서울 및 경기도 지역 주민에서의 B형간염항원에 대한 조사(제 4 보) (Survey of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen in the Sera of Healthy Adults in Seoul and Gyunggi-Do)

  • To investigate the annual distribution of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBs Ag) in healthy adults, this study was performed by means of counter-immunoelectrophoresis with sera obtained from 4,856 healthy adults who reside in Seoul and Gyunggi-Do area from January to December, 1981. The experimental procedures were same with the previous reports. The subjectives were consisted of two groups: one is mass life group(3.853 adults) and the other, home life group(1.003 adults). The results were as follows: 1. Among the 4.856 cases tested, 326 cases(6.71%) showed HBs Ag positive. HBs Ag positive rates in the group of mass life and home life were 6.51% and 7.48%, respectively. 2. It showed slightly high positive rates in the home life and long term duration group, and upper class group showed slightly high positive rate. 3. In seasonal variation, it showed relatively high positive rate(7.38%) in winter, and A blood group showed higher rate(7.60%) than the other blood groups. And then, boundary area of Seoul city showed slightly high positive rate(7.36%) in areal distribution.

2022 개정 중등 가정과 교육과정의 개발 방향과 전략, 미완의 과제: 교육과정 개발 경험을 통한 성찰적 관찰을 중심으로 (Development Direction & Strategy for the 2022 Revised National Level Home Economics Curriculum and Unfinished Tasks: Focusing on Reflective Observation of Curriculum Development Experience)

  • 이 연구는 2022 개정 가정과 교육과정 개발 참여라는 경험을 스스로 질문하고 검토하고 숙고하면서 재평가하는 성찰적 관찰의 방법으로 접근하여 가정과 교육과정에 대한 실제적 지식의 구축을 연구자 개인의 배움으로 이끌어내며, 동시에 가정과 교육과정에 대한 실제적 지식과 이론을 구축해 나가기 위한 목적으로 전개되었다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출했다. 첫째, "모든 학습자들은 예측 불가능한 미래사회에서도 여전히 자신과 주변, 그리고 세상이 더 나은 삶을 살도록 하기 위해 자신이 할 수 있는 최선의 행동을 선택하면서 살 것이다." 둘째, 전체 교육과정 구조에서 가정과교육의 가치는 "가정과교육은 미래세대가 더 나은 삶, 즉 더 좋은 삶을 영위하게 하는데 필요한 힘(역량)을 함양하도록 하는 생활교과"이다. 셋째, "예측 불가능한 미래사회에서도 모든 인간과 세상을 지속 가능하도록 하기 위해서는 미래 교육에서 의도적인 학습의 영역으로 청소년들에게 'Good Life Literacy'를 길러주기 위한 교육이 핵심이 되어야 하며, 가정과교육은 이를 위한 핵심적 교과이다"로 도출했다. 추후 연구에서는 이와 같은 실무행위에 대한 성찰적 실천을 통해 구축한 가정과 교육과정에 대한 실제적 이론이 더 많은 경험적 연구로 검증되기를 기대한다.

재가 관절염환자의 삶의 질 관련요인 분석 (Analysis Study of Quality of Life in Home stayed Arthritis Patients)

  • The purpose of this study was done to identify analysis study quality of life in home stayed arthritis patients. The subject for this study were 56 arthritis patients in K city and boundary area resident, and period of data collection was from July, 2000 to November, 2000. The results are as follows. 1. Mean score of Quality of life was $171.13{\pm}44.08$(range from 66 to 244), Mean score of depression was $36.71{\pm}12.11$(range from 18 to 64), score of social support was $3.96{\pm}5.30$(range from 0 to 19), and score of stress was $322.80{\pm}34.18$(26 to 2316). 2. Main demographic factor influenced upon quality of life was age, sex, educational level and marital status, and main Physical factor influenced upon qualify of life was height, systolic and diastolic blood pressure. 3. Quality of life was correlated negatively with depression, and positively social support. 4. quality of life in home arthritic patient was explained 68% by depression, age and social support. In conclusion, nursing intervention of arthritic patient in home considers age, social support and depression in order to promote quality of life.

중학교 가정 교과 중 식습관 단원에 실천적 문제 해결과정을 적용한 수업연구 (A Study of Teaching based on Practical Problems Solving of the area of Food Habits in Middle School Home Economics)

  • The purpose of this study is (1) to develop the teaching plan based on Practical Problems solving on the area of food habits in home economics class and (2) to investigate the participation of teaching, the attitude of teaching method and food life. The subject of this study was two classes consisted off 66 students(male 26. female 40, 33 for each class) who are the first grade of middle school. The comparison group was taught by lecturing. while the experiment group by cooperative learning. The period of this experiment was three weeks: from June 7th to Jun 23th. 1999. The experiment was conducted through 5 classes. First of all students identify the problem of food habits and seek and evaluate information. Students evaluate actions and reflect on decision and evaluate action. The statistical method for the study was a paired T-test. The results of this study are as follows: 1. After experiment, the participation of teaching(p<.05) and the attitude of teaching method(p<.01) in the experiment group showed a statistically significant difference. Therefore the students in the class based on the practical problems solving took an active part in teaching 2. The practical problems solving is more effective than the lecturing in doing guide the positive attitude of teaching. 3. Through the experiment the attitude of food life in the experiment group showed a statistically significant difference(p<.05) Therefore the practical problems solving is more effective than the lecturing in changing positive attitude of food life.

실과(기술·가정)교육의 지속가능발전교육 연구 동향 분석: '가정생활' 영역을 중심으로 (Analysis of Research Trends in Education for Sustainable Development in the Practical Arts (Technology & Home Economics) Education: Focusing on 'Family Life' Area)

  • 본 연구는 1989년부터 2018년까지 실과(기술·가정) 교과의 전문 학술지에 발표된 논문들을 중심으로 가정생활영역에서 지속가능발전교육의 연구 동향을 살펴보았다. 세 개의 학회지의 제목, 초록, 키워드에서 지속가능발전교육의 구성요소와 세부내용을 주제어로 관련 논문을 선별하였으며, 가정교과의 내용학 분야, 연구영역, 연구방법, 연구대상, 지속가능발전교육의 구성요소 및 하위내용 등을 살펴보고, 빈도 및 교차 분석을 시행하여 그 결과를 고찰하였다. 지속가능발전교육 연구는 범국가적 관심이 급증한 2000년대 중반 이후에 급증하였으며, 가정교과의 내용학 분야 차원에서는 통합적 접근을 통한 연구가 가장 많았으며, 연구영역에서는 교수학습법 및 교재개발의 연구가 가장 많았다. 절반 이상의 연구가 실험연구로 진행되었고, 초등학생을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았다. 지속가능발전교육의 세 구성요소 중 사회와 관련한 연구가 가장 많이 진행되었고, 환경 영역이 뒤를 따랐다. 가정교과의 내용학과 지속가능발전의 세부내용은 연관성이 있었다. 실과(기술·가정) 교과를 통해 다양한 지속가능 발전교육이 학생들의 실천적문제해결능력을 키울 수 있도록 관련 연구가 지속되어야 할 것이다.

우리나라 노인의 은퇴 후 여가선용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Good Use of Leisure Among the Retired Elderly in Korea)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the actual conditions of leisure life of the retired elderly in Korea and to analyze the difference of their leisure activity types by socio-demographic characteristics, the factors which have an effect on their satisfaction of leisure life. This study was secondary analysis of the national data; from The Social Statistics Survey; collected by the Korea National Statistical Office in 2000. The major findings are as follows. 1) The types of leisure activity of the retired elderly included watching television and doing nothing. 2) There were significant differences in the types of leisure activity by sex, age, education degree, having spouse or not, having house or not, and residential area. 3) Results of logistic regression analysis indicated that the most effective factors of the leisure life satisfaction were sex, age, having spouse or not, having house or not, residential area and the types of leisure activity.

중년 여성의 라이프스타일에 따른 가정내 지속가능한 식생활 실천 (Sustainable Meal Practices of Middle Aged Women at Home According to Their Lifestyles)

  • Sustainable meal management at home will be affected by the lifestyle of the housewife. This study examined the lifestyle of middle aged women and identified their practice levels of sustainable meal management at home. A total of 438 women, aged 35 to 59, managing the family's dietary life at home and living in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, Daejeon, and Chonnan area participated in the survey. The middle aged women showed a higher performance level of hygiene-oriented (4.15) and health-oriented dietary life (3.59), but a less convenience-oriented dietary life (2.57). Based on their lifestyle, 3 clusters were extracted: Low-interest dietary life meal manager, health and quality pursuit meal manager, and convenience and eating-out pursuit active meal manager. Among them, the cluster of health and quality pursuit meal manager showed the highest sustainable practices in 7 dimensions of sustainable practices in the home except for the saving practices (p<0.001). The criteria suggested from the study can be applicable to the guidelines of sustainable meal management at home. The study can also be helpful for educators to identify the education themes for improving housewife's sustainable meal practices, having different lifestyle and sustainable meal practices.

老後 住居狀況 差異에 關한 硏究 -도시와 농촌의 비교를 중심으로- (Changes of Housing Conditions in Later Life -Regional Comparison of Urban vs Rural Elderly-)

  • This study has been performed to analyze housing status in later life. In this study, 234 Koreans aged 60 or more were interviewed for their current housing status. The results are drawn as follows: 1. The household size does not highly fluctuate in later life; it ranges from three to five overall. But there is a trend difference over region; The household size continuously increases until 70's in urban area, but it shows increase & decrease changes over five-year intervals. 2. The number of bedrooms slightly ranges from 3- to 3.8 over urban and rural areas without noticeable trend for age intervals. 3. Use of indoor area has regional difference; It ranges from 28 to 40 pyoung in urban area, but it does more widely form 27.7 to 50 in rural area. 4. There is a most significant region effect on structure type for the elderly; For the urban elderly, proportion of those living in single detached dwelling consistently decreases as age increases. For the rural elderly on the other hand, the rate of those living in single detached dwelling sharply increases in their 70's and the rate reaches 85.7%. 5. For the ownership trend, more than 70% of the elderly are home owners at the age 60-64, but the rate continuously decreases in later life stage while the rate of those living in their children-owned home increases.

가정과교육과정에서의 핵심개념: 관리 및 생애설계 (Core Concepts of Home Economics: Management and Planning of Life-cycle)

  • 본 연구에서는 교육부 고시 교육부 고시 '2015 개정 실과(기술 가정) 교육과정' 내용체계 중 "자원관리와 자립" 영역의 핵심개념인 "관리"와 "생애설계"에 대한 이론적 기초를 살펴보았다. 먼저 "관리"영역과 관련해서는 전통적인 가정관리의 이론적 토대인 체계이론에 대한 내용을 살펴보았으며 이러한 체계이론이 2015년 개정교육과정 내에서는 어떻게 반영되고 있는지를 진단한 결과 현 교육과정의 중학교 내용요소들은 중학생들의 실생활에서 직면하고 있는 생활관련 문제들을 통합적으로 포괄하고 있지 않으며 선별된 내용 요소들 또한 여러 가지 문제 상황 중에서 어느 정도 우선순위를 가지고 있는지 확신하기 어려운 부분이 있다. 다음으로 생애설계의 경우 진로지도에 부합하여 생애설계의 중요성을 강조하고 있기 때문에 발달과업을 비롯하여 가치관, 직업, 건강 등 매우 포괄적인 영역을 망라하여 생애설계의 대한 내용을 언급하고 있지만 2015 개정 교육과정에서는 국제적인 트렌드인 재무설계에 대한 중요성을 간과하고 있다는 사실은 다소 아쉬운 부분이다.

자원봉사 연계 유무에 따른 방문보건 노인대상자의 건강상태, 삶의 질 및 맞춤형 방문건강관리서비스 만족도 (Elders' Health Status, Quality of Life, and Satisfaction with Customized Home Visiting Health Service Depending on Connection to Volunteerism)

  • Purpose: This study attempted to identify differences in elders' health status, quality of life, and satisfaction with customized home visiting health service depending on connection to volunteerism. Methods: A total of 400 subjects participated in this research. Data were collected from May to August of 2009 and the measurement tool used for this study was the house visiting health service recording sheet recommended by the Ministry of Health. Results: According to the results of this research on elders' health status in customized home visiting health service depending on connection to volunteerism, elders' connected to volunteerism positively showed a high level in functional health status areas such as daily life performance ability, instrumental daily life performance ability and Joint exercise capacity, and in the quality of life area. Conclusion: The results of this study can be utilized as complementary information when resources and networks are used for the effective management of house visiting health service subjects.
