복합섬유 혼입에 따른 고강도콘크리트의 내화 성능 평가 (Performance Evaluation of Fire Resistance of High Strength Concrete by Incorporation of Combined Fiber)

  • 본 연구에서는 초고층 건물의 시공을 위하여 유기질섬유와 폴리머분말을 혼합한 복합섬유공법을 활용하여 작업성과 내화성능을 만족시키는 고강도 내화 콘크리트를 개발하고자 하였다. 실험결과 폴리믹스의 경우 폭렬방지 및 내부온도 상승 저감에 효과적인 것으로 나타나 기존의 섬유혼입공법과 유사한 수준의 내화성능을 확보하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • This study is designed to manufacture the continuous foamed concrete and the sound absorption characteristics investigation due to continuous voids ratio. According to the results of experiment, it was shown that continuous voids of the foamed concrete has the influence of the amount used of foaming agent, the viscosity and flowability of cement paste, and also is shaped by cohesive power of bubbles. Also the sound absorption ratio of the foamed concrete is subject to increase as the density becomes low by raising the continuous voids ratio. The cement paste with low water-cement ratio and high cement fineness are very effective to prevent weak strength of formed concrete caused by the increase of the porosity.

  • A study was conducted on the production of LEFC using the Precast method, not the on-site construction. LEFC, Light Emotion Friendly Concrete, has the advantage of plastic rods being inserted to allow light to transmit, but because of the lack of adhesion to concrete, it leads to a decline in mechanical performance and durability. Therefore, it is necessary to apply precasting techniques to ensure homogeneous and superior quality of LEFC. In this study, wooden molds were used and plastic rods were arranged on porous acrylic plates. Prototyping was carried out with a UHPC mix proportioning to ensure flowability, self-consolidating performance and mechanical performance.

  • In this study, application of ultra high performance concrete(UHPC) with pre-mix binder were presented on civil, architectural and special field. The UHPC can be applied to a variety of site due to its excellent flowability, mechanical properties, impact resistance and fire resistance. It is necessary to apply the pre-mix binder to take into account the productivity and performance improvements of the UHPC.

  • Interest in indoor air quality is increasing day by day due to various reasons such as industrial development. Because redmud, an industrial subsidiary, contains titanium dioxide, this study evaluated self-consolidation performance with Slump Flow Test, J-Ring Test, and L-Box Test by mixing redmud in a mixture of ultra-high performance concrete, and sought the optimal combination with high flowability. In addition, the UHPC mixing experiment with photocatalyst was conducted, and the photocatalyst was replaced by the weight ratio of cement and the redmud by the weight ratio of fine aggregate and mixed with the concrete mixture.

산업부산물을 사용한 알칼리 활성 무시멘트 모르타르의 품질특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Quality Properties of Alkali-activated cement free Mortar using Industrial by-products)

  • 산업부산물인 고로슬래그 미분말 및 플라이애시를 적용하였던 선행 연구들과 차별하여 시멘트 킬른 더스트, 실리카퓸, 규사미분말 등의 기타 산업부산물을 사용한 알칼리 활성 무시멘트 모르타르의 품질특성을 검토하고자 하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. SF 치환의 경우 Plain에 비해 유동성이 저하되었으나 강도발현에는 우수한 경향을 나타내었으며, CKD와 SP의 사용량 증가에 따라 각각 유동성 및 압축강도가 증가하였다. 유동성 증진 및 초기강도 향상에 각 결합재의 고유입도분포와 높은 상관관계를 가지는데, 이는 입자사이즈가 큰 BS 및 FA 입자사이에 입자가 작은 CKD, SF 및 SP가 공극을 충진하여 연속입도곡선을 형성하는 것에 기인한 것으로 사료된다. BS 기반 조기강도 증진용 알칼리 활성 모르타르의 초기강도 향상 및 유동성 개선을 위해서는 고유의 입도분포를 가진 기타 결합재를 치환 사용하는 것이 효과적인 것으로 판단된다.

  • In this study, recently, more highly effective construction materials are needed for a reasonable cause and economical structure system is required as the construction structures become more multi storied, large-sized and diversified. Also, the experiment was not carried out to investigate and analyzed the strength properties and flowability of ultra-high strength accroding to the types of mineral admixtures. Therefore, this is an experimental study to compare and analyze the influence of cementitious materials type on the fluidity and the strength properties of ultra-high strength concrete. For this purpose, it has decided to do the mix proportions of concrete according to the type of cementitious materials (fly ash, blsat furnace slag, silica fume, slag cement) and W/B(23.5, 27.5, 31.5%) has selected. And then we conducted an experiment to find out basic properties of the ultra-high strength concrete such as slump-flow, O-lot and the age of specimens(3, 7, 28, 56days) for compressive strength.

  • In this paper, we described the basic elements(flowabiligy, fillingability, elapsed time, pumpability, no-vibrating effects, and etc.) required for the application and quality control of the super flowing concrete(SFC) in Top Down site. Also, manufactured sand and fly ash were used for investigating characteristics of SFC through various experiments(mix design, optimum mix condition) before placing the concrete in site. As a result of this project, the developed SFC shown high flowability and self-fillingability in the joint good enough for the requirement. Futhermore, inner uniformity of the no-vibrated concrete was verified by testing reformed space. Therefore, quality control and compressive strength(360kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$) can be secured by using SFC even without vibrating.

플라이애시를 함유한 고성능 콘크리트의 자기수축 (Autogenous Shrinkage of High Performance Concrete Containing Ply Ash)

  • 물-결합재 비(W/B)가 낮고 결합재량이 많은 고성능 콘크리트에는 자기수축이 많이 발생한다. 자기수축은 외부로부터 콘크리트로의 수분 이동이 없는 상태에서 시멘트의 수화반응에 의한 물의 소비 결과로 나타나는 자기건조에 의해 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 플라이애시의 사용 유무에 따른 고성능 콘크리트의 자기수축 특성을 실험을 통해 조사하였다. 또한 시간에 따른 슬럼프 및 플로우 변화, 공기량 등의 굳지 않은 콘크리트의 성질과 압축강도, 탄성계수 등의 역학적 성질에 대한 실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과, W/B가 낮을수록 자기수축이 증가하였으며, W/B가 동일한 경우 플라이애시를 사용하면 재령 초기에 콘크리트의 압축강도가 다소 느리게 발현되지만, 자기수축은 상당히 감소하였다. 또한, W/B가 낮은 고강도 콘크리트일수록 이른 재령에서 보통강도 콘크리트에 비하여 자기수축과 압축강도의 발현률이 크게 나타났다. 이상의 실험 결과로부터, 플라이애시를 사용하여 고성능 콘크리트의 제조가 가능하며 자기수축을 줄일 수 있다는 결론을 얻었다.

Impact of fine fillers on flowability, fiber dispersion, strength, and tensile strain hardening of UHPC

  • While ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) is commonly reinforced with micro straight steel fibers in existing applications, studies have indicated that the use of deformed steel macro-fibers leads to enhanced ductility and post-peak responses for UHPC structural elements, which is of particular importance for earthquake-resistant structures. However, there are potential concerns regarding the use of UHPC reinforced with macro-fibers due to the issues of workability and fiber distribution. The objective of this study was to address these issues by extensively investigating the restricted and non-restricted deformability, filling ability, horizontal and vertical velocities, and passing ability of UHPC containing macro hooked-end steel fibers. A new approach is suggested to examine the homogeneity of fiber distribution in UHPC. The influences of ultra-fine fillers and steel macro-fibers on the workability of fresh UHPC and the mechanics of hardened UHPC were examined. It was found that although increasing the ratio of quartz powder to cement led to an improvement in the workability and tensile strain hardening behavior of UHPC, it reduced the fiber distribution homogeneity. The addition of 1% volume fraction of macro-fibers in UHPC improved workability, but reduced its compressive strength, which is contrary to the effect of micro-fiber inclusion in UHPC.
