학습자 개인특성이 6시그마 활용에 미치는 영향과 조직의 학습문화 및 조직지원의 구조적 역할 (The Influence of Learner's Individual Characteristics on Using Six Sigma and the Structural Role of an Organization's Learning Culture and its Support)

  • This research has analyzed the differentiated influence of organizational variables(an organization's learning culture and organizational support networks) and personal variables(the individual's motivation to learn and self-efficacy) on the process of gaining and using of knowledge. These two variables have been regarded as the major variables for the successful learning of 6Sigma, according to Social Cognitive Theory. In addition, this research has proven the role structure of the abovementioned two variables through a suitable methodology(Hierarchical Linear Model). In regard to this methodology, the different hierarchical level of the personal variable and organizational variable was especially focused on, and the effect of interaction between the high level and the low level was considered in detail. Considering the current situation, in that the importance of organizational factor and personal factor has been emphasized but the accurate role of each variable has not been verified, the research model is thought to help to establish an effective strategy to implement 6 Sigma.

  • Organizational decision support systems(ODSS) are a new type of decision support systems(DSS) focusing on the organization-wide issues rather than individual, group, or departmental issues. Because of its organization-wideness, which means an ODSS cuts across organizational functions or hierarchical layers, seamless integration with organization's diverse IS applications running on heterogeneous platforms becomes a critical issue. In this paper, we analyzed the Korea Telecom(KT)'s Operations & Maintenance(O&M) division focusing on its investment strategies. We developed a conceptual framework which links O&M investment to its performance. We also developed a prototype of KTOM-ODSS with an EIS-like user-friendly interface.

중소기업의 혁신활동이 기업 성과에 미치는 효과: 관리혁신과 기술혁신의 공헌도 비교 (The relationship between innovation and corporate performance: which of administrative or technical innovation is more useful for performance)

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between innovation(organization innovation, personnel innovation, product innovation, process innovation) and firm performance in small business. Based on the responses from 218 firms, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that personnel innovation, product innovation, and process innovation effect positively on all firm performance(sales, profit, market share, customer satisfaction), and organization innovation effects positively only on market share and customer satisfaction. The results of hierarchical regression analysis showed that technical innovation(product innovation, process innovation) effects more positively on sales, profit and customer satisfaction than administrative innovation(organization innovation, personnel innovation).

  • A government or non-governmental organization give service to their customer. Each organization have different hierarch levels. Service satisfaction surveys have become an important tool for government planners, as important in the perceived quality of service lead to great delivery of public service. When a customer gives feedback at a bottom level of organization, it is so difficult reach to higher official in time. This paper argue that, Quick Response (QR) code open up the possibility of conducting public service satisfaction at lower cost and the way feedback is directly routed to the relevant party according to their hierarchical level and gate real time feedback using specific smart phone application.

긍정심리자본에 영향을 미치는 개인수준과 팀 수준 요인에 관한 연구 (A multi-level analysis of the individual and team-level effects on psychological capital)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of person-organization fit(PO fit) and person-job fit(PJ fit) on positive psychological capital at both team-level and individual-level. Present study intends to confirm the effectiveness through theoretical considerations and empirical analysis of positive organizational behaviors. This is expected to strengthen the basis of positive organizational behavior studies and provide the foundation to integrate positive organizational behavior to the actual organization. In order to test the hypotheses, the data were collected from multiple domestic organizations and composed 47 team-level and 244 individual-level data. For the analysis, hierarchical linear modelling(HLM) were conducted. The results of this study are as follows. PO fit and PJ fit had significant relationships with positive psychological capital at both team-level and individual-level. Also, in the relationship between the attitudes and behaviors of the members and positive psychological capital, the positive psychological capital was found to have significant effect on affective commitment and organizational citizen behaviors. The implications of this study according to the results as follows. Positive relationships of psychological capital with the antecedents and consequences variables, it is necessary for the management to magnify the strength of members in the actual operation at the organization level. Such the management of positive psychological capital can be suggested as a new approach method for achievement of the organization's goals and visions.

Influence of perception of organization politics of social welfare facility employee to job attitudes - Focusing on mediator effect of leader trust-

  • This study conducted empirical analysis on the influence of perception of organization politics of social welfare facility employee to job attitude, and based on the analysis result, it aims to suggest theoretic and political implications. For this, the study conducted survey targeting social workers working at social welfare facilities in Gwangju. 350 copies of survey were distributed,. 197 copies were retrieved and 176 copies were used in analysis after excluding 21 copies with insincere reponses. The collected data was processed through SPSS 20.0 for reliability analysis, frequency analysis, T-test, and hierarchical regression analysis. The study results are as below. This study analyzed the job exhaustion, turn over intention and causal relationship as the result variables and perception of organization politics of social workers, and analyzed the leader trust as mediating effect among the previous researches related to perception of organization politics. As for the analysis result, the perception of organization politics of social workers improve job exhaustion and turn over intention, and leader trust was confirmed to have mediating effect on relationship among the variables.

도시 집합주거의 외부공간의 위계적인 구성방식에 관한 연구 - 한국 전통건축의 공간구성기법을 응용하여 - (A Study on the Hierarchical Organization of the Exterior Space in the Multi-Family Housing Complexes in the Urban Area - By Analysing the Exterior Space in Korean Traditional Architecture -)

  • Efficiency and universality which was the spirit of the modern age, had also an enfluence on our living environment. Various types of individual housing unit were developed and mass-produced. However, the exterior space in our city is a place for our social life and intermediate place to connect the private life of each individual to our society. For the people to adapt themselves well to their environment, it should be well organized which means it is clearly divided and integrated in a hierarchical order. To realize these conditions, adequate boundaries to divide each territory and entrances to connect each territory are two essential elements. One of the possible methods to realize these conditions can be found in korean traditional architecture where the exterior space has the same figural quality like buildings and is the center of the whole composition. Buildings, walls and colonnades are the elements to define space. Gates, pavilions, gabs between buildings and posts are the elements to symbolize the entrance connecting each space. Each exterior space is integrated to a whole composition. One is the gradual differentiation along the axis which is unique in korean traditional architecture. The other is the rectangular connection which is also found in the other area in the world. The results of this thesis are as follows. The exterior space in the housing area should have the figural quality. The elements to make boundaries defining exterior space are classified into horizontal elements such as low buildings and walls, and vertical elements such as tower-shape buildings which define space in a different way. The position of openings in a housing block affects the characteristic and openness of a exterior space. Various types of gates are used to decide the relationship between spaces.

장애인직업재활시설 내 장애인의 임금에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 - 위계선형모형(Hierarchical Linear Modeling) 분석 - (A Study on the Organizational Effects on Wage of Employee with Disability in Vocational Rehabilitation Facilities - An Application of Hierarchical Linear Modeling -)

  • 본 연구는 장애인의 직업재활성과에 영향을 미치는 개인적, 조직적 특성을 밝힘으로써 장애인 직업재활사업의 발전을 위한 실천적 함의를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 분석을 위해 2009년 서울시에서 운영비를 지원하고 있는 장애인 직업재활시설 내 장애인과 시설에 대한 조사결과를 활용하였으며, 임금수준을 장애인의 직업재활성과로 간주하여 분석하였다. 분석방법으로는 직업재활성과의 개인효과와 조직효과를 구분하기 위해 위계선형모형(Hierarchical Linear Model)을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 장애인 직업재활시설 간 차이가 장애인의 임금수준을 설명하는 비중이 유의하게 높았으며, 개인특성과 조직특성의 상호작용효과를 분석한 결과 장애유형과 조직특성 변수 간의 상호작용효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 정책적으로 장애인 직업재활사업의 성과를 높이기 위해 직업재활시설 간 격차를 줄이기 위한 노력이 필요하며, 장애유형 및 특성에 따라 시설운영에 있어 각별한 관심이 요구된다.

사회복지기관의 학습조직이 조직몰입 및 이직의사에 미치는 효과 : Senge모형을 중심으로 (Effect of Learning Organization on Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention in Social Welfare Organization: Focused on Senge Model)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지기관의 학습조직 특성을 파악하고 학습조직이 조직몰입 및 이직의사에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 학습조직의 개념과 구성요소를 비교적 가장 명확히 제시하고 있는 Senge(1990)의 학습조직모형을 적용하여 학습조직을 공유된 비전, 개인적 숙련, 팀 학습 및 시스템 사고로 구성하였고, 민간분야 사회복지사 342명의 구조화된 설문조사를 실시하고 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 조사대상자들의 학습조직 수준은 평균값 이상의 결과를 보여주고 있으며, 상관분석 결과 학습조직은 조직몰입과는 정(+)의, 이직의사와는 부(-)의 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 학습조직이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 회귀분석 결과 공유된 비전, 개인적 숙련 및 팀 학습은 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 공유된 비전과 팀 학습은 또한 이직의사에 부(-)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 학습조직 구축을 위한 정책적 및 실천적 함의를 논의하였다.

조직시민행동이 비윤리적 친조직행동에 미치는 영향: 마키아벨리즘의 조절효과 (Effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Unethical Pro-organization Behavior Focused on the Moderating Effect of Machiavellism)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on unethical pro-organization behavior considering two sub-dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior such as citizenship behavior for individual and citizenship behavior for organization. In addition to this, this study was to identify of the moderating effect of machiavellism. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected 269 sample questionnaires from employees who are working for Korean companies. To examine the hypotheses, this study used hierarchical regression analysis. Findings - First, results showed that there is a significant positive effect of citizenship behavior for organization on unethical pro-organization behavior, but citizenship behavior for individual did not have any significant effect on unethical pro-organization behavior. Second, same with the previous results, machiavellism only had its significant moderating effect on the relationship between citizenship behavior for organization and unethical pro-organizational behavior, not on citizenship behavior for individual. The moderating effect strengthened the positive relationship. Research implications or Originality - Although organizational citizenship behavior and unethical pro-organization behavior are studied many times, but there is no research examining the relationship between these two concepts. these two concepts share the figure that these behaviors are pro-organizational. The only differences between the two is ethical or not. So, this study identified the relationship and moderating effect of machiavellism. In doing so, this study provided novel implications for the researchers of this filed.
