간호대학생의 교수-학생 상호작용과 취업불안의 관계에서 전문직 자아개념의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Professional Self-Concept on the Relationship between Professor-Student Interaction and Job-Seeking Anxiety among Nursing Students)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of professional self-concept on the relationship between professor-student interaction and job-seeking anxiety among nursing students. Methods : A cross-sectional survey was conducted using a convenient sampling method with data collected from a sample of 294 nursing students. The structured questionnaire included items to assess job-seeking anxiety, professional self-concept, and professor-student interaction among nursing students. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using the SPSS 24.0 program. Mediation analysis was performed according to the Sobel test. Results : Analysis of the mediating effect of professional self-concept showed a significant mediating influence of professional self-concept on the relationship between professor-student interaction and job-seeking anxiety. Conclusion : The findings suggest that professional self-concept may play a role in increasing the effect of professor-student interaction on job-seeking anxiety. Therefore, this study underscores the need to consider ways of enhancing professional self-concept during interventions for nursing students.

치기공과 학생들의 임상실습 만족도, 전문직 자아개념, 진로정체감과의 관계 (Relationship between clinical practice satisfaction, professional self-concept, and career identity among students of dental laboratory technology)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between clinical practice satisfaction, professional self-concept, and career identity among students of dental laboratory technology. Methods: From September 1 to September 15, 2021, data were collected through self-questionnaires completed by 180 students with clinical practice experience. The collected data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 22.0 statistical program. Frequency and percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and linear regression analysis were performed to analyze the data. Results: The average scores for clinical practice satisfaction, professional self-concept, and career identity were 3.17, 3.03, and 2.46, respectively. There were significant correlations between students' clinical practice satisfaction, professional self-concept, and career identity. There were positive correlations between clinical practice satisfaction and professional self-concept and between professional self-concept and career identity. Conclusion: Clinical practice satisfaction was found to play an important role in the formation of a positive professional self-concept as a dental technician. Therefore, a clinical practice program should be developed and implemented that can increase the satisfaction of clinical practice.

정신건강증진을 위한 치유환경 개념 및 이론 탐색연구 (A Exploratory Study of the Concept and Theories of the Healing Environment for Mental Health Enhancement)

  • 본 연구는 변화된 건강패러다임 속에서 치유환경에 대한 새로운 접근 방법을 모색하고, 특히 정신건강증진이라는 키워드 속에서 좀 더 확장된 치유환경의 특성을 개념화하고자 시작된 탐색연구로서 연구의 목적은 크게 두 가지로 나뉜다. 첫째는, 변화된 패러다임 속에서 건강과 정신건강 그리고 치유환경의 개념적 정의를 내리는 것이며 둘째는, 정신건강증진을 위한 물리적 환경의 치유적 특성을 도출하고 지표화하는 것이다. 이러한 목적 안에서 정신건강증진을 위한 치유환경의 개념을 지원할 수 있는 이론적 탐색을 시행하였는데, 건축학과 심리학 그리고 정신의학은 물론 인간과 환경간의 관계를 다루고 있는 건축철학 및 환경심리학 등 그 범위를 확대하여 관련 이론을 고찰, 융합적 시각으로서의 새로운 개념정립을 시도하였다. 본 연구에서 선행연구 및 이론적 탐색연구를 진행한 결과 범주화한 치유환경의 특성은, 1) 신체적 보호감 증진 2) 심리적 안정감 증진 3) 사회적 교류감 증진 4) 개인적 자존감 증진 등이다. 정신건강증진의 치유환경에 대한 개념적 확립은 실제적인 치유환경의 구현에 있어서 매우 중요한 작업이며, 이를 토대로 보다 구체적인 설계지표 및 가이드라인 개발 및 응용 연구가 진행될 수 있을 것이다.

산업장 근로자의 건강증진행위와 자아개념 및 건강의 중요성 인식에 관한 연구 (The Determinants of Health Promoting Behavior of Industrial Workers)

  • This descriptive-correlational study was conducted to identify the major factors affecting health promoting behaviors. 344 workers who employed in four different manutacturing plants in Taegu and Kyungbuk area were selected by convenience sampling method. Data were collected from April let to April 18th, 1998 by ready structured questionaires. The purpose of this study was to offer the basic data for health promotion theory development and health promotion strategy planning. This study was based on Pender's Health Promotion Model and examined three variables health promoting behavior, self-concept and perceived importance of health. The Life Style and Health Habit Assessment scale(LHHA) developed by Pender(1982).The Self-concept scale developed by Choi(1972) and the Health Value scale developed by Wallston, Maides and Wallston(1980) were used for this study. Data was analyzed by percentage, mean. t-test. ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise Multiple Regression. The major findings of this study are as follows ; 1. The average level of health promoting behavior practice was 63.2% and possible range was from 62 to 248 point. The mean score of respondent's positive self-concept was 75.8. 81.4% of respondents put a high priority on the importance of health. 2. There was a significant difference between the practice level in the category of general self care and less amount of working hours per day(P=0.000), less amount of working hours per week(P=0.000). There was a significant difference between the practice level in the category of nutrition and age(0.002), marital status(0.000), working hour per day(0.008), working hours per week(0.001), There was a significant difference between the practice level in the category of nutriton and sex(0.000), age(0.000), marital status(0.025), education level(0.000), working hours per day(0.002), working hours per week(0.006). There was a significant difference between the practice level in the category of sleep and rest and age(0.003), marital status(0.002), working hours per day(0.001), working hours per week(0.001). There was a significant difference between the practice level in the category of stress management and working hours per day(0.001), working hours per week(0.002). There was a significant difference between the practice level in the category of self-actualization and working hours per day(0.050). 3. General characteristics influencing the respodent's self-concept were level(P=0.009) and worksite(P=0.001). 4. The results of the hypothesis tests are as follows The first hypothesis, that "The respondent who have more positive self-concept will have higher scores in the practice of health promoting behavior." was supported(r=0.2973, P=0.0001). The second hypothesis that "The respondent who have higher perception level on importance of health will have higher scores in the practice health promoting behavior." was rejected(r=- 0665, P=0.2225). 5. The most important factor that affects health promoting behavior practice was working hours per week(6.0%). The combination of working hours per week, age, education level accounted for 10.0% of the variance in health promoting behavior. In conclusion, the results of this study on industrial workers supported Pender's health promotion model in partial and showed the relatedness between self concept and the practice of health promoting behavior. Further research is required to find factors influencing health promoting behaviors of industrial workers.

병원과 지역사회에 근무하는 정신보건간호사의 전문직 자아개념 (Professional Self-concept of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Hospitals and Public Health Centers)

  • This study was conducted to investigate and compare the degree of professional self -concept (PSC) of the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNP) in hospitals and public health centers and to identify the factors predicting PSC of them, in order to provide basic data for developing PSC increasing program PSC. The 355 PMHNP were sampled from the university or general hospitals. mental hospitals, community mental health centers and public health centers across the country. The scales used in this study were PSCNI by Arthur (1990), PSI by Heppner & Petersen (1982) and the Index of work satisfaction by Slavitt et al. (1978). The results of the study were as follows : 1. The average item score of PSCNI of PMHNP in hospitals was $2.83\pm0.27$, and that of PMHNP in public health centers was $2.76\pm0.28$. There was significantly different between two groups (p=0.0202) 2. A comparison of the scores for the dimensions of the PSCNI were as follows ; the mean item score of professional practice of nurses in hospital was $2.90\pm0.30$, and that in public health centers was $2.83\pm0.35$. There were significant differences between two groups in the scores of professional practices (p=0.0315), leadership (p=0.0071) and skills (p=0.0231). 3. There were significant differences between two groups according to education (p=0.0057) with no significant interaction effect of group and education. 4. Job satisfaction (JS) was the highest factor predicting PSC of PMHNP in hospitals $(34.5\%)$, and problem solving inventory score (PS) was the highest factor predicting PSC of PMHNP in public health centers $(33.6\%)$. JS and PS accounted for $42.6\%$ in PSC of PMHNP in hospitals. and PS, JS, age, marital status, religion, and career accounted for $57.6\%$ in PSC of PMHNP in public health centers. In the light of these results. to gam the professional self-concept. nurses should be educated continuously through role modeling in clinical nursing and research. Also, nurse educators and administrators need to develop programs and policies to increase professional self-concept of nurses, particularly of community PMHNP.

심리운동이 학령 전 아동의 자아 개념, 사회성 및 공격성에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Psychomotorik on Self Concept, Sociability and Aggression in Preschoolers)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of a psychomotorik program on the self concept, sociability and aggression in preschoolers. Method: The research design was a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. There were 34 subjects in the experimental group and 34 in control group among 68 preschoolers in a nursery in the city of G. The experimental group received an 12 weeks psychomotorik. The out come variables were measured before and after the program. Collected data were analyzed by Fisher's exact test, t-test, $X^2$. test, repeated measures ANOVA & ANCOVA using the SPSS 15.0 program. Result: After psychomotorik program, self concept, sociability were increased and aggression decreased in the experimental group. Conclusion: Psychomotorik program was effective in increasing self concept and sociability and decreasing aggression. The program should be effective in psychological development of preshoolers.

임부의 행복에 대한 개념분석 (Happiness among Pregnant Women: A Concept Analysis)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the concept of happiness among pregnant women. Methods: Walker and Avant's method for concept analysis was used. Results: The defining attributes of happiness among pregnant women were 1) period of pregnancy, 2) emotional dimension (positive affect), and 3) cognitive dimension(existence need-satisfaction, relatedness need-satisfaction, growth need-satisfaction). The antecedents of happiness among pregnant women were 1) intrapersonal characteristics, 2) reproductive history and related characteristics, 3) interpersonal relationship, and 4) external factors. The consequences included 1) pregnant women's well-being, 2) fetal well-being, 3) maternal well-being, and 4) child's happiness. Conclusion: Although further studies are required to refine the diverse attributes of the concept, the results of this study contribute to explaining happiness among pregnant women. In addition, the development of adequate interventions to increase prenatal happiness is needed.

건강운동참여자의 자기관리, 스트레스 대처 및 신체적 자기개념의 관계 (Relationship between Self-management, Stress Coping and Physical Self-concept of Healthy Exercise Participants)

  • 본 연구는 건강운동참여자의 자기관리, 스트레스 대처 및 신체적 자기개념의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재의 휘트니스센터에서 건강운동프로그램을 진행하고 있는 12개 센터를 방문하여 총 274부의 설문결과를 얻었다. 이를 SPSS 프로그램을 통해 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 건강운동참여자의 자기관리와 스트레스 대처의 관계에서 유의미한 설명력을 나타냈다. 또한, 자기관리와 신체적 자기개념의 관계에서 역시 유의미한 설명력을 나타냈다. 마지막으로 스트레스 대처와 신체적 자기개념의 관계에서 유의미한 설명력을 나타냈다. 본 연구를 통해 건강운동 참여자의 자기관리, 스트레스 대처, 신체적 자기개념이 유의미한 인과관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 후속연구에서는 자기관리와 관련한 환경적 요인과의 인과관계를 통해 자기관리의 심층적 분석이 요구된다.

보건행정학 전공학생의 임상실습 만족도와 전문직 자아개념 간의 융합적 접근 (Convergence Approaches between Clinical Practice Satisfaction and Professional Self Concepts of Health Administration Students)

  • 본 연구는 보건행정학 전공학생의 임상실습 만족도와 전문직 자아개념 간의의 정도를 파악하고 관련성을 알아보고자 하였다. 전국에 소재한 10개 대학의 학생들을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지 250부를 SPSS Ver.24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 연구 결과, 보건행정학 전공학생의 임상실습 만족도와 전문직 자아개념 수준은 평균 이상인 것으로 나타났다. 임상실습 만족도와 전문직 자아개념의 세부 영역에서는 모두 양의 상관성을 보였으며, 임상실습 만족도에 가장 유의한 영향을 주는 변수는 전문직 자아개념 세부 영역 중 전문직 실무이다. 따라서 보건행정학 전공학생들의 임상실습 만족도와 전문직 자아개념을 높이기 위해서는 실습 전 충분한 실습지의 점검과 사전실습 지도교수와의 상담, 그리고 이에 맞는 임상실습 프로그램 개발과 임상실습 기관과의 상호 협력체계 방안 모색도 필요하다.
