번역 과정을 통해 HOME FAST를 한국어로 번역하였다. 아울러 한글판의 내용이해도를 검증하였고, 내적일치도 및 검사자간 신뢰도 검증을 통해 신뢰도를 입증하였다.

As the elderly population increases rapidly, existing houses many elderly reside are under poor conditions that they work as a factor to impede on the independent living of elderly people. Thus, improving existing housing environment to suit the needs of elderly life has been required. Academics has been continuously researched on the field considering the importance of elderly housing modification and the importance on the research of this field is projected to be greater with the coming of aging society. Hence, this study has a purpose on analyzing trends of previous studies related to housing modification for the elderly published in Korean academic journals in depth. This study is a content analysis study and analyzed the trend of previous studies with academic journal field, purpose of study, research subject, research area, research method, research content as analysis categories. As a result, previous studies was published the most in natural science academic journals and main stream of research was to suggest direction of housing modification by conducting surveys on actual conditions and needs of single elderly families and to suggest improving the directions of policies related to modification. On the other hand, empirical studies needed to execute housing modification such as standard and method of housing modification and supporting tools are still at minimal level that researches on this field should be conducted additionally. This study is expected to be used as basis to examine the current state of previous studies on housing modification for the elderly and to seek further research directions.

본 연구에서는 여고생들의 라이프스타일과 교복변형행동의 관련성이 있는지 알아보고 이를 토대로 여고생들의 올바른 교복착용을 위한 의생활지도의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 광주광역시 소재의 인문계, 전문계 고등학교 6개교 1, 2학년 학생 602명의 여고생을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 설문 자료의 분석은 SPSS WIN 12.0(Kr)을 사용하여 요인분석, K-평균 군집분석, 일원배치 분산분석(one-way ANOVA)을 실행하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 본 연구에서는 여고생들의 라이프스타일에 따른 교복변형행동의 차이를 살펴보았으며 라이프스타일 유형간의 차이가 유의하게 크지는 않았다. 대부분의 여고생들은 교복변형을 찬성하고 있어 먼저 일반적 의복행동으로 이해되었으며 다음으로 라이프스타일의 영향을 받고 있었는데 디지털의존스타일이 다른 라이프스타일 유형과 다른 경향이 있었다. 따라서 학생문화의 하나로 자리 잡고 있는 학생들의 교복변형에 대해 정해진 규율에 맞춰 엄격히 단속하기보다 일정한 범위를 두어 개성을 표현하게하거나 속옷을 갖추어 착용하게 지도하는 것이 바람직하지 않을까 생각된다. 물론 교복의 기성복화에 따른 유행의 반영은 받아들이더라도 신체가 드러나서 부정적인 이미지를 주는 경우라면 적극적인 생활지도가 필요하리라고 생각된다.

As the advent of an aging society, housing for the elderly has been of greater concern. Since the majority of the elderly prefers to live in their own familiar houses rather than moving to new ones, this study is concerned with the ways of the effective use and maintenance of exiting houses from the viewpoint of their independent living. The data was analyzed with frequency, percentage, mean, correlation, and multiple regression using the SPSS 10.0 for Windows. The findings from the study are: The general satisfaction rate of Interior Design Affordance(IDA) was-evaluated about the average. Among the items of IDA, behavioral facilitation was found most satisfactory, and perceptual maintenance, physilogical maintenance, and social facilitation were followed in satisfaction level. Although there had been many elements of serious safety dangers, no home modification was made in the elderly households who live alone or/with spouse.

The purpose of this study is to classify students' attitudes towards uniform modification and analyze their subjective experience regarding appearance, and body satisfaction. Questionnaires were administered to 369 middle and high school girls living in Deagu Metropolitan City. Frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, ${\chi}^2$-test, and t-test are all used for data analysis. Our findings are as follows. Two hundred thirty students (62.3%) agreed to modify their school uniforms to express their personalities and follow fashion trends. Motives for uniform modification had to do with social life, physical attractiveness, and practicality. Attitudes toward appearance are found to be shaped by appearance internalization, active management of appearance, appearance needs, social recognition, and conformity. The motives for uniform modification reveal a significant correlation with attitudes toward appearance. Uniform modification satisfaction differed depending on sub-variables of attitude toward appearance(active management of appearance, personalized appearance needs, social recognition, and body satisfaction, such as satisfaction with height and BMI). There was a significant difference in expression of intention for future plastic surgery depending on body image.

In this paper, We studied an antenna for the wireless home network service. From the structural modification of patch and ground plane, we made a reverse heart shape radiated pattern of antenna which is suited to wireless home network service. As a result, bandwidth between maximum gains is 110 degree, and the difference of downward direction gain from maximum gain have become -3.6dB. Installing the antenna on the ceiling, horizontal plane of the inner home will be formed the uniform electromagnetic environment. Accordingly, stable reception level acquisition and outdoor radiated suppression could be possible.

Home modification has come to be recognized as an important intervention strategy to manage health care conditions, maintain or improve functioning, ensure safety, and reduce the wheelchair user's dependency on others. However, the availability of skilled professionals with experience in home modifications for accessibility is limited. A system that enables accurate remote assessments would be an important tool to improve our ability to perform home assessments more easily and at decreased cost. A Remote Wheelchair Accessibility Assessment System (RWAAS) using Virtualized Reality(VR) technology was developed that enabled clinicians to assess the wheelchair accessibility of users' built environments from a remote location. Characteristics of the camera and 3D reconstruction program chosen for the system significantly affect its overall reliability. In this study, we performed two reliability analyses on the hardware and software components: 1) Verification that commercial software can construct sufficiently accurate 3D models by analyzing the accuracy of dimensional measurements in a virtualized environment; 2) comparison of dimensional measurements with four camera settings. Based on these two analyses, we were able to specify a consumer level digital camera and the Photomodeler Pro software for this system. And we then tested the feasibility of the selected software and hardware in an actual environment. Lastly, A field evaluation was performed to test whether this new system is comparable to the traditional method of accessibility assessment to evaluate its ability to assess the accessibility of a wheelchair user's typical built environment. The results of field trials showed high congruence between the assessments by two methods. Findings suggested that the RWAAS assessments have the potential to enable specialists to assess potential accessibility problems in built environments regardless of the location of the client, home, or specialist.

본 연구는 여고생들의 연예인 모방유형에 따라 외모관리행동 즉, 교복 변형행동, 헤어스타일 관리행동, 화장 관리행동 등에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 이를 위해 전북에 거주하는 여자고등학생 379명의 데이터가 사용되었고 신뢰도분석, 요인분석, 군집분석, 일원배치분산분석, 교차분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 전북지역 여고생들은 연예인 모방유형에 따라 적극적 수행형, 심리적 욕구형, 연예인 호감형으로 분류되었다. 연예인 모방행동과 모방욕구의 평균이 가장 높았던 적극적 수행형 여고생들은 교복변형 경험이 가장 높았으며, 드라마속 연예인이 입고 나오는 교복스타일을 따라해 보고 싶어하고, 연예인 교복스타일로 교복을 변형한 경험이 있는 등 연예인 교복스타일에 많은 영향을 받았다. 또한 최신 유행헤어스타일을 인식하고 연예인의 헤어스타일을 선호하는 등 헤어스타일 관리행동에 더 적극적이었다. 그리고 매일 기초화장을 하고, 화장법을 배우고 싶어하는 등 화장 관리행동에 더 적극적임을 알 수 있었다. 반면 연예인 모방 행동과 모방욕구의 평균이 가장 낮았던 연예인 호감형 여고생들은 교복변형행동, 헤어스타일 관리행동, 화장 관리행동 등에 소극적임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 청소년에게 바람직한 매스미디어에 관한 체계적인 교육을 실시하고, 교사들은 청소년들에게 합리적인 모방활동을 할 수 있도록 교육한다면 의생활지도에 있어서 효율적인 교육성과를 거둘 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

A lab-use home made control valve was made of easily obtainable materials and its performance was examined through a fluid flow experiment. By modifying the hole of a commercial valve a linearly adjustable valve for the flow control is made. The detail of valve assembling and modification is explained for the researchers who intend to employ a similar control valve.

본 연구의 목적은 보편적 홈 디자인(universal home design)과 관련된 기존 문헌을 고찰하고, 장애인의 접근성과 독립성을 증진하기 위한 전자 및 정보통신기술로써 스마트 홈 기술을 제안하는 것이다. 환자의 가옥환경 이해는 치료와 퇴원계획에서 빠뜨릴 수 없는 부분이며 가옥평가와 변형이 작업치료 영역에서 매우 중요함에도 불구하고, 국내에서 이 주제를 다룬 연구가 매우 부족한 실정이다. 전자 및 정보통신 기술은 운동장애, 시각장애, 청각장애, 인지장애 등이 있는 다양한 경우에 기존의 보편적 디자인을 보완할 수 있는 대안이 될 수 있을 것이다.
