This paper deals with the origin of the concept of lattices in mathematics and its development until 1930's. Although it is purely mathematical, its formation is due to the development of symbolic logic Further, logicians were mostly concerned about how to imitate the methods and duplicate the problems of algebra but not the application to mathematics. The first purely mathematical approach was given by Dedekind and his results were neglected and then reappeared in 1930's.

Since The Korean Reliability Society had been founded in 1999, development history of reliability engineering in Korea is reviewed and research outputs and papers from 2008 to current are analyzed in terms of types of industry, product life cycle, hardware vs software, and theory vs application. The purpose of this research is to review the recent reliability engineering research conducted in Korea including development history as well as published papers to identify the weakness and/or deficiencies in order to suggest the future research directions, which would contribute the development of industries in Korea.

This study is on the theory of Piaget's reflective abstraction and the mechanism of the development of knowledge and the history of algebra and its application to understand the difficulties that many students have in learning algebra. Piaget considers the development of knowledge as a linear process. The stages in the construction of different forms of knowledge are sequential and each stage begins with reorganization. The reorganization consists of the projection onto a higher level from the lower level and the reflection which reconstructs and reorganizes within a lager system that is transferred by profection. Piaget shows that the mechanisms mediating transitions from one historical period to the next are analogous to those mediating the transition from one psychogenetic stage to the next and characterizes the mechanism as the intra, inter, trans sequence. The historical development of algebra is characterized by three periods, which are intra inter, transoperational. The analysis of the history of algebra by the mechanism explains why the difficulties that students have in learning algebra occur and shows that the roles of teachers are important to help students to overcome the difficulties.

The objective of this article is to analysis of Acupuncture & Moxibustion Fix-a-day Method (AMFDM) shown in the acupuncture documents of the Chosun-Korea dynasty. Through such inquisition, The development process of AMFDM could be found. cross-comparison analysis of the contents of three medical books, Chim-Gu-Tek-Il-Pien-Zip(CGTIPZ), Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam(DEBG) and Chim-Gu-Gyung-Hum-Bang (CGGHB) of the Chosun-Korea dynasty. The development process of AMFDM of the three books is different from each other, depending on the purpose of writing books. But The three books contain common parts. It could be divided into three types, Simple-AMFDM, Extensive-AMFDM and Spirit-Existence-AMFDM. The development process of AMFDM of the Chosun-Korea dynasty has three steps. First, Integration and specialization phase in CGTIPZ. CGTIPZ sum many kind of AMFDMs up, and compare them to be specialized area. Second, Setting theory phase in DEBG. DEBG theorize AMFDM made of Spirit-Existence-AMFDM. Third, Practical use phase in CGGHB. CGGHB invented practical reinforcement to replace complicated ones.

The 19th CPC National Congress has a key historical significance in the development of China's constitution. It will also play a decisive role in the history of the seventy years'constitutional change in New China. XiJinping's new socialist thought with Chinese characteristics established in the report of 19th CPC National Congress will be written in the preface of the March 2018 National People's Congress's constitutional amendment. The fifth revision of 1982 Constitution will touch on many issues such as the leadership of the CPC into the constitution, the abolition of the tenure of the president, the constitutional oath system, and the reform of the national supervisory system. In addition, the constitutionality review system, the establishment of the National Security Council, the constitutional status of socialist public property and private property and the adjustment of major economic system has become a hot topic in the theory field. In the history node towards a socialist country ruled by law, the theory and practice of the China indeed have the academic ideas, value position and path model differences, which will delay the Chinese constitutional development, but also is the necessary pain in the process of moving towards the rule of law in China. Indeed, how to the development and where to go in the future of Chinese constitutionalism itself has sample value, which deserves rational attention and in-depth inquiry from Chinese and Western academics.

This study shows how to use effectively construction and solution of the quadratic equation developed by mathematicians such as Gyung Sun-jing, Hong Jung-ha, Hong Dae-yong, Lee Sang-hyuk, and Nam Byung-gil through mathematics history of Chosun Dynasty. Mathematics history of Chosun Dynasty can be used in order to enhance comprehension and increase interest in an introduction to the quadratic equation. It also can be used to help motivate middle school students to solve the quadratic equation with much interest during the development phase, and develope conceptual thinking and reflective thinking in the practical phase.

The history of information system (IS) development methodology in Korea is less than 30 years. Korea introduced the structured development methodology in the public fields in 1980s, introduced the information engineering methodology in 1990s, and accepted and developed the objected oriented development methodology and the component based development methodology in 2000s. The history of IS development methodology in Korea is shorter than that of the world. Korea's IS development methodology started 10 year later compared with the world level. But it developed rapidly in 1990s and then grew to the world level in 2000s. This paper is the first research that it investigated the history of IS development methodology in Korea. This paper will give the people of IT industry the historical insights about IS development methodology and will help make a current and future strategic plan for IS development methodology. And it will provide researchers and policy makers with the insights and research ideas of future direction of information system development.

Culture is closely bound up with inhabitants' life and the key to protect well the cultural features is to protect well historical and cultural venues. Qushuiyuan Garden is a venue for local folklore activities. The programming holds that folklore, historical and humane sceneries should be protected and left to our coming generations.
