바닥판의 휨강성이 고층건물의 지진거동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the flexural stiffness of Floor Slabs on The Seismic Response of Multi-story Building Structures)

  • Recently many high-rise apartment buildings are constructed using the box system which is composed only of concrete walls and slabs. Commercial softwares such as ETABS used for the analysis of high-rise apartment buildings are employing the rigid diaphragm assumption for simplicity in the analysis procedure. In general the flexural stiffness of floor slabs are ignored in the analysis, This assumption may be reasonable for the estimation of seismic response of framed structures. But in the case of the box system used in the apartment buildings floor slabs has major effects on the lateral stiffness of the structure. So if the flexural stiffness of slabs in the box system is ignored the lateral stiffness may be significantly underestimated, For these reasons it is recommended to use plate elements to represent the floor slabs. In the study A typical frame structure and a box system structure are chosen as the example structure. When a 20 story frame structure is subjected to the static lateral loads the displacements of the roof are 15.33cm and 17.52cm for the cases with and without the flexural stiffness of the floor slabs. And in case of box system the roof displacement was reduced from 16.18cm to 8.61cm The model without the flexural stiffness of floor slabs turned out to elongate the natural periods of vibration accordingly.

  • The main thrust of this paper is to investigate acceptable supply air conditions of a dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) for highrise apartment buildings. As for a typical $132-m^2$ apartment unit, it was assumed that centralized DOAS-Ceiling Radiant Cooling Panel was installed. Transient behavior and control characteristics of each system were modeled numerically using a commercial equation solver program. The optimized dew point temperature of the DOAS was discussed on the basis of the ASHRAE standard 62.1-2007 and the current Korean ventilation standard for apartments. It was found that the optimized dew point temperature of the DOAS supply air accommodating total latent load of a space is $11-12^{\circ}C$ and the appropriate supply air temperature of the DOAS is $11-12^{\circ}C$ in cooling period and neutral temperature of $18-20^{\circ}C$ in intermediate period.

  • 최근 도심지 고밀화에 따른 공간의 효율적 이용이 요구됨에 따라 대규모의 고층 사무공간이 증가하고 있으며, 이와 함께 주거, 상업, 문화 등 다양한 기능을 밀접하게 연관시킨 고층 복합시설도 점차 늘어가고 있다. 이러한 대형 건설, 프로젝트는 긴 공사기간이 소요되어 공사비 예측이 쉽지 않으며, 막대한 비용이 투입되기 때문에 비용 예측의 중요성이 더욱 증대되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 최근 극심한 경제변화에 따른 건설자재가격의 변동은 자재비를 포함한 공사비 예측을 어렵게 만드는 주요 원인이다. 따라서 본 연구는 건설자재단가 시계열자료를 활용, 미래의 자재단가 예측을 위한 시계열모델을 구축하고 복잡한 모델 프로세스를 간소화하는 자재별 최적 예측모델 도출시스템을 구축한다. 또한 Building Information Modeling(BIM)의 접근을 통해 자재의 투입시기 및 투입물량을 분석, 시계열모델을 통해 예측한 자재단가 예측 값과 조합함으로써 총 자재비를 포함하는 BIM기반 공사원가 예측 시계열모델을 제시한다. 본 연구는 시계열모델의 하나인 Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average(ARIMA)모델에 대한 예측력 비교를 통해 자재단가 예측을 위한 적합모델을 도출하였다. BIM기반의 원가예측 시계열모델은 자재의 투입시기별 자재단가 변동치를 예측함으로써 급변하는 경제 환경 변화에 대처할 수 있는 도구가 될 것이다.

Complex Power: An Analytical Approach to Measuring the Degree of Urbanity of Urban Building Complexes

  • The importance of designing urban building complexes so that they obtain 'urban' power, rather than become isolated from the surrounding urban context, has been well recognized by both researchers and practitioners. Nevertheless, most current discussions are made from architects' personal experiences and intuition, and lack a quantitative understanding, to which obstacles include an in-depth exploration of the 'urban' power between building complexes and the urban environment. This paper attempts to measure this feature of 'urban', i.e., 'urbanity,' through a new analytical approach derived from the opendata environment. Three measurements that can be easily collected though the Google Maps API and Open Street Map are applied herein to evaluate high or low values of urbanity. Specifically, these are 'metric depth', i.e., the scale of extended public space, 'development density', i.e., density and distribution of point of interests (POIs), and 'type diversity', i.e., diversity of different commercial types. Six cases located in Japan, China and Hong Kong respectively are ranked based on this analytical approach and compared with each other. It shows that Japanese cases, i.e., Osaka Station City and Namba Parks, Osaka, obtained clearly higher values than cases in Shanghai and Hong Kong. On one hand, the insight generated from measuring and explaining 'urban' power would help to assist better implementation of this feature in the design of urban building complexes. On the other hand, this analytical approach can be easily extended to achieve a large-scale measurement and comparison among different urban building complexes, which is also helpful for design practitioners.

동절기 수압시험을 대체하는 공기압시험의 적정압력 비교분석에 관한 연구 (Winter to replace the hydraulic test and pneumatic test comparative analysis of study on the optimal pressure)

  • Using a high-rise building water piping after hydrostatic test of the reliability of the leak to be completed if the pressure is maintained until the leak is not commercially available considered. Due to the nature of high-rise buildings and the construction period will take several years from the lower levels of use of the water supply and fire fighting water pipe construction is in progress, the order of which I do most of the first pipe to the construction and more than three years. So kind of riser pipe is complete, install the valve in the basement by installing an automatic pump to maintain a constant pressure after hydrostatic test and after each floor plumbing piping is complete, the progress of the hydrostatic test without undergoing a separate branch pipe the valve is opened automatically when the number of the pressing pressure of the structure. I kind of do and keep working pressure of pipe until the completion of the construction work to keep the damage to human error when it is intended to prepare. In winter, the frost protection and an alternative to drainage water pipe is damaged or deformed, even if unaware of the finishing work to the building, the use of the damage caused by a leak in a after construction of finish work to be expected. Alternative to reduce this damage if the pressure test without fear of freezing to help maintain long-term commercial pressures may be considered.

편심을 가진 1/12 축소 RC 주상복합구조물의 진동대실험 (Shaking Table Tests of 1/12-Scale RC Bearing-Wall System with Bottom Piloti Stories Having Eccentric Shear-Wall)

  • The severe shortage of the available sites in the highly developed downtown area in Korea necessitates the construction of high-rise buildings which meet the need of residence and commercial activity simultaneously. The objective of this study is to investigate the seismic performance of this type of building structures. For this purpose, two 1:12 scale 17-story reinforced concrete model structures were constructed according to the similitude law, in which the upper 15 stories have a bearing-wall system while the lower 2-story frames with infilled shear wall have two different layouts of the plan : The one has symmetric plan and the other has unsymmetric plan. Then, this model was subjected to a series of earthquake excitations. The test results show that the layout of shear wall has the negligible effect on the natural period and the base shear coefficient, but great effect on the failure mode of beam-column joint at flexible side frame.

The objective of this study is to investigate the seismic performance of this type of building structures. For this purpose, two 1 :12 scale 17-story reinforced concrete model structures were constructed according to the similitude law, in which the upper 15 stories have a bearing-wall system while the lower 2-story frames have two different layouts of the plan The one is a moment-resisting frame system and the other is a moment-resisting frame system with a infilled shear wall. Then, this model was subjected to a series of earthquake excitations. The test results show that the existence of shear wall reduced the shear deformation at the piloti frame, but has almost the negligible effect on the reduction of the overturning-moment angle.

How Much Development Can a Rail Station Lead? A Case Study of Hong Kong

  • Since the concept was first introduced in the 1970s, transit-oriented-development (TOD) has greatly expanded in East Asian cities such as Hong Kong. Rail stations are built together with clusters of residential-commercial towers and government services to form a new style of living - a "rail village." This paper examines the composition, scale, spatial form, organization and operation of several typical rail villages in Hong Kong. The cases range across those planned from the mid-1990s to 2015. Based on the analysis of the rail village composition, the paper derives a development ratio to indicate the density, effectiveness and efficiency of a rail village catchment area. The ratio provides a useful and direct figure for the comparison of different stations, cities and development modes.

응결시간조정에 의한 매트기초 매스 콘크리트의 온도균열저감 공법적용의 Mock-up Test (Mock-up Test of Temperature Crack Reduction Method Application by Setting Time Control of Mat Foundation Mass Concrete)

  • 현재 국내의 건설공사현장에서는 도심부에 대형 건설사를 중심으로 초고층 건축물의 시공이 진행 중에 있다. 그런데 이러한 초고층 건축물의 기초는 상부의 큰 하중을 지지하기 위해 매우 두꺼운 매트 콘크리트가 필수적이다. 그러나 이와 같은 매스 콘크리트는 현장여건상 다량의 콘크리트를 동시에 타설할 수 없기 때문에 일체성에 의문이 제기되는 것은 물론이고 수화발열시간의 서로 다름에 따른 내응력에 의한 균열발생 가능성이 증가한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 상기의 문제점을 해소시키고자 국내 모처에 건설되고 있는 초고층 건축물을 대상으로 초지연제의 응결시간차를 활용한 수평분할타설 건축 매스 콘크리트의 수화열 조정공법을 실제 건축현장에 적용하고자 Mock-up test를 통하여 그 효율성을 확인하였다. 실험결과 초지연제 투입 전 후슬럼프 플로우는 목표 지연시간이 길어질수록 다소 증가하였고, 공기량은 큰 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 응결시간은 목표 지연시간이 길어질수록 지연되었다. 목표 지연시간이 길어질수록 초기재령에서는 압축강도가 작게 나타났으나, 재령이 경과할수록 강도증진 폭이 크게 되어 재령 28일에서는 보통 콘크리트보다 동등 혹은 그 이상을 나타내었다. 또한 2단 및 4단으로 초지연제에 의한 응결시간차공법을 활용한 경우 하부와 상부간 콘크리트의 일체화 및 온도차를 낮추고, 수화열 피크시점이 후기로 늦어짐에 따라 균열발생가능성을 저하시키는 효과를 확인할 수 있었는데, 특히 4단 타설에서 가장 양호한 효과가 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다.

능동형 제진장치의 등가모델을 이용한 구조해석 (Structural Analysis using Equivalent Models of Active Control Devices)

  • 본 논문에서는 구조물과 능동형 제진장치를 상용 구조해석 프로그램상에서 해석하는데 필요한 등가모델을 제시하였으며, 이를 통해 부재수준의 구조검토가 가능하도록 하기 위한 연구를 진행하였다. 능동형 제진장치를 일반적인 구조해석모델에 반영하기 위하여 가상의 스프링과 대쉬폿을 이용한 등가링크 모델과, 별도의 축소모델 해석결과를 바탕으로 산정된 제어력을 제진장치 설치위치에 하중으로 작용시키는 등가하중 모델을 제시하였다. 수직캔틸레버 모델과 주상복합 건물 모델을 대상으로 능동형 제어기 설계를 위해 모드에 기초한 축소모델을 구축하고, 이를 토대로 산정된 제어이득으로부터 등가모델을 도출하였다. 이들 모델에 대해 얻어진 가속도 및 변위의 RMS 응답과 최대 부재력을 토대로 등가해석모델의 유효성을 검증하였다. 결과적으로 능동형 제진장치의 상용 구조해석 프로그램을 통해 제어대상 구조물의 부재력 수준까지 상세한 구조검토가 가능함을 확인하였으며, 상대적으로 등가링크 모델이 더 우수한 정확도를 나타내었다.
