A context-aware services platform supporting mobile agents consists of sensor nodes and a sensor coordinator. Sensor nodes collect environmental information and transmit the collected information to the sensor coordinator through wireless sensor networks. The sensor coordinator passes the information to the context-aware service module, and the mobile agent. The context-aware service module or the mobile agent performs services suitable for a user's situation based on the environmental information and a service actuation message is delivered to an actuation node through the sensor coordinator. In this paper, we present a context-aware services platform structure employed in our project, and describe context-aware services platform interfaces with a context-aware service module and mobile agents.

최근 건설업체는 주택상품 기획시 홈네트워크를 차별화 요소로 사용하고 있으나 공급자로서의 역할만 하고 있을 뿐 앞으로 창출될 거대한 규모의 홈네트워크 시장에 대한 적절한 수익모델을 발견하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 관련업계에서는 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous)시대를 대비하여 국가성장동력으로 삼으려는 정부의 정책하에 관련 가전, 통신, 방송업계의 시장선점을 위한 각축이 진행중이다 한편 인구구조 및 라이프스타일의 변화 등으로 인해 디지털화된 주거환경에 대한 소비자의 요구도 높아지고 있다 그러나 현재 거주자들에게 제공되고 있는 대부분의 홈디지털 서비스는 정책적 뒷받침의 부족과 분양가상승 우려 등으로 초보적인 수준에 머물러 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 미래주거환경을 선도해야할 건설사들에게 고객특성별 수요분석을 통한 품목 개발과 적극적인 수용의지가 요구되고 있다.

홈 네트워크 서비스의 활성화와 더불어 홈 네트워크 제어를 포함하는 다양한 서비스가 홈 게이트웨이를 중심으로 제공되고 있는데, 이러한 다양한 서비스의 지속적인 제공과 업그레이드 등을 위해서는 개방성 및 확장성을 갖춘 서비스 분배관리 플랫폼 (Service Delivery & Management Platform)이 필수 요소가 된다. 서비스 분배관리 플랫폼은 홈 게이트웨이를 관리하는 기능 뿐아니라. 홈 게이트웨이상에 다운로드된 서비스의 라이프 사이클을 관리하는 방법을 제공한다. 서비스 제공자는 개발한 서비스 응용을 서비스 플랫폼에 등록하고, 서비스 분배라는 행위를 거쳐 홈게이트웨이의 프레임워크상에 다운로드되며, 해당 서비스 응용은 설치와 동시에 구동되면서 서비스 사용자에게 서비스를 제공하게 된다. 본 고에서는 홈네트워크 서비스 분배관리를 제공하는데 있어서, 서비스 사용자의 요구에 의한 pull 방식의 서비스 제공 방법과 시스템 관리자에 의한 push 방식의 서비스 제공 방법을 지원하는 서비스 분배관리 시스템의 구조 및 시나리오에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

This study investigated the effect of service quality and using experience on a royalty in a electronic commerce. Expecially, used HTS (Home Trading System of securities companies)as a online service system. HTS (Home Trading System) is a electronic commerce system of securities companies that is a most progressive tool of it. Almost securities companies are offering these typical trading system, because it is a required factor for a competitive position in their compound market. This paper made hypotheses of five cases, and collected some data through survey questionnaire for an analysis of actual proof. For attaining the object of this research, used a structure equation modeling, and found that almost paths of the research model are supported among the service quality, using experience, involvement and royalty. This study could provide academic and managerial implications in a electronic commerce business.

Purpose: This study was done to evaluate the operating status of community-based home health center for revitalization of the centers. Method: In this study performance data including organization plan and service utilization plan were evaluated according process theory. Target of evaluation was the community-based home health care center. Results: The vulnerable part of the organization was the information system and financial resources. The home health center introduced PDA (Personal Digital Assistants) in 2005, however home health care nurses did not make full use of it. This service received full support from Seoul city and local government and there were no other sources of income. The vulnerable part of service utilization was service expansion and standardization due to vulnerability of organizational aspects. Conclusions: The home health care center provides high quality services to underprivileged people. In the future, these services should be provided with equity for continuous health care for this population.

KT 메가패스를 기반으로 하는 홈엔(HomeN) 미디어 서비스가 신규 서비스 추가 및 UI개선으로 새롭게 개발되었다. 홈엔의 신규 서비스중에 하나인 교육/문화 전문채널 서비스는 고객에게 TV기반의 EOD 온라인서비스를 제공함으로써 편리한 학습환경을 제공하고 홈네트워크 서비스의 활용도 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본고에서는 교육/문화 전문채널 서비스의 유형 및 서비스 정책, 서비스 플랫폼 구성을 소개하고 향후 홈엔 전문채널 서비스의 나아가야할 방향을 조망해보고자 한다.

In this paper, we describe a development of a Bluetooth Access Point for the WAN connection of home network devices. Especially, users can access the PSTN at home instead of expensive digital cellular network through the AP, using the 'one-phone', which is the Bluetooth enabled cellular phone. The simultaneous benchmark test about telephone service and LAN access service shows the perfect compatibility and reasonable performance of the access point. The one-phone service can become a convergence of wired and wireless communication through the AP.

본 연구는 사물인터넷 시대를 맞이하여, 기존 스마트 홈서비스의 국내외 사례를 분석하고, 향후 스마트 홈 필요 서비스를 파악하였다. 모든 스마트 홈이 그렇듯, 사용자의 사용성 및 목적 패턴에 따라 필요와 임의의 서비스를 대조해 보았을 때 향후 이용에 관한 실효성이 중요하다. 신뢰성 향상과 발전 방향 제시를 위해 주요 사용자인 20~30대를 대상으로 총 110명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사를 통해서 현재 스마트 홈의 서비스의 신뢰가 낮은 것을 알 수 있었으며, 신뢰가 낮은 요소로는 사용성에 부족한 접근방식, 기기 인식 부족 능력 그리고 특성화 서비스 부족을 알 수 있었다. 스마트 홈서비스가 아직 초기 단계인 만큼 사용자의 필요에 따라서 다양한 스마트 홈서비스와 생태계가 구축되어야 할 것이다.

IEEE1394는 디지털 캠코더, 디지털 TV, 퍼스널 컴퓨터를 포함한 가정내의 디지털 네트웍을 구성하기 위한 대표적인 인터페이스이다. 최근 IEEE1394는 기존의 멀티미디어 데이터를 지원하는 장비의 인터페이스에서 벗어나 실시간성이 요구되는 제어 시스템에 적용이 되고 있으며 더불어 IICP(Instrument and Industrial Control Protocol)의 제정등 응용분야가 점차 확대되고 있다. 또한 홈 네트웍에서 제어 네트웍과 데이터 네트웍의 연동을 위해 기반 망으로 사용됨으로써 제어 네트웍에서 요구되는 실시간성의 보장이 IEEE1394에서도 요구되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 홈 네트윅에서 IEEE1374의 실시간성 보장을 위해 이벤트 채널 모델을 사용한 서비스의 우선순위에 따른 처리기법과 1394 디바이스 드라이버 레벨에서의 우선순위 보장을 위한 구조를 제안한다. 서비스의 우선순위에 따른 실시간성 보장기법은 서비스 이벤트의 우선순위에 따라 이벤트 채널을 통해 높은 우선순위 서비스의 예측가능성을 보장하며, 디바이스 드라이버 레벨에서는 우선순위 큐를 이용한 패킷의 전송과 등시성 전송을 위한 효율적인 버퍼관리 기법을 제공한다. 이러한 구조는 향후 IEEE1374기반의 홈 네트웍 미들웨어 뿐만이 아니라 실시간 응용이 요구되는 다양한 어플리케이션과 서비스 등에 사용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

This study examined the awareness of the middle aged about the digital home system and well-being apartment design elements in order to suggest the design guidelines for planning of the elderly housing environment. By literature review, the concept and characteristics of the digital home system and well-being Apartment design elements were summarized the degree of satisfaction and preference of middle aged for these characteristics were investigated and analyzed. For this study, a questionnaire survey of 156 housewives living in apartment complex of Busan was carried out. The results of this study are as follows: The middle aged were generally short of recognition for digital skill and service, and also they showed positive evaluations to a few useful items of digital home system. These items belong under safety security system and interior environment control system and provided for convenient & comfortable life. Accordingly, satisfied digital home system can apply basic design element for housing for elderly. Whereas, the middle-aged were not satisfied with housework help system and cultural life system because items of these systems were not various and complicate to us. So, for the improvement of not satisfied digital home system, we needed development of digital contents and marketing & management for high accessibility and easy useability. The middle aged will concern about health & environment friendly continuously and become to stay long in their housing as the characteristics of elderly. So, It is necessary to be considered well-being apartment design elements of health & environment friendly very actively and lastingly in elderly housing environment design. Also, the awareness of middle aged for digital home system and well-being apartment design elements varied according to the background characteristics. This suggests housing environment for elderly life is considered differently as various background characteristics of middle aged.
