The purpose of this study was to examine mediating effects of social participation and self-esteem on the relationship between subjective health status and life satisfaction in elderly women living alone. To data were analyzed by hierarchical multiple regression analysis as suggested by Baron and Kenny(1986) using SPSS/WIN 21.0. As a results, subjective health status of the elderly women living alone had a positive influence on the social participation, self-esteem, life satisfaction. There was a partial mediating effect of the Social Participation and self-esteem in the relationship. Based on the research result, it is necessary to conduct programs suitable for each elderly Women person's health condition, and integrated social participation support program should be provided.

This study aims to examine which factors affect marital satisfaction among Vietnamese marriage immigrants focusing on the demographic background, social support, self-efficacy, and acculturation related variables. Purposive sampling was conducted for the study and 201 Vietnamese marriage immigrants participated in the self-administered questionnaire survey through Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Chungcheong area's social service agencies. The results of 4 step hierarchical multiple regression analysis indicated that the age of woman's husband(${\beta}=-.18$, p<.01), social support(${\beta}=.61$, p<.001), and acculturative stress(${\beta}=-.24$, p<.001) impacted on the woman's marital satisfaction and these variables showed 58.6% explanatory power at the final regression model. Based on these results, social services and social policies for the enhancement of Vietnamese wive's marital satisfaction were discussed.

We propose the SoMA(System of Making Avatars) based on a commercial 3D game engine. It first decomposes a given character into assemblable pieces, then gives the user them as prefab components so that he or she can reassemble and/or customize them to be plenty of characters. To accomplish this, it implements the character assembly structure as an hierarchy, the upper levels of which are categorized for gross assembly, and the lower levels of which are parameterized for detailed customization. It also defines a hierarchical naming convention for ease of access to the structure. Finally, it provides body, clothes, and attachment systems to make relevant characters.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of career decision self-efficacy and career maturity on employment stress in order to investigate the factors that can lower employment stress. For this purpose, the subject of 3rd and 4th grades 502 students in S university was analyzed by hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, gender and age were found to affect overall employment stress. Female students had higher employment stress than male students, and the older they were, the higher the employment stress. Second, career decision self-efficacy and career maturity had negative effects on employment stress. This study will be used as basic data for the career guidance of university authorities.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Inter-Parental Conflict(IPC) on the Mental Health(MH) of 2nd grade high school students and verify the mediating effects of Resilience. Data collected from 730 students in Daejeon and Chungcheong region was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, hierarchical analysis and correlation analysis using SPSS 18.0. As the results, 1. a significant difference was observed in the IPC, MH, and resilience depending on the socio-demographic variable. 2. resilience showed mediating effects on the process where IPC influenced MH. The implication and limitations of the study also was suggested for MH of adolescents with follow-up study.

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effect of perceived parental empathy in the relationship between self-esteem and adolescent depression. A sample of 437 adolescents completed self-report measures of self-esteem, depression and parental empathy. The collected data were analyzed by hierarchical regression analysis. As a result, parental empathy moderated relationship between self-esteem and depression. And awareness of emotion, empathic emotional reaction, and cold emotional reaction of father had moderating effect on the relationship between self-esteem and depression. In case of mother's empathy, cold emotional reaction and excessive emotional reaction had moderating effect on the relationship between self-esteem and depression. The significance of this study is to find out the important of parental empathy for depressive adolescents who are experiencing self-esteem of low level.

An effective way to understand the dynamic and time series that follows the passage of time, as valuation is to establish a model to analyze the phenomena of the system. Model of the decision process is efficient clustering information of the total mass of the time series data of the relevant population been collected in a particular number of sub-groups than to look at all a time to an understand of the overall data through each community-specific model determination. In this study, a sub-grouping of the group and the first of the two process model of each cluster by determining, in the following in sub-population characterized by a fusion with heuristic Bayesian clustering techniques proposed a process which can reduce calculation time and cost was confirmed by experiments using actual effectiveness valuation.

In recent years, the importance of collaboration has been emphasized in the public sector as well as private companies. In a study for private enterprises, individual enterprises stressed the innovation through collaboration with other organization such as enterprise, university, and other agencies. Other companies and agencies have the technology they need, so that they share skill or knowledge, and they do to create more new developments. This implies a collaborative system can be a win-win collaboration with all partners. It also requires collaboration in the public sector. Because they have many problems that can not be solved at the level of individual institutions. However, public institutions lie ecologically unfavorable in a collaborative environment than the private sector. The organizational structure is hierarchical. In addition, relationships between collaboration partners not recognize horizontally. Of course, communication is not smooth. This study examines successful collaboration case in private sector and we want to draw implications for public organizations. Finally, we discussed ways to promote collaboration in the public sector.

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effect of perceived parental empathy in the relationship between adolescent depression and eat problem. For this purpose, we conducted a hierarchical regression analysis for 246 middle and high school boys in the K region. As a result, the relationship between eating problem and depression was controlled by parental sympathy. As a result of analyzing the moderating effects of sub- factors of parental sympathy, in the case of the father, awareness of emotion, cold emotional reaction, and excessive emotional reaction showed moderating effects. And in mothers, awareness of emotion, perspective taking, cold emotional reaction, and excessive emotional reaction moderated the relationship between eating problem and depression. It is significant that this study confirmed that the empathy of parents perceived by adolescents is a control variable to mitigate the adverse effects of depression on eating problems.

Purpose: This study was conducted to examine how nurse practice environment and organizational justice affected job embeddedness in the Small and Medium Sized Hospital Nurses. Methods: The data were collected from 233 nurses by means of self-reported questionnaires on August 23th to September 8th, 2017. Results: The model explained 49.7% of the total variance in job embeddedness scores. Hierarchical regression analysis showed that hospital nurses that had higher perceived nurse practice environment, higher organizational justice, and were older were more likely to have higher job embeddedness scores. Conclusion: To enhance nurses' job embeddedness, hospital and nurse leaders should improve nurse practice environment, particularly in relation to staffing and resource adequacy and collegial nurse-physician relations. Additionally, the nurse leaders can facilitate nurses' job embeddedness by creating and maintaining an organizational culture of fairness and justice.
