본 연구는 각박한 현대의 삶을 살아가는 일반인 중에서 직장인들에 대한 힐링과 치유로써 치유농업의 적용과 성장가능성을 위한 기초자료로 제공하고자 치유농업의 활성화를 위한 공급조건과 제공프로그램의 구성과 참가자들의 이용의도간의 관계를 파악하였다. 이를 위해 일반 직장인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 모든 하위요인과 이용의도 간에는 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 치유농업 공급조건 중 치유시설과 이용편리성, 의료서비스의 필요성에 대한 인식이 높을수록 이용의도가 높았다. 셋째, 치유농업 제공프로그램 중 농작물재배, 동물매개, 자연활동, 문화활동의 필요성에 대한 인식이 높을수록 이용의도가 높았다. 이상의 분석결과를 바탕으로 선행연구와의 차별화된 점을 논의하였으며, 치유농업 활성화를 위한 전략방안 모색의 차원에서 시사점을 도출하였다.

이 연구는 최근 네덜란드와 벨기에 등 농업분야 선진국에서 관심과 투자가 증대되고 있는 치유농업(Agro-healing)의 개념을 정립하였고, 우리나라 치유농업의 현황 및 특성 분석을 통해 발전 방안을 제시하였다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 치유농업 선진국의 정책과 제도, 조직, 관련 법, 인력 등에 대한 문헌분석(내용분석)을 하였으며, 농업, 건강, 교육, 원예 및 동물 매개치료, 민간, 농업정책 집행 분야별 전공 교수, 연구원, 대표 및 담당자 9인으로 구성된 전문가 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 또한 치유농업 분야 종사자 165명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 우리나라 치유농업의 개념은 '농업 농촌자원(식물, 동물, 농촌환경, 농촌문화) 또는 이와 관련된 활동 및 산출물을 통하여 모든 국민의 심리적 사회적 신체적 인지적 건강을 도모하는 산업 및 활동'으로 정의하였으며 정립된 개념과 연계하여 치유농업의 목적, 자원, 대상을 설정하였다. 또한 우리나라 치유농업의 정착과 발전을 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

This study was conducted to examine the effects of care farming activities on the brain waves of adults with developmental disabilities from September 2022 to December 2022, with a total of 16 sessions held once a week. For 28 adults with developmental disabilities, 15 participants in the care farm program and 13 participants who did not participate were used as the control group. Before and after the care farming activities, participants' self-esteem, happiness levels, and brain function indices were measured through surveys and electroencephalography (EEG). Consequently, the self-esteem of the participants in the experimental group significantly increased after the activity, and as for the brain function index, the left brain activity index related to stress, attention, brain function, and emotional state increased compared to the control group in the experimental group of adults with developmental disabilities, especially intellectual disabilities. Notably, the effect of care farming activities was greater for women than for men with intellectual disabilities. Therefore, considering the differential effects of care farming activities based on the type of developmental disability and sex, it is deemed advantageous to primarily apply these activities to women with intellectual disabilities in order to maximize the healing effect of care farming.

본 연구는 사회적 농업에서 발달장애인의 일자리 가능성을 모색하여 창출방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 해외 사회적 농업 활동 중에서 발달장애인 대상 사례를 참조하였다. 그리고 국내의 사회적 농장 다섯 곳을 방문하여 관찰하고, 담당자를 인터뷰하였다. 연구내용은 발달장애인의 일자리로서 사회적 농업의 의미와 가능성을 파악하고 사회적 농업에서 지속가능한 발달장애인 일자리 창출방안을 탐색하였다. 연구결과, 국내의 사회적 농업은 초기단계 있으며, 발달장애인에 대한 치유와 돌봄 중심의 농업체험 중심의 활동이 대부분이었다. 향후 지속적인 농업교육과 활동을 통해서 발달장애인에게 적합한 농업 일자리로서의 가능성이 충분하다는 결론을 도출하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 사회적 농업 분야에서 발달장애인 일자리 창출모형을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 일자리 창출모형은 크게 치유중심의 체험형, 돌봄 중심의 보호작업형, 사회적 일자리 모형으로 구분하였고, 사회적 일자리 모형에 스마트 팜 모형과 식물공장 모형을 추가하였다.

본 연구는 치유농업프로그램이 기능적 이미지와 감정적 이미지를 매개하여 만족도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 파악하고자 치유농업프로그램 유형의 하위변수를 원예치유, 가축동물치유, 음식치유, 숲치유로 구분하여 분석하였다. 전국에 거주하는 치유농업프로그램 체험자들로부터 수집한 설문지 328부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. SPSS v22.0과 프로세스매크로 v3.4을 사용하여 매개변수 간 인과관계가 없는 병렬다중매개모형을 기반으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 치유농업프로그램 유형 중 원예치유를 제외한 가축동물치유, 음식치유, 숲치유는 기능적 이미지에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 치유농업프로그램 유형 모두가 감정적 이미지에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기능적 이미지와 감정적 이미지 모두 만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 치유농업프로그램 유형 중 음식치유가 만족도에 미치는 영향은 유의하지 않았으나 나머지는 모두 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 기능적 이미지는 치유농업프로그램 모두와 만족도 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 감정적 이미지는 치유농업프로그램 유형 모두와 만족도 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 프로그램 유형별로 만족도를 제고하기 위한 학술적, 실무적 시사점을 제공하였으며, 후속 연구로는 본 연구의 매개변수 외에 다양한 의미있는 매개변수의 발굴 연구 또는 조건부과정 모형을 통한 조절된 매개분석이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

This study aimed to examine the policy priorities to enhance the service quality of the agro-healing for mental health care using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). The subjects were 67 people working in mental health institutions. The result of the IPA for the design of the agro-healing policy, in a total of 5 policy areas, the importance and performance were found to be 'above average', and it was confirmed that 'Keep up the Good Work' level. This is thought to have had a positive effect on raising the policy awareness of experts in mental health related institutions as the government's support for agro-healing and R & D increased according to the enactment of the act. Therefore, the results of this study provided basic information on the development and revitalization of agro-healing service quality for mental health care.

This study was designed to examine agro-healing services and programs provided and operated by farms in Korea. The results of the analysis of the agro-healing programs and operation of farms were as follows. The purpose of the operation of farms was to raise productivity by managing farms in a cooperative way through agricultural production, education and healing, and to raise income by processing and selling agricultural products. It was difficult to access farms by public transport and thus visitors had to use their own cars. The size of farms varied. The main resources utilized in the surveyed programs were plants, rural environments and landscapes, and agricultural products. The programs were conducted using resources that were commonly found in rural areas. Facilities on each farm were equipped with facilities (indoor and outdoor learning place, gardens, vegetable gardens, orchards, etc.) and convenience facilities (parking lots, drinking fountains, kiosks, etc.) to support program operation. However, facilities for the handicapped and accommodation facilities were insufficient. The programs operated on each farm utilized agricultural resources, farm produce, and rural resources and were classified into activities such as making, feeling, and growing. The average number of people who operated the family-centered program was 2-3, having qualifications such as welfare horticultural therapists, forest interpreters, experience instructors, and social workers. In addition, they had expertise in medicinal food, dietary life, and social welfare, and they also had essential expertise required to operate programs.

This study conducted a survey on the recognition and demand such as recognition level, policy necessity, service demand and policy demand by supply types in order to provide the basic data for successful settlement of agro-healing services. According to the survey on awareness, 45.2% of respondents were aware of the healing farming, and 31.3% of respondents had experience in participating in the agro-healing services. 63.6% of respondents replied that they were experiencing reasons for participating in agro-healing services. Respondents who had no knowledge of agro-healing services responded that 76.7% of respondents said they would not participate. More than two-thirds of respondents in all types indicated that they needed agro-healing services. As a result of evaluating the maximum willingness to pay, there was a willingness to pay for farm work healing about 15,800 won, horticulture healing about 14,800 won, forest healing about 13,400 won, and animal assisted healing about 17,000 won. Improving accessibility and strengthening awareness were high priorities for inconveniences and improvements. 70.1% of the respondents said that policies for agro-healing services are needed. Development of agro-healing programs and contents was the first priority for support policy. The result of this study is expected to provide reference data that can be suggested for agro-healing policy establishment.

Although Due to industrial development and urbanization, the number of schools closing due to a decrease in the school-age population is increasing due to the phenomenon of relocation from farming and fishing villages. Closing schools are used as social and cultural facilities, or they are used to generate income by providing education and experiences. Agro-healing is an activity that promotes psychological, social, and physical health by using rural resources. By reflecting the Agro-healing in the services operated by the closed school, the perception of the provision of the Agro-healing service was investigated as a way to provide a therapeutic service to visitors and to increase the utilization of the closed school. The questionnaire consisted of 10 questions, a total of 5 questions related to demographic information, a total of 5 questions related to the perception of agro-healing activities in closed school facilities. As a result, 347 people participated in the survey. The higher the awareness of agro-healing, the need for a agro-healing expert, the satisfaction with the use of rural closed school facilities, and the willingness to participate in agro-healing activities, the higher the awareness that the provision of agro-healing services was necessary by the state. Theses results are expected to be useful as basic to data to solve the diverse limitation in rural closed school and agro-healing activities.

최근 급격히 증가하는 노인들과 정신적 휴식이 필요한 도시인들의 신체적 정신적 건강과 안녕감을 유지하기 위한 방법으로써 치유농업에 관한 다양한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 치유농업 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 변인고찰을 위하여 노후준비도, 농촌치유 공급조건, 농촌치유 제공서비스를 독립변수로 정하여 연구하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 치유농업 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들을 실증적 분석을 통하여 파악하고자 한다. 둘째는 다양한 요인들 중에서 어느 변인이 이용의도에 더 많은 영향을 미쳤는지를 검증하고자 한다. 셋째, 이들 검증결과를 바탕으로 치유농업 활성화 정책을 제언하는 데 있다. 본 연구를 위해서 30세 이상 성인 남녀를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 최종 356부를 분석대상으로 확정하였다. 연구가설의 검증은 선형회귀분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노후준비도의 신체적 준비와 정서적 준비 그리고 경제적 준비는 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 농촌치유 공급조건의 자연경관, 접근성, 안전성은 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 그러나 경제성과 전문성은 기각되었다. 셋째, 농촌치유 제공서비스의 농작물 재배, 동물매개, 치유시설은 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 연구를 통해, 치유농업의 이용의도를 높이기 위해서는 소비자의 노후준비가 잘되어 있어야 하며, 농촌치유 공급조건에서는 접근성과 안전성이, 농촌치유제공 서비스에서는 치유시설이 잘 갖춰져야 치유농업을 이용하려는 소비자의 이용의도를 높일 수 있다는 결론을 도출하였다.
