자동차용 고장력 강판의 열처리에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Annealing of High Tensile Strength Steel for Automobile)

  • In recently, annealing process of cold rolled sheet tend to change to continuous annealing process for improving quality, saving yield. In the meantime as demand for various kind and small lot of products has been increasing, batch annealing has been appreciated for its small restriction for the operation. So, we tested on the effect for the proper heating temperatures, heating time of cycle, cooling time and total cycle time in this annealing process of hi tensile strength steel for automobile. As a result of several investigation. we confirmed for the following characteristics; In this process, we knew that 68$0^{\circ}C$ is suitable for this heating temp. cycle heating time of 38 Hr, cooling time of 31 Hr and total cycle time of 70 Hr. Still more, we could know that it is proper for cold rolling before annealing to be managed by 7 pass because of the act on high pressure.

  • This work investigated the effect of duty cycle and pulse frequency on the microstructures and properties of titanium nitride thin films deposited by asymmetric bipolar pulsed DC sputtering system. Oscilloscope traces of the I-V waveforms indicate high power and high current density outputs during the asymmetric bipolar pulsed mode. The grain size decreases with decreasing duty cycle. The duty cycle has a strong influence not only on the microstructural properties but also on the mechanical properties of titanium nitride films. Comparing with the continuous DC sputtering, the titanium nitride films prepared by pulsed DC asymmetric bipolar process exhibit better properties.

  • The paper presents experimental results of Partial Discharge(PD) in Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS), obtained using a computer-aided PD measurement system. Different discharge sources are simulated and identified. These included internal, interface, surface and protrusion. For internal discharge, it showed symmetrical discharge type between positive and negative cycle. Interface discharge showed smaller number and higher peak than internal discharge but symmetrical discharge as well. For surface discharge, it showed small number and high peak in positive half cycle but large number and low peak in negative half cycle. For protrusion discharge, small number and high peak of discharge were shown only in negative half cycle.

  • Across the world, building energy codes are becoming stricter, demanding higher levels of energy performance with each issuance. Some locations have taken initiatives to eliminate operational emissions altogether by requiring buildings to be carbon neutral. However, while the objectives of carbon neutrality are without doubt statement worthy, we believe that once operational performance has been tackled to a reasonable level of performance the sights should be trained on a different objective-life; cycle carbon. This paper defines what we mean by life cycle carbon neutrality and presents an approach toward reducing it.

공기사이클 냉동시스템의 성능해석 (Performance Analysis of an Air-Cycle Refrigeration System)

  • The objective of this study is to analyze theoretically the performance of an open air-cycle refrigeration system in which environmental concerns increase. The pressure ratio of the external compressor and efficiencies of the components that compose of the system are selected as important parameters. As the pressure ratio of the external compressor increases, the pressure ratio of the ACM compressor is determined high, the refrigerating temperature and capacity increase, the COP decreases, and the total entropy production rate increases. The effect of heat exchanger effectiveness and turbine efficiency on the performance are greater than that of the ACM compressor efficiency. Also the performance of the air-cycle refrigeration system with two heat exchangers has been enhanced like high COP and low total entropy production rate, compared to the system with one heat exchanger.

  • A computer model of a high efficiency refrigeration system equipped with heat storage for reverse cycle-hot gas defrost (the stored heat is used during defrost cycle of the system) is presented. The model was developed based on both theoretical and empirical equations for the compressor, evaporator, condenser and the heat storage equipment. Simulations of the prototype system were carried out to investigate refrigeration system performance under various operating conditions during refrigeration cycles. The simulations of the evaporator during defrost cycles at 30 and $40^{\circ}C$ hot gas refrigerant temperature were also performed which resulted on shorter defrost time but only slight increase in defrost efficiency. These information on energy efficiency and the defrost time required are important in order to avoid excessive parasitic load and temperature rise of the refrigerated room.

  • This study investigated mixing scenarios of the low and high conversion ratios (CRs) of fast reactors (FRs). The fuel cycle was modeled so as to minimize the spent fuel (SF) or transuranics (TRU) inventories. The scenarios were modeled for a single low CR of 0.61 and a high CR of 1.0. The study also investigated the mixing scenario of low-high CR and/or high-low CR. The SF and TRU inventories, associated with different scenarios, were compared to those of the light water reactor (LWR) once-through (OT) case. Also, the important isotope concentration and long-term heat (LTH) load were calculated and compared to those of the OT cycle. As a result, it is known that the deployment of FRs of low CR burns more TRU and results in a reduction of the out-of-pile TRU inventory and LTH with low deployment capacity. This study shows that the mixing strategy of FRs of low and high CR can reduce the SF and TRU inventories with lower deployment capacity as compared with a single deployment of FRs of high CR.

  • Nondestructive and destructuve insulation tests were performed the high voltage rotating machine in the local thermal power plants. Nondestructive tests include measurements of insulation resistance. polarization index, AC current. tan$\delta$, partial discharge. Destructive tests include measurements of AC hipot and DC hipot. This paper propose to establish the insulation diagnosis cycle for high voltage rotating machine.

고속 PLL을 위한 이중구조 PFD ((A Dual Type PFD for High Speed PLL))

  • 본 논문에서는 TSPC(True Single Phase Clocking) CMOS 회로를 이용하여 출력특성을 향상시킨 고속 PLL을 위한 이중구조 PFD(Phase Frequency Detector)를 제안한다. 넓은 dead zone과 긴 지연시간을 갖고 있는 기존의 3-state PFD는 고속 동작에 사용되는 PLL(Phase-Locked Loop)에서 사용하는 것은 부적합하다. 이러한 3-state PFD의 단점을 해결하기 위하여 다이내믹 CMOS 논리회로로 구현된 다이내믹 PFD는 duty cycle의 변화에 따라 지터 잡음을 발생하는 문제점을 갖는다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 TSPC 회로와 이중구조를 갖도록 설계되어 제안된 PFD는 dead zone과 duty cycle의 제한조건을 개선하였고, 지터잡음과 응답특성을 개선하였다. 즉, 이중구조를 갖는 PFD는 상승에지에서 동작하는 P-PFD(Positive edge triggered PFD)와 하강에지에서 동작하는 N-PFD(Negative edge triggered PFD)로 구성하여 이득을 증가시켜 응답특성을 개선한다. 제한된 내용의 입증을 위하여 Hspice 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 제안된 PFD는 dead zone이 존재하지 않으며, duty cycle의 변화에도 안정된 결과를 나타내며 응답특성이 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 본 논문은 R744-R404A 캐스케이드 냉동시스템의 최적 냉매 충전을 위해 과냉도, 과열도, 내부열교환기 효율 등에 대한 영향을 분석한 것이다. 연구에 사용된 캐스케이드 냉동시스템의 고온 사이클에는 R404A, 저온 사이클에는 R744를 적용하였다. 그 주요 결과는 다음과 같다 : 고온 사이클의 과냉도, 과열도, 내부열교환기 효율과 저온 사이클의 증발온도와 압축효율은 크게 할수록 질량유량비가 작게 나타났다. 그리고 캐스케이드 온도차와 고온 사이클의 증발온도, 응축온도와 저온 사이클의 과냉도, 과열도, 내부열교환기 효율은 작을수록 질량유량비가 작게 나타났음을 확인하였다.
