Artificial intelligence-based health data verification has become an essential element not only to help clinical research, but also to develop new treatments. Since the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the marketing of medical devices that detect mild abnormal diabetic retinopathy in adult diabetic patients using artificial intelligence in the field of medical diagnosis, tests using artificial intelligence have been increasing. In this study, an artificial intelligence model based on image classification was created using a Teachable Machine supported by Google, and a predictive model was completed through learning. This not only facilitates the early detection of cataracts among eye diseases occurring among patients with chronic diseases, but also serves as basic research for developing a digital personal health healthcare app for eye disease prevention as a healthcare program for eye health.
The information exchange becomes active in the online due to the rapid development of the Internet over the various fields. It is the tendency that it acquires not only information related to the on-line related to the off line depended on the traditional oral tradition but also information in the on-line. It is the competitive environment of the hospital more competitive over the time. The felt feeling for the hospital to the consumer plays the important role as to the assessment of hospital and choice. It is very the critical matter whether it approaches the consumer to any kind of way through the on-line information transfer, and the inappropriate feeling can be caused. That is, it can install whether any kind of point about one will be embossed through the e-business marketing, and the evaluation or useful feeling for choice can be caused in the hospital to the medical consumer in being the critical matter. This research compared and analyze the results expected with the Samsung Seoul Hospital, which was most active and uses the e-business marketing among the major hospital put through in the utilization by marketing view as the domestic Big 5 Severance hospital, and feature of SNS channels of Sungmo Hospital through the case analysis. How it tried to present each channels the individual, or, the strategic frame about the unificational it utilized and can maximize the marketing result and implication according to the marketing activity purpose and direction.

Major results are as follows: First, regression analysis for the effects of hospital competency on nonfinancial performance revealed that marketing competency, intangible resource competency and financial resource competency, in that order of importance, had significant influence on nonfinancial performance. Second, regarding the analysis of the effects of hospital competency on financial performance, financial resource competency, marketing competency and intangible resource competency, in that order of importance, significantly affected financial performance. Third, as for the moderating effect, significant result was obtained in an interaction between hospital competency and organizational structure. Financial resource competency had a positive significant impact on nonfinancial performance. However, it had negative significant impact on it by interactive effect with organizational structure.
Purpose: The importance of sustainability in the supply chain has steadily risen in recent decades as a result of the growing awareness on the social issues. The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between social sustainability practices and performance outcomes, as well as explore the mediating role of supply chain integration on that relationship. Research design, data and methodology: PLS-SEM model is developed to identify the impacts of sustainability on performance outcomes and the mediating role of supply chain integration. We received 285 responses from medium and large companies located in Vietnam, and after filtering, 206 responses were used for further analysis. Results: Our findings showed that sustainability impacts significantly on integration and performance in the supply chain. Moreover, the result indicates that supplier integration and internal integration mediate the relationship between social sustainability practices and supply chain performance, while customer integration mediation role was not found significant at all. Conclusions: Our results prove that social sustainability practices can link all the stakeholders and enhance collaboration. To maintain sustainable development, firms should embrace values of sustainability to improve the well-being, working condition, and healthcare of their employees as well as the advancement of local society.
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to examine whether a psychological concept enhances healthcare users' service experience. Specifically, the study proposes and empirically examines a model of perceived control in which the user's sense of control is postulated as exerting positive influences upon his/her motivation, self-efficacy associated with his/her role as a patient, and satisfaction with his/her medical service experience. Methodology - Data were collected by a professional research company, using an online survey method. Participants of the study included adults nineteen years or older who had visited a medical service institute at least once during the previous one-year period. For the test of the research hypotheses, structural equation modeling using AMOS was used. Findings - Findings of this study denote a unique insight into the users' comprehension of medical service experiences and their behaviors. First, the concept of perceived control is identified as a factor that enhances the quality of individuals' medical service experiences. A sense of control directly influences medical users' self-efficacy to comply with doctor's recommendations, their motivation to comply with doctor's recommendations, and their satisfaction with the medical service experience. Second, one's perceived self-efficacy is found to exert positive influences upon both motivation and satisfaction. Third, one's motivation to comply with the doctor's recommendation is found to exert a positive influence upon one's satisfaction. Additionally, perceived control is found to exert an indirect influence upon medical service users' satisfaction through the mediation of both self-efficacy and motivation. Research Implications - The findings of the study support the notion that perception of control among medial service users enhances their service experience as patients. The main thrust of this study suggests that it is necessary for healthcare practitioners to consider implementing service encounter strategies that purposefully enhance the sense of control among their patients. The identification of significant inter-relationships among perceived control, motivation, self-efficacy, and satisfaction among medical service customers should also serve as a meaningful seed for further research pursuits.

Recently, as the non-face-to-face environment has developed due to COVID-19 and environmental pollution, the importance of online digital healthcare is increasing, and venture start-ups and activities such as health care, telemedicine, and digital treatments are also actively underway. This study conducted the impact on the acceptability of digital healthcare smartwatches with an integrated approach of the expanded integrated technology acceptance model (UTAUT2) and the behavioral inference model (BRT). The most advanced integrated technology acceptance model for innovative technology acceptance research was used to identify major factors such as utility expectations, social effects, convenience, price barriers, lack of alternatives, and behavioral intentions. For the study, about 410 responses from ordinary people in their teens to 60s across the country were collected, and based on this, the hypothesis was verified using structural equations after testing reliability and validity of the data. SPSS 23 and AMOS 23 were used for research analysis. Studies have shown that personal innovation has a significant impact on the reasons for acceptance (use value, social impact, convenience of use), attitude, and non-use (price barriers, lack of alternatives, and barriers to use). These results are the same as the results of previous studies that confirmed the influence of the main value of innovative ICT on user acceptance intention. In addition, the reason for acceptance had a significant effect on attitude, but the effect of the reason for non-acceptance was not significant. It can be analyzed that consumers are interested in new ICT products and new services, but purchase them more carefully and selectively. This study has evolved from the acceptance analysis of general-purpose consumer innovation technology to the acceptance analysis of consumer value in smartwatch digital healthcare, which is a new and important area in the future. Industrially, it can contribute to the product's purchase and marketing. It is hoped that this study will contribute to increasing research in the digital healthcare sector, which will play an important role in our lives in the future, and that it will develop into in-depth factors that are more suitable for consumer value through integrated approach models and integrated analysis of consumer acceptance and non-acceptance.

This study examines the effects of the public's perception of emergency medical service (EMS) on the public health system's brand equity and the moderating effect of governance on this relationship using Keller's customer-based brand equity model. It uses four EMS functions: rescue/first-aid and transfer activities; disaster prevention, preparation, and response activities; educational activities in urgent situations; and medical treatment in emergency rooms to examine the effects of them on brand meaning of the public health system. Our findings are important for understanding the public as customers of the public health system and devising and/ or adapting healthcare policies and marketing strategies to develop brand equity and increase customers' loyalty to the public health system.
Face recognition has gained significant notice because of its application in many businesses: security, healthcare, and marketing. In this paper, we will present the recognition method using the combination of correlation filters (CF) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). Firstly, we evaluate the performance and compared four different correlation filters: minimum average correlation energy (MACE), maximum average correlation height (MACH), unconstrained minimum average correlation energy (UMACE), and optimal-tradeoff (OT). Secondly, we propose the machine learning approach by using the OT correlation filter for features extraction and SVM for classification. The numerical results on National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) and Pointing'04 face database show that the proposed method OT-SVM gets higher accuracy in face recognition compared to other machine learning methods. Our approach doesn't require graphics card to train the image. As a result, it could run well on a low hardware system like an embedded system.
