This paper reviewed the relationship between personal factors(creativity, outwarding, entrepreneurship) and incremental innovation, and the moderating effect of tenure in the domestic service enterprises. Based on the responses from 213 employees, the results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that almost personal factors have positive relationships with incremental innovation factors. The results of moderating analysis showed that entrepreneurship have negative effects on all incremental innovation factors in interacting with tenure.

This study investigated the Influence of self-regulation and self-efficacy on academic procrastination of middle school students. For this investigation, 384 middle school students who are in completed the questionnaires including self-regulation, self-efficacy, and academic procrastination in Math Learning. The results were as follows: First, self-regulation and self-efficacy had significant correlations with academic procrastination. Also as a result of hierarchical regression analysis, self-regulation moderated the mediation effect of self-regulation between self-efficacy and academic procrastination. Implications of these results were discussed.

This study explored moderating effects of parental rejection on the relationship between corporal punishment and psychological maladjustment of 348 5th and 6th grade elementary school children. Participants responded in school to the Physical Punishment Questionnaire(Rohner, 1997), Parental Acceptance-Rejection Questionnaire(Rohner, 1991), and the Personality Assessment Questionnaire(Rohner, 1991). Results of regression analyses showed that both parental punishment and parental rejection made significant contributions to children's psychological maladjustment. Hierarchical regression analyses showed that parental punishment made significant contributions to maladjustment only when it was influenced by perceived maternal rejection. Conclusions were that apparent relations between parental punishment and children's psychological maladjustment were moderated by children's perceptions of maternal rejection.

The Purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior(OCB), and the relationship between transactional leadership and organizational citizenship behavior as well as to test the moderating effects of the Locus of Control(LOC) as the personal characteristics variable. The sample for this study consisted of 356 administrative employees from 18 universities located in Chung-Nam Province. Cronbach's alpha factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical multiple regression were used for the statistical methods. The practical implications of the findings and suggestions for future research were discussed.

The data to make an empirical analysis were gathered from 269 workers in telecommunication sector. Multiple regression analysis revealed that (1) education was positively related with tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and (2) internal communication was positively related with tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and (3) delegation of authority was positively related with assurance. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis revealed that (4) compensation was more positively related with reliability in woman, and (5) employment security was more positively related with assurance in man.

This research tried to clarify the impact of service quality on the customer satisfaction, customer retention and switching barriers in the competitive structure between department store and discount store. We measured the level of service quality by using the methodology which had been adopted in the service quality research area. Using the internet survey method, we gathered data from 750 consumers of each industry. We used various analysis methods such as the regression analysis, t-test, and hierarchical regression analysis. The results reveal different patterns in the two sectors in the retail industry with respect to switching barriers. We conclude that switching barriers play an important role in consumer satisfaction and retention.

Today's health care environment is rapidly changing and nurse administrators' transformational leadership needs to practice in nursing organization to achieve organizational objectives. Transformational leadership is related to the job satisfaction, productivity, and organizational commitment. This study investigated the effect of transformational leadership and carreer characterics on nurses' organizational commitment. The sample for this study consisted of 594 nurse from 8 large Korean hospitals. The factor analysis Cronbach's alpha analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were used for the statistical method. The results of this study were found that (1) charisma dimension of transformational leadership has positive influence on nurses' organizational commitment; but another two dimensions (intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration) did not showed significant effect on organizational commitment (2) nurses' career characteristic(age, marital status, education level. work duration, status) moderated the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the innovation performance through business innovation activities by small and medium size company as well as to test the moderating effects on the innovation techniques'understanding and conformance. Methods: The data for the empirical analysis was collected from 132 companies mainly located in Jeolla and Gyeonggi Province. Cronbach's alpha factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical multiple regression were used for statistical methods. Results: The Statistical analysis results show that innovation performance through business innovation techniques and activities was effected by CEO leadership, company capability and training for employees. Conclusion: Through this study we tried to give some suggestions for improving innovation performance through business innovation activities for the small and medium size company.

A procedure is proposed to identify multiple outliers in the logistic regression. It detects the leverage points by means of hierarchical clustering of the robust distances based on the minimum covariance determinant estimator, and then it employs a V-mask type criterion on the scatter plot of robust residuals against robust distances to classify the observations into vertical outliers, bad leverage points, good leverage points, and regular points. Effectiveness of the proposed procedure is evaluated on the basis of the classic and artificial data sets, and it is shown that the procedure deals very well with the masking and swamping effects.
